Good service and helpful staff. It's a standard Frankie & Benny's. Plenty of seating inside and lots of car parking as well as it's part of the Fife Leisure Park set up. It was busy when we went but food was prompt and hot when served. Wasn't sure if it was open when we first got there, due to tinted windows and no open signs by front door, but front door was able to be opened, so we headed inside. Probably just needs something outside to make customers aware if open. Otherwise, would go back.

Hadn't booked but wasn't a problem. The food was sooo good. My sister had the vegan mac n cheese and really enjoyed it. I had the crispy bbq chicken burger and it was lush 😋. Desserts were delicious too. Service was on point, Rebecca was our server, she was so lovely and made sure everything was spot on for us, safe to say I will definitely be back.

Extremely happy with my visit today. Stopped going few years ago when they've started changing the style from retro into more modern, menu changes and the biggest miss in my eyes was to take away luisiana hot sauce for the chicken wings and they introduced Nashville hot sauce or something like that which I didn't like at all therefore for all these reason we stopped going there altogether. However, decided to give another go after such long break and was quite impressed with this particular restaurant as its still the old style of frenkies with old pictures and retro music and they had chicken wings with I believe The luisiana hot sauce! If it wasn't that sauce then it definitely was something very similar to the one I used to love. I'm conclusion, feel very happy for giving another chance to this restaurant And the service was great, friendly and professional

Friendly courteous staff, food selection decent and prompt to table. Food was outstanding and we'll definitely be back. Loads of seating available even if you have a larger party going. Only down side was we weren't sure if they were open due to tinted windows and no signage to say if it was but door opened when tried. Only down side for us

Went out for dinner with the kids as a treat. Kids loved the frankies meatballs, and their puddings were delicious. Quite expensive for a family of 5, the 20% student discount cetainly helped...

We visited on a busy Saturday night because our first choice restaurant nearby was full. We did not book ahead, but there was only a short wait for a table. The staff were attentive and service was very quick, despite the restaurant being almost full when we arrived. We were very impressed. A very enjoyable dining experience.

Food was fine on Xmas eve. However booked 9 of our family from 12 told they needed table back by 2pm fine no problem. We were in there at 1155 prompt. Got our first drink at 1220 then they took our food order. A waitress with a serious attitude problem came over and stated pointedly that they needed table back by 130. I said that we would vacate the table as soon as we had finished eating. The aforementioned waitress then proceeded to walk pass our table throwing less than friendly glances. Not what u expect during the season of goodwill!! Really for a 3 course meal and drinks 1 and a half hours is cutting it fine when u only get ur drinks after 25 minutes. Felt very sorry for the next table taking our place who had to wait until we had vacated the table which we managed by 1.37. Perhaps u should consider giving tables at least 2 hours to eat and not try and squeeze so many people in. It is not doing ur reputation any favours at all.

Not the grooviest or most atmospheric of places, but food was good, and service was also very good, so if you want a simple yet nice tasting dinner, it's worth a visit. I get the feeling it'd be a good place for having a birthday or confirmation celebration meal, as the service and food would surely work very well for large groups. Hot dog was delisho.

We've had a mixed experience with Frankie & Benny's in the past. We had a nice meal and Stirling and a very disappointing visit to one in Edinburgh. So it was with some trepidation that we decided to give this one a bash. Would it be third time the charm, or would we strike out? Well, read on! (Spoiler: look at the stars). First thing that struck us was the atmosphere, the place had a nice lively buzz about it, without being raucous. People seemed to be enjoying themselves, good sign. The staff were friendly and the place was clean (while we were there we saw how quick staff were to clean tables when people left, and what a thorough job they did of it). That's all very well you cry, but what about the food? Well, good news there too. It was first class. The spicy meatballs had a real kick to them, the BBQ brisket pizza was flavourful and the kids pepperoni pizza delighted the smallest member of the team. After the mouth buzz of the meatballs, I fancied something sweet and spotted the lemon tart on the menu. Now, lemon tart, for us, is one of those dishes. It's either done really well, or it's a real let down. Should I gamble on it, or play safe? I decided that things had been going so well so far that I'd roll the dice and give it a try. Good call! It was lovely, tart and zingy and just what I was after. Really enjoyed the evening and can't fault the place. Highly recommended.

