Decent quality chain restaurant serving American style food and drinks. Impeccably clean and well presented with quick, friendly and very attentive staff and service. We only popped in for a quick snack but we were pleasantly surprised and satisfied. Decent portion size and very tasty. Would love to come back for a full meal! Highly recommended.

They provide a gluten free menu, but as always, the portions are smaller... The cooks rush to "cook" the food. I've ordered a dish with rice before and the outside edges was burnt and the middle uncooked. The waitresses have also brought our main over before we even finished our starters.

Everything you'd expect from frankies. This particular one has had a revamp since I last visited. It has a sleek, fresh, modern appearance now but im not sure whether I preferred the old, warmer, cosier decor as it felt more intimate. Its still lovely though regardless. I enjoy the lasagne but it should come with a bit of greenery in my opinion.

Never been to this place before but definitely be going back. Friendly staff We had a very warm welcome from the very start and all the way through our meal . We had the calamari and Nashville chicken to start with I'm not that keen on the battered squid rings type but they were freshly cooked and was ok Now the Nashville chicken was really good tender chicken with a well balanced hot sauce I had the Philly cheese hot dog I ordered the footling but wish I'd hadnt as it was way to much 😁 The hot dog was full of flavor and really juicy Fries were very fresh too . Wife had steak and much the same really tastie and fresh So all in all was a pleasant experience and will definitely be going back at some point

The best service from any restaurant i've ever visited. My friend and I (Kind of stupidly) ordered the family feast deal for just the two of us which included any 3 pasta dishes and a 15 inch pizza. £58 worth of food for £23.99. Our waiter, who could have been disapproving, laughed and joked about it with us and even offered to warm the pizza in the oven after we finished our first main meals. Great service and it felt like they cared. Food was great, too.

The waiting staff were very friendly, prompt and helpful. The food arrived very quickly but it was suspiciously fast and I was underwhelmed. Tasted like reheated frozen stuff. Some of the fries were cold. The restaurant itself looks in need of a spruce up. The toilets/bathroom particularly looked really grubby. For the prices you can get better elsewhere. I wouldnt choose to visit again anytime soon.

Always have a fantastic experience here. Waiting staff are friendly and can't so enough for you. Always accommodate our needs with our 1 year old son needing a high chair, and they clip it to the table for you. Food is of course lovely and the menu has changed quite significantly recently so if you haven't heen in a while check it out for sure. One of my families favourite dining spots.

Reduced menu ok , not sure i like the restrictions on place and new style of operation. This is not at the fault of the restaurant or people though. Wow this place has the most wonderful waiters and waitress. Every time we come here it's always top standard including the food and the staffs lovely kind approach. Last night around 7pm we came here and the waiter we had was who we had last time and he is just so attentive and makes sure your 100% happy. Even though I made multiple changes, she made sure I got exactly what I wanted and didn't make me feel like I was being awkward. The Vegan options are great! Me and my husband came here tonight (7/3/20) for a rare date night and were extremely happy with the service. We were seated immediately and our drinks brought out promptly. We ordered our food and when it arrived I realised I’d forgotten to ask for my dish without parsley. Being my fault I just asked for some Parmesan to cover it up, but Ash (the server) told me he would get the dish replaced straight away and assured me that it wouldn’t go to waste or in the bin, which I was happy about. A new dish was brought to me within 2 minutes and was very tasty. We would just like to express our gratitude to Ash who was absolutely brilliant and made our night much better. Thank you!

This has always been our go to place to eat out, so we were really excited for our first visit back when it reopened. Unfortunately we did not have the same positive experience as normal. We totally understand that there is a reduced menu right now, and that there are reduced staff in the Kitchen, but sadly this seemed to have a negative affect on the quality of the food. The chips were under cooked and floppy, my sons pizza was raw dough through the centre, and my husbands burger was over cooked and tough. Also the children's sundae was advertised as being made with vanilla ice cream but came out with coconut ice cream. I have to say though, that the front of house staff dealt with all of this brilliantly!! We had fresh food brought out without waiting too long, and the children's desserts were swapped. My only concern is that the sundae isn't said to have coconut ice-cream on the childrens menu, and this could be an issue for someone with an allergy.

The new menu offers some truly delicious food. My husband had the new barbacoa burger and said it was the best restaurant burger he'd ever had!! Excellent food but you have to go there 3 times. Once for the starter. Once for the main meal and once for the pudding. The portions are huge and are absolutely wonderful. It was good value for money and I would highly recommend you stopping for a meal. Just don't eat anything before you go. The staff were really friendly and polite. The pricing was very reasonable for the amount of food you got. Going to go back there again soon.

Had a late lunch here on Thurs. As always great food and friendly staff. They are open so don't abandon them. The place is big enough for 1mtr distance from any other diner. As with most eating establishment cleanliness is paramount they have hand sanitizer available and we saw the staff use regularly while we were there.

