Great service and excellent staff can’t fault them and there work ethic. Congrats to the ones on that night. Epically Will. On the food as always it was great and the refill drinks worked, but please bring back normal Pepsi please. Parking is easy and there is reasonable access for disabled please but some help might be required.

Very good experience largely down to wonderful and attentive staff, the manager was polite, helpful and showed us to our seats and there was also a lovely lady waitress who went above and beyond to speak to guests and to ensure the level of service was 5 star. Thumbs up! The visit was on the 2nd of August at around 2pm if you want to pass on our remarks to the lady waitress. Food was actually pretty good too. Lad loved the unlimited ice cream!

What can I say, this pizza hut was such a brilliant experience. The manager was super friendly and approachable. The pizza was spot on, the ice cream factory reminds me of a ice cream van before the 99p flake was labeled a brand. With the ability to pick and choose any toppings. Parking is free after 6pm. And parking is plenty! Loved it!

The staff are friendly and polite. I purchased the buffet, it was fairly good however there was not that much selection, and the “good” pizzas would go very quickly while the “worse” pizzas would sit there for quite a while. The restaurant is quite cramped and there is not space for two people to pass on one side of the buffet. The toilets were clean and tidy and close to the seating. Overall a positive experience and I would recommend this establishment.

First time visiting and this was a very well worth visit. The location is brilliant and plenty of parking. Greeted with a smile by Carley, who was amazing throughout our visit and also the following day for our collection order. Excellent service by the young lady she made us feel welcomed. Overall all the staff were great. Food was great and arrived quickly. Will visit again the next time we visit Lincoln. Keep up the good work.

Food alright, though on the whole pizza went cold quicker than expected. On every encounter one member of staff came across as incredibly rude to myself and my family. Whereas another member of staff was lovely, helpful, positive and spread her energy.

The restaurant itself is fine, like any other pizza hut. But the parking really let's it down. The restaurant is sat in the middle of a car park, so you can park all the way round. However the carpark does not belong to pizza hut and is actually a pay carpark part of the shopping centre. This is not obvious and you can get a ticket without realising. If there are any issues, pizza hut have nothing to do with it.

We didn't book a table here but I asked over the phone and they said they'd get us in if we were prepared to wait 15 minutes. You order the food via the app and it's completely cashless, which personally I thought is a great idea as you don't need to wait for somebody to take your order nor summon somebody over at the end to pay. The food came out fast and it was a nice meal in all with friendly, attentive staff. Although, they do have air con and when it's already cold outside in summer it makes it a quite chilly.

I visited here last night with my daughter. The young lady who welcomed us was lovely. She took us to a table and explained how to order and to ask if we needed any help. Really nice trip to Pizza Hut, the staff were very friendly and the prices were as expected for a dine in experience. The only gripes to be had were that the table was wobbly and uneven and due to how close the tables were, it made it extremely difficult to get out of my chair and back in, something that was done a lot as we had selected the buffet.

We went to see our son in the accommodation. Stopped at Pizza Hut for lunch. Had hot and spicy chicken pizza with onion rings and chicken bites. Loved the salad bar with red sauce and lovely hot chocolate and refillable drinks.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, prices have gone up a considerable amount since I last went to a pizza hut when I was a little younger. Would say it was slightly on the expensive side for a chain. Pizzas had good options, especially for vegans like myself. Pizzas were a fairly good, very filling, not as good as some pizzas I've had elsewhere which have been less greasy and more fresh tasting. Desserts were nice but again slightly expensive for a chain.

The quality of the pizza has definitely improved, my pizzas were absolutely loaded with toppings. I recommend the thin base too, it's not really crispy and thin like you see at other places, it's actually doughy and just right. The new great range of sides also sets it apart. The service was very friendly and warm, nice for kids. I do think 20 quid and up for a large pizza is starting to get a bit silly. It is very large though and easily serves 2, I suppose it's comparative to rivals in the end and the sides are very good value.

This restaurant is a good place to take all the family but it is the staff that makes it a great place to eat. Friendly, helpful and fast service makes all the difference. Pizza Hut could do with updating their decor but the restaurant was clean and seating was comfortable. You can’t go wrong with pizza in my book and my youngest was pleased to be able to choose a wrap instead of pizza. Being able to make your own ice cream at the ice cream factory makes for a bit of excitement at the end of the meal. Great work Pizza Hut Lincoln.

We fed guests for our daughter's birthday party at Pizza Hut, St Mark's Retail Park, Lincoln. They couldn't have been more helpful. Upon booking they advised what to provide to meet our budget and on the day the food was all fresh and hot, the restaurant was very clean and organised and service was prompt. We were fortunate to have Emily serve us. She was really good with the kids and made a bit of a fuss of our daughter. There was a problem with one of the adults' pizzas, it was explained it didn't meet PH's usual standards so they needed to re-cook it - although this meant it was delayed it didn't really matter and a fresh pizza arrived as quickly as they could remake it. Good to see they take quality of their food seriously. They allowed us to bring a birthday cake and Emily lit the cake, hosting the song and providing serviettes. We weren't rushed, even though we were there for 2 hours. Thanks to all the staff and in particular Emily, you were great and would have no hesitation in returning!

Always pleasant when we arrive. Plenty of parking and free after 6pm. Staff are usually very busy but always nice. We had the family order which consists of a large pizza to share for two, two children's pizzas, and sides for all. The usual salad plates accompanying the meal. Juice for the kids and refillable drinks for adults. Puddings for the children. The facilities seemed clean and tidy.

To be honest I'm not a great fan of Pizza Hut or equivalent chains. It was very quiet (12 covers in) and food was at the standards you would expect. However serving staff were attentive, friendly and efficient credit to themselves and the company. Ideal for young families on a budget.

Literally love this place!! The pizza is so good and filling as well the cookie dough is to die for! Abit small like a few years ago it was alot bigger then it is now. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Only thing that let it down really was the salad/pasta on the buffet area my partner kept going on about how they don't do Alfredo pasta anymore and the salad bar isn't much so you can't really call it a salad bar

Have been to other Pizza Huts before, but Lincoln's treasure here must surely be their young waitress Sarah. The food was served quickly and was pipping hot (not forgetting delicious). Nothing seemed to be too much trouble - she was rushing around after me, sorting my order, my drinks, even my payment card was playing up, but not a tut in sight. There were other customers in the restaurant and she appeared to be looking after them as well. She treated me like a member of the Royal Family.

As our fridge was devoid of desserts on a Friday night, it was decided to order two from Pizza Hut. The Deliveroo driver arrived and it must be said that the two desserts were absolutely moorish. I enjoyed the vegan cheesecake and my wife, the chocolate brownie. I've sampled many a cheesecake and this one can be placed at the top of the list: great texture and taste. It seriously beat many a contender from other, let us say, non-fast food establishments, into second-place. For the occasional treat, I totally recommend.

First time at pizza hut. Great cheese triangles to start but 45 mins later my pizza hadn't arrived. Lady tells me she took it to the wrong table. Was on a tight schedule so ended up taking away my pizza and ditching access to the drinks amd salad. Mistakes happen but after a long day at work with more to do i sadly wasnt impressed so 3 stars from me 😕

Not been in for some time. Didn't know even when eating in you place an order on your phone! Did manage to order from a waitress. Pizza fine, like the bottomless drink option, but the salad was a dried up mess. Not much in the trays, and what there was, was dried up. What happened to the lovely range of salad and fruit you could get once.
