Reviews of Crust Bros Pizza Waterloo
A. K.
Great atmosphere and considering how packed it was our food came extremely fast! Also had GF options for crust which has been rare since visiting London. The ingredients were so fresh! The pesto is a must have in my Eyes. From NY so I was expecting to be able to pick it up but the dough is very thin but the taste made up for it across the board. 5/5 and also whoever chooses their music should get an award the entire experience was awesome!

I’ve been there twice and it’s definitely one of the best pizza I ever ate in my life. The dough is just wonderful. Being able to choose the ingredients of the pizza is very a great idea. In top of that, the price is ridiculously low. Honestly one of my best meal in London. The staff is very careful and lovely. Thank you for the experience!
-.
Fantastic pizza - so many amazing flavours and you can create your own combos. The woman who served greeted us and sorted out our bill was so lovely. Highly recommended! We forgot to take our hand gel with us and she came out to look for us to return it to us - what a heart of gold 💕
P.
Absolutely amazing! My first time here and I could not have loved my pizza more. I took some away and ate it all before midnight 😋🤤😋 lots of thanks too to the lovely lady who helped me decide what to have yesterday, it was the pizza of my dreams 😊 I tried the vegan mozzarella (though I’m not vegan) and dare I say it was delicious! I can’t wait to be back xx

One of my favourite pizza places! They make excellent quality food and the combinations are infinite and such good value! I always come by when I’m in the area and I would recommend Crust Bros to any pizza lover 😊🍕

I have been a follower of Crust Bros on social media for a very long time. Having planned a trip to London to visit the West End, I decided to book the bottomless brunch at Crust Bros.
I was not disappointed, the service was friendly and welcoming from all the servers. The atmosphere inside was lively and friendly also.
The food was next level. Incredible pizzas and not heavy, very light and tasty. Would definitely recommend and shall be visiting again next time I am in London. 10/10

Everything was amazing! Our food came out so quickly, the pizzas had so much flavour. They were really filling so couldn't finish it all. Of course we asked for a takeaway box to finish it on the way home 😁 the staff were absolutely lovely, always made sure we were looked after and had everything we need. We definitely will be visiting again on our trips to London

Food was absolutely amazing. Can't fault it. Definitely my favourite pizza in the UK. And the fact that you pick your own toppings by ticking them on the card gives it a nice touch. But you would think that it would be easy for the staff to follow what you want on your pizza since it's right in front of them. Unfortunately few of my toppings were missing and one was missing on my partner's pizza as well. Staff were extremely nice but the only issue was that they seemed to be more focused on their phones than on their customers. It was hard to get the attention of the staff even though there was a lot of them and it was really quiet in the restaurant. But honestly best pizza ever. The base is soooooo good and I usually leave the crust but that was something else. 100% recommend this place if you want some delicious pizza.
E. T.
the pizzas at crust bros are top of the top! absolutely love the notorious PIG pizza w the crust dippings. the staff were also extremely friendly and attentive to our requests. thank you so much for a lovely experience - would 100% recommend to others and come back again

Absolutely wonderful experience. The vibe from the minute we stepped in was welcoming & fun, the ordering process was awesome & the food was sensational.
Vegan mozzarella?!!!!!! Omg. Pesto base, gluten free bread. Garlic dip.. Stop it!!!
Love it guys thanks so much

This was on my list before I even moved to London and luckily enough it ended up being right on my doorstep.
Eaten in here and from here a few times… pizza is always banging and the staff are really cool and friendly.
I always feel it’s quite hard to get pizza wrong but these guys get it very very right… menu is fun and interesting and cocktails are tasty too..
Perfect for a chilled midweek dinner or something to get you started at the weekend… I’m sure I’ll be back very soon!

Amazing pizza and gorgeous tiramisu 😋
Good service too! Keen to check out bottomless brunch once things with pandemic start calming down again
M.
Absolutely loved the experience here!💯 Pizzas tasted great and it was fun creating our pizzas. Once we let the staff know that we loved spice, they offered to put extra chillies on the pizza and gave us some dried chillies and chilli oil which made the pizzas taste even better.✨ The base was especially amazing - my boyfriend never eats his crusts but his plate was completely empty which was a first! Never had a beer pitcher before so that was fun too 😋 staff were incredibly friendly and attentive!! Highly recommend this place!

I went to Crust Bros for their Bottomless Brunch, and it was excellent! Customers receive bottomless pizza and Prosecco for 90 minutes at a cost of £35 per customer. With a bottomless brunch it’s as much as you can eat! Once the first pizza is finished (or even before that) a server will ask which pizza you’d like next and bring it over! Prosecco is given by the bottle, and just like the pizza once it’s finished you’re given a new bottle.
I ordered a pizza with salami, but there are also vegetarian options and vegan substitutions can be made. The pizza itself was very yummy and the servers were friendly.
This was my first bottomless brunch experience and I highly recommend it! This experience is best for groups of two or more.
It’s best to make a reservation (as it was very busy) and be sure to come on time because each table is given a 90 minute time limit.
S. N. G.
Lovely restaurant! The staff is very nice and the pizzas are delicious.
I love how there are gluten free and vegan options available.
Hope to visit again soon!

Had an absolutely amazing time at Crust bro. Myself and my partner fully enjoyed the vibe from the staff to the atmosphere. Everyone was warm and welcoming. Friendly and bubbly. The foood was outstanding. We ordered two make your own pizza plus sides and drinks. I would go back there every day no questions asked. Thank you for the lovely meal

Great pizzas just across from Waterloo Station near The Cut. Some seats outside in the sun, further seats at the front and then cooler seats to the back with aircon. Pizzas are customisable, so either choose from some suggested combinations, or tick what you want on the menu itself and make your own. Food was all great, smoked mozzarella particularly punching through, and the pizzas are huge. The whole restaurant smells of basil, a nice change from the smell of the road outside.
Only slight annoyance is with ticking what you want on the menu to order. The menu is dark, so we didn't get some of the things we'd originally ordered because even the staff could see what had been selected. Either menu colour needs to change, tick area needs to increase, or just write down the order. Didn't detract from lunch as the food was so good, and all generous portions
K.
Went here yesterday with my girlfriend and had their unlimited Prosecco brunch and was not disappointed. The pizza was of course excellent, as well as the unlimited fizz but the waitress who was serving us was phenomenal (I wish I asked for her name), she was super friendly, constantly checking our drinks and pizza and overall just amazing. Thanks for an ace afternoon
R. T.
One of the best pizzas outside of Italy, or maybe anywhere. Excellent dough with plenty of air in it gives you a light and fluffy crust, perfect for dipping in the garlic and herb sauce. Coupled with authentic Italian ingredients and great staff make this pizzeria a winner.
I had a Mozzarella with prosciutto cotto, mushroom and artichoke.
The only issue my friend had was the amount of buffalo Mozarella on his pizza, which was very little.
O. L.
Came here for a birthday meal as we had been craving real doughy pizzas for a while. Had seen photos on Instagram and it looked good. The photos don't do the place justice. The restaurant had a really good vibe and feel even for a Thursday night and the quickness of the food and drinks coming out were good. Our waitress (I think her name was Gema on the bill) was amazing and really attentive, friendly and gave genuine hospitality. The pizzas were amazing and don't think we've had dough as good as that in this country. We got to try the new orange vodka slushy drink which should definitely be added to the menu and our waitress brought over a some tiramisu with a candle in it. The added bonus was every member of staff wishing my partner a happy birthday as we left and even the bartender calling us back into the restaurant to do a complimentary birthday shot. For a cool restaurant in central London it was very reasonably priced, we will definitely be back and will definitely be recommended this place to all our friends and family.
A.
BEST PIZZA EVER!!!! You need to try this place, staff were lovely, the atmosphere is amazing and the pizzas were just heavenly!

Big Poppa at 📍 @crustbros London 🇬🇧
Rating: 🤩 Tasty but wouldn’t go back
Thoughts 💭
Double pepperoni is always a win and these guys have had the best tomato sauce out of all the pizzas that we have tried in London. For us, it a delicious pizza but not a hall of famer though due to the toppings distribution and the dough being cooked a bit too much .

Legit my favourite pizza on the city so far, it is absolutely delectable! The service was amazing, the cocktails are delicious and the pizza is next level. Can’t wait to go back.

I was desperate to go here after following them on instagram for years and it did not disappoint. We got it to go as we were catching a traing home. The staff were absolutely lovely. I had nonnas yard and it was the best pizza I've ever had!! My only request is that the onions are cut a bit finer but that's it. Genuinely amazing so thank you 😁 We will definitely be back!
C. S.
After following crust Bros on insta for sometime, we finally booked a trip to London and knew crust Bros would be the place to eat! Relaxed atmosphere, friendly attentive staff and the most incredible pizzas. You also have the option to personalise pizza.
L. C.
BEST PIZZA EVER ( sorry dad if you see this review, but not even yours is this good ) , so soft and fluffy, nice fat crust, cooked to perfection in a wooden oven, it literally melts in your month! Thank you chef 👨🍳 A MUST TRY! My new favourite pizza place 🍕🍕🍕 also had a great Spritz and service was great! Thanks guys 🙏
N. T.
Really good pizza and great value for money, the crust and dough was exceptional and so full of flavour. The tiramisu was also delicious. Check out my post @platesoftate on Instagram.
P. D.
Fantastic service by all the staff. We did not have a reservation but they still accommodated us despite being rushed off their feet.
The excellent pizzas were just a bonus. Very difficult to get service like this. The staff should all be rewarded.

