Food was okay but a bit overpriced. I ordered through their website for collection but on arrival still had to wait an hour due to a faulty system on their computers (owner was unaware of my order). Owner was apologetic having seen my email confirmation and order ID but didn't offer to resolve the issue himself and instead told me to phone head office myself, furthermore he looked overworked or in a struggle to prioritise as he was running around taking/completing orders, managing staff and even helping the chef whilst also half heartedly trying to resolve my issue. After 10 minutes of getting nowhere I asked for the number for head office and within 45 minutes it was resolved and my order was ready, however I wasn't offered anything for the inconvenience. A shame as this was my first visit.

Food was lovely Never came on time like the website said Had to phone up a few times After that it came within the space of 5-7mins

Pizza taste good but small toping on pizza and for price u just can have 4 toping its not good most of other shop u can have as much toping as u like.
