C. H.Ordered from Westfield fishing lodges for delivery, delivery took about hour and a half but they did say it would take roughly that. Worth the wait however. Easily some of the best takeaway pizza I've had. Highly recommended. Delivery charge was 3.50 and cash only fyi.
D.Exceptional takeaway; although more expensive than most takeaways, the price is reflected in the (restaurant) quality food. Great local ingredients, delicious pizza dough and expansive menu choices. If you don’t mind the drive to collect, you really won’t regret it.

Main issue to improve is the speed of service and general customer service. Orders can take a while, even on off peak days. When querying on the phone, service can be poor and unhelpful.

P. S.My first order from Al Capone’s was a Donner Kabab. And to be honest I wasn’t overly impressed. The meat was a little too greasy for my liking, however it was served with nice fresh salad and good quality chilli sauce. What did impress me was the cleanliness and friendly staff. With a 5 star rating in the door i thought it was worth sampling a few of there other dishes.
There chicken kabab was lovely. Two lightly marinated chicken breasts sliced in half with fresh salad and chilli sauce. More than enough to make two Kabab’s out of one if you order a extra pita bread. Highly recommend if you like kababs. The BBQ pulled pork sizzler pizza that my son ordered was just as good. A light and thin base with lots of toppings. A thick and creamy carbonara for the wife, went down a treat and the ravioli in a creamy tomato sauce was lovely. All the ingredients seemed fresh and well balanced. We all really enjoyed our food and it was definitely worth paying that little extra for. Delivery took a while but it was a Friday Evening and it was all still hot so not a problem.
Take aways are so hit and miss these days. This place is good! Tasty food, quality ingredients and great service. If the standards stay consistent then I’ll be a loyal customer for the foreseeable future
B. F.First time ordering from here. Our food arrived quicker than expected. Pizzas were really nice. The carbonara was delicious, advised that the food was made from scratch and can believe that as the flavour and consistency was as good as the food we have from our local Italian restaurant. Shall definitely be ordering again. Pleased to have found a takeaway that takes pride in the food they serve. Don't be put off by negative reviews, we ordered as a recommendation via a friend and were not disappointed.
P. R.Had a 2hr wait but it is Christmas Eve, food was absolutely ace and well worth the wait. Would deffo use again bit pricey but as good or better then some restaurants so can’t complain. Keep up the good work....
D. A.A very very busy place, especially on weekends (obviously). The signature "Al Capone" pizza is excellent and worth the wait. The only reason 5 stars are not given is that they are so busy that making a telephone order is all but impossible. Otherwise, great takeaway!! 😁
Originally given four stars, this place is seemingly becoming a victim of its own success with long waits for orders and basic errors creeping in such as putting a seafood sauce on a chicken burger when I'd asked for burger relish! Not the only error in the last couple of months. Quality of the food is still excellent but the customer service is struggling to keep pace. Whilst I'm keeping the headline 4 stars they are down to 3.5 but I can't formally give a half star on this Google service.
Downgrade to 3 stars as price increases over last couple of years have been significant to say the least.
H. J.The food its decent no doubt about it but the prices are too expensive for a takeaway. Delivery is usually an hour which is ok but we ordered a few nights a go (a week night) and they took 2 hours! When i ordered they said it would be an hour so a full hour late! When i called they didnt even apologise or offer to knock some money off or send something extra. Instead she basically put the phone down before i could complain! The delivery driver told us they were understaffed that night but then they should've taken the phone off the hook or turned orders away until they caught up. To me it was just greedy. We order regularly from them but i will be giving them a miss for now as i think the service was extremely poor. Shame.

T. N.Ordered from here 4 times now. In lockdow . We are nearly 5 miles away . Delivered within 1hour everytime and food is perfect everytim . I would compare pizzas to that of the ber italian restaurants in the city. The chicken of the kebabs is perfectly marinated and chips are always perfectly crispy and spiced accordingly. This restaurant needs to seek awards for impeccable service in such a hard time for all. Many respect to the owners and organisers. We will continue to orde . Thank you.
S. T.Thought we'd try here as all the other take always in hull we've tried for kebabs are terrible. The prices at al Capone are much higher than anywhere else. But, when it was delivered the kebabs were lovely . Hot, plenty of meat and really fresh salad. The pasta we ordered looked lovely but I do think it's well and truly over priced. I would definitely order from here again .
