Server was very nice and friendly. The food is decent. I recommend the mushroom one as it is quite light and good. They do put a bit of the same kind of cheese everywhere on their pizzas (which isn’t a big problem but can be a bit much on some pizzas) There is also quite a wait for the food to come out but that is only a good thing if you have great company but not when you are hungry.

Another great Bella Italia and where the service and food is superb! As always, they were able to tailor for my partners gluten allergy - the staff were able to advise on what was available for coeliacs- which is almost everything. Fantastic news for coeliacs :-)

Decent food. Nothing to rave about but not terrible. Location and decor fine. Hospitable staff. Would have been 4 stars but when we ordered we were asked whether we wanted chips or salad with the meal. We both said salad though weren't bothered about them. We were charged for it as a side. It was intimated it was part of the meal and neither of us wanted it really so to then have £4 each left a sour taste. Especially as we left most of the salad. Sometimes its the little things.

Absolutely fantastic staff. I want to say a special thank you to Joanna for her excellent customer service and kindness. I was on a filming shoot that had been cancelled, myself and the other dancers had spent a while trying to find somewhere to eat. It was raining we had lots of luggage and didn't have any luck finding a restaurant with seating which led us to Bella Italia and how lucky we were for that! Delicious food and drinks were great, especially as someone who orders mocktails - so many options. I will gladly visit again! Thanks for making our day xxx

Went here on the 29th of September after seeing Back to the Future. My partner and I had eaten at a Bella Italia before but our friend hadn't. The food was as always top notch, piping hot and delicious. What amazed us was the staff, we were sat very close to the kitchen and the staff just did not stop, the restaurant got really busy but they just worked their socks off. There was a bit of a wait for the food but we didn't mind. Thanks for a great meal.

London Marathon weekend - everyone wanted pasta...we weren't running but Bella is always a good option. We hadn't booked but they let us in on the proviso we were out in an hour. Order finally came, wrong pasta shape and one pasta dish was extremely undercooked (beyond al dente). However, the food was good and so is the atmosphere.

This is usually a busy restaurant at lunchtime so recommended to get here early. Service was good and the good wait was about 10 minutes from ordering. The beef ravioli is tasty and decent portion size. A new dish Norma Rustici made with aubergine was ok if slightly dry (not much sauce to it). The pizza offerings aren't much but what they do is good. However their focus is on the pasta dishes. This restaurant chain is featured regularly on three mobile's Wuntu app and offers great value.

One of the best Italian meals I have had in a long time. The lasagna was extremely fresh and seemed as though it was just cooked. This was the third visit and whilst i appreciate it was very busy sadly it was also very frustrating. We waited over 20 mins for our drinks then another 20-25 mins for our starter of olives !!! The young waitress seemed very confused trying to please everyone and pleasing noone !! Eventually i think it was the manager came to our rescue got our meal (which didnt appear to have be sent to the kitchen) and did reduce our bill which seemed only fair to do. We will still go there as we love the food and the atmosphere.

We did not have reservations but were immediately seated and given the utmost attention by our waiter. He was attentive and courteous and ensured that we had the best of times while there. The food was excellent and the Menabrea was cold and frosty. There was an enormous diversity of people present while we were there, each enjoying this restaurant in their own way. This is a definite place to visit if ever in this part of London.

We got seated straight away on a Friday night, right by the window (guess I am one if the beautiful people bc I read once only the best get window seats to draw in customers). However the dish I chose was meant to be spicy, even the waiter said be prepared fir how spicy it was...it was not that spicy. Can't remember the name but it was giant pasta shells. My wife's meal was nice and a good portion(Yes!). We were asked if we were seeing a play, which We were and we finished our meal and got across the road in good time for our show to start. Not good related but a true story. Today is the 10 years anniversary from when I met my wife. London was our day out kid free in the big city. Upon sitting in Bella Italia mybwife notice her diamond was missing from her engagement ring. This put a downer on our meal as a repair would be costly plus sentimental value. After thinking when it could have fallen out my wife jokingly said maybe it was in her coat pocket. Low and behold it was. The mood was instantly lifted and the Costco repair would drop.

We visited before heading off to the theatre. The menu has plenty of choice and caters to most tastes. The price is reasonable and the quality is pretty good for what you pay. Two courses will cost around £20. The kids menu is great with a section for smaller and bigger kids. The bigger kids can pick any pasta or pizza dish from the adult menu and get a smaller portion, they also get a starter, desert and drink for about £12. If you have club Card vouchers you can exchange them online and receive 4 times their value to use a Bella Italia. A £2.50 Clubcard voucher gives you £10 off your food bill.
