Nice atmosphere, friendly staff and great pizza, however service can be slow, not just on this visit. After 90 minutes we only had our starters. Bizarrely they had also run out of all their salads and a couple of their popular pizzas.

Only 2 waitresses and possibly 2 cooking. It took far to long before starters and again another long wait for pizzas. Thought there also could have been more substantial toppings for the price. Quite disappointing. Won't rush back.

myself and the wife ordered our meal . it took ages to come . the starter was gorgeous. the main course was look warm pizza and burnt round the edges it was lookwarm and was like cardboard. was sent back a fresh one was made up . tasted lovely . will be back ......

Lovely restaurant, food absolutely amazing. Service is a wee bit slow but friendly servers. We also use our tesco clubcard tokens which makes it much better too. We always go and it's a very good place to go.

Really nice place to visit. Food was lovely. The young lady who served us, was attentive and friendly. Downside? Felt a little bit packed in. Sitting at our table, it felt we were sharing with the people beside us. I'd maybe take away at least one table, just to make a little bit more space.

We used our Tesco loyalty card tokens. The three different pizzas we ordered were very nice. The service was mostly excellent. My so went to remind service of our deserts, but I think they wouldn't have forgotten and were just a bit slow. Overall, positive experience.

Reducing by a star Post COVID service feels poor, not enough cooks on to speed up orders. Half capacity due to not enough cooks, so can wait an hour for a dry pizza.

Lovely food, and really friendly staff. One downside though... for a pizza shop, they couldn't provide us with a pizza cutter, we had to use a knife becausethey were all being washed. But the food was worth it! Will be back again... maybe with our own cutter 🤣

Our waitress was so tentative and considerit. Always smiling with a ready willingness to help. Even though a second job was waiting for her after a long shift at pizza express. The food was fine, a little slow in coming to the table but it was after all Saturday night. Over all a great evening treating my neices and nephew.

Every pizza express tastes exactly the same (which is unreal) so hard to differentiate based on that. Hard to get staff attention at times but that's a product of COVID reopening I think, so all round top marks.

We had particular requests regarding changes to the meals with which we had been served, all changes were made with a 'can do attitude' and as result we enjoyed the tasty food very much. It would be hard on this occasion to give any rating other than 5-Star! Thank you.

The Ballyhackamore branch was a disappointment compared to other Pizza Express restaurants. Our order was taken quickly enough but we then had to wait over 30 minutes for the food to arrive. The pizzas were not really hot and the toppings were ungenerous. A mediocre meal.

Went here on probably one of the busiest days of the year(St Patrick's Day) And this place delivered on outstanding service and food! Our wee foster kids really enjoyed it! Even when one of the kids pizza was a wee bit too spicy they made a new one for her! Thanks Justin.

Brilliant staff, wonderful meal and a really good price. You can use your Tesco rewards here and get a great deal on lovely food. The staff were really lovely, giving us tips on menu items when requested and having a bit of banter as well. Can't recommend enough!!

I went with a group of 12 to the Ballyhackamore branch and had a great meal for my birtbday. Our server was very friendly and had a great attitude. Food was very quick and tasty as always and they even brought me a slice of chocolate cake with ice cream and a candle for my birthday, totally unprompted! It was a really lovely gesture and we were all very impressed.

Pizza express - good food fantastic staff Thursday 26th Sep We always get great service here at our favourite Ballyhackamore branch- the staff are fantastic. You know what you’re going to get with Pizza Express - the food is standard fare but always good quality. The new grilled mushroom with cheese and pine nuts is lush. We also tried the great new Calzone Verdure. There was a lovely wee treat with our coffee and dessert today - thanks Michaela.

Visited Easter Tuesday lunch time just before 1pm. First time here. Food was lovely especially my Calabrese pizza. Staff very pleasant and friendly. Large restaurant very decieving from outside looks small. Soft drinks a tad expensive. Really disappointed no crab arancini available, I wish on giving us the menu they explained this wasnt on instead of disappointing us when we asked for it. I really do hate that. Forewarned and all that.

Great service and lovely food. With parking outside the door. We had a lovely meal as you would always expect from pizza express. A highlight was certainly the dough ball times booklet that kept the little ones well entertained as well.

Been here a few times now. Food is really decent, but saying that its hard to get pizza wrong, they have a great kid special which my two love getting. Parking can be a bit off an issue but I have lucked out most times going there.

We went for the first time to PE Ballyhackamore as a family to celebrate my son's 8th birthday (5 of us in total). It was a Friday night and it became absolutely rammed very quickly. The staff were under huge pressure having been taken by surprise after a large number of online bookings quickly increased the numbers. Despite this the food was excellent, and more importantly the staff remained calm, professional, and courteous as they dealt with the numbers. We can all get taken by surprise in business but how we respond to it is what is important. The way they handled it was first class. Well done to all!

Newtonards Rd staff were awesome! Pre-ordered meals for a group of 37 and within 15 minutes of arriving everyone had a drink and their meal. Can't ask for better than that. Food was good too.

The most expensive portion of chips in Belfast! £4.50 for a side of 10 chips (I counted them) other than that it was fine. Nice decor and the toilets were clean.
