Beautiful location had brushetta and meat balls to start both great tasting and full off flavour, mains were chicken millinase and beef short rib which was amazing I love this dish! Side of loaded fries nice, No room for dessert, service from Maisie and the GM was exceptional nice friendly service!

So nice to return to Lincoln's Zizzi's we love this particular restaurant, always friendly and attentive staff and the food is always cooked to perfection. We've never had a bad meal at this one-highly recommend. The Pinoli is a great pizza and so is the meat calzone (two of our go to's) I love the fact that you can ask to take out your leftover pizza so it doesnt go to waste. :)

Nice food, staff etc. but try getting a jug of tap water out of them. Bought a round of drinks as well but all we got was 3 glasses of water. Asked again but only got one glassfull this time. Went for a coffee after at Costa and found this for customers (see pic).

It's in a nice spot down by the water side. We had a perfectly nice lunch. Staff were nice too but clearly way understaffed. They had plenty of gluten free options too. We weren't in a rush but it took an hour and a half from arriving to finish. Again staff were good but obviously not enough of them and they looked rushed off there feet even though it was only half full.

Was looking for somewhere to eat outside with our very well behaved dog, my wife asked and they said of course, so we sat outside with the dog and our kids. We had the lasagne which was delicious, a couple of pizzas and risotto all very nice. Staff were very welcoming and fussed our dog so much. We had a lovely time will definitely call again when in the area.

wonderful food & service. found this place by accident as had already had a bad experience at lunch elsewhere. everywhere was clean & tidy , tables allocated to allow distancing . menus are recycled so used only once - very easy to order by scanning the qr code or table service if preferred. food arrived piping hot - the courgette frites are to die for !! staff were very attentive . pizzas were tasty as was the mushroom starter ordered as a main . desserts were well presented & yummy !

Early evening meal there. Slow service ‘cos they’d knocked off some of the staff because it was quiet! The two of them managed but were run off of their feet. Food was ok, no complaints, standard Italian resteraunt chain food. I had the Pollo Calzone.

Had the Calzone Carne Piccante which tasted incredible along with the Bolognese chips which were so nice, never thought of that food pairing but going to try that at home. Staff were lovely and food came in good time. Can't wait to go back and work through the menu.

First of all the service was grand from the moment we arrived. We didn't want to eat inside and there was an awning with tables outside so we could eat there, a bonus for us at the moment. The waiters and waitresses were so lovely. Now, to the food, fantastic, we had calamari, and king prawns in garlic romesco sauce, the prawns were very good indeed, fresh, just with a cut in the shell to be opened and eaten - without the skin sticking - and the calamari were good. We ordered a pizza to share and it took too long to arrive which was annoying at some point. However, staff were very apologetic and offered us a drink on the house, which is a nice gesture nowadays (by the way, we only had one). I think one of the cooks brought it out to us at the end, with apologies. The staff were really so good all along, and that is something I appreciate so much when I am out. The pizza was very good quality, just as it said on the menu. We will go back. Ingredients are fresh and food really is a feast in your mouth, not to mention the pasta aperitif "crisps" that they serve as you arrive. Pizza base is fantastic.

The place is rather chaotic. They were a bit slow, 2 hours for 3 courses is rather long. Apologised with a bottle of red wine. It cheered us up somewhat. The food is fine but it is slow.

Drinks were great, starters were poor, meal was fairly good. Got some rock solid meatballs that were taken off the bill. However, because i paid the bill early (so we could walk off after eating) they forgot our mains, i chased them up after 40minutes, they then asked us to wait another 15minutes while they made them.

Went for a meal last evening with friends before seeing Fairport Convention live at the Drill Hall (10 minutes walk away - they were brilliant, again!) and had a great meal - tasty food and just the right size of portion. The Sicilian wine we had was light and delicious and the service from our Polish waitress, Barbara, was friendly and faultless. Great start to an evening out - thanks guys.

The food is good, the service we received was excellent and they are really switched on with regard to allergies. However the pricing leaves a bit to be desired. The beer isn't on the menu therefore the price isn't apparent - until the bill arrives. It's almost a fiver for a 330ml bottle of Peroni!! Which I think is a bit greedy.

I was here for a meal before the cinema and we were seated very prompt and the service was very efficient without rushing us. Waiting staff were very pleasant and professional. The manager on duty (didn’t get his name) was very nice to speak to and in my opinion is running a great team. Starters were delicious and mains were good too. They have a great looking menu and plenty of thing to try. Would recommend a visit.

Food was fine. Wasn't impressed that we were offered a table in front of the toilets which were very pungent and smelly! We were offered another table. Why on earth would a restaurant have the toilets next to the restaurant where diners are eating! How disgusting. Good restaurants have the toilets away from the dining area, I suggest Zizzi Lincoln rethink the floor plan. The staff were pleasant.

Was given a buy a gift voucher, so we thought we would give this place a go, never been before, told waiter about our gift. They could not have been more attentive, and the food was 10 out 10. This is my 1st review of anything, but just had to say how good this was.

I wouldn't usually rate a chain restaurant five stars, but my partner and I eat here quite often as we tend to exchange our Tesco Clubcard points for vouchers. The staff are always friendly even when the place is busy, the specials seem to change fairly frequently and the food is consistently good. They also offer a good selection of vegan and vegetarian dishes, including a very nice vegan pizza that more than makes up for the lack of meat with its other flavours.

Went here the other day and had the most amazing meal (Calzone). They didn't have a vegetarian Calzone on the menu, and when my other half asked if he could have one of them without the chicken and the ham, they offered to put more veg in for him! Our waiter was a really funny, friendly guy who made us feel very comfortable (regret not taking note of his name and passing it onto management). Came home with a pizza box with 1/4 of the Calzone in (they were huge!). Very pleasant experience.

Wasn’t too impressed. While I know it can’t always be handled, the crust on the pizza was well done yet very close to Burnt. Paying £13.35 for a coke and a pizza, I expected a little more than 8 pepperonis and 5 ripped up pieces of ham, while the pizza was nice and the service was great, I’m sad to say I probably won’t be returning and won’t reccomend going here to anyone.

Day trip to Lincoln during half term. Decided to try something new and went Zizzi. Loved the food and atmosphere. Really impressed with Mia. My parents were visiting me at university so I wanted to take them to a good quality place for italian food. It was the first time we'd been to this restaurant in Lincoln and we were all really pleased with our meals. I found the pizza tastier and hotter than Prezzo's pizzas. The menu was more extensive and the prices were very reasonable for the portion size and quality of the food. Over all we were all pleasantly surprised with how it compared to Prezzo on the waterfront. I'd definitely be going there again with them!
