Corina beautiful girl, impeccable service, nice and kind to customers. For her sake, I return to eat at Bella Italia Filton. Adry is the best manager who keep the eyes open with what is going on in the restaurant and managed everything excellent to be good. All the best.

We had a lovely lunch, served by James and the team. Everybody was so lovely to us, food was delicious!. It was the first time we had our newborn baby out for lunch with us, and they made everything easier for us, from giving us a nice, quiet table, to heating our feeding bottle and asking if we need anything at all. Met here as part of a big table on a Saturday night for a birthday celebration. The staff were attentive but also not pressuring, or ever showed impaitencence at what was probably an annoying table to serve. Our main waitress Thalia was friendly throughout the night, even when we stayed late.

Good service from the staff and very friendly. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. Plenty free parking outside and there are more food food joints around as it’s a retail park. The menu have new options too and the food quality is good and tasty. They also serve alcohol which include wine beer and cocktails . Their dessert menu have new options too . The ambiance is pretty cool, modern and lively . Their websites, meerkat insurance and 3 network always have deals so look out for it to save you some money and still enjoy good food .

Great venue. Lovely food and good service. The kids meals were plentiful and to top it all off we saved 25% with the Cineworld Unlimited card. Would of been 5 stars but for the long wait upon arrival to be seen and offered a table.

I visited the restaurant to collect food. My partner is in hospital and after not eating for a couple of days she fancied a Carbonara. With the restaurant only being 10 minute drive from Southmead Hospital it was a good choice. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager who was polite and friendly, he took my order and said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I drove to the restaurant and the food was ready for collection. The restaurant seemed to have a nice atmosphere and ambitious. I drove back to yeh hospital and the food was still hot and tasted good. I paid £17.98 for a Carbonara and Cheesy Pizza Bread. My only negative about my experience was the price was a bit steep for collection service. I would have expected a bit of a discount to a normal price as I wasn't using the full restaurant service.

Lovely welcome from our server Kate. Given the option of outside or inside seating (chose inside) and got a lovely corner booth for the two of us. Nice open seating plan with lots of room between tables. Was a hot day but felt lovely and cool inside. Menu has been updated to include tapas style starters - we chose 3 pretty much at random and all were delicious. Mains were lovely and fresh and what we couldn't eat was put into takeaway boxes for later. Food was served at a perfect pace, didn't feel rushed or left waiting. We've been looking forward to coming back to Bella Italia and we were not disappointed. Thank you Kate for looking after us well.

I have been here regularly for the last year. I absolutely love it. Offers such a wide range of gluten free options and such a high standard of food without breaking your bank account. Amazing food as always. We had ordered pesto pasta but the chef himself came out and said it wasn’t available and offered a different one which was equally good. Pizza was good as well. Very child friendly and a lovely place. We chose to sit outside for our lunch, it was a lovely sunny day and kids enjoyed.

I went with 5 friends three of which had vouchers but when it came to paying for our meal we were informed but they only accept 1 voucher per table. We were all on the same table ! Very nice Italian restaurant but the service was very slow. The food was really great and tasted fresh and was well seasoned too. The waitress was friendly and welcoming. Overall a good impression and a nice visit. If you are in a bit of a rush and/or are pressed for time then you might want to find something else. If you are not rushed and happy to sit and wait then this is a great place to go.

Been here a couple of times now. First you get friendly chatty staff who look after you, very welcoming. Second the food is very nicely cooked and excellent flavours and variety, third it didn't really feel too 'generic'chain' and has a nice atmosphere. Its a good safe bet, no negatives to worry about. Will be back, and with good variety of dishes unlike other outlets, it's not going to be too predictable what we have.

I'm not a big fan of large chains or Italian food so I find myself surprised at enjoying eating here. This is mainly due to two things: 1. an excellent gluten free menu. 2. The waiters and waitresses making an effort to be both helpful and friendly. I have found this to be the case at a few different Bella Italia's, so they must be doing something right in the staffing department.

