Had a late lunch here with wife & grandson. Food was really nice, atmosphere was great. Waitresses & waiter were excellent, attentive & friendly. Would definitely recommend a visit!

A nice restaurant with good Italian dishes. The pizza is lovely I had the pepperoni which came on a Neopolitan style base. The tomatoes were slightly on the sour size and may have benefited from a little sugar and being reduced down. I tried the Bolognese which was nice and the rest of the party were happy with their meals. Fudge cake and ice cream for dessert was nice. Staff were pleasant and decor was modern, industrial and nice. Parked at Sainsbury's which was free after 6.

This was our second visit and once again, 5 stars. We had six different courses between three of us and every dish was perfectly cooked and presented by cheerful efficient staff. Portions are generous and though it may not be the cheapest Italian around, there is none better. Highly recommended!

Prawns Portafino.. and poached egg and asparagus with brown butter and fried sage leaves are my current addictions ... smart place good food nice staff .. good value, not cheap but good value. I have ordered these 3 times in the last 10 days, each time fantastic . I can also recommend Affogato with Frangelico, its a great dessert ; A Scoop of ice cream a shot of frangelico and expresso poured over..

Could not rate more highly. Has a diverse menu with ever changing specials so I am always spoilt for choice. The food always tastes incredible made with quality ingredients. Staff are extremely helpful, polite and efficient. Restaurant is always immaculately clean and stylishly dressed. Always recommend to friends and family for a special night out.

Fabulous! Authentic Italian. I was walking around the shopping centre wondering where to eat. Unfortunately there is no review on google and thought to give a try. Surprisingly Cantinetta has been here for the past 2 years and I never knew. The ambient is very modern, clean and very nice contemporary design. Any words to describe the elegance is irrelevant comparing to the food quality. Hugely recommend and it was my first time. We are having 4 course and absolutely fabulous. I speak Italian and I know well the standards as I am demanding with my food. See my reviews and notice how economical I can be with my reviews. This is absolutely outstanding

First time visiting Cantinetta yesterday for a birthday lunch and it will not be the last time. Food was superb, fresh ingredients, cooked to perfection and hot. Lovely staff and beautiful decor. Looking forward to our next visit!

Can't fault the food but perhaps the service could be improved. On arrival gave booking details and apologised that 1 person couldn't attend so only 2 of us, waitress walked away, I assumed to find a suitable table then turned and beckoned with her finger...no pleasant interaction. Same with staff when we were seated, ok we're not here to make friends but let's at least pretend whilst we're in your restaurant. Discussed attitude with a family member who had dined earlier in the evening, same attitude. We are your guests, your business relies on us, we will support you but please at least be friendly. P.S. food is EXCELLENT!

I visited this restaurant on Saturday with my daughter and I have to say what a pleasure it was. The food was first class and the service was excellent let's hope the keep it up. The place was busy but not packed and the service was brisk but not to fast to make you feel like they needed the table but most importantly the food was excellent. We love the fact that Crosby now has a lot of lovely restaurants to choose from but after yesterday's meal it has gone to number 2 in our favourite places to eat locally. Well done and keep up the good work

Wasn't overly impressed want be rushing back had crispy calamari with prawns both slightly over cooked as my starter and main was sea bass in pasta which was a bit thick .

What an absolutely top class Italian Restaurant, Me and my partner dined here on Saturday 19th June, I had the Ravioli di Aragosta (Lobster Pasta dish) And my partner had the fillet steak. Both meals where exceptional, made by very talented Chefs, i must say. Well done to all Kitchen Staff for thier skills. Our waitresses, Ellie and Sinead, where very classy young ladies, very friendly, very professional and made our evening feel so wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble, those ladies, im sure will go far in life, They have exceptional hospitality skills. Well done to them, they both very much deserve total recognition for thier fantastic work at Cantinetta's. Furthermore we would like to thank the Proprietors and Management, for bringing a top class Italian Restaurant to the heart of Crosby. We love Italian food, and this place IS for sure, Classy, and outstanding. A huge thankyou to all involved in this Restaurant for making our evening a very enjoyable, memorable one. We definately recommend this Restaurant. 5* ❤️😀👍

OMG I have had the best italian meal i have ever eaten at this place tonight! The food was exquisite, piping hot and so so tasty! Both myself and my wife were blown away. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable with just the perfect amount of attentiveness. Bruno is an absolute genius to have devised a perfect balance of stylish decor, relaxing ambience and the best kitchen team. It was quite simply a perfect evening. Go! You will not regret it! Bang average. It is very canteen like but lacking any atmosphere, that you would normally expect with a canteen layout. Can't put my finger on what it is, probably a mix of a glass shop front, tables far too cramped and staff all a bit aloof. Food was good.

Just been for a lovely meal. Gorgeous decor, friendly staff & good service (left us to it which we enjoy) but timely & discreet. We both had seafood starters & a seafood spaghetti & king prawn linguine. A creme brulee, bottle of pinot grigo, 2 Mai Tais & a whiskey sour later we were stuffed & satisfied.
