F. B.This restaurant is linked to Mercure London Hyde Park Hotel, so if you pay for breakfast you eat here. Never tried their lunch or dinner. The menu is seriously limited for guests, I was eating omelette for days on end because of the lack of options. I tried to switch it up with Broiche toast with honey and fresh fruits. They smothered the toast with excess honey and the fruits weren't washed, spotted fungus in my berries. They also have 2 types of croissants and one other type of bread. Some cereal options too. Their service here could also be improved, most of the servers are nice but they don't always notice you. I have to go up to the counter and show them I've been waiting. I was kinda let down with the breakfast experience. Let's just say I won't be paying for breakfast again.

G. W.A hidden treasure! Very surprised to find such well prepared Italian based cuisine. Delightful staff, with one exception. My friends and I have been here three times and enjoyed the cuisine every time. Well worth stopping by!

The girl asked if we were going to be eating and warned us that there was no pasta. She didn't say why but apparently there was a temporary problem with the gas. Our coffees were good and came promptly.

B. M.My first time coming to Bella Italia in Paddington and it definitely will not be my last. I had a great afternoon dining in the restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was Brilliant. I'd like to thank the manager Mathieu for being extremely hospitable and Shkurte the waitress for being patient and helpful with my dietary requirements. She also did not disappoint with her recommendations. All together it was an amazing afternoon with a delightful team ensuring my experience was the best it could be. If you're in the area, you should definitely pop in!