Crust Bros is always bustling with customers when I walk past so I caved and ordered delivery. The pizza was super quick and the overall brand experience was great, but the pizza just wasn’t for me. The crust is delicious and has great flavour, but the base is very thin and the watery toppings slid off, cheese included, leaving a mess in the box. Highly suggest either using a knife + fork, or maybe just dining in. I’ve no doubt their restaurant is great! I’d probably even recommend it for others to try. But the hunt for my new local pizza spot continues.
C. M.
The atmosphere is great. Pizza is very tasty and the prices are more than reasonable. The staff is amazing and you can tell they really put love in what they do!
K. R.
We visited Crust Bros at the weekend and were not disappointed. The service was friendly and attentive. The pizzas were very tasty and the birthday tiramisu, for my partner, was a really nice touch. Thank you. We’ll be back.
M. B.
Heard about this on Instagram, thought I had to try and was not disappointed! Nice atmosphere, with the pizza oven in the middle of the restaurant giving it a warm feel. The staff were super friendly and helpful and service was quick. I think the idea of being able to make your own pizza is great, and it’s nice to visualise it by ticking boxes on the menu. Pizza tasted fresh and amazing (especially the crust), and prices were exceptional for central london. What more could you want?
M. B.
Compelled to write a review for such an excellent experience. Was booked in with my brother who was running late, so they kindly kept his aside and warmed it up when he arrived. Both pizzas were delicious and the service was superb - really nice staff, who were attentive and helpful. Will be back for sure!
P. R.
I’m usually dubious about eateries that are so close to big public transport hubs as they can take advantage of their location and serve up sub standard fair. Saw the reviews on this place and we were staying close by so it was a last minute decision. It was busy but they accommodated us with a smile and that friendly service was continued throughout. The pizza was spot on, the crust perfect for dipping in the garlic source. Chilled atmosphere and just what the doctor ordered after a day of trains and planes being cancelled. Will definitely pop back in when I’m back in the area. Keep up the good work.
O. B.
Super friendly staff when we arrived. Super selection of pizza from base, sauces and proteins. Love the story on the wall!
Bonus points for having gluten free options!
Pizza was delicious, fresh and straight out the oven, YES!
J. A.
Great thin pizzas for a late lunch. Nonna's yard had too much pesto on but lovely caramelised onions. The margarita tasted the best overall.
G. H.
Great food and drink that's reasonably priced in a great atmosphere. You can order standard pizza or start from scratch. Good choice of cocktails too which were great.
C. D.
Very cramped, very loud, not my style. Best for a younger crowd looking for a lively vibe. Not ideal for having conversation. Never have I ever had a pizza with such soggy crust. Plenty of flavour, but the crust was like floppy noodles and I wasn't prepared for that.
S. M.
The food was absolutely amazing! Pizzas were delicious. I had the vegetarian one with caramelised onions, hosts cheese and pesto. With all the sauce it was a bit soggy in the middle but then there was sauce to dip the crust in. Garlic bread was delicious. My bf built his own pizza and was very pleased with his choices too. A table for two was quite a small table to fit drinks, two pizzas and a garlic bread on. So would have preferred a bigger table. And thankfully one of us was say on the bench seating so we could put our coats there. But having a chair with a back would have been better. We're probably getting old!
A. T.
Best pizza in London. Its a must if in the area.
E. D.
cheap good food. that’s the only way I can describe it. the staff were so lovely and good to chat to. the food was incred and the drinks just as good! plus 2 for £12 cocktails, cannot complain! 10/10 would recommend if ur in the area
H. D.
Hands down best pizza in London! They definitely put the crust in Crust Bros!
The staff and service was top notch too! I must also mention how reasonable the prices are.
R. M.
Crustbros pizza at Sambrookes in Wandsworth is one of the best pizzas you'll have - since they opened we've probably been there every couple of weeks, and the pizza has never let us down! The staffs great, friendly, and Maya's and team went out of their way to make our dog visitor feel comfortable there last night! We'll be back as often as possible, best pizza around!
D. L.
Really tasty pizzas, great central location which is really easy to get to! Staff are friendly and very helpful! On my last visit though, I ordered the big poppa pizza specifically for the “double pepperoni” as the menu stated, when the pizza arrived it only had about 6 pieces of pepperoni, we questioned if this was actually double pepperoni as it didn’t seem like a lot. The waitress was very quick to rectify this and my pizza came back promptly covered in pepperoni, the only downside is I was charged extra for the double pepperoni. I didn’t particularly mind paying the extra money but I felt like it should be clarified it would be added to the bill if the portion size for double is really that small? Would still visit again but would probably choose a different pizza!
T. O. B.
This place was everything for us! Food is amazing and the service is fantastic. The atmosphere is good aswell, so we are definitely coming back for some more crust😍😍 Thank you for making our night special!
A. A.
The pizza was fresh, meaty and hot just the way I like it. The tiramisu was also amazing. Can’t wait to enjoy my garlic bread during breakfast. Definitely recommending this place.
D.
Really friendly/helpful staff, great food/drink and right by Waterloo station. Remember when they were a food truck at Southwark food tents and great to see permanent base. One thing I would say would be it would be great if could label what is vegetarian on the menu itself, save me bothering the staff loads :)
P. P.
Its best place for world class pizza... And mouth watering pizza 🍕
M. M.
Very lovely place!Pizza is good, you can customise it as well(which is fab)
Sometimes in can be a bit overcrowded. Waiter was very lovely and overall I would say service is good. Prices reasonable as well.I would definitely come back for more pizza😊
Make sure you booked a table so you don’t wait (hungry) in a long queue.
S. M.
Lovely pizzeria with a fab location. I loved the choice to make my own pizza 🍕
N. S.
Yummy 😋
Staff were very polite and welcoming. Very pleasant experience and lovely Pizza. No complaints here ☺️
T. K.
Wood fired oven pizza's cooked super quick, topped with fresh, tasty ingredients, the result is pizza that is gone in seconds!
N. K.
We love the Crust Brothers and normally order take away. Today we've been at Waterloo and had fantastic service. I wanted to try the vegan Margarita but I didn't like it at all. The staff were super helpful and sorted out the situation. I'm highly recommending this place for lovely pizza and great customer experience. Great job for the whole team!
C. C.
Not one for reviewing but felt compelled here. Stopped in for a bite to eat as I love pizza and it was right round the corner from my hotel. Passed a few other places that have been “hyped” but any time I’ve been have been completely underwhelmed. Oh how different this place was. Ordered 2 pizzas and they were ready nice and quick (that’s how you know they’ve got the hotspot int the oven dialled in) crust was perfect, thin well fired base.
I’ve eaten pizza in a lot of cities and at some of the “go to” places so I don’t make this statement lightly, but the margarita pie might have been the best one I’ve ever had. Genuine 6 out of 5 if I could.
Can’t wait to come back.
t.
Been waiting for 2 years to try this spot. As parking is bad and normally in a very busy area.. Well. I was not disappointed!
Very welcoming staff. Nothing was to much trouble. Very attentive. Well seated.
The pizza is to die for!
Ample sauces to dip your crust!
Pizza is 10/10
Cocktails were fantastic

