Was in the area for a work trip and was looking for an Italian in the area. This came up on our search and we weren't disappointed. Nice starter and main, just wish I'd had dessert now! Would recommend to anyone in the area

Visited this Italian often before covid. It has always been a favourite, lovely food. Coming back for the first time after lockdown, the food and the restaurant have changed. And WOW... if I thought it was good before... its even better now!!! I had the Spaghetti Carbonara and it was the BEST I've ever had, so creamy. Delicious. My dad ordered the Pizza bolognese and he thoroughly enjoyed it. We had calamari starter which was also 10/10. Staff were also brilliant, very attentive with quick service. Will be back soon. Absolutely wonderful meal. The best cannelloni I have had since about 1987 and my first job was working in Nottinghams oldest Italian restaurant. Husband's carbonata was perfect, good wine selection and excellent service. Highly recommended from an Italian restaurant junkie.

Had dinner here tonight and it was amazing ! The carbonara was so lovely! Very creamy, my partner had a pizza and said it was the freshest pizza hes ever eaten :) , the service was fast too the only disappointment was the fact their whipped cream wasn’t homemade and the desserts weren’t homemade but we’re still lovely! Amazing! Myself and a few family members visited tonight, restaurant was very busy and we told as we were seated there was going to be a little bit of a longer wait. We didn’t actually wait too long but what we did wait was completely worth it!! Food was amazing ( carbonara is outstanding) staff were so friendly and attentive. Our waitress who I believe her name was Amy, is incredible. I have a 5 year old daughter with ADHD and sometimes busy social settings can make her uncomfortable but she made her feel totally safe and even got a lollipop at the end! We will definitely be back !!

Been going to Liberta since it opened. Havent been for a while due to the pandemic and also due to refurb. I can honestly say, i have never had a bad meal. Staff are so friendly and food is fresh and out of this world. Thanks for another great meal and the place looks amazing.

Really enjoyed lunch. The calamari was cooked to perfection; best I've ever tasted! The two pasta dishes were excellent. Lovely amount of pine nuts in the Pesto. Lovely coffee too. Friendly efficient service and a nice send off from the chefs! Will go back.

The food is always excellent and it has a nice atmosphere in the restaurant. Yesterday though I seen somthing that warmed my heart, there was an older couple and it appeared the woman was disabled and did not have ability to feed herself, one of the waiters was helping her eat while chatting away to the man and allowing him to eat his meal while providing conversation and that to me is above and beyond service, there's still good in this world 😊

Its a very cosey experience and the food is brilliant. Ive now ate there 3 times and each time with more than 7 people. Service was good and the price is tremendous. Last night was £140 for 7 including 2 bottles of wine drinks and starters. Keep up the good work. Will definitely be back.

Spotlessly clean,tables sterilised before you sit down and food is the best Italian I have tasted locally and served by friendly efficient staff,I really recommend you try this restaurant,the owner helped me with my wheelchair and asked if there was anything else she could help me with,very attentive without interrupting my mean fabulous choice of food freshly made good quality and good portions quality without the huge price tag.

I've booked table online for my b'day dinner. Once we arrived with my partner about 7min earlier waiter on bar-reception area looked at us like "who re you and what do you want" not really warm welcome. Anyway service was great with smile and good energy from all stuff food was good and BIG 5* for having NON alcoholic cider and beer... Ambiance was quite disappointing for us. Overall we enjoyed our dinner but not sure if we gonna rush to come back. 5*service 5*beverages 4*food 2*interior & decor 2*music 1*greetings Overall 3 stars.

Very reasonably priced food. Seafood stuffed pepper was excellent but red hot. Meatball pizza was also tasty. Good red wine selection. Decor is getting a bit worn.

Staff are extremely friendly, food is a very high standard and the atmosphere is very relaxed. We go there for most family birthdays and usually get a free bottle of wine as we leave for the person celebrating. The only thing I don't like is the leather chairs, especially if you are there for a while. I would highly recommend thus place

Great meal. Staff great - light touch leaves you to enjoy the evening. Took my 16 year old son for his first public drink with a meal. Loved it. Definetly go again. They are serious about providing good (not just passable) food.

This is usually a quite busy restaurant and am struggling to understand why?. The food and service are average at best and the surroundings are quite mediocre. I had a pasta dish which was warm but not hot and waited over 30 minutes for it. Staff are pleasant but not very attentive and very slow with bringing drinks when required.

Definitely has potential but need to work on staff customer relationships. Very green behind the ears. No clue how to make customers feel at home. Very obviously lacking in experience which wouldn't be a problem if you could spot attempts at communication. Almost looked frightened to approach a table. Just home after a smashing meal and a lovely pudo. Our friendly waiter was Fekret who served our meals with some enjoyable lip. Our food was very good as was our surrounding. Thank to my wee cousin and her Boab for our treat. A good to go to for a bit of Liberta.
