While away we visited Frankie & benny's and I just want to give a shout out to our waiter Sean 👌👌👍👍 Superb service from start to finish , an asset to the restaurant 😀 From our starters to main through to dessert were excellent 😋 I would definitely recommend stopping there if your close by .

Our server was lovely and very helpful when needing to make changes for our children. However elements of my meal were missing and also the veg pots from the kids meals. We actually had to ask several times to pay because our server was on a break and all the other servers were too busy standing around chatting to deal with us, at the point of giving up and deciding to leave someone finally dealt with us.

I really wish I got our waitors name as he was just brilliant, especially with our kids. My daughter choked on her food(she's fine, was very minor). And he managed to pass on a message from 'The Brave Squad' to her, making her feel very special and reassured. He was also so happy the whole time. Not only that, the food was by far the best we've had here before. Thank you to whoever you are! You were great!

This is the best restaurant I have been to this year it is great for kids and amazing for parents. I am 11 years old and I have had a great experience with frankie and bennies I ordered a kids meal for £7.90 and I had a massive pizza with a load of chunky chips with pepper cucumbers and tomato which was lovely I also got a refill of mocktails and I also got 2 scoops of lovely Ice cream I chose the mint choc chip and it came with crunched up oreos and rainbow drops. The service was very good quality and excellent value this meal was served very fast and the waiters were very kind and helpful. I would recommend that you come to eat here next time you go out.

We took our son to the Ipswich restaurant for his birthday. All the staff were lovely, but especially the waitress that served us. When my son told her it was his birthday, she asked all about his day, listened to just how many copies of different monopoly games he has. Then he told her all about his day out at Pleasurewood Hills. She was very patient and kind, and went and got him a small icecream with a candle on it, then they played Happy Birthday for him. As our son is special needs, this meant a lot to him ( and us). Many thanks to her and the the Ipswich staff that went above and beyond.

Managed to leave my phone at home so couldn’t place my order for click and collect so decided to go along to the restaurant to see if I could still order the staff were very helpful and accommodating. I waited in my car while the food was cooking and the lovely lady even brought the food out to my car when it was ready. Great food 5 star can’t wait until you reopen for dine in.

I ordered Frankie’s & Benny’s for delivery and WOW! Amazing food, amazing packaging & well presented! First time ordering and they definitely will have me ordering again... 1000% recommend! Pasta was creamy and tasty... Garlic Bread was crispy on the outside and doughy in the middle just how I like it... Just amazing is all i can say but I also tried the vegan creamy Oreo cheesecake and OH MY! I never order dessert but this one court my eye & it was so light and delicious... I’m so happy I chose Frankie’s & Bennys because I will be ordering from there from now on🤞🏼

From bad experience at 1st a delivery man stole are food. We had bad doubts in using again but then at end it got resolved and got are money back. First visit since lockdown. Amazing atmosphere as always with F&Bs. I had a table booked for later in the day but the restaurant staff were extremely accomadating and let me have a table early. The food was absolutely amazing I had the Cajun burger and it was out of this world cooked to perfection. I highly recommend Frankie and Bennys in ravenswood. Brilliant staff atmosphere and food. The restaurant was lovely and warm on a cold day and the waitress was very polite and cheery. We were shown to a table straight away and the menu was great as a good selection. Starters of dough balls and garlic butter really nice and hot. I had the chicken and bacon salad for main which was very nice. The chicken was really nicely cooked and the salad drizzled with a mouth watering dressing. Brownies and ice cream with a coffee to finish. My friends and I loved the meal and the atmosphere. Music played in the background is fab. Love this place. Have been several times and look forward to returning and trying more meals on the menu. Good value.

I recently had my birthday meal here. And they did really well! 1 waiter served the whole table of 11 of us he brought all the food over &all the drinks he was kind polite and asked us if we needed anything. There were no mistakes and he even made sure the children were happy best of all I got to use my 2-for-1 meerkat vouchers so the cost was even cheaper and the food was delicious no complaints.

We found the service was very slow at breakfast time, about11.15 am. There was an unlimited breakfast offer on, they should have had more staff in to cope. We waited 20 minutes for two cups of tea. Staff didn't tell customers about the offer, we knew because of an email we received but I checked with the waitress before ordering and she confirmed it was. The food that we ordered and eventually received was very good.