I visited here yesterday (22/09/2020). I’ve followed their Instagram for a while but just haven’t had the time to go.
I must say they live up to their name. The crust is amazing. The pizza was great. The base is quite thin so it’s no as calorific as other pizza places.
I would definitely visit here again. The staff are all really friendly. Service is quick.
r. g.
Staff here are always amazing, so helpful and friendly and efficient. For such a central and busy location, they go above and beyond to provide great service. And the pizza is amazing too! Hadn’t been for ages and was lovely to come back and have such a great experience. We went pre-theatre this time and it was perfect for fast, friendly service and great food at a really reasonable price. Would recommend to absolutely anyone 🍕🤗
C. K.
I have come here twice to try a few of their pizzas. The best one I have tried was their green pesto base. The pizza itself is good but can be a bit too soft in the centre (due to it being very thin). Icco, in Tottenham Court area, is probably better for a similar price.
They have good Instagram specials which are worth checking out.
A. Y.
Strangely enough I'm not a huge fan of pizza but a wood fired oven really makes these ones by Crust Bros really tasty. Plus the build your own option means I got exactly what wanted, my partner had one from the regular menu and was equally happy, nice wine, lively, friendly good service. A fun place for a meal. Recommended
S. W. S.
Enjoyable evening at Crust Bros near Waterloo. The staff are very friendly on arrival, during the meal and when we left. You can personalise your pizza and they plant a tree for every pizza ordered. Recommended.
D.
Pizza not bad, very noisy so just be aware it's not the best place to go for a chat. But the pizza is good for the value and the tiramisu was really nice. Service was really quick and waiters were really attentive.
C. S.
Had a great time at Crust Bros!! Love that they catered for gluten and dairy free and have a variety of topping options. Great portion size and the staff were very friendly will definitely be going back.
R. R.
Very nice pizza which does not feel too oily or heavy. They also had a student discount which is always nice
m. d.
Good pizzas. London prices over £70 for 3 pizzas etc. I think the drinks prices were the reason. 8 drinks of which 6 were soft drinks and 2 beers. Relaxed place, ideal for the IMAX. Staff good and easy to get on with.
L. M.
Lovely vegan pizza, the sauce and cheese is fabulous. My only gripe is the base is very thin and makes it hard to pick up if you like eating pizza with your hands.
T. L.
Haven’t tried the pizza but marked it down as it says it’s open until 11pm, but wouldn’t serve us at 10pm saying it’s closed. Skullduggery at its finest
M. K.
Great pizzas.
The sourdough pizza market in London is quite saturated but these guys are great. The service was quick. I had the veggie hot one pizza which had a good range of toppings and a lot of chilli, and a good crust. The garlic bread was also great.
Only downside was that it was hard to get anyone’s attention for some garlic oil and we never got the tap water we asked for.
Price wise - the meal was very affordable.
5/5 for the pizzas alone and I would go again to try another pizza.
N. B.
A cool space, easy reservations and great pizza options (build your own) and drinks! The staff were especially attentive, accommodating and friendly! Would definitely go back!
S. r.
Great service and amazing food! I highly recommend for everyone :) The pizzas are cooked perfectly, the dough is fluffy and there is a nice range of topping. The staff are very accommodating and kind which is always a bonus with tasty food.
K. S.
Great tasting pizzas at reasonable prices. You can choose a custom made pizza or one of theirs.
Service was quick so we managed get back to work after just an hour for lunch. They also do takeaways if you are in a hurry.
Only criticism would be the music: it is too loud, so we found it difficult to hear each other.
C.
Very good pizza and the service is amazing, I really loved it. Very good gluten free pizza as well
M.
Amazing start to an evening at the Old Vic by our visit to Crust Bros. 2 minute walk to the theatre, fabulous food and friendly staff. I visited with 3 teenagers and we all left empty plates. Will certainly visit again.
S.
Fantastic pizza made with passion. Can’t fault anything about this place from the food to the service. Great value and great location. I will struggle to not go in whenever passing through Waterloo.
A. L.
Very soft and doughy pizza, not burned, nor flat. The amount of toppings is amazing compared to other London chains. Carolina provided us with the best service possible. Huge recommendation!
F. M.
Amazing food, the problem was that we ordered drinks and starters, which came with the mains and we never received our drinks. They weren’t very busy so was a little disappointed. The service charge was a bit cheeky considering there was no real service. Also the furniture is uncomfortable with stools. All this being said was still a pleasant experience. Would still visit again.
A. C.
It was great! A bit busy and noisy inside, something to get used to again but otherwise super quick & nice service, and great pizza!
E. D.
Best pizza in London, come and get a piece of the pie! Great relaxed atmosphere, tasty pizzas and good value. The chicken and pesto one is particularly good!
H. Y.
Great value for money during EOTHO. Otherwise rather overpriced for the quality.
As mentioned by others, centre of the pizza was rather soft and structurally difficult to eat. Solve this issue by cutting the pizza into quarters and folding them in a V shape while eating.
Crust was chewy, flavourful, and filling.
L. D.
The pizza is great here and the sides are amazing too. The pizza does not disappoint and with the option to make your own it adds to the experience. There was loads of staff working though their attentiveness was inadequate.
H. W.
Hands down the best pizza I’ve EVER eaten - I’ve tried plenty and whilst many have come close (Franco Manca in particular) none have ever been quite this good! I’m super picky with pizza and there’s honestly not a thing I’d change about these ones! The base is just perfection with the most amazingly doughy and soft crust, and the toppings are so flavourful. I also love the fact you can create your own pizza with exactly what you want. On my most recent visit I tried the white base (mozzarella and parmesan) and it was fantastic - I even preferred it to a normal red base!
The restaurant itself is great, has a super chilled/relaxed vibe and the staff are great.
Basically, if you love/want an unreal Neapolitan pizza, you NEED to go to Crust Bros :)
V. O. (.
Had it delivered, really good pizza! Super thin crust with very soft borders and great ingredients. Wasn’t fast enough to take a pic before eating 😅
Z. W.
Oh my what a pizza. Staff are friendly and food was fast and fresh (even when 12 of us rocked up at once). Always worth a slight premium for am amazing meal.
S. K.
Really delicious pizza and good atmosphere. Staff lovely and friendly. Huge pizza oven in the centre of the restaurant. Went with my husband and our two kids
S. C.
Great pizza but they need to sort their ordering system. Here's what you do, go in, grab a order form infront of the till, find a pencil or pen, mark up toppings (less is more imho otherwise base becomes too soggy), grab some juice from the fridge, go round to the right, hand over the card to the guys then go to the till. Then listen out for the order and go grab a seat, pizzas cook quickly so not a lot of hanging about. It's worth the hassle for the pizza and also the staff are friendly. Will be back.
L. J.
Amazing pizza, friendly staff and comfy environment. They have the option to either make your own pizza or pick one of theirs. Can't wait for my next trip down south for another one!!
J. R.
Really fresh pizzas amd great menu, including MYO and gluten free. Drink choices include cocktails!
R. M. R.
I did tourism with my family and we went to Crust Bros by the chance and... WHAT SURPRISE!!!
At the moment and for me the best pizza in London.
My waiter Pako was amazing. Always he explained everything and was attentive and and he recommended us wich pizzas choose.
I will be back!!
N. (.
Great quality stone baked pizza and fully customisable too with something to suit everyone’s tastebuds. First time at CB and could not resist having the burrata on top, which did not disappoint. Truffle mayo was great too. Will definitely be back, especially for the daily specials. Excellent service too - special mention to Mahdi!
F. N.
Really nice gluten free pizza - annoyingly you have to pay more for the base but this is pretty standard at most places (I wish it wasn’t). Great offer on cocktails as 2 for £10 too. Service was great considering how busy they were.
R. N.
Great sour dough pizzas and good value for money. Good atmosphere and very pleasant staff. Can highly recommend
L. Z.
Loved the pizza base. The bread is exceptionally nice, possibly (wait for it, yes I'm gonna say it...) ... possibly as nice if not nicer than Homeslice and Franco Manca!
Why only 4 stars? ...well the only three tiny shreds of chicken that could actually be found on my chicken and pepperoni pizza, they really were not very nice - they say it's chicken cooked in the morning, but it really was not even tolerable to try and eat.
D. N.
Great sourdough pizza! You can make your own or buy one of their pre-made varieties - whatever you go for, you're in for a treat. :) Side note: they serve pizza with vegan cheese too, yay!
D. P.
Excellent pizza, service a little slow during a busy Friday night but the pizza made up for it!
J. T.
A few days ago I went with friends to eat, good quality pizza, service was amazing, the pizza maker (andres) brought the pizza to the table. I will Definitely be back.
P. L.
Amazing pizza one of the best i have had in london, Alessandro is great i really enjoy the conversation and his vibe, will come back again for sure.
R. A.
Very good pizza in London. Dough is excellent, ingredients are fresh and they use a fire brick oven. We had the Nonna’s and P.I.G pizzas. My favorite part was the olive oil that had pepper and crushed pepper in the oil so the olive oil had a very flavorful spicy kick.

The place served gluten free pizza. They served the food very fast but I have to say their gluten free pizza was not great compared to pizza express or zizzi. It was dry and fall apart easily. However, my friends thought the normal pizza was really nice.
E. A.
Went in for 4 pizzas with the fam. Excellent authentic Neapolitan pizza. Perfect amount of sauce and flavorful toppings. Quick service. Cool atmosphere. Family friendly. I recommend. Although they don’t specifically list margherita on the menu you can ask for it by name. The only way to judge a pizza place is by its margherita. ;-) 10% service added to the bill, tax included in prices listed on menu.
D. B.
Incredible pizzas, best we've ever had and one of us didn't even have cheese! Thanks for the great food and service.
G. B.
Discovered this gem through Instagram about six weeks ago and I'm already a regular customer. I'm a real pizza lover and I have no doubt in saying that this is one of the best pizzas if not THE BEST i have had. The £5 daily Instagram deal is great, the cheesy garlic bread is so good and the wine is also really nice and everything is such good value for money! They also deliver to the bar next door if you want pizza whilst you're having cocktails. Can't rave enough, I want to be a Crust Bro.
J. A.
Crust Bros was the perfect restaurant to catch up with pals over a fully loaded Neapolitan style pizza, so many toppings to choose from!
R. K.
Me and my girls cam for their Bottomless Pizza and Prosecco and it was delicious and super wavy! These pizza are my favourite type of stone oven pizzas i love sooo yummy! shoutout the White Boy Pizza #SoGood
R. S.
Unreal pizza, decided to get something that wasnt the normal margherita (try to keep it classic for comparisons). Was really good, generous toppings but not overload. Dough was well developed with good chew. Got a pulses side salad with avo chicken mozzarella and french dressing which again was really filling. Will definitely be returning!
L. F.
Absolutely delicious pizza and really friendly staff. Nicest pizza I've had in ages. YUM! Will definitely go back.
A. D. L.
Pizza great, been a lot of times and never disappoints.
Also, Lara, our waitress, was amazing, attentive and quick :)
100% would recommend