Went out for a meal before heading to the cinema. Decided to try some options from their new vegan range. We asked our server Sarah if we could swap out the cheese for non vegan cheese and she was more than happy to get this sorted for us. Have to say we really enjoyed the 2 options we had. The 'chicken' pizza was on point. Had great service while in there too, Sarah is a credit to the team!

Ordered the new york deli burger a new item in menu. Ok so the pastrami was so dry it was like cardboard....the burger was also dry and lacked any flavour. The toppings sauce and bun actually was really good. Bacon cheese fries....well bacon amd fries hardly any cheese. Service was prompt and fast... beer on tap is nice. I would not recommend this for a burger meal however.

We arrived a bit late and only had 40mins till the start of our film across at the Odeon, we asked if it would be possible to get something to eat in this time and were told this should be ok. We ordered lasagne, carbonara a latte and a coke. Let's just say the service was amazing all done and dusted before the start of the film, full service within 35mins and that was with the restaurant really busy. The servers went above and beyond they were great, the chefs gave us a really tasty meal and all within a short time and at a good price. The management should be really proud if their staff. Great service, great food, top marks.

The service was a little slow considering the restaurant was quiet. The service was with a smile so it made up for it. The food is delicious as one expects. Value for money in comparison to the cost of food in Oxford. Free parking is a bonus too. Lots to do when you've finished your meal. Highly recommended.

Went in in December and got the festive menu. The ravioli starter was really good, exactly as described. Christmas pizza was excellent, great concept, well cooked, and piping hot. The yule dessert was a let down. The chocolate elements were strangely chewy and the concept as a whole just didn't. Work. Staff extremely friendly and polite.

The other Frankie and Benny's branches that I've been to before were really bad. However, this one completely opposed my expectations. The food was honestly amazing. We had sharing starters and 11 main courses and everything was cooked perfectly. I could not complain. Also, the staff here are extremely kind and very helpful - could not ask for more.

Been here a fair few times over the last 10 years or so and keep coming back again. A great restaurant with a nice atmosphere. Fast and friendly service which can't be faulted. My only criticism is that the leather on the seats is cracking and splitting in places but that inevitably happens. Overall highly recommended, worth popping in if you are passing or heading out to the cinema.

The food was actually pretty good here. It was hot, tasty and served pretty quickly. It was Saturday night and we didn't have to wait for a seat. They've even changed up the music a bit so it's not constant 50's music all the time. The staff were reasonably attentive and friendly. The only downside is it felt a little expensive for what it was. £80 for three people is a bit steep. That's just Frankie and Benny's in general I guess. No free refills on soda too. Come on guys, get with the 21st century.

Love Frankie and Benny's! Great menu choices for all the family. We called in advance and asked if they would be able to bring out a cake with candles if we supplied it, which they said was no problem. My wife and I were here a few weeks back and I fancied a calzone. I wasn't keen on the options available for the calzone and asked if they might be able to make one using one of the toppings available from the normal pizza menu. This might have caused a pricing issue but they were more than happy to oblige. They even changed a desert so that my wife could avoid dairy. The staff (Liam and Kelly if I remember rightly) were absolutely brilliant! Meal was amazing too.

The food was tasty enough but I thought the meal was quite expensive for what it was. I had a smallish macaroni cheese with chips and a coke and my daughter had a children's meal which included the tiniest chocolate brownie ever. It cost around £25 in total. I would only go back during the week when there were offers on.

Came here today with the family. What a fantastic day it was not only was I a winner with the Bowling but a winner with the choice of vegan food! Brekkie was good as includes tea/coffee and toast. Only prob is they don't allow you to switch items I.e I don't like eggs but couldn't swap for another sausage/bacon, I didn't have to take the egg but would be charged extra for another item. Otherwise would of been a 5.

Had been on holiday for a week so on way back home took a pitstop to Dunfermline to do the Crazy Golf there and then go to Franky & Benny's round the corner. Lisa who was taking our orders was very helpful and brought smiles to our young daughter and the food as would be expected was filling. I had rack of ribs and a dessert around noon and have did not nead to eat again until just after 10pm. Lisa is one of the rare gems in trying to make sure the customer is happy and popped over now and again to see if anything else needed or up to standards. If aiming to go to FandB for monthly treat then will go there again and hopefully one in Dundee when it opens will keep to its standard especially the staff showing top customer service like Lisa did.
