The pizza was tasty, lovely crisp base, a bit skimpy with the toppings. The salad bar had a reasonable choice but it did have the feel of mass catering about it (which of course it is) The staff were excellent, welcoming and efficient, prices were 'ok' and the kids loved the ice cream factory. Kids will love it, adults maybe not so much but you know what you're getting. Toilets were clean and well looked after. The decor was fine and the place was clean.

The staff were nice and friendly. The food came out hot and cooked well. The children liked the unlimited drinks and "diy" ice cream. The salad still seemed fresh even late at night (we were the last customers). The toilets were clean. Very satisfied leaving, thank you.

One good thing about chain restaurants is the consistency in the food options and presentation. The kids menu is still a big hit with children. I found quite convenient the fact that you can starting placing your order after scanning a QR code in the table. But the Pizza Hut at the Fife Leisure Park (Dunfermline) has a difference: the staff is friendly and welcoming. This makes your family dining experience much better.

We ate here with the kids last week after bowling and had a really nice meal. Good value with 6 of us all eating well for around £80. The kids meal desl is good value and has lots of choices.

Went for buffet at lunchtime, got the food for free on o2 offers . I would have been quite disappointed if I had had to pay £9.99. There wasn't a lot of choice, the pasta at first was cold then they brought another one out which was hot. Only one dish of garlic bread which went quick , then had to wait ages for another to arrive.

HGV driver here so need to grab a meal on the road and seriouly try to avoid these places as its far too pricey for what you get BUT this place was totally different, it was awesome and a quality pizza, fresh ingredients, great staff service and if you use the online click and collect then you get pizza for half price which feeds my van boy and myself fully! I hate how much these places charge for pizza so use the online deals 😎 1 million times better than domino's....just saying 🤷🏻‍♂️

How this place has changed since my last visit. The menu has got so much smaller, there is no longer a "Starters" option. The place seemed cold, not with a lack of heat either, no chatty staff and hardly any punters. I dont think Ill be going back anytime soon.

Generic food and staff. I never tip through the computer/till system, coming from a hospitality profession I know they more often than not, don't reach the staff, so I always decline the tip button and leave cash on the table. Glad this time I did that, as it was like eating in a fast food restaurant, all self service, apart from the pizza being laid on the table, no check back, no anything really. As I said generic and I don't tip in McDonald's so why tip there. Sorry....pizza hut is usually a safe bet, but either because of covid risk assessment or the restaurant at fife leisure Park itself being run of the mill I'm not sure. Didn't leave much of an impression 😕

Not much I can say to be honest. It is a standard pizza hut. I do feel that the dine in prices are rather inflated considering you can get their food cheaper via delivery from one of their delivery outlets. However I suppose sometimes people do prefer to dine in. Food quality was standard to the other pizza huts I have been to and service was as expected.

Went for our sons birthday. Salad bar is good, pizza was average & cookie dough dessert was lovely. Service though was painfully slow & the wifi was really slow which isnt good when you need to order via the app due to covid. Cost was super expensive for what it is but service not up to scratch.

The environment and service was excellent and their pizzas top class. My 11 year old daughter loved having her birthday there with her friends. They even brought the cake and sang happy birthday for her. I would definitely go back there. Suitable for small group events.

I've been a fan of pizza hut for years; good food for everyone, decent prices for the family and normally the service is fine. However tonight when we went we had the best server called Madeleine. Such a lovely, genuine warm welcome to the restaurant from Madeleine and excellent service throughout our meal from her. A really lovely girl who really stood out to me with being so helpful and attentive from start to finish. She really put a smile on my face!

I've had many, lovely pizzas here. The salad is fresh and tasty and the pizzas are hot and generously topped. One personal bugbear that I have is that all of the unlimited sodas are diet/sugarfree drinks. I wouldn't even mind paying slightly more for unlimited soda of the non diet variety, but it's not an option. They do have great cream soda though, definitely worth a try.

Spacious restaurant, we go for the buffet. This varies depending on what time you go. If you're later in the afternoon, there's less fresh pizza coming out. Sometimes some random flavours come out, cheese and onion pizza anyone? Both pasta sauces sometimes not provided, one week pasta was mixed in with the hot sauces which reduces the option of one of the hot sauces if you want to put it on your pizza for example.

The price of the buffet is not bad, but have in mind that you have to add the drinks, and also if you want ice cream.. The buffet don't have too much variety, and the pizzas were almost the same. The service instead was fast, and the waitress were really nice.

Great staff at this restaurant. I was in a shunt at the roundabout outside the restaurant and the staff were out to see everyone was OK and brought me a coffee whilst I was waiting for the recovery truck. Shunt was damage-only, nobody hurt (and not my fault, I hasten to add!) Good to know that there are caring people about when you need a hand.

The food was amazing 5* plus but shame can't be said for the cleanliness of the tables or the attitude of some staff table was dirty and we had to ask for it to be cleaned which a really lovely lad moved us again 5* to that particular lad who was our server aswell so friendly n helpfull shame can say same for the others one guy was walking about with a mask on his chin I spoke to the manager who said she would talk to him clearly she didn't or he just didn't care.

The food is nice, the service is excellent. If I was to rate our night out just on the food I'd have said that it was a little pricey, but when you factor in just how friendly and accommodating the staff were it makes all the difference. Easy access by car, plenty parking spaces and a local bus service that literally passed right outside the restaurant.

Things have changed a bit obviously, the buffet drinks are no longer refillable, only a small selection of salad stuff and you are expected to order online but the staff are still great.
