Ordered a medium sized pizza with side, which arrived quick enough, plus the driver had to negotiate a heavy Police presence outside, as there was a situation further down the street! Pizza order arrived hot, and appetising, but just as I tucked into the meal I discovered a long strand of dark hair! I know something like this would not survive the inside of an oven, so whoever boxed the order needs to ensure that their hair is suitably maintained, so as to prevent these added 'extras' from occuring again!

I've ordered many pizzas from Basilico over the last few years and thoroughly enjoyed them all, both meaty and veggie ones. My sister visited me this year and said the Roma was the best pizza she'd ever had, with no skimping on the prosciutto. Admittedly, the last two delivery people had trouble finding my address, so they might want to work on that.

I don't understand the negative comments, they do great pizzas. I've ordered many times already at their Islington venue, never had any issue. The few times they didn't have the ingredient I ordered, they called me straight after so that we can find a replacement deal. My goto pizza shop personally :)

This is the best pizza I have had in London! The flavours are intense and fresh and the combinations are done really well. I love a thin crust pizza and it was thin without being burnt and having a nice crunch to it. The delivery was also really quick which is always appreciated on a Saturday night!

Outstanding. I just ordered my first pizza from Basilico, it's outstanding - light, fresh, with the most amazing gluten free dough I've ever tasted. Tomato sauce on pizza is amazing - light, fresh, with strong hint of basil. Arrived within 25 mins, I'm ordering one more tomorrow

Very nice pizza and very good quality. The only thing I would say is that the pizza is quite expensive, but you do get a good quality product for what you order. This is definately not a eat in place so you may as well order ahead online. The staff are friendly and the time from order to pizza-ready is good.

The holy grail of pizza take aways! Basilico is a bit hit in our flat, and the first menu we reach for on a Saturday night in. The variety of pizzas keep both vegetarians and meat eaters alike happy, with super fresh ingredients and creative twists to classics. The delivery is quick and the pizzas always have arrived piping hot.

I just live two minutes away and it is the best pizza in Angel! can't comment over delivery as I have never used it. I think for a 13 inches pizza is a bit overpriced but the 18 is in line with market price.