Had a great visit to Crust Bros on August's first "Eat Out to Help Out". Crust Bros had been on my radar for a few years, but I'd never visited.
COVID secure rating: 4/5: We'd booked online and had to self certify that we hadn't got symptoms of COVID-19. Upon arrival we were asked to confirm that the party (3 people) were from a maximum of 2 households. We were then walked to our table, however were not asked to sanitise our hands at the entrance (we did anyway) - this is why I haven't given a 5/5 covid secure rating. Upon taking our seat, I noticed that there were sanitisation points located on walls across the restaurant, including in the toilets. Tables had been segregated using perspex screens.
I thought that the service was great, our server was really friendly and timed everything really well. The food was really good and I thought that the portion sizes reflected great value for money, so I'll definitely be coming back in the future.
Two side points worth noting:
- Amex isn't accepted
- 10% optional service charge is added to the bill
Looking forward to my next visit.
G. C.
Good pizza in London and even you can enjoy that food with celiacs because they make also gluten-free pizza!
Nice flavour and wide variety of customization of your pizza. Some ingredients are not the best on the market (I mean the "burrata" or "Parma ham" (???) ) but the overall impresssion is of a good final product.
I didn't try the gluten-free pizza - that was for my daughter - but, despite the seeming, my wife who has tested it said that is not so bad.
Less than 70£ for 5 eating people (included 10% for the service) ... not so bad for London.
E. B.
Vegan pizza is good and the interior is cool. Would be nice to see some vegan meats on the menu rather than just vegetables
F. G.
Food was superb and the staff was excellent in the service. I'd definitely come back and recommend the place. The bill was extremely good for a London eatery too.
Well done Crust Bros Pizza team.
B. D.
At time of writing this, the place has only been open a week but what we ate was very nice indeed. Had a blond pizza and also a standard pizza and both were delicious. Really nice base with just the right amount of toppings and not too soggy in the middle.
The only bad thing I'd say is the drinks are a little pricy, but you do get free table water so you can forgo the pricy drinks.
Plus the stone based over is painted like a giant LEGO head so what's not to love about that?
Will be back again in a few months maybe at a more busier time to see how it is then, but for now if you're stuck at Waterloo station waiting for a train then pop in and grab a bite to eat.
J. C.
New pizza chain , follow the concept of "Subsway" chose your ingredients and make your own pizza . Staff is not very well trained but they using fresh product and the pizza is pretty good.
T. F.
Good value for money but I was underwhelmed with my pizza “Kalling me softly”. It was over-cheesed and under-Kaled.
The music was a too loud so everyone had to shout and it was so cramped someone bumped into me every time they passed.
Another disappointment was they didn’t take AmEx.
I’d definitely go again though and try something different as there are plenty of options!
L. H.
Travelled to Crust Bros - London from Essex and was not disappointed. The pizza and garlic bread was amazing! I have been to Naples a couple of times and Crust Bros have definitely mastered their pizzas. The staff were very friendly and offered a great service too :)
S. L.
This is by far the best pizza in London. It was my 6th time visiting and will keep going to it.
M. M.
We couldn’t recommend the bottomless brunch highly enough. The pizza was exceptional and very nice Prosecco. The Prosecco was chilled and servings were generous. The staff were also super friendly and relaxed letting us enjoy our lunch and drinks whilst still providing great service. We will definitely be coming back!
R. P.
As a Pizza obsessed Italian girl I am very fussy about pizza, but I can easily say Crust Bros has by far the best Pizza I have tried in London! Light, crunchy, with the perfect crust and super tasty fresh ingredients... just like in Italy. Their menu gives endless options to please every taste and all the staff is very friendly and welcoming! That's why we pick it as our first stop after the lock-down! See you again soon guys :) your pizza is addictive
A. G.
Very high quality toppings. Pizza is not huge but filling and staff was good. Recommend if you pop in in Waterloo
M. F.
Amazing Italian sourdough pizza, fresh ingredients, tasty sauce and dough, great pleasure to eat there. Good service and fair prices.
C. H.
At the moment, they're doing 50% off all pizzas for a week, so it's very busy during lunch hours etc.
There are quite a few seatings inside, and service was quick, but just a tad too busy for them as they are unable to clean up the tables for new seaters.
(Though, it is a self service.. people just need to throw away their own rubbish.)
Pizza was good, and obviously with the 50% off, £4 for a whole pizza is amazing!
At full price of £6-8, it's just like any Italian-styled pizza in London - still, definitely worth the try.
K. M.
Booked the bottomless brunch for my best mates 35th birthday. My best mate and one of her sisters are gluten intolerant and coeliac. They LOVED the gluten free pizza 'best gluten free pizza I ever had' and also 'best gluten free pizza outside of Rome'. All four of us had 2 pizzas each and what worked out to be a whole bottle of prosecco each too!
The value for money on the food alone is incredible. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Making sure we were happy and had what we needed but without being too overbearing. We didn't even feel rushed out!
We can't wait to come back again and try the other menu.
Thanks for an amazing day. You should be very proud of what you've created and all of your lovely staff!
C. L.
Beautiful pizza, freshly made in front of you! Great service. A taste of Italy in London!!
N. L.
Pizza is fantastic. Super quick service in canteen style set up. Ordering system needs improved including clearer pricing and how they communicate orders being ready.
R. D.
The atmosphere is great, the service is great, it was just about the best vegan pizza I've ever had... This is an establishment passionate about what they do and that's just so good!
L. R.
Great pizza more often than not. The taste of the pizza base is excellent and the topping ingredients always seem fresh and of good quality. Some combinations don't seem to go together together as well as others. Quick delivery through apps
R. H.
This is the best find in London. Delicious stone oven cooked pizza with generous toppings. It's affordable and worth every penny anyway, however..... If you follow @crustbros on instagram and like the picture of the pizza they posted that day, show them in store and you will get it for £5!!!! You're welcome.
O. B.
How do I sum up the best pizza in town 🍕
Yesterday I went for my first bottomless brunch of 2021 with the delicious pizza from Crust Bros!!
I absolutely loved the seven nation salami pizza, which you can have unlimited amounts of with their bottomless brunch offer! The crust was absolutely delicious, and it truly felt like we were on holiday basking in the sun ☀️
The waiters were great and we felt very welcome and safe, track and trace and all. If you’re looking for a lesser known bottomless brunch in London, definitely check them out! I can’t wait to return to have more pizza 🍕 🤩
S. E.
Nice pizzas, staff, very good atmosphere and comfortable setting! I like how you can write on the menu to tick the boxes for the toppings when creating your own pizza- makes it easier to visualise.
V. W.
Wonderful stone baked pizza. Custom designed or house choices available. Follow their Instagram account for £5 pizza deals, which is an absolute bargain.
L. F.
Really delicious pizza, great service and atmosphere. So handy as right opposite Waterloo station!
T.
My favourite pizza place south of the river!
Crust brothers is great! Their pizzas are always delicious and I love the dips that you can add to your order (truffle mayo being my favourite). The garlic bread here is also great, as is the tiramisu!
The prices are quite high, but given the quality of the food and the location, I think they’re a fair reflection. Thanks to all the staff at Crust Brothers for serving up such great pizza!
S. B.
Bottomless brunch was brilliant! It was amazing value for money and they were very generous with the prosecco! I’d go as far to say as it was the best value boozy brunch I’ve had in London.
The pizzas were delish and big shoutout to the waitress (I can’t remember her name but she was Spanish) for working outside in the 30c heat. She was absolutely lovely - very chatty and friendly!
V. K.
Another excellent Italian pizza place in London. Quality ingredients and good value for money.
K.
Amazing little Pizza place in Waterloo!!! Must go!! Ordered Veggie Hot and taste was pretty authentic with decent £5 cocktails.
s. p.
Half decent pizzas, found the center of the base to be very soggy as very thin and toppings would fall off.
G. M.
Adele and Victoria made my experience so comfortable and fun. The food was 10/10 and the service was amazing. Thank you all x
M. S.
A different and original pizzeria where over to order the classic pizza, their permit you to build it with your favourite ingredients... good pizza... I recommend it.
M. D.
Great Bottomless Brunch!
The pizza was delicious and the Prosecco was actually bottomless! No sooner than I’d taken the last bite of pizza - the waiter was already asking if I could tackle another whole pizza!
Great Value Brunch!!
J. W.
Went to crust bros for my birthday in tier 3, they extended my booking so we could stay longer which was great! The pizza is amazing. I did make a complaint about the way the covid restrictions were being dealt with (as I felt it was very panicky and could be handled calmer) via email after we left the restaurant, but the manager Victoria more than resolved my complaint and I now love this restaurant even more! Talk about amazing customer service! Will be going back for the food 100% but would also recommend Crust Bros based on the amazing staff there too!
E. M.
I went to Crust Bros just before the lockdown for my boyfriend's birthday.
The pizza is delicious, an original Neapolitan pizza, you can customize your own one or you can choose from the menu'.
The environment is very comfy and the staff is welcoming and super friendly.
