If you order from here please go through JustEat. Every time I’ve ordered through them I’ve had great service and food has been great. They keep sending letters with the food to say order through their app so save money - so I decided to do that today. I ordered 1 strawberry cheesecake and two oreo - what I received was 2 strawberry and one oreo. When I called them I was told that was the last oreo cheesecake and that’s why they sent 2 strawberry instead. I told them they should’ve called me to ask or give me the option and the lady agreed, but refused to accept this was a mistake and would not give me a partial refund unless I brought the cheesecakes to the shop. I’m obviously not going out of my way and wasting fuel over a cheesecake and silly mistake, and it’s clear they wouldn’t give me a partial refund so I hung up. If this had happened through JustEat I’d be able to get a partial refund without even calling anybody! My mother said her strawberry cheesecake was frozen and not edible which is disappointing too. Because I enjoyed their food in the past I will order again, but always through JustEat from now on. If I was a first time customer this would be enough to stop me from buying here in future.

Absolutely love this place, the food is always hot, fresh and tasty when I order whether it be delivery or takeaway. Staff are always very friendly and willing to help and deliveries are usually fast.

First time customer and wanted somewhere we could order both pizzas and desserts. Pizzas were lovely and the waffle was amazing. Food was hot and exactly as ordered with extra ice cream with the waffle. Will definitely use again and look forward to trying the chicken.

Nice little munching place. The grilled burger is out of this planet. Chips are well fried. Crew is quick and focused. 🖐 from me. Caution for wraps, mayo like to leak out on to your pants! 😂🌊

We have been going here regularly for the last year, we have noticed a distinct drop in quality over the last three times we have been. We liked the addition of fries when you ordered pizza, which was a nice idea. However, the last few times they have not been fresh fries and they were taken out of a tray. The pizza also seems to be soggier and the quality of the ingredients seem inferior to before. The owners have commented that the toppings have been changed, so this may be why we don't find them as good.

Ordered tonight for first time and pizzas were great. Easy to order online, arrived 40 minutes later. Pizzas were very warm and with plenty of toppings. One of the best ive eaten and as its nearby will use again. Highly recommend

Great place fast delivery been ordering food from here for over 2 years and never been disappointed. Delivery is incredibly fast I re commend getting thin crust pizza it's absolutely delicious only downside is I wish they had more food options to choose from. But prices here are reasonable. They also accept card payments with extra charge of 50p for delivery but if it's cash then no charge. Spoke to the owner few times great guy and always treats his customers with respect and manners.

Food is always piping hot! Delivered on time by a friendly and helpful delivery driver, prices are reasonable, and the food is of a good quality. My only problem is the Izzy’s are never sliced properly so when you pick up a slice you pick up the whole pizza, also there is too many toppings on the pizzas and it’s overloaded with cheese so when you do pick up a slice all the toppings slide off, I also find there is too much sauce base but that is my personal preference and nothing against the food preparation itself. Keep up the good work pizza cottage!

Tried Pizza Cottage for the first time about a month ago. The first time I used delivery, the food was delivered quickly by a polite driver and it was excellent. I have since started going in store, the owner is very friendly and the shop is lovely and clean. The pizzas are very fresh with good quality ingredients. The peri peri chicken wings are also excellent quality. This is my new regular pizza takeaway and I would highly recommend it.
