M. R. S.Nice place and nice food.
But I have to add this as well. Once we had finished and asked for the bill, one of the staff took a few of the plates away but a ladies walked over and put napkins and cutlery on the table before it was cleared and while we were sitting and waiting for the bill it arrive. I would say it was very rude and unprofessional and an instant 1 star review. It's Easter Sunday and I believe in second chances, so will leave a 4 star review, as that was the experience up to that point. I hope they improve that part of the business.
m.We got a voucher as a gift and was using it today. We got seated and given menu's. Perused through the menu for our meal choice, picked what we wanted and when the waitress came over for our order. She then gave us a separate one because of the voucher 😔
The pizza Milano was amazing and my only criticism would be that they would ask me if I wanted it cut because by golly the table shook as I cut it 😁 The Italian lager was so nice I had another one 🍺
As with the photo I was stuffed 😜
The waitresses were very nice and very attentive 👍

A. L.Lovely late lunch at Rafaelles on 8 October for my birthday. Girl who served us was very nice, really attentive. Food was great. Had the pate to start, huge portion, and Penne pasta with steak through it. Was really delicious. Have been a few times and is one of the best places to go in Bearsden for a nice lunch.
P. M.Lovely 2 course lunch with Hubby and Mum (92yrs old) Hubby and mum had fish n chips in panko breadcrumbs, hubby's first visit here, said it was so fresh ,light and very tasty . I had the mussels with spaghetti in the tomato sauce 😋, couldn't finish dessert so boxed and took home . Service brilliant, very polite and friendly and always treat my mum wonderfully. Recommended for a wee Sat lunch
D.Eat in on Friday night. Was about 75% full. Food was 4 star, service was 2 star. There is a problem with how drinks are poured. We asked for water 5 times throughout the dinner. Only to be met with 5 glasses of water near the end of the meal :-(