We went last night to celebrate Halloween there and were really surprised how the staff welcomed us - especially our little daughter. Food arrived quickly and tasted good. The waitress was so nice - she asked us if we are happy with the food and if all was ok. We will definitely come again!

This is a very family friendly American themed diner style restaurant. There is a separate menu for children which is split into two different price categories and offers plenty of choices for the little ones. The main menu should cater for all tastes including vegetarian and vegan. The atmosphere is excellent here with superb music from various read. If you have a Taste Card you can enjoy buy one get one free on starters, mains and deserts too. The staff are excellent too. This just makes it even better. Why wouldn't you enjoy it.

I have bought my partner here to celebrate our 14th anniversary and we were not disappointed by the service or food. Both were excellent. The waitress advised my partner just to have 1 garlic bread because it was large, so much so we shared it. It's not the cheapest or the most expensive place to eat but for an occasion like ours it was perfect.

The staff are excellent and have been for every shift, day, time or reason I have been in. Great value and they don't pressure you to keep ordering if you are staying a while. I was very disappointed with my visit we arrived at approx 12.30 we were seated quickly and our drinks order taken. The drinks came fairly quickly and thing went downhill from there. We quite a while for someone to take our order which then took time to arrive , the food was very good the waitress came back to clear the table and ask if we wanted desert and said she would bring a desert menu, luckily there were menus at the table as she never managed to get back, 40 minutes later I managed to catch her eye and our orders were taken but we still had to wait another 20 minutes for the desert to arrive, again these were very good. I was told that the delays were due to training for a new chef which explained the delays but it would have good if the customers were informed of possible delays when the orders were taken.

I can never say a bad word about Frankie and Benny's, I absolutely love the food there and I have always had great service. This location, Ravenswood, is fairly quiet compared to other I have been to which was really nice. Having the app on my phone also gets me some great discounts, both my kids ate for £1 each on this visit, there is always new vouchers turning up on the app too.

Staff are always nice and helpful, but the new food is disappointing. Potato skins were clearly microwaved. Pizza tasted good but i was given a steak knife to cut it myself which was almost impossible. Paid nearly £4 for a Mocktail that was 95% ice and the straw was too thin to pick it up (so that ended up as £4 for 2 shots of fruit juice). Gained 1 star due to the ability to pay through their app instead of being held hostage waiting for someone to bring the bill.

Turned up here yesterday afternoon after a bad experience at a nearby competitors restaurant. I have never been to a Franky & Benny's before & found this place very nice it was a hot sunny afternoon & we sat outside listening to some nice music. The service was great & the food was much better than I was expecting, I had a lasagna & my partner had a Cajun chicken wrap & chips, both meals were very nice & served piping hot. Would recommend a visit when you are in the area

Great Italian dishes with some amazing deserts I indisputably recommend this for a fun night out. There are also kids menu's with activities so your kids will never be bored when you are ordering. I had a pepperoni pizza which was perfect and my dessert was a freakshake which was a perfect treat. It also has really good blueberry pancakes. Frankie and Bennies has really good staff and serving. If you plan to have a birthday here they will play happy birthday and will give you a cake. This is a great experience and I 100% recommend here.

Frankie and Bennie's is great. I like it even more now that you can get 2-4-1 with Meerkat! The service is great. Our favourite waiter is Sean, we only know him from here but he speaks with us as if we are friends and makes us feel very comfortable. Unfortunately not all the waiters / waitresses are like this otherwise I would of given 5 stars. I wouldn't recommend the Carbonara either. But I did love a recent burger which had all the trimmings! Reasonably priced, good atmosphere and great if you get the right waiter!

There was 4 of us and everything was lovely, sirloin steaks delicious, the fish & chips very tasty and the chips, coleslaw and the sweetcorn was lovely, then the deserts 2 apple and cinnamon pie with ice cream and custard well the men only wanted ice cream they arrived with just one scoop of ice cream so had to ask for one more which our really lovely waiter got for them. Then us 2 girls had the New York sundae, what can I say mmmmmmmm, is an understatement. We will be back for more of the deserts lol.