Maya was our waitress, she's a superstar! Thanks Maya for the lovely service, we really appreciated it!
Crust Bros is definitely the best pizza in London!
I would definitely visit here again.
M. J.
Loved it! They have a vegan menu which is really really good! Those pizzas need more coverage! Imma come back!
C. M.
Found this location almost by accident, glad I did. Right from walking through the door staff was amazing! Kept checking to make sure everything was ok, making sure I had enough to drink. Very pleasant staff. Food was delicious!
K. H.
Great pizza and speedy service even though the floor was packed. However, the music was far too loud and everyone ended up shouting to compensate which killed the vibe a little. Also the space has a few too many tables crammed in and the waiters kept hitting everyone as they tried to squeeze through - the space either needs to lose a few tables or expand to a bigger site.
M. M.
Amazing Neapolitan pizza! And super nice and friendly staff! Definitely should try!
R. H.
Amazing pizza, really cool restaurant. I love the DIY menu - you can customise your pizza to be exactly as you want. Fabulous cocktails too. Loved it. Can't wait to go back.
B. L.
Fantastic place to sit and enjoy amazing pizza! The staff were all great, very friendly, informative and accommodating, it is great to see a good business thriving!
All the food was exceptional and I would highly recommend this place to everyone 😍😍😍
P. H.
Fantastic pizza. Wine was decent. Service good. Ambience was relaxed. Fully enjoyed for a casual meal.
D. M.
Amazing place, great food, super friendly staff and a great overall experience.
We came here to have a birthday dinner with a group of friends. We were given a large table and the whole place was beautifully set up and tables were properly distances and with boards in between.
We had a few drinks and pizza, which was delicious - and you even get to make your own and mix & match ingredients.
Staff was supper attentive, lovely and overall made it feel super welcomed. (We were even allowed to get in 20 minutes earlier from our reservation, which we really appreciated).
I would recommend this place to everyone I know in London!
C. G.
Fantastic! Slight error in regards to our booking, however this was generously corrected.
Pizzas were amazing! The staff were spot on with service, especially making sure we had our beers!
Best pizza I've had in a long time!
Highly recommend!
G. B.
Great service, nice vibe, but above all really, really delicious pizza
J. S.
Live up to their name! great pizza, great crust, great time! 🍕
N. R.
This is the best pizza going! I went here when it first opened, I've been back plenty of times and always recommend to friends!! When the Instagram pizza of the day was a thing I'd find myself here at least once a week!
Very well priced as well!
A. N.
Amazing pizza, great sides and topping options, lovely staff and drinks! Will definitely go back soon :))
J.
Went for my birthday for bottomless and had the absolute best time! Giacomo was so attentive, gave us everything we needed and we all had a brilliant time. The pizza was absolutely delicious, definitely coming back! Thanks guys!
B. A.
The bottomless brunch at crust bros was AMAZING. 1.5 hours of pizza and Prosecco for £35! Firstly, the Prosecco. They didn’t just top up the glasses every time they were empty, they give you a bottle of Prosecco so you can pour it yourself. The Prosecco was incredible and such a good bottle considering the price we were paying. Two of us managed to go through two bottles but I’m sure you could go through three! In regards to food, you order from four choices of pizzas and they bring you a whole pizza and then you can order another one. On your last pizza if you only eat one slice or two then you can take the rest home in a box. I would Highly recommend a bottomless brunch as it is very generous and the staff are lovely.
M. B.
I chanced upon Crust Bros through some great serendipity as my office was based a few minutes walk away. Having done some thorough research around London pizzas (fun times!) I can honestly say that Crust Bros is the best around.
Ideal place for bringing people - as everyone has been thoroughly impressed with the quality of food. Care and attention paid towards the dough and toppings are unmatched. The dough itself is out of this world. Often grabbed takeaway from here to eat in the park during sunny spells, and also enjoyed times eating in the restaurant as staff have been friendly and attentive. Able to get amazing array of pizzas (range of veggie options included, and nutella dessert style ones) plus delicious cocktails for a cheap price.
Not only is it the best pizza - would put it there as the best place to grab food in London, full stop. Highly recommend!
A. K.
nice window on the road opp Waterloo station, custom our simple menu, fairly good pizza, scanty on the ingredients (hunt the aubergine), terrible angry music at my quiet lunchtime at first and it took them a long time to realise, forced to visit insta for WiFi also rankles
M. M. (.
Great pizza and amazing service especially Giacomo made us have a very good experience. I've been here twice now last one being my birthday so I would recommend for sure!
J. C.
Nice and Tasty food. Highly recommended
S. L.
Had ‘Oliven it Up’ at Beer Hawk Southbank and it was one of the best gluten free pizzas I’ve ever had, and really yummy truffle mayo. Loved the funny names, I wanted to order some of them just for the name 😊
N. S.
I had the Nonna’s yard pizza and it was amazing! Loved the toppings and the crust.
It may look like a small restaurants but they have many tables inside.
Service was fast and prices are very reasonable for London. You can also customise your own pizza, great option for picky eaters
L. P.
Love this place, always great food and service. Happy hour cocktails too! Vegan and gluten free pizzas available.
V. T.
Friendly staff, pizza was good, menu seemed a bit plain and could have more options and sides. Drinks menu was disappointing but overall still a good place, able to get drinks elsewhere ✅
E. P.
Brilliant pizza and perfect soundtrack of classic indie & rock tunes. Recommended!
R. R.
Crust Bros is always amazing. I'm so glad that it's open again. The covid measures they have taken are great. If you love amazing pizza it's the place to go in London! The staff are lovely and welcoming too. I definitely recommend the pesto base pizza!
A.
These guys are awesome, their pizzas are really good, even the dough can be eaten alone! or order their dips for the crust. We also had some of their cocktails which were great. It’s a lovely relaxed atmosphere with super friendly service and all affordable for a date night.
P. J.
Brilliant Pizza! The dough was amazing and there were loads of interesting topping choices. Only just discovered this place last week but I'll definitely be returning.
C. C.
Excellent food and service. Delicious gluten free options available for my son. Clean, friendly, quick service. Would highly recommend.
K. M.
Maybe we were all giddy as it was the first time in over half a year that we had been allowed to eat out, but I really enjoyed my meal here on 12th April 2021! I had the gluten free pizza base which was good and my friends who eat gluten said their pizzas were really good and that the dough was high quality. You guys have currently stopped doing a GF beer which is a shame for me but otherwise there were plenty of options to drink including mocktails and cocktails. And we were given a free dessert as I had stated on the booking that we were celebrating a birthday which was a lovely gesture considering the hit hospitality has taken this year. And you even got us an extra (GF) dessert (yummy salted caramel and chocolate ice cream) for me.
Thanks - we had a lovely evening.
A. Y.
Ordered takeaway, quick service, the Romagnolo white pizza was so nice!
k. a. (.
Pleasant and welcoming place.Pizza was better than expected though a little soggy on the crust, tasted good though.
C. A.
Pizza tasted really good and reasonably priced. Gets pretty busy so would book table online before hand.
S. C.
Fast friendly service, amazing fresh pizzas, reasonable price and convenient location. Hard to ask for much more.
R. E.
Takeaway review- Pizza was good, price was fair, nice place from the look I got when I was there. Service relatively fast considering how busy it was. Just didn't edge a five star review.
M. T.
Love this place. Amazing pizzas and great service. Recommended
R. P.
Like the signs says “Pizzeria of the Year 2019”, great vibe and good pizza!
A. J.
It was a good experience however I remove one star because the dough was extremely thin from my opinion !
L. C.
Food was superb and the staff couldn't do enough for us. I'd definitely come back and recommend the place. The bill was extremely good for a London eatery too.
T. V.
Staff and environment are amazing! Pizzas are delicious, handmade and great value. I do recommend booking in advance specially in these weird times. A must goof you're a pizza lover and appreciate good quality.
E. D.
Best pizza place. full stop!!! You have to wait in a queue to be seated but believe me its so worth it.
S. V.
Excellent service with a smile, excellent pizza, excellent tiramisu!! Many Italians were eating here too, which is a good sign. I highly recommend Crust Bros Pizza Waterloo.
C. B.
Came with a couple of friends - fantastic overall dining experience had by all of us. Staff very tentative and efficient. The pizza was incredible!! A great night here at CrustBros & we will definitely be coming back, highly recommend!
S. D.
Pizza, pizza & pizza.. so many types of pizzas available here. It's amazing.
M.
The stuff are very friendly. The service is quick. Great value. The base is very nice if it’s baked properly.
First time I was there I created my own pizza with tomato, mozzarella, and additional buffalo mozzarella, aubergine and rocket.
Took one sliced and realised some part of the base was burned so I mentioned it and they were happy to make me a new one.
Although the second pizza the base was nicely baked but the topping was under cooked and the sauce was very watery.
Didn’t have time to wait for another one to be made. The other disappointing factor was the aubergine. It was more of the skin rather than the flesh on the pizza.
Second time I visited the place couldn’t fault it. There was another 5 people were in my party and they all enjoyed it. Will go there again.
R. C.
Had a wonderful experience yesterday with my Joe. Nevertheless we got the margherita pizza and it was far too spicy.
N. R.

