Have been to the bar and restaurant a few times now and each time had a beautiful time. We have visited at different times including for lunch and dinner, and always had a positive experience. I have tried various things from the menu, pizza, seabass and pasta (seabags was especially scrumptious), food was ready in about 15 mins. DECOR - rustic and modern. STAFF - attentive and friendly, nice to also see some Italian staff in an Italian bar for authenticity. COCKTAILS - to die for! Worth visiting simply for the cocktails! ATMOSPHERE - relaxed, it is somewhere you can feel at ease eating drinking and chatting for hours. We had our very well travelled friend visit from Switzerland, she said the food was lovely, which is a huge compliment from someone that has been to at least a quarter of the countries in the world! I would say it is one of the best new bar and restaurants of its type in the City, well worth a visit.

Exceptional service. Which really means something round the Brindley Place area, as there are quite a few bars here that don't strive to the same standards as Bottega. (I say "bars" as they are seriously pretentious round here, but the pubs are fine). We were seated to our tastes, and the choice of drinks was explained thoroughly when we sat down. Periodically throughout our stay the staff also came round and discussed the source of the various Proseccos they had on offer, providing history behind the drinks and heritage of Bottega. Although we only stayed for fluid refreshments, the service provided was top class and very humble. Great, classy place. Recommended.

We have eaten at this wonderful restaurant 3 times now, On my birthday, new years eve, and last week before a concert at the arena. I don't usually do reviews but the food was fantastic, and the pizza was to die for! Best I've had since Italy, and also fantastic cocktail and prosecco choices, I opted for the Gin, which went down way too easy. Will definitely be visiting again. Excellent staff and service.

We dined at this restaurant on gin and jazz evening!! What a beautiful evening it was!! The atmosphere, food, staff, hospitality and everything else was just amazing!! I’d recommend this place to anyone that’s looking for a special evening... you’ll be well looked after here. There’s no other place like this one! You’ve got to try it to believe me. Outstanding! Had the most memorable day I’ve ever had in a long while. Will definitely be dining there soon again.

I came here with my partner and son last week after the Marvel show at the Arena and I was absolutely shocked to see they only had one young lady working the entire bar and restaurant. The poor girl was running ragged the entire time and bless her she did as well as she could with an entirely full restaurant and just her. The food was decent, albeit a bit bland. Not sure if I would come here again, maybe on a day that is less busy but it’s a bit out of the way unless you’re going to the Arena anyways!

Myself and my friend Carmen had lunch at Bottega's on Wednesday. The place was lovely with nice decor. Staff there were friendly and attentive. We chose our meals from the January vegan menu. Carmen's butternut squash soup was wholesome and came with a nice kick of spice the bread was very fresh. Our mains were delicious - the blackbean tacos and also the chinese noodles with a bountiful amount of veg the latter served with with a tasty citrus zing. We were so relaxed and engrossed in conversation that we forgot about our desserts. We had the peanut butter pancakes lovely with a subtle taste of mixed spices and the peanut butter brownie that was soft snd delightfully crunchy at the same time. Would highly recommend Bottega.

Bottega was cool tonight. Live band playing... Saxaphone to warm up the event. Beautiful venue! Real top class vibe to it. Owners clearly love what they are doing and are well connected. Will be returning. I hear Friday nights down there grape a DJ...

Amazing. Served by Voli and he was first class. Arrived late and the kitchen stayed open just for us. I cannot believe that this place is such good value for money. Live music, amazing views of the canal, great service. Perfect evening - go here and you will not regret it.

Amazing friendly environment, lovely food, great staff, making you feel right at home after any event. I found the variety of food and drinks, especially the various Prosecco's and cocktails, made me spoil for choice. You just have to check it out for yourself.

Brilliant place to eat and food. The Roco Return of Certified Oldskool white party on the 12th July was perfect. Great night and lovely people. The service was good and cocktails were impressive.

Location is great but for me and my family this was not a nice experience ... It was half empty when we went there and, despite that, it took forever to get the food on our plates and when it finally got on our plates the order was incomplete and food had no taste ... Will NOT be back !
