Fantastic family run restaurant in the heart of Leicester. A great place to sit down and experience hand-crafted Neapolitan style Pizza. Each dish was expertly prepared from fresh ingredients right there in full view and the taste was there to match. Each part of the pizza was top-tier and the brownie that I had was amazing. Several our party were vegan and the owners of the restaurant seem to have gone of their way to ensure that their restaurant can provide a great experience to everyone, regardless of their dietary needs and restrictions.

Stopped for quick lunch haven't had fresh pizza in a long time! Amazing Cheesy garlic bread too (generous portions). Excellent fast and friendly service with good prices. Honestly made my day, if you like fresh pizza and fresh ingredients this is the place for you. Highly recommend it 5 Pizzas 🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕

Brilliant food! Friendly staff! Best pizza I've had in the UK and easily on par with what you can get in Napoli! Went there with some friends for a catch-up. Will be taking my wife there when I am next up later this year! Highly recommended!

This restaurant has such an amazing feel! A niche place serving fresh pizzas, starters and desserts. What makes this different to other pizza places is the fresh ingredients and dough used, which give the food so much flavour! I would definitely recommend trying this place! The staff are also very friendly!

Lovely restaurant with very attentive and friendly staff. Lots of vegan options. Mains were great but the star of the show was the vegan biscoff pizza which we had with extra ice cream. It was insanely delicious and massive for the price (shared between 3). Only complaint is it would be good to have some more non-bread based starters and desserts (e.g. olives, sorbet) as we were very very full after!

Very friendly and attentive staff. Not many options to choose from on the menu and the pizza’s didn’t seem to have value for money. Quite pricey for the amount of toppings you actually get. Probably wouldn’t return.

Had a really good experience at this restaurant. Pizza was great and the service was even better, staff made us feel welcome right away and couldn’t do enough for us. Manager even offered us complementary espressos after our meal, which was a lovely touch. Plenty of choice for food and great atmosphere overall. Definitely recommend!

Great Pizza restaurant, that's not part of a chain. There point of difference is there freshly made sour dough base. I went with some friends and not only was the Pizza delicious but we also had a good customer experience. We even spoke to the manager/owner who was telling us that making pizzas was something their family had done for decades. Definitely worth a visit if you want a more authentic pizza experience.

The food is so tasty, with big portions and very reasonable prices and the atmosphere is just great. We (family of 4) visited for dinner as we wanted to check it out since pizza express closed in the same location. Wonderful visit, friendly warm staff. The food was brilliant, very generous on portions. The pizza is lovely and if asked can be customised how ever you would like it. My favourite was the loaded mushroom and truffle pizza. Would recommend Dough What to anyone looking for tasty traditional pizza with great service.

Went here after being recommended by a friend and certainly was not disappointed, The atmosphere was warm and we felt very welcome. The staff were friendly and food was served promptly. I had the meat feast which was great and I would recommend to anyone who loves a meat pizza. My partner had the vegetariana which came packed with toppings! I cannot wait to return.

Spur of the moment decision to eat here and it did not disappoint. The pizza's were tasty and delicious, and the dough was beautiful. The staff are really lovely, could not fault. They have the best cheesy garlic pizza around.

Neopolitan pizza! That’s actually what it is. Thin with a puffy chewy crust and simple toppings to boost flavour. I’d been waiting for something in Leicester that came close to what I had in Italy and finally it’s here. Best of all the staff are super nice and more than willing to make modifications. My preferences being the pizza to be well done (gives it more of a crisp to the edge) and extra oregano. I’ve tried others and although they are good pizzas they never remind me of Italy, until now that is. The big surprise was a dessert! A ciabatta bread freshly made with Lotus biscoff biscuits and caramel. Sounds nuts but it really works! I’d recommend the tiramisu as well. I would suggest to eat in to get the freshest straight out of the oven experience.

i ordered a chorizo pizza and when it got delivered i received a complimentary drink and i was over the moon. the pizza was absolutely to die for, the ratio of sauce to cheese was perfect and the size of the pizza considering the price was great. this pizza was beyond my expectations, dare i say, better than the one i had in naples. 10/10 would recommend

I stumbled across this place on my way home from university, their ingredients are top notch -- the quality of their dough is superb. Thin pizza, thick pepperoni slices, no flop when you hold up a slice and fresh vegetables, I was blown away. I grew up behind a 2/41 pizzeria Canada and have been to Italy twice -- this is the most authentic in town. Come for the food and stay for the fantastic people and service.

The service was amazing, greeted by one of the staff at the door and got a quick description of the menue and told about the offers going on. We visited Dough What due to their range of Vegan options for my gf and couldn't recommend this place enough. Good range of fresh made pizzas that aren't too heavy (we managed two desserts) and have a good range of toppings available too. Staff were super friendly & nice and took the time to go through the various vegan options available. Recommend that you check Dough What out and we will absolutely be visiting it again.

Great pizza for gluten free but extra £3 is a joke on top of pizza price not fair for coeliacs and extra cheese charge on pizza which didn’t come with cheese. Pizza was amazing tho only feedback if size could be bigger and the £3 extra charge be reduced as went to other places only £1.25 extra on top

Delicious! Fast and friendly service with great atmosphere. I had the vegeteriana which came with lots of toppings and my friend said Dough What had the best vegan cheese he'd ever had. I especially recommend the garlic bread - super thin and crispy base with a light, doughy crust. I had an excellent evening here and will definitely be going back. Highly recommend!

We visited this lovely pizzeria on Sunday for late lunch….. We were greeted with a smile and staff were really polite and friendly. We ordered a garlic bread, capressa salad and an amazing pizza which reminded us of a pizza place which was at St Martins - Joe Rigatonis some many years ago. The pizza was excellent and traditionally cooked and the pizza dough was fresh and authentically Italian tasting. We will surely be returning very soon… My only complaint was that their bar didn’t have any bitters and was assured they would bring some in…👍🏼

A great new addition to the city centre, a really nice vibe and you get a warm atmosphere from the decor and staff! Pizza was delicious and authentic definitely beats your generic high street restaurant i would definitely recommend the mushroom and truffle pizza it tasted as good as it sounds! pizza as a whole is OK, not great. it was not flavourful, i had the nduja and red onion. the dough was lovely and crust was amazing, except on the mozzarella garlic bread as it was undercooked. the sauce is lacking in flavour, tastes quite watery. the staff are quite flustered and seem a bit lost, you can tell it’s a new restaurant. if they improved the sauce the pizza could have been great, but it’s severely lacking flavours.
