The ordering online accompanied with the plates and glasses being readily available for the buffet service was fantastic. The manager on at the time (11/6/22 approx 2pm) was extremely welcoming and accommodating and no request was too much. We saw this not only with our own experience but with the other families too. Faultless service by all staff members!

Went here last week with my girlfriend and the waitress (Kelly) and waiter (didn't get his name) were an absolute delight. Turned up for unlimited lunch a little close to finishing time but they had no problem with carrying it on a little longer for us. They were also very generous when we leaving and asked if we wanted to take some of the pizza in a takeaway box which was very kind gesture. Might not have been much to them but they made our afternoon.

Happy and friendly greeting at the door by Richard, followed by impeccable service where nothing was too much of an issue for him. Great food with a brilliant ambience. All the servers and restaurant staff were lovely and a credit to the pizza hut team. such a lovely evening and amazing food.

We dined at lunchtime for 2 adults & 2 young adults. Ordered using the QR Code which was simple and straightforward. Lunch buffet, had good range of pizzas and salad bar options. Could do with some couscous bread sticks or similar on the salad bar rather than too much carbs like pastas. Dressing could do with some labels, allergens ingredients and hot sauces. Staff were very attentive and polite. Place was a bit echoy and noisy but fairly clean and tidy. Definately will go there again.

Fab service from the manager, John. Staff were very attentive but no refillable drinks or salad bar is a let down unfortunately. Not sure why the buffet has gone from £7.50 to £8.50 when you don't get unlimited salad or garlic bread sticks though. Buffet normally is very good, but with the COVID regulations I'm not sure it's worth it. The pizzas you get are pretty small but lovely and hot.

I had an amazing experience! Super fast. Pizza and sides were all out within 10 minutes of ordering. The staff are incredible. The manager was super friendly and all were happy to help! I recommend for everyone to try it

I love this place, if I'm in a rush, I always grab a buffet here, no hassle, straight in, straight out. Although the building is looking a little tired, the staff compensate for this massively, they are all so polite, in particular the Manager. Yet again, we had a really lovely visit today. Came to this place on a quiet Tuesday evening, it was pretty busy inside as there was a large group but it quickly got quieter when they left shorty after we arrived. The restaurant was clean and seemed to be well maintained within despite being busy. The unlimited salad bar was well stocked and had plenty of options. The service was quick and the staff were very friendly and polite. The pizza came to our table after a short wait and was cooked nicely as we're the sides. There are toilets in the restaurant that are in decent condition and fairly clean. All round good experience.

Lovely little place, perfect for 4 kids and 3 mums. 3 1yos and a 2yo. Food wait times got a bit high so don't wait til you're starving but pizza was delicious! A good buy small array of animals. The ropes/aerial activity area looked fun too although ours were too little to have a go.

It's pretty rubbish. Toppings are very poor even when you order extra. Don't understand why they're still in business. The other issue is they use premade pizza bases so when they run out it drops off the menu. There are plenty of other outlets that offer better value and in my opinion a better product. So many pizza places around it would hardly be a problem finding somewhere else.

2022 Salad bar was improved. Clean restaurant with friendly staff. Food quick service amd delicious. However atmosphere was dead as restaurant was empty at 7pm on a Friday evening. 2018 Clean and friendly. Expensive and salad bar was limiting. Booked a table but had no record of us. Everyone loves a pizza hut... The staff were amazing and very welcoming making sure I had the best experience possible alerting me to their shortage of supplies due to issues in the pandemic, they were happy to change items on my order at no extra expense, did I mention I love pizza hut 😂😁

This Pizza Hut was amazing, we we're greeted at the door by Mark, who we later found out was the store manager, and he was clearly joyful about his job. This made being served by him much more enjoyable. The food was also amazing and the chef's did an amazing job. The only dissapointment was being unable to leave a tip for them all due to the cashless systems there right now. All in all a wonderful experience that I would recommend to anyone.

