Lunch Time Buffet- we always take the kids here for a treat. Suits the whole family, caters for veg and non veg, also variety for all. Love the white sauce pasta. I just think they could put variety on the pizza. Also most places under 5's are free cos let's be honest they ain't going to a huge amount.

Staff were lovely and polite. Helped with a baby seat and sorting a couple of other things out. Food was okay. There were 3 choices of pizza and 2 choices of pasta for the buffet. Was offered Ice-cream to take home because we didn't have it, which was really sweet of the waiteress. Given 5 stars for the service!

The food was great and the service was great but it was loud. This is obviously the place you come to with young children, parties and babies. If you want a meal out where you can talk to the people you're with without shouting yourself probably avoid. We didn't mind the squeals and flying crayons but I imagine most might.

It was our first visit for a long time, so we were helped by the patience of the Pizza Hut member of staff, and her explanations of what was meant by annotations on the menu etc. Charlott made us welcome and comfortable, ensuring we made the most appropriate choices of food and drink for our meal.

Really Great Salad BAR!!!!! I was surprised by the freshness and so many sauces to choose from. Basically when you purchase a main you get free salad bar and the salad bar is all you can eat. We went there every week since sept and we noticed the salad bar is more fresh on sat/sun... Starters and mains were not as good, worth 2 starts, we only go there for the salad 🥗 4 stars ⭐️

The restaurant looks quite tired. It could do with a lick of paint, especially on the ceiling. The pizza itself was not as good as I remember. It was okay but not as special as I recall. A small glass of wine was over £5 and a small bottle of beer, the same. On the up side, the service was really good. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. She did her job perfectly, even when she was having to tell us some things were not available. So, on the whole, Meridian pizza hut not so great but they have fab staff.

Service is always nice. Its unfortunate that you are not allowed to book a table in advance though. I called to specifically request a booth table for my autistic daughter. We usually do this in advance when eating out so that she can sit in the middle with one person either side of her so she is not able to get up and walk around or disturb other diners as her behaviour is unpredictable. I feel like certain arrangements should be allowed if you're calling for a child with a disability in advance.

Went for the buffet option + it was rammed but we enjoyed so much. Might have got there towards the end of the buffet slot but was a few pizza slices left. Probably might have been better to go about 12/1ish next time.

If anyone is thinking of trying the vegan peperoni pizza, I recommend you go quick ! It's amazing and might not be here past January :( lovely meal, great puddings and cant wait to go again!!!

This is our favourite pizza hut. Even my children comment on how happy the staff always are and that they look like they are really enjoying their job. The buffet is constantly replenished where as alot of others we've been to they hardly replenish. It's the only one we have re visited over again because the service is outstanding, management are great and get in and work their socks off just like the rest of the staff. Such a nice atmosphere

Thought we would drop in for a pizza most welcoming, shown a table and sat down served very quickly and efficient. Kids loved that could have a buffet and everything with it..especially the ice cream (kids) oh and is.. food was hot and very nice it slowly got busy and full yet everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves most adapted.. overall a good time thank you PizzaHut good job.

Had a really nice meal here. Would like to give extra praise to the staff member who was very attentive and helped find out the information I needed for my dietary requirements, as not the most normal! I love the pizza at pizza hut. My partner and I went for the £28.99 deal for 2 which includes a large pizza, 2 sides, unlimited salad and dessert. It was pretty good value and the cookie dough dessert was really lovely. The waitress who served us was really lovely too.

I take there once a week my son for ice cream or another treat after finishing at nursery next door or dinner as a family. It's always such a calm lovely atmosphere. The staff is very welcoming, friendly and always with smile on their face. I would highly recommend.

Always clean, great staff, food good (if you know what you are here for - this is American style pizza, not some super gourmet wood-fired artisan Italian pizzeria!) And decent value too. Great for kids. Desserts probably the weak point, but a childish ice cream factory can be fun for grownups too, and after pizza and unlimited salad bar I cant manage much more anyway.

We had a party booking for 10 children for our daughters 5th birthday. A big thankyou to steph who dealt with the booking. Nothing was too much trouble and she answered all our questions professionally. We were given a seperate area to sit in which was great as kids could run free without disrupting other diners. Food came out promptly and staff were attentive and welcoming. Steph offered to tidy all the party decorations and mess away for us which was helpful with having a tired toddler neding a nap. Everyone had a great time.