Hands down the best pizza I’ve EVER eaten - I’ve tried plenty and whilst many have come close (Franco Manca in particular) none have ever been quite this good! I’m super picky with pizza and there’s honestly not a thing I’d change about …

Had ‘Oliven it Up’ at Beer Hawk Southbank and it was one of the best gluten free pizzas I’ve ever had, and really yummy truffle mayo. Loved the funny names, I wanted to order some of them just for the name 😊

i am so obsessed with this place i want to get married here
f.
Used the click and collect service, was simple to use and was ready at the time we chose. The pizza was cooked perfectly, very tasty.
J. D.
First time user... Pretty busy with lots of delivery drivers Just Eat etc coming and going. I'm afraid I was a bit disappointed. My 'big poppa' pizza had a good taste to it, I really liked the dough. But very soggy going towards the centre so a knife & fork job to eat - maybe underdone? And just 8 pieces of pepperoni? That left large parts with no topping. Is there a pepperoni shortage? Would be interested to read the owner's comments, thanks.
N. P.
Our favourite pizza place, been here about 5 times now, love their light and fluffy crust and garlic dip. They need to open more.
A. G.
The food is excellent and the staff friendly and attentive. Pizzas are incredible.
F. V.
I m a napoletan girls living in Amsterdam...this was a good pizza for a reasonable price in the last year!
The pizza was good...I can't say was amazing, sorry! But the best compliment is for the stuff! Very friendly and smiling...you can see they enjoy the work! Good job guys!
E. S.
Amazing! Food was great and super tasty, staff were friendly and kind! Top service.
D. P.
Best pizza in london I had so far!
M. C.
The staff were absolutely lovely and so accommodating, food was delicious, really quick and chilled service with no pressure. Would 100% recommend.
R. S.
Built my own vegan pizza and tried the gluten free base. Usually the GF base isn’t that great at pizza places but Crust Bros’ is great. The vegan mozzarella was great too; the best we’ve had. Great service; very attentive and were super helpful in finding a charging point for my phone. Will be back soon. Thank You!
D. L.
We were here couple of days ago after a lovely walk around Southbank. I am not a pizza enthusiast but knowing that they do gluten free and vegan pizza I decided to give them a try and was not disappointed. We tried the instagram special with vegan cheese and gluten free base and another vegan pizza. They were both delicious and the instagram special was also cheap. The staff were very lovely and attentive. Thank you, guys!
J. G.
Wanted to eat at CrustBros for a few months, but locality and a global pandemic prevented it happening earlier.
Long story short, 250 miles later, it was 100% worth the journey and I’d definitely do it again.
Superb pizza, superb choice, friendly staff.
Go!
R. B.
Superb pizza - crispy base and delicious ingredients; check their instagram for a £5 option. Great place - keep up the good work!
E. G.
Amazing pizza and cocktails 😊 Giacomo was our waiter he was friendly, helpful and made our experience fabulous! Definitely recommend!
J. I.
Excellent pizza, had one Build your own and 3 of the specials. All were delicious, and the staff were excellent especially given the new distancing guidelines (which they're very hot on). Great atmosphere even with dividers between tables, forgot they were there after 5 minutes. Deffinitely recommend the ricotta stuffed crust and the gorgonzola dip (and any of the specials tbh). Very reasonably priced meal even with a few beers and a bottle of wine. Will come again!
R. L.
Best pizza I’ve had in central London! Super fresh ingredients (definitely advise adding the burrata), and great service. 10/10.
D. C.
I'll start with the food. I feel very lucky to have been to Italy a few times. Como, Rome, Milan, Venice but this here was the best pizza I've ever had.
The dough, crusts and topics were sensational.
Absolutely loved the ambiance too. The dividers you've put in place to make seating Covid secure meant it blocked the noise from other tables.
Fantastic beers and really friendly engaging stuff.
Very good value for momey too. Couldnt reccomend enough.
The place was packed which having been is unsurprising.
E. H.
These are wood-fired Neapolitan pizzas! Incredibly soft pizza with such flavourful sauce. I really enjoyed the crust as well as they were of great texture and taste (had a wood smoke taste to it). I got the "Meat Sweats" flavour but you are free to customise your own pizza which is pretty great. The prices were rather affordable too so that's another plus!
S. G.
The best authentic fire made Pizza. Very delicious 😋. It was so quickly cooked and tasted amazing. I will definitely get some more. Very kind, friendly and hardworking staff. Best pizza ever. 👍
D. M.
Came here for pizza a few weeks ago and was just generally disappointed. Whilst the pizza wasn't terrible, it wasn't great. They were a bit stingy on the toppings and didn't put much tomato sauce on the pizza. Service wasn't great either and when asked how our meal was, and we said it was only OK they didn't take any action.
The food was fine but when you compare it to all the other good neapolitan style pizza around London, this is distinctly worse.
On the plus side, the garlic sauce was good.
T. R.
The nicest pizza EVER and best service, so welcoming and friendly. Every waiter/waitress/chef said hello/Bye. Such a fun, chatty and casual atmosphere too with an amazing menu. Definitely recommend!
H. M.
Very tasty pizza. You can design your own pizza, or choose one. The pizzas are made in a stone oven, so the way they are supposed to be made.
There was a students discount, and the pizzas were well priced. Good atmosphere.
We would definitely come again, when in the area.
A. P.
Delicious pizza, friendly staff and an overall very clean establishment in an easy to find location. Must visit!
S. K.
Spent some good time with a long time friend, very convenient place to meet right outside Waterloo Station.
Pizza was delicious and so was the coffee.
Y. R. P.
Nice place just in front of the station, really easy to reach! You can totally customize your pizza, from the dough to the toppings, and it's really fun! Pizza is amazing, even not too expensive, I will come back again so far. Staff is lovely, comfy atmosphere!
S. L.
Great pizza. Not on the cheap side but the crust was delicious and you get better value than something like Pizza Piligrims. The toppings choice was pretty good, especially the gorgonzola. The place was packed regardless of the rain on Saturday afternoon. We had to wait 5 minutes which is not bad. The music was loud and with everyone talking you had to shout to say anything.
The service was quick to get our order but took forever to come and give us the bill which was a bit annoying.
R. M.
Great pizza served in a no fuss environment. Lots of choices on pizza bases, sauces and toppings so can cope with a wide range of food preferences without a fuss. For those who can't make a decision there are some best loved combinations for inspiration. Craft beer served in jugs makes for a convivial atmosphere. Salads available too. A simple idea done well and at a decent price. There was a queue at the door when I left and I am not surprised.
V.
The pizza was excellent. Great base, fresh ingredients and a tomato sauce full of flavour
S. M.
Best pizza in London
I did not know about this place and ended up there by chance. Had only pizza and loved it. The dough was excellent: light and slightly sour. Toppings were excellent too and delicious - you can taste good quality produce. I wished there was more of the toppings but I guess everyone always does. Also, service was great: chilled, friendly and available. As this place is cheaper than Franco Manca, what is there not to like?!
S. D.
Delicious pizza, relaxed place, top quality staff.

The person who served us was very polite and smiled alot. The pizza was delicious and the waiting time was not long. The behaviour of the staff was very welcoming and the customer service was exquisite. Will definitely drop by if in the area again.