We called in for a special offer. Free pepperoni pizza when you buy a Budweiser. Service was great very fast and Nick our waiter was very friendly and thorough; my friend has a nut allergy and they were very considerate with that, they brought her beer and her food on separate trays to mine. It's a nice place , good atmosphere and great for kids. The food is a bit average though. Had a pizza which came exceptionally quick but it wasn't particularly tasty or well cooked. Get the feeling it's frozen food put through a preset heating cycle. Might be wrong and because kids like it no doubt we will be back.

We enjoyed mac and cheese and spaghetti followed by excellent sundaes. The restaurant was busy, service was first class, the food was hot and tasty. We considered it good value for money as did the others we spoke to. Parking was free, signposting could be improved as we drove round a bit before entering the carpark, no problem for regulars I am sure. We spent just under an hour a pleasant break in our trip home from Lincoln Christmas Market.

This was one of the better visits we've had here. We went on National Burger Day where they were doing "free" burgers. Buy a drink, get a burger free. The waiter however told me that it didn't apply to Gluten Free burgers, but did apply to meat and vegan. The waiter was very helpful (Alex), and had a lovely waitress's too (didn't catch her name).

5* for service, Nick our server was very good. When you walked in there was plenty of social distancing measures and sanitiser etc, As well as this the tables are very well spaced out, I particularly liked the foot handle for the toilet doors that allowed you to exit without touching the door. I had a pizza and my wife a steak. Steak was cooked to order and very tasty I was told, pizza however had a big issue for me. The base was made of a very thin dough, which I generally like if crispy, but it seemed to be presented almost raw, somewhat like an undercooked sheet of lasagne pasta. Nick explained that he had received this comment before and gave me the choice of a re-fire or new meal. I had a burger meal which was very tasty, and I was not charged for it. Overall I would recommend and go back myself, 4 stars is purely because the pizza base appears to be a known issue but has not been rectified.

I am de facto vegan, because I'm dairy intolerant and don't like meat or fish. The new range of vegan stuff (of which we had entirely too much) was very nice and left me (very) full, but wishing I had more calories to spend. Some things weren't yet available, but the intention is clearly to cater for an ever widening array of lifestyles and dietary requirements. Long may it last. Oh, and the service was good as well.

Staff polite and attentive, my steak was good but chips were cold, partners hot dog was very poor, bland and again luke warm, however my daughter enjoyed her childs big eater Spaghetti Bolognese meal . We have a taste card which offered two for one on mains and desserts so we ordered a brownie and a "hardshake" from desert menu for when the bill to come be told that the shake didn't qualify - waitress knew we were using a Taste card AND no mention of the shake not being included on menu. Feel a little ripped off but to be honest a £50+ bill for very average food and drinks means we won't visit again .

Had an amazing welcome back to Frankies on the 24th of July from our server Nick. The service and food were incredible, staff took time to explain the changes brought in as a result of Covid and everything felt really well organised. The restaurant felt a lot more relaxed with fewer people in there and the quality of the food had improved significantly. If you’re looking at going back to dining out in Lincoln this is a great choice. We’ll definitely be back.

Absolutely fantastic! we had a nightmare ordering from justeat and the driver never delivered our order. We spoke to Frankie and Benny's and they had nothing to do with our delivery not arriving. Justeat refused to help or give us a refund. Out of goodwill the manager at Frankie and Benny's still gave us the food we ordered and a complimentary pizza. We will definitely keep coming back again but as collection. :) Also the breakfast is incredible 👌

Had an amazing deal with Groupon £19.99 for 2 courses for 2 people - anything from the ala carte menu!!! And I mean anything. No restrictions! We had two vouchers for our table of 4. We're regular visitors to this lively and welcoming restaurant. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the food is well prepared and fine-tasting. As with any restaurant, occasionally they make mistakes, but these are quickly rectified. 99% of the time they're spot on. I'd recommend eating here; chances are you won't be disappointed, but will be pleasantly surprised. One thing to note though is that it can get pretty noisy when busy, so bear this in mind if you're sensitive to loud noise. If I really had to find four areas where they could improve, and these are really nit-picky, 1) The hand dryers in the toilets are bloody useless, not fit for purpose, and need replacing. 2) The "FandB Free WiFi" is horrific. If you're lucky enough to get through the sign-up process without the page refreshing, meaning that the entire sign-up form needs filling out again, then the login page also suffers the same issue - either refreshing before all details entered or else it will attempt to slough in then just bounce back to the login page, and the credentials are verified. On the occasion that a link to the Wi-Fi network is established, it just drops randomly either seconds or minutes into the link, forcing a repeat of the above messing about. Apparently customer WiFi router is shared with the tills so they can't even reboot it during the day without knocking out their entire payment system. This whole configuration is diabolical, unnecessary and needs overhauling. 3) The butter that they supply for toast, egg is rock hard - spreadable would be far better. 4) The menu choices are great but they could do with being updated more frequently. That said, overall it's a great place to go for a family meal, and is very supportive of disabled customers, including wheelchair users. I shall certainly be going again, and is recommended that you do too.

Seems like you are getting a Brewers Fayre meal but prices are 25% more expensive. Great for birthdays or party like celebrations, but too expensive for a quiet general meal out.
