Absolutely incredible. From start to finish, Bon Gusto is the most charming and most beautiful restaurant we have had the pleasure of visiting. We had booked a surprise birthday meal and had noted this on reserving the table. The care and attention to detail taken by all of the staff was fantastic. However I feel the need to point out two members of staff in particular (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch your names). One was a gentleman with dark hair and the other a lady with short, light brown hair. Both were beautiful souls and attended to us with so much love and care, nothing was any trouble and they had so much personality. The food - absolutely exquisite! We have eaten at many different restaurants in our lives and both agreed that this was our favourite. Authentic Italian meals, portion size was perfect and the taste was so fresh. Thank you Bon Gusto for making our night truly magical, we cannot wait to visit again soon.

Fantastic pizzas; right up there with the best we’ve ever had. (Picture doesn’t do it justice… your tastebuds need to do the heavy lifting here). The staff were friendly, welcoming and extremely polite, and the restaurant is a comfortable but relaxed environment to spend an evening in. We’re from Scotland, so naturally we like a good bargain, and I’m happy to say that Bon Gusto’s pricing is very fair. We will most certainly be back for more soon!

Absolutely fabulous. I've been twice now and from the food, ambiance and staff, it cannot be faulted. Fully authentic Italian food at reasonable prices, they have a good selection of regularly changed specials too. The staff are attentive and very polite.

Really impressed. We arrived here after a carol service yesterday. There were a few diners it was Sunday evening - hardly the peak slot. It was all great, I must say and really exceeded my expectations. I had a seafood pasta which was lovely others had different pastas and a pizza. Pricing was totally reasonable and service was great too. A real find -just a few minutes walk from Victoria station.

This was a fantastic meal. The second we entered we were welcomed very warmly. The staff were polite. The manager (owner, manager, not sure) was so friendly and nice. A quick chat about where we were from (Scotland) and knew some facts about where we're from that even we didn't know. The important part though. The food and service. We only had a small meal with mains and desserts. Both of our mains were fantastic. Looked lovely and treated just fantastic. We both got the same desserts, the Moose. It was just amazing. It's stuck in my mind. The red I got (forgot which) was lovely. The food was delivered swiftly and well. Very satisfied All in. We'll be going back if we're down here and staying close. We know it's a safe bet if we're not wanting to try a new place. Highly recommend

Sense the beginning of July I started to visit the Buckingham area and just felt in love with this wonderful restaurant. Is not only the food the service is outstanding. If you really want to have an out of this world lasagna, an amazing calamari fritti, a homemade minestrone, decadent Tiramisu... The food is amazing. The staff are friendly and welcoming. It was recently renovated and it was done with style. It looks posh and it feels posh. We had the calamari and zucchini as starter, pizza and pasta as main. All of it was very good and fresh, it felt authentic. We went on a Monday evening and it wasn't busy. I found the prices compared to the location, reasonable. They are baby friendly and it's a perfect pit stop for the hungry!

Fantastically fun. Recently had a refurbishment from a rustic Italian to a more modern Italian fine dining establishment. The food is full of flavour that tou would expect in a family run Italian restaurant. The staff are welcoming and easy to talk to. Starters good,we had olives and garlic bread. For main lasagna and seafood risotto, which was very salty and the mussels had a horrible taste. Staff was little bit slow,they even can't make a latte. And all above that they have service charge £7, my personal opinion : they didn't deserve this time. This place a big disappointment for me.

Getting lost in London is easy but finding a decent meal can be difficult at times especially in a group. Finding this gem was god sent. Its modern yet authentic atmosphere is very relaxing and pleasant. The meals didnt look large but were filling, mushroom risotto i personally had was light yet full of flavour, based on this experience we were excited to order dessert and we couldnt resist but dip into each others plates. Panna cota, creme brule and chcolate mouse were our choices and each simply melted on our tongues and sent us to heaven. The staff were also very welcoming and friendly, marianna if i may name and fame was understanding and very open for conversation, absolute angel and a delight. It was most certainly our pleasure to share the experience . We will most certainly be coming back whenever we are back to london.

This is the first time I have dined in Bon Gusto since pre-lockdown - I am so glad that they have re-opened after such a long time! I pre-booked into Bon Gusto for Saturday night - the restaurant was 1/2 full and 1/2 empty in terms of customers. They are very COVID-19 secure; each table has been separated by perspex screens given that there are quite a few dotted around. Bon Gusto has been revamped and the outdoor seating is not being used. I ordered a starter (shared) of Italian Bread, Oil & Vinegar and a Boscaiola Pizza - a Traditional Italian Pizza with Champignon Mushrooms and Italian Sausage (no tomato included). This is the first pizza I have had from here and would give it 5 stars. For paying a bit more than regular Italian restaurants, it is worth the money!! It is definitely a restaurant to visit for a special occasion (i.e. birthday) and a fine decor inside. The staff are always very friendly and offer exemplary service.

This is a very long-standing Italian restaurant that has recently had a bit of a makeover. I went (pre-booked) in a party of eight on a Friday lunchtime. The staff were welcoming and the atmosphere is friendly. All the various pasta dishes and salads were highly rated by those who ate them, and the prices are reasonable for a central London location.

Bon Gusto is a great little Italian place in Westminster. It’s very close to Buckingham Palace and our hotel where we were staying. It was so good, we ate there twice during our stay in London. Once for breakfast, which was so delicious we had to come back on another day for dinner. Our server for breakfast was Nicole. She was very nice and helpful. Our server for dinner was Fabio, he was also very attentive and a joy to speak to. I highly recommend the eggs Benedict with smoked salmon and avocado, the Italian English breakfast, the bacon was to die for! For dinner, the linguini di Mare was spectacular! Such a sweet little place! Thank you Bon Gusto! We can’t wait to be back!

Friendly staff and atmosphere. Food is good and cooked to order so allow time. Its not a pre cooked under the heat lamp sort of place. Do a very nice cooked breakfast at reasonable price. Never over populated so usually have a choice of tables. If you want a nice not over priced meal then give it a try.

This is a hidden gem in Westminster. Recently refurbished and totally unassuming. Great daily specials, tasty food and always accommodate my requests for extra broccoli in my food(!). The staff are lovely and sometimes rushed off their feet. Def go!

We got there Saturday night without reservation. No needed to wait . The place is nice and quite atmosphere. Service was good and friendly. About the food we where disappointed . We took the salmon with avocado and the toasted bread with tomatoes. The avocado was hard . We also had spaghetti bolognese and ceasar salad . The spaghetti was tasty and the salad was just ok. For desserts we had terimisso and pancota which was good. We expected much more.

The Hotel wanted to charge us 20 British pound per person for breakfast, half a block a way Bongusto Restaurant charge the same for 3 people and the food was great as well as the service.