I made an extravagent order for greasy pizzas recently while in Cardiff and accidentally clicked 'collection' rather than 'delivery'. When I rang up to explain my predicament, the kind lady working there (she told me her name but I was half cut, so I instantly forgot it) told me they weren't able to change the order their end so I'd have to do it on my app. I thanked her and hung up. Forgetting instantly what I'd been told, I waited for the delivery slot time and then in a moment of clarity, remembered the situation. Panicking, I got an uber across the 2 odd miles to the restaurant from my hotel and boldly stepped inside and announced I was here to collect my 2 pizzas. The lady (the one I'd obviously spoken to on the phone) looked at me in horror and said she'd not made my 'za's because she'd assumed I'd have canceled my order and tried again. Her manager - a charming man who's name I wasn't ever privy to - set to ordering her calmly to follow through with my order while I was comfortably seated in one of their enormous booths. He didn't know this bit, but that was fine with me because I was texting someone I'd met on Tinder and could have done with the privacy, tbh. No less than 14 minutes later, I walked out with 2 steaming hot pizzas and the legend of a manager chucked in some sauces and a drink for free because of the mixup. I cannot rate those lovely people highly enough, they were courteous and respectful even though I had been a drunk nightmare. Side note, I'm still talking to that Tinder girl, so it's also a happy ending.. Right lads? Wheyyyy.

The very day before the ranking of Covid changed we were unlucky enough to visit Queen Street Pizza Hut and showed to our table and told to order through an app. Be prepared this takes time ! No endless salads just 1 tiny bowl with a pizza now which was why we used to go there. The staff were very friendly and made amends by upgrading the pizza and desserts. Expensive for pepperoni dripping in fat we will not return until the salad bar is open again.

The lunch time all you can eat deal with great value for money. I was very happy with the choice. Salad bar was plentiful, fresh and crisp. They where refreshing the pizza regularly. The staff where pleasant and helpful. I would say they where somewhat over worked. As they flew around. More people on shift would have improved the service. All in a good experiance. My daughter and I visited Queen Street branch in Cardiff today. The first thing to note was the level of hygiene.... Outstanding! Tables were busy and we opted for 2 adult and child buffet meals. Some pizza selection were limited and salad bar was plentiful. Toilets were in a terrible state, one out of two ladies out of order. Toilet roll mostly on the floor and looked like a good clean would have been in everyone's best interests. Damaged dispensers were also not fixed. My son loved his pizza and that is why it is a 3 not a 1 star.

Very good location for this Pizza Hut restaurant. Very close to other shopping areas and centre also close to the city centre if you want to take a walk after food. The restaurant itself provides the usual variety from Pizza Hut and is very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Took a group of 25 school pupils here today. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. From point of booking, they could not have been more helpful! At the end of the day it is a Pizza Hut so how much can you really expect? If we go on the premise that all huts are created equal then this one is alright! They do squeeze you in and probably have more tables than they really should for the amount of space they have but he staff are nice and the service is quick.

It was pizza hut. We went for the lunch pizza buffet. This one is in the basement and can get busy and crowded. Here you'll be seated but then order like at a pub... remember your table number and place your order at the till.

I went here with my 2 friends and there father due to us all seeing fall out boy and the pretty reckless just down the street at the motorpoint arena. We let the waiter aware of our situation and the food was warm, yummy and fast which was great. The pizza was really nice and well worth the prize i payed and the drinks were reasonable as well. Hidden in a basement practically. Went in at 5:30pm on a weekday in early December. It was like wild animals had been at the salad bar. Service was slow and the layout of the place is dreadful. The disabled probably shouldn't bother visiting without a hoist.

The place is quite busy mid-afternoon on a weekday so I imagine it will be also on weekends. The food is comparable to Pizza Hut in the US; the salad bar was less salad and more salad toppings than I was expecting. However it was overall a good experience. Do note toilet access requires a code provided upon seating.

Hats off to the young lady managing front of house and the counter. She is a credit to the place. Nothing was too much trouble. She was pleasant to my young grandbabies - always a plus in my eyes. Would go back again if she is working.

Everyone knows what the food tastes like at Pizza Hut, it's a love hate for most. The food for me and my family was good but the most important thing for us was the service. Unfortunately I can't remember the waiters name but she was so attentive and very welcoming. Really made us feel comfortable and helped us with our child too. If she's reading this, we came on Tuesday 28th June 2022 and we were there around half 1 till half 2. You were brilliant!

But then we were served very nicely and the pizza was really good, as you know it from Pizzahut in Germany. There were drinks to be refilled and it was a cozy evening. Aber dann sind wir super nett bedient worden und die Pizza war richtig gut, wie man es von Pizzahut auch in Deutschland kennt. Getränke gab es zum nachfüllen und es war ein gemütlicher Abend.
