I had such an awful experience at the restaurant opposite that serves chicken that I felt compelled to write a review for this place that I went to the month before. The service and food at this restaurant on this occasion was faultless. The waitress was friendly, helpful and genuinely happy. It felt like nothing was too much trouble. The food came out in good time and freshly cooked. Would highly recommend going here. Cash tip only direct to the table staff as they only get 30% of the tip via the handheld card payment thing which I think is disgusting.

Really enjoyed the all you can eat salad bar and then the goats cheese pizza, my friend also enjoyed her pizza. service was quick and friendly they even considered the fact I was pushing a double buggy and gave us a table to accommodate us all. Over all very happy with my visit.

Came here for Valentine's day with family, the staff were welcoming and attentive and friendly. It wasn't busy which was perfectly alright as the food came fast and did not take long to arrive. The food tasted great. I am in fact craving it again. Looking forward to having it reopen soon. As a sweet tooth, dessert was brilliant. Even if we were not able to eat dessert, we were able to take it home and asking a staff for help in packing the dessert was no problem, and it was all worth the price for a family.

We stopped by pizza hut for a quick bite before our Santa's grotto visit. Unfortunately due to covid staffing was limited so they asked us to order and pay via the app. I found this relatively easy. Drinks and pizza arrived promptly. Usual tasty greasefest but we enjoyed it all the same. We were on a tight time so we were in and out in less than an hour which was perfect.

Very nice pizza restaurant with fast service and good selection of pizzas during their buffet offering. Great value for money as you pay 4.99 for kids buffet or 8.99 for kids bundle which includes unlimited drink and desert. Adult buffet is 7,50. There is a great salad bar allowing you to put together your own salad and then you can indulgence in a great selection of pizzas or a choice of pasta dishes (I think there are 2 to choose from)

What really makes a visit special is attentive, friendly staff who remembered details of our visit when my son booked a table (actually unnecessary because it was quieter than he anticipated) and looked after us well. Lovely food but we found it surprising that Pizza Hut can't source chips at the moment. (Brexit keeps on giving.) Delicious food and a very enjoyable visit.

We had the freshest, tastiest pizza at this Pizza Hut. It was fairly empty due to most of England being at home watching the game against Germany. The service was excellent and the choice of pizza and drinks great. The only negative was the app said I could pay with Google Pay, but upon selecting it, the payment was rejected and a message saying they don't accept Google Pay. A bit misleading and they should remove it from the pay options. Overall though a great location high up in the top floor overlooking the shops.

Really good pizza, nice side portions but hard to get out of the box, luckily the guy on window put our chips in baskets after asking. Not that great service. There were 2 short haired girls that kept touching and investigating every pizza on window instead of bringing it to the table. The chunkier girl with short hair.Abi i think it was. was our server, she had a really rude and unprofessional tone, maybe a rookie. i would eat here again

Typical Pizza Hut restaurant as far as layout and menu are concerned. But the staff were very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. The food was up to the usual standard. The location on the top floor of the mall is interesting, to say the least. But that only adds to the atmosphere.

Very mixed experience. The food was great but the online ordering process was a nightmare. I struggled but then I'm old so my teenage grandson had a go. It took us 25 minutes to order three pizzas and four drinks. Not an experience we will want to repeat in a hurry.

The food was good, we have gone during lunch time and used the "buffet". Basically we could eat as much as we wanted from the pizzas and salads. There were 10 types of pizzas out so had plenty of choices and the salad option was also good. On the of the buffet we ordered some extras which arrived quick and tasted fresh and the staff that served us was extremely friendly. Very good experience overall.

Food was good and tasty as you'd expect, but service was slow and the decor is getting old. We had to wait 20 minutes to get a server to take our order. It was busy, but the staff didn't up their game to compensate. The furniture and fittings are getting tired. For a restaurant with this much footfall they should be deep cleaning and replacing tables much more frequently.

I'm not the biggest fan of fast food but I think the staff working on 22/12/15 evening are excellent. My teenage daughter and seven of her friends (and myself) were given a table with very little wait. In spite of the stress of a huge, packed restaurant they were relaxed, seemed happy and the service was first rate. It's always nice to see people who work together get along so well, makes such a difference!

Very good service, good salad bar, pizzas came very quickly. The waitress kindly offered us a takeaway box as we couldn't finish our order. We didn't go for dessert, but there are a good selection of desserts including an ice cream machine.

We always get amazing service in this pizza hut staff are happy to have a short chat with you and seem to enjoy what they are doing which is rare in this industry in my opinion. We have the the wall you can eat buffet whenever we go. There is always a good mix of pizzas and the kitchen works hard to keep up with my ravenous appetite. Ordered some extra chips last time I went.... regretted it

When I visited on a Sunday at around 1 o'clock it was very busy, packed with lots of small children. The service was decent but perhaps a bit slow. When the food got to us the pizza was delicious. One large negative would be that the free salad bar could not be used due to most of the bowls being dirty.

Pizza as usual was very nice if not a tad overpriced...i should have had the unlimited pizza for £7, that would have been a smarter option. The staff were not as helpul as they could have been and not particularly friendly or talkative i understand they were very busy and stressed but it was a tiny bit unprofessional as my family witnessed on several occasions the staff bieng quite snappy with people. Overall you get what you pay for and in the end i enjoyed what i got.

Me and my friend came in here for a spot of lunch on a Saturday, crazy right? Thankfully it was a lovely experience. Our waitress Lucy was an absolute delight. Great value and the veggie options were scrummy! Highly recommend.

A BIG THANK YOU GUYS well I am becoming a grumpy old man and dont like chain places and pizza hut is one but my daughter wantd her birthday there and with free salad bar and ice cream( they had plenty of them), i couldnt moaan too much we got there on saturday 17th sept at 5pm( having booked in advanced) and it was busy but they had plenty of staff to look after everybody with no drama, to my surprise they couldnt do enough for you with a smile, I had no complain to make well pizzas are never like an independent italian family restaurant ( sorry guys thats why i didnt give 5 star) but no problem atall, my Mrs asked for candle for my daughters 5 birthday ( we forgot that one) next thing i know I could see some comotion in the back and a nice waitress came over and asked for her name!!!!! next thing we know the very nice manager had arranged a team of 4 staff and himself to come with a little cake and candle and sing her happy birthday !! OH MY GOD we ( and specialy my princess) loved it, and everybody around us joined in and they managed to give us and my daughter a birthday to remeber, well done guys a very big thank you to all of you and specialy the nice Manager, although I am still grummpy but you got yourself a customer for life THANK YOU
