PERFECT FOR SPECIAL OCCASION: great selection of food and drinks. Food quality is excellent and fresh. Excellent service, friendly, informative and helpful staff. Highly recommend. The best Italian food in Leeds.

Outstanding dining experience! My wife took me here as a surprise for my birthday tonight and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We had three savoury vegetarian dishes, a fish dish and a dessert board. OMG. Far too much food for us to manage but we did our best, we just wanted to try everything! The flavours were delicious and everything seemed so well thought out. We’ve spent a few weeks in Italy and this felt like a real Italian experience. The wine we had was gorgeous too. What made it extra special though was the lovely staff! So attentive, chatty and friendly and really made us feel special. You guys are part of something amazing and deserve to do well, can’t wait to see you again soon. Thank you.

Lovely restaurant serving Italian small plates. Pretty adventurous food. Well worth trying. We particularly enjoyed the pasta (made fresh on site), the arancini and the deserts.
The menu is constantly changing based on what's in season and the staff are excellent.
You owe it to yourself to check this place out.

For all lovers of good Italian food Stuzzi is the place to go to!
There is an abundance of good food options with plenty of classical dishes but with a new twist on them.
The venue situated with the old grand arcade also has a very decadent feel making it a perfect place for a few drinks and cocktails with friends alongside the gorgeous food.
I cannot flaw Stuzzi, I've been twice and my only regret has not being able to order more food! Definitely worth going in a big group and being able to try as many dishes as possible

Great independent restaurant, very varied menu that had something for everone in our party.
The pasta dishes were cooked to perfection, rich, well seasoned and generous portions. Steak was the highlight of the night 👌

Excellent food. Small plates so we shared ravioli, steak, burrata and arancini; all delicious! Plus cannoli for dessert and a very nice glass of white wine. A bit on the pricey side normally but perfect for special occasions. I can't wait to return!

Fairly good, not the best. Attended in a group of 6 (with a mix of carnivores and vegetarians). The menu changes from day-to-day, depending on the ingredients procured by the restaurant. The atmosphere on a Saturday evening was good, with attentive service despite the large crowd. The food was solid, but uninspiring.
Picking out a few dishes, the arancini balls were fine, though lacked some flavour, despite having a nice-sounding (on paper) mix of garlic oil, chilli oil and pecorino cheese. The gnocchi was good and the rigatoni was ok. Nothing mind-blowing, but I would return with friends in future (particularly with a varying menu).

Went to Stuzzi Leeds last night… what a treat. It has a lovely warm atmosphere and the staff were amazing, all so friendly and more than willing to explain some of the things we hadn’t eaten before, they knew about the food they were serving. The food was beautifully presented and so delicious. Everything tasted so fresh, the Gorgonzola on the Piato Misto is to die for, the bistecca was cooked to perfection. Well done Guys!!!! 🥰

New favourite restaurant in Leeds! The food and service was outstanding, absolutely loved it, we'll be back many times I'm sure! Thank you Team Stuzzi 🤩

Lovely place. Wine carefully chosen definitely conpliments food. More like a tapas, with small fresh plates. Food quality is excellent and fresh too. Nicely cooked. Staff were nice pleasant and helpful. The prices are not bad too. We spent £75 on 4 dishes and a £30 bottle.

Lovely bar upstairs
Past the restaurant there is a lovely bar with a great ambience and atmosphere. Candle lit with a good selection of Italian wines would highly recommend it for a nice Saturday afternoon spot. Don’t think it’s that well known either as it was quiet but this didn’t stop the atmosphere feeling quite good. Would highly recommend.

Gorgeous, super tasty food, small but very varied selection. Great wine list. Highly recommend. Nice staff

Fabulous food, great place. Menu changes daily based on what's in season and locally sourced food.
Waiter advised 4 plates to share between 2 adults. We had 5 plates and room for pudding. It was all amazing!
C. B.
Great food, a bit pricey but good service too
E. C.
Food and drinks were absolutely amazing. The decor and staff were also brilliant. Portion sizes were bigger than expected, and the food was absolutely delicious. I'll definitely be going again!
G. B.
Amazing food very helpful staff advised how many small plates to order when we said we hadn't been before.
Would definitely recommend and go again.

I will not comeback, small choices of meniu, small portions. Didn't look appetizer.

