Honestly the best Pizza Express I have eaten in. Consistently hot tasty food provided quickly and efficiently by friendly, genuine staff. Whenever we've encountered a problem it has always been resolved quickly and successfully. Using the app or completing the service surveys mean you can get better value for money with free dough balls or money off pizzas. Really impressed by the consistent high standards I experience here. The staff here really set themselves apart from other restaurants with their service.

We were seated immediately after arriving. Staff were very friendly, although our server was very quiet and not very easily heard. The food is a bit pricey but delicious. Service was quite fast except when it came to paying, where it seemed that they only have one card machine. Nevertheless, would definitely come back!

Amazing Service from all staff especially from Luana. I had a voucher, it wasn't scanning, she went above and beyond and resolved the issue. The cuppa chino and the new dessert was lovely. Will definitely be back again.

Not bad, but not great either. Was quite lucky to get a table, being Saturday evening. Hard to tell who were public and waiters as they didn’t all wear uniforms. The attitude of the staff was a bit meh, and that went for food as well. My friend had the pea risotto but it was absolutely buried underneath half a tonne of rocket salad and she found the taste to be bland. My cannelloni was good, and the vegan garlic bread was nice. Prices are okay for portion sizes but a little unreasonable when it comes to the pea risotto.

Good service, Kind staff, we ordered a few pizzas a pasta and a few starters with drinks. They forgot out main pasta order however credit where it's due as they didn't charge us for it and apologized and gave us a pasta on the house. I had a 40% discount code. The total bill plus tip was just shy of £60 I would definetly go back there. Overall very nice service. The food was also good. I'd give the food a 8/10.

Service was extremely slow. Three other tables complained! Had to ask for pepper and parmesan with no chilli oil offered at all. Pizzas were not very warm and got cold and hard quickly and were almost impossible to cut with blunt knives once pizza wheel was used.

Really bad service! The food was lovely (especially dessert) but the staff were extremely slow. When our dessert orders were taken I asked for some water which never came. The pizza was served on a plate that was too small so it was very difficult to cut with the blunt pizza cutter as it kept sliding off the plate. The staff took about 45 minutes to bring our bill, we had to ask for it in the end. It was really weird because the restaurant wasn't that busy, about 5 tables had people. The waitresses kept looking over at us and they kept looking at their phones. 3 waitresses plus a manager seemed to forget that they needed to actually charge the customers cause the people who were there before us were waiting for their bills a long time too. Odd.

Dare I say it, the best pizza place in Leicester! Had a nice gluten free pizza, great taste and texture and not heavy....you'll easily finish the plate. Dessert wasn't so great; cold brownie with ice cream...but will definitely be coming back for the pizza 🍕

This is the first Pizza Express I'd ever been so I may be biased, but I was pleasantly surprised. I actually think their pizzas are excellent for a chain. They're not the cheapest pizzas, bit they're great for a treat. And the location is nice with outside seating to allow people watching

Very popular on busy shopping days, as this Pizza Express is right in the heart of Leicesters High Cross shopping center. That said when I was there service was speedy and very friendly. Pizza was good, as you would expect from a large set up like this. They now have a reasonable vegan menu, if that's what you like.

Been here once before in 2019, which was good but I revisited today and my Al Fonso dough balls was amazing, but my partners Calamari rings tasted overcooked, I tried one and both of us have had upset stomachs from it. Otherwise my Classic American pizza was great and so was his pizza. The staff are so nice and checked up on us.

In my personal opinion the Pizza Express padana pizza is 'arguably' one of the best pizza's I have ever had. I am never disappointed with the padana pizza. Here is a useful tip, tell them not to burn the pizza and it comes out tasting far better. I tend to do this with all thin crust Italian pizza restaurants.

Staff are friendly and helpful. It's busy at times, so there can be a bit of a weight. Pizzas are great, but order the Romana base, the classic are disappointing small. The pasta dishes are not the best. Also a shame to see the interesting Italian desserts replaced with generic ones you can get everywhere else (again, portions are on the small side for what you pay). Try and get a discount code, then it's worth it.

Not bad. Okay service in terms of waiting time but the waitress serving us last time was let's say not very attentive. Pizzas are very nice, anything else on the menu is average and can be bit dearer than similar food elsewhere. Good location. It's in the town centre, by the main car park for high cross shopping centre so easy access.
