W. Z.Free vegan pizza, but only for per group, not per person(which is not clarified).
The gluten-free pizza is a bit harden, I will not recommend that. But the flavours are good as always!
Also the salad bar is so big with all kinds of vegetables and snacks you could imagine! I love the salad bar. My friend also recommend the white spaghetti, she loves it. Also, the cookie and cream dough is sooooo good, a bit sweet, but awesome!
R. S.Not been in a pizza hut for ages. Dropped in here for a late lunch. Around 1415 ! Did the buffet. Plenty pizza to be had and in 6 variations. 2 pastas and the salad bar. Food was hot. Salad bar was a little boring and tired. Staff were helpful and chatty. Place was quiet and everybody was following Scottish covid guidelines.
A. L.I was there with my little son a few days ago and the pizzas .... Pizza hut, nothing special, but he came out very happy. There were too few workers for the level of customers that were entering, the problem was that we had to wait for a pizza for children and one for an adult 30 minutes or more. Getting to have to claim them because they were serving the food to customers who had come after us even after ordering the pizzas. I don't think we'll go again. At least not to this pizza hut.

Not my favourite pizza chain (I'm spoiled by having the small local Pizza Geeks near me), but passable if your student daughter & her friend are hungry, need food quickly and Pizza Express is full!

S.The manager of the restaurant who was working on Sunday the 6th feb 2022 was excellent, couldn’t do enough for us, he was very welcoming and professional, accommodated 4 of us and 2 high chairs helped us in with a double buggy, after having a rude experience at the door at bella Italian this made up for it! He told us when the dress food came out for the buffet also, Thankyou very much, Think his name was Lewis
K. R.Good pizzas as always and service was really good too. Got the desserts on the house as the manager made a mistake by charging us for the wrong order , he sorted it out right away and we had to wait for 10 mins. In return he got the desserts for us for free. Warm cookie dough was very very good .
L.Despite having phoned to book, the restaurant had no record of the booking when we arrived. It was just fortunate there was space for us. They were plainly short staffed, having said that service wasnt too slow (i have definitely had far slower in this particular branch) A complaint about pizza hut in general is that they seem to set the temperature of their restaurants for the staff, and not for customer comfort. It's soooooo cold. And on a cold night with folk regularly opening the external door, it is freezing cold.
Dont know if it was due to being short staffed or their usual practice but, after putting our food on the table, staff did not return to see if we were enjoying our meal (normally they always do in pizza hut and it isnt necessary!) On this occasion, i had ordered the new festive pizza. It was tasty enough but i couldnt taste any apple flavour at all, despite it being described as having applesauce as an ingredient. So i did want to ask if it had been forgotten but no one came over. I mentioned it at the end but just got the comment 'it wouldnt surprise me if the kitchen had forgotten it'
This was a pity as i never got to know if i ate the pizza as it should have been (in which case i would not re order even in another branch) or it should have had an apple taste, in which case i think i would give it another try.
The staff were friendly and we all know the strain the hospitality sector is under with staff recruitment so i dont want to be too harsh as they did a fine job, considering. But there were definitely areas for improvement. Just turning the heating up would be a start!
All in all, just an average hut.
N. K. J.Situated in a busy street with a nice ambience inside, this is a good pick for a quick meal. Of course the menu is standard and expect the standard set of experience. The staff were very welcoming and Ethan did help the serving a friendlier one. Washrooms are a lil tricky to find. Lighting is nice. Pick the seats near the glassy wall. A nice place to sit and see how the city passes by.

T. C.It is a good option for having lunch. There are several gluten free pizzas (see the photo uploaded) and they are delocious (despite their size is smaller than the normal options). The employees are trained about alergens and they are very kind.

Went in on one of the Individual pizza deals, and the BBQ pizza was very tasty really enjoyed this original pan pizza. The chicken wings were nice but not the best I’ve ever had, but still tasty and good value for money!
T. F.Pizza Hut never dissapointed us! It is very well located in Edinburgh. People serving there are very good as we got our order really fast. Prices are ok for a pizza pub located in the city center. Totally recommend if you love pizza.

A. D.The food is great but it's a bit cold. The staff was way to helpful and kind. They forgot to serve the dessert after the food by mistake but get a voucher of £5 plus desserts with it as their apology which is really unbelievable for me. Corn cob were banging. I literally had a great there.

