Decided to visit this lovely, large restaurant on Saturday evening with my friend. We arrived about 7pm and placed an order quiet quickly... we were both starving and we kind of knew what we wanted. Sadly it wasn't a great start to our experience... not only the restaurant was super loud due to some clowns upstairs almost destroying the restaurant, we had to wait over an hour for our food (for the same reason, this large party upstairs) and my dish was luke warm. This could have been because my friend had a lasagna and came very hot by default. However, the way the waiter and manager treated us was top notch! And for those reasons I gave it 4 stars and I would totally recommend this place to families, couples and groups. They truly understand the meaning of customer service, people skills and keeping customers happy. I will definitely come back again!!

I ordered through Deliveroo under their Pinsa Pizza name and I was so impressed! A lot of care went into packing my items and the rectangular pizzas came in perfect conditions inside their designated, beautiful rectangular pizza packaging. The sides also came in cute boxes that snugly fit the portion of the food. Thank you so much for making the fries perfectly golden and crispy as well as delightfully tender inside. My order took under 34 minutes to reach me and that includes production AND delivery. Extremely satisfied with this experience. I ordered between 2 and 3 PM on a Thursday :)

Really really great place to have a birthday party !!! The staff is really helpful and co-operative! GM Shahriyar Mahmud took care of everything for us. The food was very tasty as well! We did a party of 18 adults with 9 children and I have no words to explain how happy I am with the result! Plenty of space upstairs for decorations and for the children to run around! HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!!

Delicious food. I had king prawns as starters which was amazing 🤤 the pizza (díavola) was extremely spicy so be prepare to handle the heat. The carbonara was OK but the Bolognese was even better, I highly recommend it. The service was fine. The staff need to smile a bit more but other than that, they were very attentive and straight forward. Overall I came here for the food which it didn’t disappoint. Compliments to the chef 👏👏👏

I'm a regular at this place. Food is as amazing as always. Manager provides top notch customer service and is quick to resolve any issues going above and beyond what is needed. There's also an amazing waitress there that literally remembers to ask me if I'd like to add my blue light card/discount before getting the bill because sometimes I forget until I'm handed the bill. It really adds the personal touch when they remember you. 5/5

Lovely food. Service was okay. The 1st lady who served us wasn't very welcoming and came across quite cold towards us. When we asked if they accept tesco voucher the lady(not sure if she is the manager, blonde hair and tied back with eastern european accent). No smile or greeting when we walked in so straight away I was not very impressed and they were so quite at the time! I have worked in luxury customer service/retail industry and I believe it is very important to be welcoming and to smile, say hello, greet your customers and let them know you are there to help. 1st impression makes a huge difference on your experience. We didn't really get this when we walked in, sat down and ordered our food. The second younger lady, longer hair who took over the other lady was more friendlier and more approachable. Other than that, the food was delicious and we can't complain about that!

A all time family favourite definitely reccomend, the chicken is halal and there are vegan options. The desserts are lovely especially the panna cota and cookie dough.

Jus had lunch, pizza, olive, garlic bread and laminate. Pizza is very good but olive little salty, and salad is wrose which they should improve. Browny is excellent. Overall customer service and hygine is good. Wasn't very busy and seat was available. When big que in nandos this is the best place to vosot without que and deffinetly free parking.

I would say its good. if your a kid (like me) and expecting the "Cheese" sauce for your pasta and think its a nice top coating its not. you get tomato sauce and shredded cheese in a container. my mums food had a hair in it! and the texture of the pasta was chewy and thick. my nanas food(chicken pasta and creamy sauce) was ok but the portion was small. and for my grandads order he did not have enough chicken. something i would reccomend is lasagna. what my uncle orderd. looked good and he said it also tastes good. nothing wrong with it.

I went to Bella Italia a couple days ago for dinner with my bestfriend and the food was lovely !! Shani who was our waiter, was also brilliant. She was excellent communicating with us and always checking up on our table incase we needed anything. Only thing that kinda disappointed me was the calamari for starters. It used to be soft with breadcrumbs however it was proper crispy. Other than that, everything was great and will come again soon! x

As it’s half term I visited with my 2 kids and was amazed by the childrens menu and the choices, to make it even better they were offering a reduced price of kids eat for £1 which is a great help to this struggling. Quick Sunday lunch - never been to Bella Italia before so thought let's give a go. Place was quiet and efficiently run by single team member which was impressive. Friendly and helpful. They accept Tesco clubcard vouchers which was a bonus! A meal for 4 ended up under £20 in vouchers!

Since I heard that they now serve Halal food I thought I'll check it out. It is also on Meerkats buy on get one free deal on starters, mains and desserts. I have to say they do put more emphasis on the quality of their food than the quantity. That doesn't mean that the portions are skimpy in any way. Most of the meals are adequately portioned and they have been presented very well. Some items on the menu are worth mentioning like the tempura prawn starters and the sirloin steak (which is also Halal). Others are forgettable, nothing much to talk about. I would definitely come back and try their pizzas and pastas which they are known for.

