Ordered a delivery, just simply a special chicken kebab with garlic sauce and a pot of chilli for dipping. Delivery was prompt and the food was easily the best kebab I've had for ages, everything tasted fresh, no 'bad bits' of chicken and sauces super tasty. Neccy.

We ordered a takeaway delivery from here on Saturday evening whilst staying locally - we had a Lamb and Chicken mixed doner which was alright, both meats being decent quality but not full of flavour, and a Chicken Shish Kebab which really was excellent - the chicken on this being tasty, well seasoned and above all else very moist and succulent. The chilli sauce was obviously homemade - tasty and not excessively hot and the garlic sauce was also very flavourful although it wasn't as obvious if it was also homemade - not that it mattered greatly. All the food arrived hot enough and on time despite us staying around 5 miles from the store.

I have ordered from island express alot lately, tried various different things, The chicken coating is spicy but not too spicy, I get the four piece myself, and there is plenty of meat there, generous fillets and chunky drumsticks, plenty of chips, The garlic mushrooms (not coated) are plentiful and tasty, the steak and chips is really not bad, decent size steak, hardly any fat and again plenty of chips, The burgers are decent, nice tasting meat, salad is fresh and more than enough, I've had various kinds, from bacon burger with egg to the 3 burger special,, all good quality, The pizzas are well made, nice fresh ingredients, just the right amount of cheese, Delivery is fast, even when ordered through "barrow eats" they allow 45mins to an hour delivery time, but generally its here in 20 mins, (yes it helps I'm just round the corner) the delivery guys are patient and polite, Island express have simply followed the golden rules of running a take away, quality, price and speed that ALL take aways should follow, Well done lads, keep it up, Sending blessings and fine business karma your way, Respectfully, Rev Shaun

Food quality excellent as are the choice and prices. Staff very friendly with an excellent delivery service. Family really enjoyed our occasional treat from Island Express.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. I mistakenly ordered food to go to my old address. Island Express kindly offered to remake my order they were really friendly and helpful. The food came super quick after I realised my mistake. and it was amazing. Thanks again Island Express you guys are amazing. You guys have a customer for life.