A wonderful service by Melinda today. The food was beautiful as always, served with a smile and a truly good vibration! I wish the world would have exclusively service like this one. It is a very busy restaurant, everybody wants to order/pay and it must be difficult to please every customer, but if you do it with a genuine joy of interacting with people, the time pressure seems to be insignificant. Also, I think the people who complain that the service is slow, should learn how to interact with the people/person they came with. For all the grumpy and impatient ones out there - stop looking at your phones, enjoy talking to your companion and that little bit of time when you have to wait for your service may be more enjoyable. It's worth trying, I promise;-) If the waiting staff run around like crazy, it does not feel good and relaxing for the customer. Another "cheers" to the cook and for Melinda for the elegance of serving with joy. Thank you!

Restaurant really busy but first course and drink came really quickly, Antonio looked after me very well and I have spaghetti with tomato sauce and it was delicious, he offered the parmisan cheese which finished it off. The speed of his service and asking how I was, was very good in fact amazing. He should be waiter of the week. . The atmosphere is nicely geared to family and couples and also singles out for a Friday night bite to eat. The welcoming atmosphere was great including being shown to my seat. I then after the first course asked Antonio for a desert menu and he got it at once. I then ordered and then within 5 mins or less a lovely sundae was presented. The place is absolutely packed so that was some achievement. I will soon order coffee, and I know it will be brought with the same speed, and courtesy from Antonio. This restaurant is within a complex of eateries, next to an asda up the road, it has outside seating, but tonight I was in the back of the restaurant by the bustling food giving and preparation, but I enjoyed the fact that I sat near this. This was actually my personal choice and it was free, table 20 I think. The restaurant was not hot like some can get neither was it cold. The temperature was just right. The music is in different areas of the restaurant but not mine, but I didn't mind this. So the music wasn't overbearing. In fact it just blends into the background. The sundae which is one of the cheapest deserts has taken ages to get through. I just ordered a decaf americano from Antonio. He is brilliant. The staff work very hard and well together. Specifically on a Friday night. I think I spotted the manager, she is very good at her job of organising and stepping in when she needs to. Today is the 25th of October 2019. I arrived about 6 to 6.30 and its now after quarter past 7. Its been a good meal. I am definitely leaving a well deserved tip to Antonio. He I think is doing a great job. He is very busy, just brought my coffee, he has to wait for the bar to get it but he works hard in between. We'll done Antonio and the other staff. A great evening. As I left the lovely supervisor for the evening Melanie (Michelle?) I think her name was the manager who I mentioned was doing so well earlier said goodbye to me and made me feel very welcome!

We celebrated my father's birthday here tonight and as always had a wonderful time. Great atmosphere, lovely and friendly service from Szana and excellent food. We love coming to this Bellas as it's convenient for us and the food/service from all of the staff there is exceptional. It's a great place to go with family, friends or for a romantic meal together and their gluten free/vegan options are delicious and make people feel included in the meal experience instead of the usual "oh, I can't eat much here". My mum is gluten free and my aunt is lactose free and both love eating at Bellas because they get a choice and it's always delicious. The only advice we'd give is to book a table in advance, particularly on an evening. But they are quite good at accommodating people so don't rule them out - it's definitely the best place to eat out in the Abbeywood complex. Thank you all at Bellas Filton for a wonderful family meal - we'll no doubt see you all again soon!

We have always liked this chain but usually visit the downtown outlet. As we were visiting Thornbury ordered a table by mobile, ahead of time, and glad we did, as the place got busy. I have had a few hit and misses with Bella Italias in Bristol, but I have been to the Filton branch so many times and have never been disappointed. The portion sizes are great, the staff are very friendly and the inside is decorated very nicely. Will always be a returning customer.

Cosy, despite its modern placement in a shopping development. Friendly staff, who smile and talk to you as opposed to reciting a list of platitudes. I had the calamari, which was a little overcooked and the diavola forte pizza, which was well prepared and on a delicious thin Base. Prices are on a par with every other chain, so nothing to complain about, unless you want a discussion on uk restaurant prices.
