Lovely cooked pizza, love their crusts (stuffed one mostly) and driver was pretty friendly too. Would recommend. Only criticism would be Dominos meal deals do not include drinks most of the time which is finicky.

I made an order on 31st October at around 2am (trading day: 30th October). I rang up and asked if the Domino's in central Birmingham was open to have someone rude pick and tell me things to try not to order. I went in anyway and made an order face to face. I asked if the guy if I could change the cheese and sauce on my order and he told me it's too late they've already made the order. I saw their makeline screen and noticed they clocked off the pizza too early without making the pizza. I stated this to him and said the pizza isn't made yet so you can easily change it. He told me no and said something rude about me in a different language that he spoke to his other staff member. The thing that shocked me the most was this guy was a manager and this is how he was treating a customer that wanted to make and make a change before the pizza was even made. This staff members name was Naz and he was a manager/shift runner. He was very reluctant to me adding something to the order too. Another final incorrect thing which wasn't as big of an issue was that I received chicken strippers on paper instead of foil. I have the call recorded of when I rang up and images of the strippers on paper instead of foil. I rang up on 31st again asking to speak to either a store manager or area manager for this matter. I was told I'd get a call back but I've not received anything. From my understanding I know clocking things 2 minutes early can be regarded in OER sanctions...

Decent pizza, if a little over priced. We usually collect and the service is ok. Staff members willingness to help seems to vary from person to person. One complaint I made got me absolutely nowhere. Overall the service is ok and food is pleasant.

pizza is good but the service is medium. they cooked the pizza for us but then they gave our pizza to another person and we had to wait one more time for a new pizza. But they gave us one more pizza as a bonus.

It's open so late/early you can have pizza for breakfast without it being leftovers...How can this be a bad thing? Ok, pizza for breakfast probably is a bad thing but it's nice to have the option right? Exactly.
