SO impressed!! It was absolutely fantastic, from the very first enquiry to the very last minute, everything was just perfect. The staff honestly went above & behind to help me. From the moment I arrived they helped me carry my bags (I had a few decorations) to our table. Parking was great too, there’s plenty of space. I literally parked right outside the door which was a bonus for getting the balloons out of the car on a windy day. They cater for everyone, they take allergies and food intolerances incredibly serious. There was 11 of us in total and each one of us enjoyed their meal, we all had different options! The pizzas looked amazing, the pasta dishes looked delicious and my risotto was the best I’ve had. Every staff member was attentive, polite, friendly & super helpful. The menu may be ‘pricey’ (other peoples quotes) but the quality of the food really justifies the cost. I actually travelled for 1 hour to celebrate my friends special occasion here and I would definitely come back! Such a pretty little town too. Thank you to everyone at Ziniz, we all had the best time and you were all amazing.

Lovely food, really enjoyed the main course in particular. Formal dining here but enjoyable, decent service. Pricey but food quality worth it. Could easily manage three courses here. Staff were attentive and polite. Only slight negative was it was very noisy when we were in but it was a Saturday night so to be expected close to the bar area.

What a wonderful wedding at Zinzi everything organised by Alex Julie and Claudia for my son and daughter in law! They did all the table decorations and settings! The 3 course meal was amazing and the drinks that came with it! The service was also excellent! Me and our family can not thank you enough and highly recommended your restaurant for the prefect venue for celebrations

Had a meal at Ziniz with my husband for my 50th. Three course meal, Bolly, wine, coffee and liqueurs. Came to about £260, but worth every penny! Attentive staff, amazing food and an evening to remember!

As an Italian descendant and former head chef I don't often choose to visit 'Italians'. I'm so glad I did this time. Ziniz is a special Italian restaurant and by far the closest thing to real Italian I've had in Britain...it is a real italian. The menu is brilliant and contains a remarkably wide variety of real Italian items, you've got duck and boar (popular in Tuscany), lobster which is famous on the west coast, fresh and herby risottos reminiscent of the Apennines etc. The lobster, crab and shrimp pasta was actually a bit of a moment for me. You know when you eat something so good that you slow down and think about every flavour? I was smiling so much my jaw started to ache. Yeah that's this place, happy and delicious. Definitely the best pasta I've had in a quarter of a century. I have to go back 26 years to the last time I had pasta this good, hand made by my Nona. I heard the rave reviews and for some reason I put off a visit my entire adult life....I regret that now and I can't wait to go back. It's a 2 hour round trip and it's easily worth it. The food is well priced. This is fine dining and you'll be waited, served and pay appropriately. We had a cocktail, starter and main each, some breads and a good quality wine and cocktail. All in we just hit £100. But it's the best meal out I've had in a seriously long while and I think crazy value. I've paid double elsewhere for this quality. I really can't recommend it enough. If you want to dress up and go out for a nice meal, try Ziniz. Plus the cocktails are awesome, my girlfriend loved The Unicorn. Grazie, molto bene.

So... the wifes 40th birthday. Went with 6 of us to follow the covid rules! They did unbelievable and couldnt be any better. The seating was outside and pre booked in a fantastic location next to the heaters. They let us put balloons up and banners which was fab. We all said that it felt like we were in marbella with a great atmosphere. We all had food and was amazing. 10/10

Had a great meal for a recent birthday- between us we had Salmon Risotto, Braised Beef, Pork Fillet Medallions as main courses plus various starters and drinks- came to £127 Inc 10% service. So, not cheap but all of it was excellent. For those driving there's plenty of car park space literally a few yards away.

Atmosphere wonderful ✨️ Service excellent, each member of the team were polite, pleasant friendly and helpful. Both starters were excellent. Main meals My husband had steak which he described as the best he has eaten in the last 15 years . Pizza for me ,really delicious. I had ordered fries aswell which truthfully I didn't need. We shared a dessert and then had a lovely coffee to finish Excellent evening. Thank you all for making the evening so special.

The food and service were excellent but one really disappointing and sub standard service was the complete lack of a disabled toilet on ground level. I had to walk through part of the kitchen where a young man was emptying the dishwasher. The toilet was tiny and was obviously the kitchen staff toilet. Surely this is wrong?

We have visited many times over the years and never had any issues whatsoever. Recently we booked for food only but decided to stay for drinks. Chris was fantastic, did his upmost to sort a table for us even though it was very busy. He didn’t forget us and sorted it out. He’s very attentive, on the ball and a true asset. Our first time there, i had spomach ravioli and cannolis, my food was divine but my husband who had the meatballs and profiteroles, his food was okay but nothing special. The waitress took my husbands plate as he was still chewing the last mouthful so definitely felt rushed, the tip was automatically added onto the bill, which I know a lot of places do but the decision to tip should be left with the customer, had to remind them to remove my deposit. I don't think we will be going back.

Nice food. Staff pleasant. Other customers at bar area swearing loudly not dealt with. No social distancing at all and no masks for staff. Added service charge for 2 people of 10% of Bill. Need to up their game on safety.
