Great service, didn’t feel rushed which was good. Ordered garlic bread with chilli which was really nice, wasn’t soggy either which some garlic breads can be, this was crispy and tasty. Main course pizza and pasta, again very tasty and the toppings didn’t slide off the pizza. I will come again and bring friends with us .

Excellent food and lovely staff. Careful going in hot days, not sure if the air con can't be used because of COVID or if its broken, but it was like eating in Hades.

Provides gluten-free options for both pizzas and pasta which tasted as good as the gluten options. Staff were knowledgeable about the processes of coeliac awareness, however, there is a £2.50 charge for anything gluten-free, which is very unfortunate if you're a coeliac that can't eat gluten because - well, you're allergic!

Having not eaten here for many years I was a bit nervous about how it would be for the 8 of us, would it be as good as I remembered.........it was! All the food was delicious - everyone was happy with their individual choices and the service was very good without being overpowering. So glad we booked here. Even happier that it was as good as I remembered. Keep up the great work 👏👏

We we're a group of 8 ordering starters and mains...service was great and the food was fantastic...I would recommend the Prawns with Tagliatelle to start as these were delicious. Everyone in our party loved their dishes. Well done Da Gianni.

Just recieved and ate a lovely restaurant pizza, honestly best pizza I've had in years! Perfect service and food quality is excellent. Highly recommend everyone give this a go! Don't forget sweets too, start from 50p and we had a bag full for the family- handmade and delicious fillings!

I love this place. During lockdiwn they've kept the business going selling fine food, beer and wine. They also do their restaurant food as takeaway. And check this out. On Monday to Wednesday all food is half price!!!!! So for example you can get a top Italian pizza fresh made with all the trimmings for less than a fiver!!! I've literally stopped cooking as its less hassle. A fine Italian chicken and napoleon sauce for £7. They've also started doing Sunday lunches for £10.95 and they're awesome. Go check them out, I promise you will not be disappointed 🙏 x

Da Gianni is a wonderful restaurant. I've only been here twice, but will always pop in for some rosé wine and pasta when I have time. The staff is incredibly friendly, always smiling, being helpful even when it's really busy. Their food is very tasty, affordable and always comes quickly. They're very hardworking people and the owner is one of the nicest person I've met, engages with customers and keeps them updated and happy. Good luck, guys! 💕🌸

Wonderful little Italian restaurant. We visited with friends for the first time a few weeks ago and have been back. In fact we're going again in a couple of days. Fantastic service, very friendly staff who can't do enough for you, great atmosphere and the food is amazing! The best garlic bread with tomato and pesto we've ever tasted and the pasta dishes are so tasty and fresh. Looking forward to going back again.

Phoned an order to collect and was ready within 5 mins of arriving. One way system on entry and good Covid procedures. There's a good selection of Italian products available to buy in store. Homemade desserts and specials available too. Pizzas were delicious, highly recommend. Mid week offers available also. Staff all very friendly and helpful.

Always love it here. The food and staff are amazing . The only thing I'd say is that it was absolutely boiling you could see the staff were uncomfortable and all of the customers were using menus to fan themselves down. Really need some working AC in there..

Excellent and very popular little Italian which never disappoints. I would always advise to book a table but you can take your chance on a walk in (many couples did that evening and I think only one got turned away). Not cheap but not expensive either, £130 for 6 starters, 4 mains and drinks and tips! Plenty of choice and specials always available, but you can't beat the garlic mushrooms and a tomato and chilli garlic bread for starter! Keep up the good work Franco!

WOW! I can not reccomend this place enough. That much so it is 1am, I have just landed in Stamford my home after a 2 hour drive from an amazing evening here, so much so I am sharing my review now! Along with the below review from a visit last year. Tonight was just the cherry on the top! It was my beautiful Nieces 18th Birthday and our whole evening was very personable, professional and we all left after having enjoyed fresh and tasty deliciously varied fresh food from the menu, at a leisurely pace as it was Monday, the other thing great about mondays here is the 2 for 1 cocktails list, as I am a non drinker I really enjoyed a very well made non alcoholic mojito. The lady who served us for the majority of the evening was lovely and attentive. The gentleman (Manager, Rico I think) was a superstar and helped us give my niece a very special night to remember. A true gem, An italian that still has authenticity and led with passion. Thank you. Thank you. The front of house service w light on bodies but the ladies were not flapping and were very professional fun and friendly. The atmosphere was lovely, personally as I worked in an Italian restaurant for years I like the odd italian song thrown in a bit of rammazotti maybe, however the tunes were very nice and chilled. We should of taken a picture of the delicious fresh food on arrival and then departure of the plates as all 8 plates were cleaned up empty, so much so not a crumb left! A variety of dishes and all absolutely spot on so fresh. Very reasonable prices too! You've got this right guys. We all had a fantastic night. Needless to say we will be back. Thank you. Nice enough food. Came quickly was hot, lots of flavour and well cooked. Sat outside, table and chairs not quite the right height. Service ok, seemed reluctant to engage, waittress overly eager to do her job and be off. Male member of staff better. Asked for chilli oil and got brought a dish of plain oil, which was a bit annoying.

My friend and I went to Da Gianni's last Tuesday evening. The menu had plenty to choose from and suited all tastes. I had the Pollo Impanato and my friend had the Pollo Zingaro. They were very well presented and freshly cooked. The staff were very friendly and we were very well looked after by Les and another lovely lady. They both went that extra mile to make sure our visit was enjoyable. Well done guys, we definitely will be returning shortly.
