Service was excellent, food was presented well, super tasty and a huge range on offer. Cocktails were great and a larger selection of drinks. My Burrata salad starter was wonderful and I will be having that again! Our only issue is we were a table of seven and we were sat on a 6 table, I know being an odd number is difficult at times but space on the table was limited - we should have said something while we were there and will next time, this didn't spoil our experience. Great atmosphere and cool on a very hot day. Will definitely be back.

Recently visited the restaurant as a party of three staff were pleasant and attentive. Seated immediately on arrival, drinks ordered, and left to choose our meals from the menu. The food was presented beautifully, and the taste and texture was also to a high standard. We had a 2 hour slot but never felt rushed at any point. The cocktails I'm told were delicious, we will be returning here.

Average...all the way. Food, service, drinks. Nothing good here and nothing bad. Its all just ok. Its not a bad cost or good, it's leaning on the expensive for sake of it imho but hey, local place for locals and some importing costs I assume and prices always going up everywhere. They have prints all over the bathroom too which look OK but weirdly they replicate 1 so why not just use less? I had an Italian sausage starter which was perfectly fine and pork medallions main which were late to everyone's meal sadly .the pork wasn't soft like medallions require or hard like it would be sent back...just pork. When it arrived it was just average with a mixed peppercorn sauce but hey. On we go. Fwiw someone had the mussel starter and that sauce was lovely. Maybe i just ordered wrong but both items are apparently family favourites if you believe the menu. Beers are good. Service was indifferent.

Went here for an impromptu night out Saturday and have to say extremely impressed. Was greeted by a very confident and personable restaurant manager and was seated outside with a bottle of fiz and advised our table was ready. Wonderful tasty food and drink served in an upbeat restaurant with a good vibe and buzz. Super friendly mature waiting staff always having good conversation and eye contact. Well done guys and really enjoyed our first visit 👏🥂

We had a wonderful meal for my wife's birthday. It was the first time we had been there and we weren't disappointed. The interior was welcoming and very comfortable, service was extremely attentive and helpful without being over the top and the quality of food exceptional. We could not fault anything and Roccos has gained our rating as best local Italian. Thank you team for a very enjoyable experience.

We visited tonight, and have to say that unfortunately, we were disappointed with the service. We were shown to our table straight away and given menus and ordered drinks. We ordered our starters and these came pretty quickly and were very good. Then we had to wait over an hour for our main courses to arrive. The table next to us came in a while after us, and they got their main courses before us. They were told that the kitchen were short staffed. No one approached us the whole of the time that we were waiting for our main courses. By the time the food arrived, we had lost our appetite. When we settled our bill, the waitress just walked away at the end without saying thank you, good night or hope you've enjoyed your meal. Not a word. It appeared that the waitresses upstairs were trainees and no one in authority was checking on the customers upstairs. This spoilt the night for us unfortunately, which is a shame. Won't be in a rush to go back.

7 of is went for Sunday lunch. Although it was late September we sat outside. It was sheltered and felt airy and very comfortable. The service was outstanding and the food was the vest we had tasted. Good quality, well cooked and perfect helping size. All 7 of us found it perfect and would definitely recommend it. (We found the drinks over-priced; soft and alcoholic)

For fans of Ziniz in Bawtry, this is owned by the same family and has the same menu.That being the case, my missis had her usual choice of La Claudia (a pork tenderloin creation) while I tried a Ragu pizza. Both were marvellous, as were the starters. Add in 4 drinks, a couple of coffees and the bill came to less than 90 quid, not cheap but not especially expensive either. A very nice meal in a nice, well laid-out restaurant with ample free parking less than 50 yards away (round the back of the restaurant).

The main courses are wonderful. I got the beef with bone tasted fresh and the meat was juicy and tasted as was done on bbq. The creamy sauce was omg. My husband got pasta with seafood, the same fresh and very yammy. I got the panacota, was just right taste . True limoncello!!

Atmosphere is lovely but service was slow, unattentive and many of the young staff need better training.We ordered wine and was expected to drink out of the glasses used for table water. I wouldn't mind except we got a service charge and the place is expensive and overpriced. Food tasted nice but not special. One positive is that the cocktails were really good.

Loved this place. It was our first visit last week and it certainly won't be our last. Close to a good sized free car park and shops in Tickhill. The service was excellent and the food amazing. Although no actual gluten free menu there are lots of gf options which the staff are very knowledgeable about. Good for a romantic meal or just a great night out. Not the cheapest, but so worth it.

Great choice of meals prices reflect that this is a restraunt. Fast service even on a busy Sat night and we did need book a few days in advance. Not the best romantic setting as tables are very close together and on a busy evening it's extremely noisey. Food was good hot and portions were sizeable. Me and my partner had lunch yesterday. We sat outside in the sunshine, it was lovely. I wish I had got the waitress name who served us she was lovely. I explained to her I had an allergy and she went above and beyond to make sure I was accommodated, she was very polite and welcoming. The food was delicious as we're the drinks. Atmosphere and decor modern and stylish. I will be recommending to my friends and family.

This is a lovely place to visit with friendly staff, they are however prone to the odd mistake with drinks, and some under cooked potatoes make the difference between 5* and 3*. Has all the ingredients here to be 5* just needed a few tweaks based on my experience.

Love this place to bits. There are some real, Italian, traditional gems hidden in the menu. If you can take the heat, the gnocchis are something out of this world. The pizzas are nice and crispy and everything is prepared with the utmost care. They have a standard 10% service charge, which doesn't bother mr as that's what I usually add anyway, but I have seen people point it out as a negative. I think it's more than worth it.

Fabulous, classy Italian restaurant hidden away in the heart of Tickhill. Alison, our very attentive waitress looked after us and offered us a beautiful outside table so we ate lunch al fresco! Smoked salmon risotto and tagliatelle carbonara were our lunchtime choices. Both were delicious and beautifully presented. The Rocco ‘mess’ pudding lived up to our high expectations and a glass of recommended white wine sealed the deal. Would highly recommend. Food and service of exceptional quality. A return visit needed! Thank you Alison and your team for making our lunch so special.
