This place is the best authentic pizza place for the money if you want delivery. The cheese, sauce and toppings are all made in Italy, and baked in wood fired ovens. One of the best experiences I've ever had. Enjoyed a lot

Why would Basilico say in the website that it’s £15 minimum for free delivery and then try, with attitude, to charge me more and say it was the delivery charge. Not ok. I’m a loyal local customer. Don’t be rude

The best wood-fired Italian pizzas in Richmond and the surrounding around.The ingredients are so fresh and it's so tasty! I am always ordering for home and for my workplace. Basilico Pizza turned into our most favourite pizza! Me and the hubby ordered second time from the Richmond branch and both deliveries were excellent. Very fast arriving,hot and extremely delicious vegan Zucchini & Artichokes pizza. Highly recommend especially if you are looking for tasty,vegan food.

I just ordered vegan gf pizza with a bottle of chianti through Deliveroo and honest to goodness it's the best meal I've had in YEARS. Highly recommend and am so grateful I tipped the driver as he was expedient, kind and so cheerful in spite of current circumstances and my place being a devil to find! My new go-to pizza place and am definitely sharing with friends now, and when we get together post quarantine. Thankyou for bringing such a lovely experience to us :) Stay safe and keep doing what you're doing!

Basilico used to be one of my favourite places to eat pizza, but unfortunately our most recent purchase was drenched in grease. £23 for a pizza is a crazy cost, and this was no better than Franco Manca or Pizza Express which are half the price.

My wife's Italian, so we've been looking for the best pizza in Richmond ever since we moved here. We've now found it, it's undoubtedly Basilico. We've tried most of the options in Deliveroo and Hungry House, all others in Richmond we'd rate 3 stars, some worse. Here's what Basilico does right: The impasto (dough) is perfect, which is the most important quality to check for. The tomato sauce is excellent and the ingredients are extremely fresh, my wife with her Italian standards was genuinely surprised as to how good their porcini mushrooms were. Our standards are high, but 5 stars is the only rating we could give. Our pizzas arrived piping hot as well, another surprise, considering we're not too close.

Really love the pizza, use them frequently. Lovely ingredients and thin crust. Timings for delivery can vary but usually pretty good 30-45mins.Occassionally pizza isn't properly cut or the other day it had been mishandled and ingredients had all gone to one side. But issues are rare and its always delicious!

Fantastic pizza selection, the zucca was my favourite. The reason for three stars is due to very little toppings on the pizza, poor communication skills of staff and dust, dust all over the shop!!! Will order again when the kitchen looks clean.

Yes! Basilico do vegan cheese! The vegan margarita was delicious. Arrived in 30 mins on Sat night. Sorry not to have a proper tip for the delivery guy. Will do next time! Great pizza.

I have tried many different wheat and Gluten free pizzas and tried making them myself. I have to say Basilica make the best gluten free pizza base I have ever had! I can't recommend them enough. It's a hard thing get to get right, so hats off to the chefs at Basilica 😆

I discovered Basilico just over a month ago through a friend who enjoys the vegan option. Yes, it is expensive but you get what you pay for, and is worth it if ordering with a bunch of mates and getting the 18"inch option which really IS gigantic! Easily enough for three people. The great range of toppings makes ordering never a dull experience. The truffle oil and wild mushrooms are more ish and standouts. The Elderflower-mint- lemon sorbet is also fantastic. Most of my orders have arrived within 20 mins and never more than 40 mins. Treat yourself, splash out and enjoy!

Id give 4.5 stars if I could Read some negative reviews regarding delivery time but this place has been open for a while now so gave it a go.. Delivery times stated on website as 45 mins or less.. Came in 47 mins, forgivable! Especially since I ordered starters pizza and desert 18" pizza is huge and was very nice, premium restaurant quality.. Starters aren't amazing (gusto del recco?) bit bland.. Overall.. Really good quality pizza and reasonably priced wine delivered in just over the quoted time.. 4.5 out of 5!