They asked us to order food via the "app", to reduce extended contact, but the app was unable to process drink orders or extras, so seemed a complicated process. We planned our conplete order and made it directly, and quickly with staff.
S. S.During lunch hours with buffet. It can be very busy. And sometimes a little wait May be in order. But when you are seated and ready to eat. One girl / server was awesome. She was so bubbly and interactive with her section to serve. Pizzas during buffet hours 12-3. There's plenty on offer. From pasta n sauces. To the fresh salad bar. Could do with grated cheese I think. It's all rather pleasant dining.
S. S.Arriving here it was quite busy which I expect as it is close to the royal mile. However, once I ordered my food I waited half an hour for the food to arrive and it didn't. I asked the staff what was taking so long and they said the food lift was stuck and there was food inside of it. Once the lift was opened I was given my food straight away, it was barely warm and also wrong. I was unable to complain to the staff as they were no where to be seen and I was not asked if the food was okay. I'm sure they were busy but this is just poor service on their part. If I had complained and got two new pizzas I would have missed my train. Overall, I'm sure this would have been a great experience if the lift had not broken and the staff were less stressed.

H. S.After a long tiring day, we had no energy to explore the area and decided to have dinner here. Once seated, our server Ethan came and took our order. He was very friendly and polite.
Our food came out within a decent amount of time. The margherita pizza, the cheese triangles and the garlic bread with mozzarella was perfectly done and so delicious. The salad bar was a bit of a disappointment. And so was the unlimited drink option (only diet options available)
The chocolate chip cookie with icecream totally hit the spot for me. The cookie was so gooey and delicious
M. N.On the plus side the pizza is good. On the negative side, the salad bar was lacklustre and lacking lettuce, of all things - just due to being poorly taken care of. Why oh why is this a chronic situation at Pizza Huts in general across the country? Staff were friendly if not the most attentive. Good for a casual pizza night.
W. G.We always get a nice meal and served by friendly staff in Pizza Hut. I've marked this down because the range of salad stuff at the salad bar was more limited, no carrots or apples etc. The few things that my children will eat from it. Shame.

N. P.We love pizza hut, I had meaty feast and my granddaughter had children's meal deals she picked her 3 toppings, garlic bread, apple & blackcurrant squash including salad she had plenty to eat. We both enjoyed our dinner. Pizza hut salad bar has a wide selection of fruits, vegetables, sauces and snacks. The ice cream factory has choices of sauces and toppings which children love. Unlimited drinks station offer wide variety of fizzy drinks, water, ice and squash for children.
Wheelchair accessible enterance, disabled toilet available, clean and tidy environment. Very friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable prices on all adult & children menus. If you have a good appetite I highly recommend Mon - Friday before 3pm when they serve all you can eat. It will be a chance to try everything if you haven't eaten there before.

It was delicious. It looked kind of small but it was so filling that I couldn't finish it. The waiters were very friendly and helpful.

C. C.Typical Pizza Hutt. Helpful staff. We had a sharing meal. Nicely cooked tasty pizza. The sides were nice. Salad bar fresh ingredients and the desserts yummy. We had chocolate brownie and strawberry cheesecake.
M. D.We went here for the buffet, but I'm not sure if we were here when it was really busy, although some tables were still empty. But the selection of pizzas at the buffet were not all that great. And whenever a new pizza was put on the buffet table, this long queue emerged from nowhere and in less than a minute, everything was gone again. Also, at the drinks station, everything but the normal Pepsi was sold out.
All in all, the pizza and salad tasted good, but the limited selection of pizzas does cost a couple of stars in the review.

All tables filled after ours got their food at the same time. My individual pizza was like warm meaning it had been sitting for quite a while. Either the cooks or the wait staff were off the ball.

M. M.It is one of the best in town, and when it comes to Scotland, Pizza hut here is placed on the top over dominos or any other pizza restaurant even Pizza hut taste is different from other UK cities for some reason, it is just waaay better! You will not regret the taste!

T. S.You know what you're generally getting in pizza hut but in this restaurant we were seated in the area near the front door. There was a lighting issue with many bulbs missing in the ceiling fittings. So it was a bit on the dark side on an October afternoon. The service was ok. single side garlic bread was brought out as a starter when no starters were ordered.

I will have to think about coming here again. When there is so much choice of food in Edinburgh I would have expected better service.
J. M.It's Pizza Hut. Not much more to say. Pizza is great. Service wonderful. One note, if you are expecting a full salad bar (like in the US), you will find this one lacking. However, salad bar has several choices and all were fresh.
T. W.Sometimes I think pizza hut for what it is can be pricey , then I discovered that each location sometimes has different prices . So look out for deals and coupons. I personally don't like the salad buffet because 8/10 times it's is very messy and nothing is covered. Germs!!

R. C.As Pizza Huts go - this is one of the best ones they have in the country. Opposite Pizza hut is Pizza Express and Prezzo, a couple of doors up is Bella Italia. On this basis I would have to say it is the fourth best pizza shop on the street.... Or the worst. I would not recommend this place to anyone who likes authentic tasting pizza. If you like never ending ice cream then come here. On the other hand it is one of the better Pizza Huts. Sadly it does not deliver. Tough review, four stars from me but with the disclaimer that if you are actually there you'd probably be better off going to one of the other places next door.
