Came to la Nonna's for a rare date night! All staff were very friendly and attentive. Atmosphere inside the restaurant was lovely and very homely. Our food was absolutely amazing, probably the best Italian we've been to in a while! Looking forward to returning soon. Thanks to all the lovely staff who served us.

We ate here for a friend's 40th birthday. The atmosphere was lovely and we had a fantastic time. It was quite busy for a Tuesday evening which shows the place is well loved by people every day of the week and not just weekends. The staff are very attentive and friendly and were happy to take group pictures for us. The other customers also joined in when we sang happy birthday! The food was absolutely delicious and so fresh and full of flavour that we all left feeling full and satisfied and raving about what a fabulous night we had. I cannot recommend this place enough. We will definitely be back. Thank you LaNonna!

Booked a table here with family after visiting the NEC and staying locally. Small and cosy with beautiful quality food at a reasonable price. Clearly a best kept secret for the locals. Staff were amazing and so lovely. Would definitely visit again if we are in the area again.

I’m staying at the NEC for work and I didn’t want to have the same food in the same places again. So I had a look on Google and found this La Nonna and it was a Great surprise! Ingredients all fresh, dishes made from scratch and real “Italian size” portions (very filling!). I’ll be definitely back when in the area! Buon appetito a tutti!

It's an absolute authentic Italian restaurant. Food is even better than what we have in Italy last month. The ravioli surprised us a lot, it's look couldn't tell how great it taste. Maria is an amazing host and thank you so much for surprising my friend with the birthday bell and song!

Nice staff, food was very good and traditional Italian. We went there with all of our company (full of Italians) and the food did not let us down. I had the Gorgonzola steak 🥩! Would love for this restaurant to be closer to my home but unfortunately I live in London. Highly recommend!

We've been coming here for a fair few years. The food has always been good and the original owners would always come and chat which always added to the atmosphere. Although the original owners may have stepped down now the food remains top class. We've tried many other Italian restaurants and the quality of food just doesn't come anywhere near La Nonna's, though we do miss that warm Italian welcome of yesteryear. We'll be back again soon!

Went here with my family and the food was to die for! I absolutely adored the Lasagne and all of my family loved their mains and starters too. The best part was the desert though. I personally am not a fan of Creme Brule but my mother and sisters love it and by all accounts it was fantastic. If the food isn't enough to entice you then the friendly staff and warm atmosphere should. Really lovely way to end the day. Overall the night was absolutely wonderful thanks both to the food and the truly brilliant staff.

I went for Valentine's and was impressed by the friendly, efficient service. The set menu was slightly disappointing in that the options were very limited. The food was generally good quality and enjoyable. The set menu price though was expensive, and the prices of drinks on top were also pricey - surprisingly so for the location of this venue. Our experience was disappointing in that the ambience was not so romantic as desired for this occasion as the lighting was extremely bright and there were no candles or themed table decoration. We were sat on a large round table which did not allow for any feeling of intimacy as we had to sit alongside each other rather than opposite. There is very little parking available outside and we had to walk quite a way to our car.

Ordered on just eat for me and my wife. Spaghetti carbonara was ok Pasta ricotta was ok The mixed shellfish was very disappointing considering the price . The clams were closed.and the muscles looked like someone had already ate them. Food was 40 minutes earlier then ordered and for over £55 I was a little let down. Regular place for all our celebrations, been going for several yrs. Excellent food, wonderful service. Definitely need to book as so popular This place had now changed hands and just isn't the same as it was. Thought we would give it a go but was very disappointed. There was empty tables on a Saturday night which never used to be the case, now I know how we got a table at such short notice. Definitely won't be rushing back.

The food is great but it was extremely noisy, service was not as expected ... waiting at least 45 min for the starters, after asking then we were served for the main course less than 5 min after finishing the starters. They obviously miss our initial orders and rushed the main. So good food but not great place if you want a romantic and cosy time.

We went for our anniversary. Hubby left it to the last minute to book but they accommodated us even though they were fully booked by doing an early serving. The food was divine and the service was second to none. We had the sea bass and halibut specials which just melted in our mouths. Cannot praise enough.

Amazing quality food with good service and an okay price tag. Definitely somewhere to go out to for a nice meal. Only issue is parking so if you can avoid taking a car do as you have to park on the surrounding streets. Overall had a great meal and the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed.

Don’t judge the book by its cover. Read the window ‘mammas cooking’! Authentic, quaint Italian with the warmest of welcomes. Superb house wine, great service and delicious food.
