Sambucca is a lovely little Iatalian resteraunt tucked away down a side street of the busy market town of Morley, which is a few miles from Leeds City centre. At first it seems rather small and cozy inside, although there is double the seating upstairs. The service is really good and waiters were on point and didn't keep us waiting despite it being very busy. On the whole the food was very good, no complaints from my guest who enjoyed her starter of chicken liver pate and main of chicken. We both ordered from the early bird menu (up to 7pm) which was 2 courses for £17. My only slight complaint was the seafood risotto wasn't cooked to my liking, which is light and fluffy. It was quite heavy and stodgy. I would definitely visit again but perhaps choose something else on the menu.

Undoubtedly one of the best Italian restaurants around. I've lived local to Morley for years but have never visited Sambuca until yesterday. To start off the customer service is great, you're greeted with a friendly smile and shown to your table, throughout the staff are attentive and polite. As for the food, the ingredients are so fresh and nothing is overly salty which makes a really nice change for an Italian. I started with the creamed garlic mushrooms, I then had the special linguine and had a cheese topped garlic bread pizza on the side. Every part of the meal was just so tasty and fresh. Also the prices were so fair! To finish off you're not rushed out and can pay in your own time again sorted out by friendly, smiling staff. 10/10! I look forward to returning and thank you for such a lovely meal.

This is a lovely place, the taste of the Mediterranean in Morley. We've been a few times now, food is always excellent. It was really busy, it was at full capacity, just tells you how popular it is. We didn't book but they managed to fit us in a table outside, which we wanted anyways. Staff were really efficient even though it was extremely busy. Would recommend.

Most delicious 😋 food I tried here in UK. Not to mention the great display. It reminded me of 5 stars restaurants back in Bahrain. Went with my colleagues but definitely will go again with my husband. I tried to book our next dinner with my husband but they told me that they are closing from this week until 15th of August as Annual leave. Hats off to the waitresses who were serving us with big smile and very quick. We were arround 30 persons and non of us has complained about Food and service. Food was excellent and Service is the best.

The tastiest Italian I have ever been too - never fails to impress. My go-to meal is their penne pasta topped with mozzarella and the mozzarella en carozza dish; a cheesy masterpiece. Went for a meal today due to the price of the advertised early bird menu (2 courses for £10.95), unfortunately the menu received did not detail the restrictions so although the quality was mostly there (food was good and tasty but served on cold plates) it was a surprise to receive a bill at four times the advertised price

Love this restaurant! Dragged my partner into Morley for a meal here. 40min car journey but so worth it. The atmosphere is lovely and the staff are so friendly and very attentive. The food is really flavoursome and they use all fresh ingredients. The portions are very good value for money. Would definitely visit again and again! Lived nearby this restaurant ever since it opened. And always wanted to go, but my ex only ever liked fast food or too lazy to go out. Great food and atmosphere. This place has been around for a while now but it keeps very high standards. Only one small thing is the amount of time between courses. It's almost instant and could do with being a little longer. Especially as the food is so good - it would be nice to have longer to appreciate the courses.

This place is a little tucked away and you might not know it's here if you aren't told about it. My Dad had been and recommended it for me. I was glad I took his advice. The food is good and the service is also good. I think the place maybe lacks a little atmosphere, but having said that it was a midweek when I visited. I don't go out in Morley much, but next time I am I would have no problem going back here.

We visit Sambuco a few times a year for birthdays and special occasions etc and have always highly recommend it, but tonight it wasn't the same. It was almost like we was an inconvenience to them. There was no atmosphere and the 2 Italian girls serving us came across as rude. The food as always was great, and the rest of the staff was lovely. Sorry to only give 3 stars this time but your staff let the place down tonight.

Quaint little bistro in the heart of Morley nr Leeds. Me and the wife have been many times, the last been just Sunday 19/08/18. We never knew they had an offer for Sunday's which includes a starter and a main course for just £9.95 which is excellent value, even though we chose to have Tapas which is also new to the menu and was only £1 more plus the garlic tom and cheese bread. Highly recommended. Now also as we notice some outdoor seating in the yard.

The wife suggested we go here as she is a Morley lass as they say in these parts. A very warm friendly welcome even though we hadn't booked but we were there just as it opened so they squeezed us in. I ordered the steak Diane or bistecca diane. I've got to say the greatest steak I've ever eaten. Medium rare cooked to perfection. Moist, no pink bits, juicy, not bloody no fatty bits. Perfect. I was a bit sceptical at first, as it was smothered in sauce I thought it was to cover up a poor steak, how wrong was I. It was fantastic. We will definitely go back, but this time we'll book in advance.