Absolutely amazing!!! Amazing!!!
I got the notorious P.I.G and it was banging!
The cheesy garlic bread with caramelised onions was delicious!
If you do one thing before you die, make sure it’s eat a pizza from here!
K. D.
So quick and such great pizza!! I had a Gluten free pizza which was really good and crispy!! Such a fun atmosphere as you build your own pizza by ticking on a paper menu. Loved my lunch here, would def come back :)
L. M.
Lovely, friendly staff. Amazing pizza!
E. D.
Loved the veggie hot pizza and the crust mayo was excellent!
M. G.
Visited here yesterday, the food was incredible. Easily one of the best pizzas I have tasted! The only negative I can say is that pineapple isn't offered as a pizza topping!
C. J.
Delicious Neopolitan-style pizza served fresh and fast with a smile!
R. B.
The garlic, cheese and onion bread was great. Pizza was good as well, but the sauce was not that interesting.
N. B.
This is such a great place for pizza. I visited from the States for a month and had this pizza about once or twice a week! Amazing flavor and crust, restaurant is decorated well and clean. Staff was always so friendly and ready to help. As a student I loved their 5pound pizza discount and also the instagram specials were always on point! This will definitely be my first stop the next time I make it to Waterloo on the South Bank.
M. G.
Gorgeous pizza, great cocktails, great service
S. D.
Great pizza :-). Price point a little high in comparison to somewhere like Franco Manca, and pizza slightly soggy in the middle. But great service, combination of toppings best I've had in a while and half price cocktails so I was happy!
P. f.
The pizza’s great, the place is too loudy
S. P.
I went for the bottomless to lunch with friends. The pizza was great and the atmosphere was lively. Would recommend!
M. W.
Very Good Pizza, Decent Price, Great service
Visited late one saturday evening. Good selection of pizzas with a 'build your own' option. Lots of options on the build your own section and also a decent selection of drinks.
The service was extremely fast (could not have been more that 5 minutes between ordering and being served). It was late in the evening and there were not many other customers so that could have something to do with the very quick service.
The price for 2 pizzas, one side order (Garlic bread) and two drinks and a 10% service charge (which was automatically added to the bill) was very good (approx £30)
R. T.
Having arrived at Crust Bros, we were seated quickly and efficiently. The menu consisted of pre-made and make your own pizzas, and there were a variety of drinks. Our pizza was served within five minutes of ordering and tasted good. I would highly recommend to anyone who is in a rush in the area and needs a quick bite to eat.
A. D.
Up there as one of the best pizzas I've had. Service was very quick, and great choice of customisation with the menu using the pencil. I had aubergines and caramelised onions, which was great value at the price, and the crust was perfect!
If you're going to Waterloo, go to Crust Bros!
J. C.
The pizza is amazing here, so tasty it’s unreal - and the crusts are the best part which is weird! The insta special pizzas are great value, but tried out the brunch for the first time last Saturday. Was really really impressed. 90 minutes of unlimited pizza and prosecco for £30 - what’s not to like? As soon as we were almost empty - they’d bring more over without having to even ask. Really friendly staff. Cannot reccomend highly enough.
D. G.
Love this restaurant!! The staff are so friendly, delicious food and priced great!! I only discovered this place after lockdown number 3 and have been so many times since, definitely worth a visit!
N. F.
Really sound staff. Goats cheese pizza is excellent, and cocktails are made better than most London cocktail bars
V. C.
When someone asks me which is your favourite pizza in London I always direct them to crust bros! If you're looking for the traditional Neapolitan style pizza, very thin, elastic centre and big, soft crust you have to go there! The prices ( although not as low as in Naples) are fairly low and you can always get the biweekly special for £6! If you're picky, you can customize it and choose your own style..including add on burrata!!service is good and the leopard print all around makes it cool!definitely the place to go
N. S.
Food was absolutely delicious. Service was fantastic. But you guys need to rethink your usage of plastic and paper. Paper menu that you tick boxes off to choose your pizza, is then wasted. Plastic containers for sauces. It’s a lot of waste. Let’s try and save our planet so that we can keep eating your great pizzas.
E. D.
One of the best pizzas in London. Great choice of pies, good appetizers and quality ingredients.
S. a. C. (.
Speedy and nice meal. It just 8~9 pound per person.
S. B.
Great pizza, great variety. Good for vegans
A. H.
Pizza was delicious and 2 for 10 on cocktails a good deal- server was friendly and chill. Would definitely recommend for a relaxed evening out on a date or with friends.
H. M.
good pizza!
K. H.
Great pizza and speedy service even though the floor was packed. However, the music was far too loud and everyone ended up shouting to compensate which killed the vibe a little. Also the space has a few too many tables crammed in and the …
D. S.
well served pizzas
J. D.
Amazing pizza! Located in a really fun neighborhood! The service is fantastic. They really go out of their way to make sure you as the customer is taken care of and enjoy your meal. Pricing is reasonable too! Would recommend to anyone to try!
E. D.
One of the best pizzas in London. Great choice of pies, good appetizers and quality ingredients.
R. R.
The best pizza crust in London! Staff are so so lovely and you can chose your own pizza if you don’t like the look of any of the ones on the menu. Such a chilled evening dinner vibe.
A. -. T. S. A.
Incredible pizza, and the staff was wonderful! Will come back for more.
K. M.
Maybe we were all giddy as it was the first time in over half a year that we had been allowed to eat out, but I really enjoyed my meal here on 12th April 2021! I had the gluten free pizza base which was good and my friends who eat gluten …
T. R.
The nicest pizza EVER and best service, so welcoming and friendly. Every waiter/waitress/chef said hello/Bye. Such a fun, chatty and casual atmosphere too with an amazing menu. Definitely recommend!
D. D.
Really good service and tasty pizza combinations!
J. D.
Brilliant Pizza, Love the tree planting idea. Great food for a great price by a really great company.
J. M.
Pizza is awesome and very fairly priced for the area! Good beers on tap and great staff, highly recommended!
A. L.
Not super impressed with Crust Bros. The pizza itself was really good but they missed several toppings we ordered (supposedly taken off the bill but funnily enough we never saw a receipt), the food came out at different times and unfortunately arrived a little cold, and the bill was over £40 for two people, which seems a little steep for two pizzas and drinks. Also, very odd that if you order prosciutto on your pizza, it literally comes out like they’ve emptied a packet of Parma Ham on top. A lovely little place but an unfortunate experience.
A. M. M.
Delicious pizza!
Quality-price is good
c. w.
I can't even describe how much I love crust bros and how good the pizza is here. I discovered them 2 years ago and still get happy everytime a slice enters my mouth. Yum yum.
D. S.
Wasn't overly fussed in going here but others in the party over ruled me. I am so glad they did the Pizza was amazing. Traditional wood fired oven for a nice crispy base and a vast array of toppings available. Well worth a visit.
T. S.
One of the best pizzas, I’ve eaten outside of Italy.
C. S.
Good pizza especially with the Instagram deal. Friendly and helpful staff too!
S. S.
Amazing crust and great quality ingredients. Although the menu makes me cringe because you can see a lot of sacrilegious ingredients like chicken, pesto. But as long as you choose wisely, excellent pizza.
H. H.
Giacomo is the best waiter. So friendly and helpful - we had the best bottomless brunch! Thanks team!
L. C.
Thanks for the fabulous pizzas! juicy and addictive, the staff were lovely 🍕❤️ Make your own pizza is always a good plan! See you soon Crust Bros!
A. R.
Tremendous pizza, welcoming & friendly staff and a great atmosphere.
Plenty of customisation to choose from to create pretty much any pizza you could want and very well priced.
Couldn’t recommend more!
A. C.
Pizza was really good, and they were very accomodating when they made a slight mistake with our order, but the low ceilings and smaller space just made it all that bit too loud. Couldn't have a conversation with the person across the table without shouting, which is a shame because the food is good. Reasonably priced too.
K.
Went to Crust Bros for the first time last night and loved it! One of the nicest pizzas I've ever had (you can create your own which I really liked), and the service was really quick.
The staff are super friendly, and they make amazing Aperol Spritz.
Thanks for having us! :)
J. M.
Had a group meal here and the experience was flawless. The waiting staff were polite, the service was prompt and the quality of the pizza and starters that we had were 10/10. Definitely recommend and can’t wait to get back there!
B. t.
The pizza can be customised to suit from the flavours available, and there are potentially some excellent combinations. We had the n'duja sausage that is quite spicy, and the pigs cheek, and unusually available in the UK, a "white" pizza topping that is made with cheese. The service is brisk and friendly. The beer was very cold and served in a cold glass. The ice cream was nice as well. My only criticism would be that the toppings are quite small portions, so building up a pizza from what appears to be a.cheap base can be quite expensive. We shared a pizza and with one beer and the dessert, the bill came to just under £30, service included. Not cheap, but tasty!
K. A.
Beautiful looking pizza but could have had some more crunch to the base... Nice pizza overall
G. G.
Great food and great service. My most recent trip here was as a group of seven friends, but I've been a few times before. The service is always friendly and prompt. The pizza is never short of amazing, would definitely recommend getting the burata on top!
B. P.
A reasonable experience, decent dough and fast service. We didn't think the ingredients seemed very high quality, the pizza was average and the 'caeser' salad just a side salad with some sauce. Definately not the best pizza in London as claimed on the door!
C. S.
Crust Bros make the best pizza in town. If you are a serious pizza lover this place is for you. Proper Neapolitan pizza in a no frills spot. Fresh ingredients and dough made in front of you (that has clearly had a lot of time spent on a recipe) This place has become a meeting spot for me and mates at least once a week. Can't recommend enough.
K. S.
Good pizza, however person which meant to collect payment went to packing pizza for delivery .After 10min He still did not come to our table We wait long time until decide approach waitress very nice girl apologising for situation and not her delay she was the only bussy bee that night Very hard working waitress. Plus place need to improve ventilation during meal my daughters were suffering from itching eye as well as myself Good air extractor would improve air quality.
Overall very good pizza but base was slightly burned leave a bitter aftertaste.
S. G.
The pizzas are tasty, tasty, very very tasty. When I meet friends for a Marvel movie screening at BFI IMAX this is our go to place for sustenance.
Go before the film or after, you’ll still get a delicious pizza. That kind of consistency is admirable.
A. B.
Found them on Instagram, and had the Instagram special. Such great value and such good quality. Highly recommend.
C. B.
Pizza is awesome! My favourite one in London. The guys are very polite and when I'm there I feel like I'm back home in Italy.
K. A.
This place wasnt as good as I'd hoped. It was pretty loud in there as there was a large group in and the seating was pretty tightly packed. Pizza was fine, a little cold and not as crisp as I thought, had a distinct air of microwaved :/ fine for a quick bite before heading on a train, but not necessarily a destination pizza experience which I'd hoped for.
J. R.
I've been here twice now, and both times have had to send the 'garlic' bread back for not having any garlic on. Whether this is an issue in the cooking process or just no garlic oil being added. The pizza dough is really nice though.
B. R.
Amazing pizza place. Service is great and staff are very friendly and the pizza and garlic bread taste were awesome. You can customize your pizza's here or you can also go for direct option. They have chairs for kids as well. Loved the place, will visit again.
L. B.
Lovely pizza made in a wood fired oven. Nice relaxed atmosphere and very trendy. Great selection of drinks and with a very handy happy hour. A great experience and would definitely recommend.
A. V.
Meh. Ok. Not great
D. S.
Fantastic pizza, fresh produce and I love the daily deal that allows one to have a go at a pizza that you wouldn’t typically go for. Nice atmosphere, banging tunes, fresh beer and they don’t stinge on the beautiful chilli olive oil either - to die for - and makes that crust a treat to eat. Absolutely stuffed and very happy with all. Thank you!
Small, but apparently important suggestion - put the wine in wine glasses. I think the food does the talking but that would be the cherry on top!
C. H. &. F. W.
Came across this by chance and so glad we did. AMAZING pizzas and friendly staff. Would go again.
S. H.
Really like this pizza a decent prices and good sizes. Always look forward to my rare moments passing this place, just have to go in every time. Perfect ratio of cheese toppings and on of my fave bases....stone over cooked 😁
A. H.
This was the best pizza that I have had in London so far. I stopped by for a take away order and was in and out in five minutes. The price was more than fair and the quality of the pizza was great.
A. G.
Busy and buzzy pizza place opposite Waterloo station with the kitchen and wood-fired oven at its centre. Good pizzas with lots of customisation possible, and draft Peroni, which I always think is a good sign! Fast service and good value.
S. P.
Pizza was delicious, but got cold really fast, so could have stayed in the oven for a little longer. It was really packed so we had to wait 30 min. Service was good.
S. C.
Great place to grab a pizza and drink before the Theatres round the corner. We made our own pizza and had a mixed salad to go with it. Craft beer to wash down. Great way to start the evening. Definitely be back.
E. G.
Fresh pizzas for the best prices that you don't get in other restaurants. They always taste amazing and always play great music in there too. Also £5 pizzas if you follow them on instagram and like the daily special, I mean it's genius and you'd be silly not to take advantage! ITS A FIVE POUND PIZZA!
a. r.
Really good, quick pizza. Great selection to choose from and build your own. Exactly what was needed after a night out. Service was really good. Stay away from the red wine, go for the milkshake.
M. T.
Pizza was average, slightly undercooked. Restaurant was absolutely packed - I could almost taste the pizza on the table next to me. Another major turn off was the fruit flies buzzing around my head whilst tucking into a mediocre pizza.
Wouldn’t go back.
d.
Considering that the owners are not neapolitans, this is a very good Neapolitan pizza, maybe not the best but one of the best in London. And you can customize your pizza, definitely you should try it. Bravi.
G. B.
Food is great: either choose a pizza on the menu or make your own! Haven't managed to have a wrong combination yet.
Atmosphere is fun, however very noisy when full. Service is OK, albeit slow.
J. H.
Great atmosphere and wonderful service! Made made my own pizza (chose the dough, toppings, ect) and was very happy with it. Loved the crust especially :)
D. Q.
The pizza is fantastic and the idea (counter service a bit like subway but for pizza) is quite novel. However service wise it isn't great at times. I had to queue for 20 mins and by the time I got to the till my 3 pizzas were ready (as the queue was so long) along with 3 beers. They didn't have staff to help take it to my table and I couldn't carry it all. So I got a friend. We got back 30 seconds later and they'd already forgotten which ones were ours and even who we were. They asked if we had a buzzer but of course we didn't because they were ready when we paid. Eventually we got our pizzas. The pizzas weren't sliced and the tables didn't have cutlery either so eating a whole pizza in one slice was quite the party trick. Like I said the pizza itself was amazing, the restaurant itself is just lacking in service slightly
N. M.
Great gluten free pizza and great service. Would visit again.
A. S.
Updated: Lovely pizza spot that encourages you to create your own pizza. Crust Bros have improved lately and now offers a waiter service, cocktails, and other things as part of a revamped menu. It's managed to do that without losing its unique & relaxed vibe that attracted me in the first place.
Pizzas are doughy with a very dippable crust - I recommend the garlic dip, but there's chilli oil on the tables too.
Definitely worth a visit if you like Neapolitan pizza.
C. Z.
My wife and I literally live behind the crust bros parlour and every visit we do is always one we end up....1. Happy. 2. Stuffed. 3. Grateful 4.Like we came out winning .
Let's start with the customer service. We walk in to be greeted by the whole team.
Always willing to let us know If there is anything new we should try.
Now to the quality of the food. I myself can cook my @$$ off and I could literally eat crust bros pizza every day. The balance, lightness, and consistency of the pizzas are always on point.
Pricing...yea...it rocks!!
Selection of options to eat ...more than enough.
And the have a few little craft beers that compliment your circular piece of heaven ever so lovely.
So to wrap it up.
1. Follow crust bros like their pics and get special discounted food and/or prizes(when offers are available)
2. Support your local.
3. Eat pizza.