It tasted bland and almost like they didn’t care , not what you expect from Bella Italia ( been to other branch’s ) to the point were i didn’t want to complete my food . I ordered a mushroom pasta £12 (voucher 😉 ) that was soo bland/dry . Didn’t enjoy it at all. It was just plain pasta with rockets on top. I don’t understand how on earth this place is still open . Second experience here and again the food is not good . Very disappointed seen as i tried again hoping it would be better 21/06/19 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ They pulling it back !! Halal chicken , this experience which is the third was much better then those before ! Way better . Much needed and appreciated improvement ! Used a 40% discount voucher online . Food tasted very nice and waitress was kind and friendly . On the way from here i hope 🤞🏼! Lets see 20/08/19 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This place has improved so much within a short space of time time , a few months ago i gave it a 1 star and now a 5 star ! I love Bella. Their new menu has a great variety of food. This time around I had the pannacotta for dessert and it was so good!! I also asked for cheese to be put on my chicken fillet which tasted delicious. Their bruschetta is quite dry and the bread is hard. Service isn't great either. Had to ask for the bill 3 times. Mains took at least 20 minutes.

Nice lunch experience, they serve halal chicken for the customers with that dietery requirement. The venue is located in the retail park, loads of parking and close to the shops. The staff at the venue were excellent. We were seated near the windows. The venue is nicely decorated and seats were comfortable. Starters came in good time and mains were served soon after. All in all spent 45 minutes at the restaurant, food tasted great and staff were nice. Will be back.

Enjoyed our evening at Bella Italia last night, friendly helpful wait staff. Food (pizzas and garlic bread) arrived on time and is distinctly different (imo better) than other chain pizza restaurants (pizza hut, dominoes, papa johns, pizza express). Good portions. Limited choices kept things simple. Reasonable ratio of pizzas suitable for vegetarians. Score is more reflective of my time in the restaurant than trying to compare it against other restaurants in terms of quality of food/value for money etc.

You get a extremely limited set of choices with absolutely no option to upgrade unlike the previous menu. The portion sizes of main are tiny. I would like to say thank you for all the nice experience you did give to me and my family. The food was delicious and the service was amazing. Is my first time in London I came from Spain for my 30 years anniversary and my husband invited me to eat Italian Food, why not if them are good in football why not also in the food. My mushrooms starter and my Pollo saltimboca was the best dishes I eat on my life. My husband is a pizza lover so his choice was the pizza super spicy. Hot one but good at same time. Was calling something like Diobola. All the attention was nice. Hopefully next time I'll bring my full family to enjoy this beautiful piece of Italy.

Went on a Sunday, was very quiet. Clean restaurant and friendly staff. I ordered a prawn pasta and my partner ordered a chicken pizza with stuffed crust. The pizza was delicious, the pasta was a bit of a miss. Food did take a while to come considering it was really quiet and the girl didn’t even offer me cheese or pepper like they usually do. Used meerkat meals so got 2 for 1 so can’t complain. Would have probably been annoyed with the wait time and the cheese/pepper if I had to pay full price

Went here the other day. Staff were great food not so much. You would think a lovely decorated restaurant the food would be up to par but in fact total opposite. I tried the ‘new’ dish pesto chicken pasta. It was quite bland. It just lacked of taste! It had some shredded (looked like) boiled chicken covered with massive chunks of onions. I forced myself to eat it as I was paying quite a chunk of money for the dish! Overall worth a try (maybe the other dishes may be better) but I certainly won’t be back again.

The restaurant is in a beautiful setting, a 1-minute walk from the gallion reach shopping park. Even then all the tables were occupied. The service was faultless and the menu was beautifully presented and delicious. The restaurant was a fitting culmination to an excellent gourmet experience in Beckton, and we will definitely be back. There were 8 of us and we went on a wednesday afternoon. We had a great time, the food was tasty but the reason for the rating was the staff. Our Hostess Victoria was very attentive, she suggested meal options, regularly checked that everything was OK with our meal and even struck up conversation with the kiddies :-) Would definitely return.

As for any restaurant the number 1 thing for me is the food, and theyve been simply amazing every time I go here. I'm native Italian so I wasnt expecting authenticity. I discovered that the first time I went to a Bella Pasta in the West End about 10 years ago. The food here was however well prepared (apart from a couple of things), with fresh ingredients and served hot. I opted for a sirloin steak which was cooked exactly as I liked it and the polpette (meat balls) made a nice appetiser (albeit a bit small) but I'd have preferred more parmigiano and garlic in the recipe. In general the menu catered to the suburban British palate. There are loads of classic Italian dishes that are easy and cheap to prepare but missing from the menu, such as "melanzane parmigiano". (Baked aubergine slices with parmesan) The website made a big deal about their gluten free menu but the variety wasnt impressive. No GF lasagne. My friend had the standard lasagne... lasagne noodles and beef mince with tomato sauce drowned in a bubbling pool of cream cheeses. Almost soupy. The GF pita bread that came with the steak was hard as stone and overbaked. There are loads of better GF products available than what was offered. The chips were DIVINE! Esp with balsamic vinegar. I had 2 scoops ice cream for dessert... small dish, nothing special. Prices are quite reasonable and the surroundings attractive but the staff were rigid... didn't seem able to let go. As if they were watching their backs... Not likely to go back.
