Slow Rise is one of my favourite pizza places in Lincoln. Hands down the best veggie pizzas I've had and the tiramasu menu is phenomenal. This tiny little restaurant packs in such a wonderfully friendly atmosphere and top tier food and staff. Thank you so much for looking after us! I'd recommend booking a table or collection slot in advance as it gets quite busy.

We had takeout and ate right away - it's honestly the best pizza I've had hands down in years!! So fresh, delicious and crispy. We chose the Italian pizza with a dip. When I come down to Lincoln again I will definitely be eating here again!

Slow Rise is top notch. The pizza is excellent, the staff are friendly, and it's really well located for town. There are not many tables to dine in, but if the weather is nice they'll lend you a picnic blanket to sit on the green opposite. Can heartily recommend.

Best pizza in lincoln! My third lunch experience here. I have been thoroughly pleased each time. I have tried 3 different pizzas and all of them have been great. The drinks are tasty and I am excited to try the to-go dessert later tonight. Smaller establishment so I suggest booking ahead. I will definitely be returning.

I have to say the pizza is great, and so is the owner! After a small misunderstanding with my first order I was contacted by him and the problem was resolved in an outstanding manner. If you want to eat a real Italian pizza (not a fake fast food) this is the best place to choose in Lincoln. Fresh ingredients and perfect dough, it doesn't do justice to say it's good, you have to taste it yourself. I will be surely ordering again in the future. Thank you!

Wonderful little vegetarian and vegan pizza restaurant! Not only do they have incredibly tasty pizza but they also have great desserts! Gluten options are available and Wednesday‘s Margherita and Mojito is something you should definitely get. But be aware that booking beforehand is warmly recommended. Had a blast!

Simply stunning. The best pizza in Lincoln...that's easy. We have lived across the US and Canada. Still the best. We considered buying from here a few times since we arrived in Lincoln last year. Tonight was our first and won't be the last. So fresh!!! Great prices for restaurant pizza. I think we even got an incorrect pizza in our order and we didn't care as we want to try them all! Delivery was so quick too. Its impossible to beat this place...please support them.

Absolutely loved eating here. The place is very small but the food was excellent and the front of house service was also very, very welcoming and professional. We were just walking by on this occasion and decided to go in on spec. We'll book next time, but I can see this business outgrowing these premises very soon and going somewhere bigger. I wish them every success, they deserve it. **Note its all vegetarian or vegan, which was perfect for us.

Pizzas were OK, but didn’t think they were anything special. I went for the artichoke special but should’ve probably gone from the menu. Friend thought the vegan options were very good. Service was good though, nice staff.

Fabulous, fresh testing and authentically Italian pizza with a good range of toppings, all available as vegetarian or vegan and with gluten free bases - it's hard not to be impressed by that, especially in a small independent restaurant! Staff are friendly and chatty and the service was speedy, even though the restaurant was full and catering to numerous takeaway orders - we ordered, were served, and even had dessert in under an hour! The only minor niggle is the seating- only bar stools are available, even at the tables, and as someone with a back injury this meant I was quite uncomfortable. Fortunately the speedy, friendly service and excellent food made up for the discomfort.

Really good restaurant for food, vegan, gluten-free and dairy free pizza available. Pumpkin lizza was fantastic by the way. Customer service was delightful and the staff were helpful, would recommend booking. Only thing to be conscious about is how small the dining area is, this is not an issue but have it in mind when you arrive.

Go to Slow Rise - actual, great tasting pizza that is probably the best I've had in the UK. Super friendly staff who are clearly enjoying what they do! It's a little place, but they do eat in with a decent drink selection, or they do takeaway. But most importantly, genuinely great pizza!

First time visit to a great independent pizza place. Small vegetarian menu - vegan on 24hrs notice - eat in or take out, with 3 standards of Marinara, Margherita and Mediterranean and 6 others with a very tasty looking range. Hand pulled dough giving about a 12" base, fresh ingredients and a delish range of homemade tiramisus. A small range of drinks including cocktails available. We will most definitely be going again. Can get very busy so best to ring ahead. Enjoy, we did!

Can not put into words how amazing my pizza was! I had the blue cheese pizza made vegan, which I was unsure about as the vegan blue cheese I've tried wasn't great, however the owner reassured me the brand they use is super tasty and she wasn't lying. Straightforward menu, not overwhelming with sides and topping options but focuses on high quality, housemade dough and the best ingredients. Great drink selection, again quality over quantity. Chilled, relaxed atmosphere and genuinely friendly staff. We were served quickly and had the best table over looking the pizzas bring made. I would recommend booking a table. Will be back to sample the vegan tiramisu with out a doubt!

Found this spot by mistake and am so happy I did! Great vegan cheese options and no hassle food adjustments. Everything was better than I expected. Flavors were amazing and you must try the sriracha mayo dip. Service was attentive and friendly, will definitely be coming back again when I'm in the area.

Absolutely cracking little spot off the beaten track!! Myself and my partner visited here earlier this evening for some tea whilst on our travels in Lincoln. We spotted signage from the main street. The lady who was front of house was highly accommodating. We chose the Wednesday deal which was margarita and a mojito cocktail for £10. The service was speedy, and the food was simple but oh so effective. One of the best pizzas I've had in a long time!!! My boyfriend made the same comment who is usually a 'meat-a-holic'. We also loved that the place had utilised the grassed area across the road which gave customers the option to take a picnic blanket across the road to have pizza in the sun if the restraunt is full. We will DEFINATELY be revisiting on our next trip- have found ourselves a right gem. Thank you!!

The over all vibe in this place is lovely, nice music not too overpowering on the conversations your having. The staff here are lovely and welcoming, quick to welcome, to serve and to check in on you. Then you have the menu. The menu here you get every penny’s worth. They are very filling, most leave taking half in a takeaway box. The drinks menu although a bit more on the expensive side are worth the prices. The spiced mojito flare paired with the earthly unique taste of the truffle mushroom pizza is unfathomable. Anywhere you sit in the place you can watch your pizzas or drinks be made, smell the flavours and then almost 5-10 minutes after ordering taste the flavours. Would recommend this place for a group of friends 5 is perfect but more would be a bit cramped. Or a date :)

Come here all the products are excellent and fresh and the staff is competent and friendly, try because you will not find any 'other better than this.👍 The only drawback, the place is small there are no tables if not some counters to lean on. It was born as a takeaway (Original) Una vera pizza italiana in Inghilterra... Quasi non ci credevo, l'ho trovata qui a Slow Rise...
