Parking a little difficult as it's street parking and it gets very busy in the area (always something I look at first). Greeted by a dippy waitress who tried to turn us away even though we had a table booked. She was nice enough just lacked professionalism during the evening. Food was delicious, lovely choice of veggie food but small portions. My parmigiana was tiny. We were given a bottle of wine for free, lovely gesture. Didn't have dessert but coffee was good. Very busy for a Monday evening so obviously popular and can see why. Would definitely go again. Photo is showing my starter, goats cheese and wild mushrooms with truffle sauce. Lovely.

We had lobster and chicken for mains. Both were over cooked. Starters were brilliant but mains let them down. Staff were very friendly and a nice atmosphere.

Absolutely lovely place, owners and chefs are Italian so they know what they're doing. Place was a bit tight but safety measures because of covid were kept properly. Pasta dishes nice and saucy and starters were at decent size.

Not been here for a couple of years but left very impressed! New decor all round and the food & drinks were amazing. Service was unhurried and the place was more or less full. Pizza and pasta were both very tasty, as are some of the staff. Support local businesses folks. Recommended.

1st time that we'd been there in years and it seems to be better than before. Had a lobster ravioli which was blooming delicious. Portion a little smaller than I'd anticipated though. The glass of Montepulciano wine I had was just perfect and overall it was a lovely experience. Service was attentive without feeling like we were being hassled and the atmosphere is nice and relaxed too. Some might find it a little on the pricey side but if you want quality Italian food and wine then you can't go wrong here.

Safety measures taken and the restaurant is well decorated, quirky. Love the tapas takeout and we’re glad to be back today to dine in! Cocktails always on point we couldn’t stop drinking! The bar man must be doing a great job himself. Food was amazing as ever! Scallops and their delicious sauce that comes with is heaven and their paccheri is wow!

My partner and I have been coming here for a few years now and it has always been our go-to/favourite Italian but ever since lockdown we noticed that they've upped their prices, decreased their portion sizes and changed the way they cook our favourite dishes. I wish they'd go back and make the food how they used to do it. It was so much better! The new prices and recipes have really put us off coming back again :( Despite this, the food is tasty...but it was much better before.

Loved being back at Timo's, Never tried fresh octopus before and it was absolutely delicious the meat was sweet yet savoury and the sauce really complimented the dish perfectly. The mussels were fresh as well I'm pretty sure even Rick stein would agree they're amazing. Then my dessert, well if there was a heaven on earth I've found it, Mojito mousse with a rich rum and mint flavour running through it and a crunchy soft biscuit base, oh my goodness it was spectacular. Personally I would recommend this place who loves fine dining and wonderful caring staff.

Average. Overpriced. Service was slow and a little rude. Drinks came out quick, but the food took a while. We waited 1 hour for our main. Food was ok, but didn't deserve an insta photo!

We had a takeaway yesterday.The meal was lovely, I had the Pollo alla Boscaiola and I'm glad I did, it was delicious. My husband had a great Branzino with few substitutions and such. Roberto was really attentive, nothing was too much trouble. Excellent service.

Went here for a meal as two couples, on a Saturday night mid December. Restaurant was very busy, but was nice and didn't feel stressed or rushed. Staff gave us a warm welcome, and the service was excellent considering they were full. The good was made with quality ingredients and well cooked. 4 x 3 courses - everyone enjoyed all of them. Will definitely visit again. Only reason for not 5* were toilets - not dreadful, but could do with improvement.

A very nice traditional Italian restaurant, good fresh ingredients, nice decor inside. The staff were very knowledgeable about the menu and were able to suggest a couple of options suitable for vegans, though the menu is principally traditional Italian food. If you're going here with a group of non-vegans be assured you want go hungry, though it would be nice to see a few more options and some clarity on the menu about which dishes can be made vegan.

Great food and service. However, there was a group of 4 across the restaurant from us that were SO loud that my partner and I could barely hear each other. I’ve never witnessed anything quite like it. Upon leaving we spoke to another couple who seemed even more annoyed at them than we were. I’m all for people having fun but this was on another level of loudness, one woman sounded as though she was shouting through a fog horn. You’d have thought that the restaurant staff would have asked the group to consider that other diners might want to hear each other.

Our family are regular returning customers. Delicious food! Will defiantly recommend their Paccheri with mushroom and chicken creamy sauce & their traditional Stanco salad! Outstanding Service! The gent, I believe it was the manager was very helpful and well mannered. The New decoration is Exotic yet Cosy. Very different to other Italian Dining Restaurants! Very nice place to eat. Bistro style reataurant. Food presented very well. Starter very nice and hot. Main course however well presented was only warm at best. Peppercorn sauce was not as it should be. Thickeking agent was cornflour and not cream. Disappointing as paying a premium price for this main. Steak was cooked to perfection tho. The healthy chips were in fact a poor attempt at game chips as some were crisp and some were soggy loaded with oil ( healthy i think not, as i work in a crisp factiry). Veg was also strange as served Brussels, crinkle cut carrots and broccoli that was chopped up that small that it looked dreadful Dessert was tiramisu however no evidence of coffee in this. Such a disappointment as promised so much. A good bistro but could with some effort on finer details as mentioned become a great bistro.

The food was well done though not exceptional. I was part of a group and it was midweek, perhaps they struggled with our large group of 12 but I found the service slow and inattentive. Empty glasses accummulated at the end of our table and were not collected throughout the course of the meal. The food was slow to arrive. They should shrink the menu to speed things up in the kitchen and raise the quality to match the price.
