Staff are great vegan selection has got a lot bigger. Favourite food venue. Getting a table takes a bit longer than normal but it's great seeing how careful the tables are cleaned due to covid

Won a voucher at local school raffle otherwise wouldn't have tried. Very pleasantly surprised. Pizza was good, generous toppings, very nice crust - even the kids ate all their crusts! The staff were also all very courteous, helpful and cheerful. From phoning directly to order because of the voucher to collection. Impressed.

We ordered of delivroo this evening and the customer service was outstanding. Helen really went above and beyond. I was having issues with the app and helen made it hassle free to complete our order. What a great group of staff , all very friendly especially the manager and the waitress. No complaints at all ... After finding Nandos closed and being turned away by Wishing Well pub, we ended up at Pizza Hut, they apologised for the fact they were busy and we were being dealt with by the manageress, a real pocket rocket, she waited on us and did so with a smile, she was amazing through the whole dining experience (8pm Saturday 29th Jan) if you can identify the manageress and thank her

This pizza hut restaurant is one of my favourites i book a table for me and my family today and as usual the food was grate we accidentally ordered the wrong pizza for my nephew on the new ordering app but the staff was happy to change the pizza straight away tho it was my fault for ordering the wrong pizza, the services was great, and there Covid-19 measures are really good to we really felt safe and completely forgot all about the horrible times we are in living in for a moment. We had a lovely day thank you to all the team your doing a great job 👍 😀

Place has changed decor and we were looking forward to eating there. Service was a bit slow however and the salad bar had no lettuce or cucumber. So not a great selection. Sauces on the table were nearly empty so selection wasn't great there either. All in all disappointed. The pizza was still good though just need to tidy up on the other things.

A fantastic experience, one of the best huts I've been to. Service was amazing, even when they got busy they checked on us. Food was really good, and delivered at a good time. The area was open enough for wheelchairs to move around, service was great all round. Overall I'm very impressed.

Love it here! Excellent value for money, staff are friendly and efficient. There's colouring for the kids and they love choosing their own drinks from the self serve machines. Food has always been lovely and the children's meals are a good size. Pizza is not greasy as it is in other places. The puddings are lovely. The kids love the ice cream factory as they get to make their own with ice cream, lots of toppings and sauces! Theres a big car park with plenty of spaces. Would definitely recommend.

Went in today 5/08/19 and seemed busy for the amount of staff on. First said there might not be a table big enough for us at the time but we was then going to be spread across two tables but we suggest adding another chair to the table which they didn't mind. Went for the lunch buffet and when we first went up there wasn't really any pizza left. We guessed it was just because it was busy. Pizza filled up soon and was replenished at a reasonable rate. I didn't think the pizza was brilliant which going some where that focuses on pizza I just expected a little better. It's expensive for what it is but overall ok.

Was slow to get us into the restaurant as they had closed sections due to it not being super busy and they looked very under staffed, however the service was only slightly slower that what I would expect and the food was excellent as usual. Waitress was very kind and the experience is easy. Since it was new years Day I am very happy with the service I received just wish they had told us why we were waiting at the front door

We had to wait to be seated..its was around 3pm Saturday they were not too busy. It was 40 mins before we got served, the meagre salad bar was not kept topped up while we were there so dressings ran out. I ordered a starter, this never arrived and had to ask for it when our pizzas arrived another 30 mins or so later!.Will not be going back.

Not bad, buffet is quite good value during lunch times Monday - Friday. Was slightly understaffed during busy lunchtime on Sunday which meant us waiting a while to be seated but the staff were doing their best and managed to stay on top of things.

I loved the nutritious salad bar with all the croutons and the sweetcorn and the rest of the yummy food there. The unlimited drink station was so cool! You get to choose the spectacular drink flavours in some of your favourite drinks! The pizza was the best of all! It was exciting to eat, as well as that, it also looks good. Every pizza hut is the same for food of course, but it's the staff that make them different. These staff were rushed off their feet but still happy and smiling. What a difference that makes to a pizza meal. Well done Faye and team.

The salad selection is always a disappointment. Looks like it's been served many times before so does not look fresh. Quite expensive if you have a family like me. Kids love the ice cream factory which I'm sure is the main reason for wanting to visit.

Great range of drinks (both soft and alcoholic) and food, the restaurant caters for a lot of varying backgrounds of people such as vegans and vegetarians (vegan and vegetarian options clearly denoted on the menu). Very calm atmosphere, and very fast service.