Visited here having already been to the Harrogate branch.
A decent set up and friendly staff.
The Guinea Fowl Tagliatelle was absolutely amazing and was one of the best pasta dishes that I have had in a while.
The Gorgonzola Arancini was good, but not on a par with the taste of the pasta dish. The two arancini balls were also very large and so way too filling.
Would still highly recommend.

Exceptional food, served well, relaxed atmosphere, lovely venue. Will definitely be back.

We’ve just been for lunch at Stuzzi. After walking through the door at home I feel compelled to write a review. The service was first rate, friendly, informative and hands off enough to leave you to conversation. You can tell everyone is passionate about what they do, and know their stuff when it comes to food. The £20 sharer (I forget the name) was an amalgamation of brilliance, and the additional Northumberland crab pasta we ordered was divine. The pasta was definitely fresh and the crab was cooked to perfection. The recommend wine my partner had was crisp and went down a treat. The dessert at the end was the cherry on top to a rare and fantastic day out in Leeds city centre. Please visit here for the best Italian food outside of Italy.

Staff are very lovely 😍 and the food is amazing, pasta is to die for.

Nice staff, lovely space that's good for larger groups. Staff were friendly and attentive.
Food was nice quality in general and came quickly.
Menu was quite limited, without a huge amount of cooking for each individual item- the desert menu was as large as the rest.
Main downside was the price- not worth what you get for it, especially the wine at £22 cheapest bottle, and deserts costing £7 for a slice of cake.
Overall a lovely experience for a group if you don't mind the expense.

Perfect spot for dinner - cosy and intimate. Great food and the staff are lovely. If you're ever in Leeds, definitely consider it.

Absolutely fantastic. We liked it some much we went twice last week! 👍😃

One of the best independent restaurants in the area!
Food is fantastic, atmosphere is great, priced very reasonable for the high standard of food they produce.
Simon and Finn have always been fantastic. If you are going out with friends and are stuck for somewhere to go, I would 1000% recommend it.
Its a lovely place and it's always nice to support and independent restaurant that deserves it.

Really good night, it’s a place I have had on my radar for a while and really glad to have gone. The service was excellent, friendly and helpful, everything you want really.
The food was brilliant, some really unusual dishes, I’m not always the most adventurous with food, but I found myself trying things I was surprised I did try and loved them.
The atmosphere was also great. It’s a good size place, but they haven’t crammed lots of tables in, and that sense of extra space was great.
It isn’t cheap, but it isn’t over expensive either. I’m pretty sure I will be back.
C. M.
Absolutely spectacular food and friendly service. Everything was delicious.
My only negative is that the music was really loud, so conversation was impossible.
M.
Nice atmosphere, good buzz about the place, being on Merrion St. though you get the typical "Merrion St. folk" However, this is contrasted by really good food and casual service. Liked the Arancini, big and tasty. Wine selection is extensive ranging up to 400£ a bottle. Could do with more Rose options and a more affordable range of reds and whites. Bit too pricey. Food is well priced though.
Top job chefs!

The food, wine and service is so good without being pretentious. I can’t wait to go back.

Went there a month ago with the work team. Great service, amazing homemade pasta - best Italian meal I've had in ages. Not cheap, but really good value for the quality.
We'll definitely be going again.

Had the party menu with 10 friends. Incredible

The place is nice, you would have a great view if you are sitting by windows. Friendly and patient staff, you would feel comfortable to ask questions about the menu. It is an Italian restaurant but dishes are more like tapas, small quantity and for sharing.
The only drawback is the price, it is quite expensive (~£8-£12 per small dish) and staff are quite skilled to encourage you to order more, so be strong!!
I. D.
Delicious food without fuzz!
We love the ambiance, the menu, the staff’s attitude…
Highly recommend.
B. F.
Just been here for the first time and it's honestly the nicest meal my wife and I have ever had, and we eat out a lot. Excellent service, fantastic atmosphere and food I would genuinely have as my last meal on death row. Will definitely be back!

Favourite place in Leeds for a good dinner.
R. K.
Good food and wine, nice place but quite a small niche menu.
J. A.
This is not your typical Italian eatery, think fabulous little plates of regional Italian delights such as crab arancini, polpette & wonderful home made bread & pasta. Paired with a great wine selection and laid back atmosphere. It’s a must try in Leeds.
R. C.
Fantastic food! Was highly recommended by a friend in the area as I don't know Leeds at all. Delicious and a great selection of food. Wonderful staff and great environment.