Ordered some pizza for a corporate event- around 50 pizzas. Easily places the order with the friendly team prior to event and pizzas were ready to be picked up at the requested time. Pizzas were very good! The dough is amazing and soft and crunchy on the outside from the woodfire pizza. If you like your pizza spicy, straight outta hell is definatately a must try!
C. P.
Yummy pizza, chewy dough! Follow their Instagram to know what's the daily special for 5£!
When we arrived we were told there would be a 40 minute wait for the pizzas but it was more like 15 max! Happy days
J. C.
Best pizza around!😀
S. L.
I visited crust bros on a recent trip to London, and was really impressed by the service and quality of the food. The staff were all really nice, polite and helpful and the food was a lot nicer than other pizza restaurants ive been too - really authentic taste. Not often in london, but will definitely visit next time i am.

Every single part of me wanted to give you 5 stars: the reviews were amazing, the pizza was great and the staff were incredible. We were so excited about coming here and I wouldn't hesitate to order the pizza again, but...
- This place is hopelessly understaffed. Comically so in fact. It's been open 6 weeks and the staff advised it was this busy every weekend - why oh why has this not been addressed. Every single process took a painfully long time
- Don't commit to a TimeOut offer if you can't deliver it. 90 mins of unlimited pizza sounds great, we booked 2 places for it, but have managed 1 pizza in that time because everything takes so long. It's only great value at £11 per person for 90 mins of unlimited pizza if you're actually getting that - we've ended up paying £22 for 1 pizza which is extortionate by anyone's measure. We've ordered 2 so far and only 1 has turned up after an hour, so it's currently a 50% success rate.
- Nobody quite understands the system - order at the counter, but then is it table service, is it not? It's not clear what the process is once the order has been placed. I'm not sure if what one ends up with corresponds to what one actually ordered - it's a bit of a lottery.
Honestly guys, the pizza was some of the best I've had in London, and the price on the menu is great value but the whole experience beggars belief. The staff are incredible, they are overworked beyond belief and remain cheerful throughout, the pizza when it came was great but I think you've overstretched, over promised and under-delivered. I'm no businessman, but I suggest the opposite is optimum...
M. D.
My daughter said it was the best pizza she ever had and she wasn’t wrong. The staff were helpful and lovely and the food was so quick!!!!
Can’t wait to go again!
M. F.
Just across the street from Waterloo station and just around the corner from the UJC. Was on my own so seated on a table for two. Spacing of tables was a little too close with my neighbours banging elbows with me whilst trying to eat. So we were all very conscious of each other. Pizza and garlic bread very enjoyable, with good customer service. Didn't like the 10% service charge.
N. N.
Best pizza in London. My boyfriend is from Italy and he said that it's really authentic.
M. H.
Wood fired oven fresh prepared pizza reasonably priced and tasty. Worth a visit but wait time is on average 15 to 20 mins. You can reduce that by ordering online
S. M. V.
We went there twice. First one was really nice, pizzas were delicious and service fast and attentive. Second time it was not so good, one of the pizzas (white one) was flavourless and I ended up feeling ill all night. So would not go back due to that.
A. M.
Pizza was good . Garlic bread had no garlic in it. Asked for it to be removed from bill. Items listed on menu were missing: Pitcher of IPA ( replaced with a Peronni lager), desserts ( hot brownie and other items) not available. Overall, OK, but probably wouldn't return.
K. J.
LOVE the pizza in Crust Bros - the sourdough bases are just delicious. The main menu can be a bit more expensive than other similar places (Franco Manca, etc) but the deals are definitely worth doing - £5 instagram offer is a bargain!
J. F. T.
Amazing pizzas with very competitive prices! We were attended by Raphael (Rafa 😉) and he was an impressive waiter with great suggestions and effort to make our dinner comfortable. Strongly recommended.
B. E.
Super fast, super delicious pizza. Great dough. 10/10 burrata too.
C. J.
Super place to eat. To be honest I’m not a big fan of pizza but the one I had at Crust Bros was tasty with top notch ingredients. Great atmosphere.
Will make it a stop off when I’m next in the area.
P. F.
Me and my 2 daughters had a "Seven Nation Salami". Having spent most of my childhood in Napoli, this pizza made me feel the same way the Food Critic felt at the end of Ratatouille. Service was top notch and pizza was DOUGHlecious. Would and will come here again. Thanks to Carolina as a great waitress.
M. P.
Such great pizza, friendly service
B. L.
Decent pizza - the best in the area - and reasonably priced. There is better elsewhere in London though. Particularly enjoyed having a knife that was hefty enough to cut through the pizza without mangling it :)
S. A.
Pizza was nice enough but definitely not value for money. Is awesome that you can customise the pizza to have whatever you want on it but the cost of doing that adds up very quickly and the resulting pizza is pretty standard. Lovely ambience at the venue though and staff were friendly. No condiments though.
T. K.
Fantastic Neapolitan style pizza, great price and an informal atmosphere. My only tiny gripe was that, whilst no problem for me personally, playing a live Iggy Pop set at high volume replete with constant swearing at 5pm was not desperately appropriate for my 10 year old daughter and 70 year old mother...
S. P.
When in Waterloo, CB is a must for a Pizza for me. Great ingredients put together by hard working Pizzaiolo's who strive to serve great tasting Pizza. I have been for a take out Pizza on quite a few occasions and most of the experiences have been great, to the point where from tapping my Card on the reader to getting a steaming hot Pizza in my hand has been as little as 4 minutes which is awesome.
Just one thing that has griped me in the last 2 times I have popped by, is that there is little organisation with the queuing system.
Whenever I come in, I'm usually in a bit of a hurry as I have a 2hr drive back to Kent straight after I have finished at CB which is usually 9.30pm or later, but always find myself waiting and waiting and waiting just to be served a quick Insta Special in the same queue as if I was waiting for a table and getting ignored by front of house because they always seem to have 300 other things to do and its only when I do become front of line (in the one large queue that formed and the queue division becomes irrelevant) and other sit down diners have been seated do you finally get served. Last time I came it was a good 25 minutes before I was even asked if I was Eating In or Taking the food away.
Other than that CB, thanks for the convenient, great priced, quality Pizza. #thatleopardprintcrust

I always liked this pizza when it was delivery only. Now as a self service restaurant I found it very messy and disorganized. They didnt call my number when the pizza was ready. I had to go there and ask just to discover that my order was indeed done already from several minutes. ( Maybe it's better an electric coaster). Also the pizza was too burned, I had to swap salami with bacon because the first one was finished, and due to the waiting time it was already cold. A bad pizza overall.
The self service idea without visible trash bins and the common practice of removing your left overs once you are done, it's harmful here in my opinion. The waiters will have a hard time to clean all the tables at the same time if they also have to bring drinks, cutlery and stuff. Infact it was not clear if there were any available seats due to how dirty any table was. Some people had their pizza ready before their cutlery were brought at their table. ( Why don't you let people grab fork and knives from a common space or let them directly on the tray when you give out the pizza).
In general it feels like an hybrid between a normal restaurant and a fast food which might work well only if you don't have many customers at the same time.
Then why 3 stars? Well I know how good this pizza can be, just this time mine was really bad. I was excited to hear that they open a restaurant. But I just think that structured like this it will affect the overall quality of the food.
C. C.
Great quality pizza, so fresh and super friendly staff. Always happy to eat here, it can get busy so book for peak times.
P. L.
Tasty, good quality pizza at a very fair price. You can either choose one of their recipes or customise your own from a long list of different choices. Perfect for a quick pre-theatre dinner.
Y. A.
Came here a first time when they opened. Was great and really loved the place and the pizza. When I went back recently (6months after opening approx?) it was far from being as good. Pizza was average, service was zero ... really disappointing since the place was so cool at opening...
E. G.
Don't be fooled this is just another chain - owned by Gourmet Burger Kitchen, hence why they are next door to each other. pizza is decent, prices are decent but staff are not properly trained and there are no extras such as olive oil, chili oil etc. which you would come to expect in pizza places nowadays. Would be a good place to eat if you are in a hurry but I wouldn't recommend if you want an enjoyable meal out.
P. R.
Relaxed bespoke pizza place. You design the pizza yourself and the staff take you order from table so once your seated, you're good. Pizza tastes really good too
m. j.
Some fun cocktail options and the pizza was delicious. You should definitely overindulge here.
N. J.
We've been a few times since these guys opened, and every time the pizza has been spot on. Chewy base and fresh toppings that you choose yourself. I had 'The Notorious P.I.G.' last time and it didn't disappoint. Will be coming back again very soon!
A. M.
Really friendly and helpful service team! Pizzas were sooo good and a really good vibe in the restaurant 😊 ended up going a few times in our 2 weeks visit to London
P. G.
Fantastic pizza and really friendly helpful staff. This will be a regular spot for me moving forward!
J.
Cool little pizzeria. You can chose from a handful of their classics or create your own like you would in subway! (Works out a little more expensive this way). A pint is £5.50 A cocktail is £5.95+ and a pizza roughly works out between £8-12 depending what you whack on it. Works out cheaper than pizza express so would recommend this over that any day! Literally 30 second walk from Waterloo station.
K. B.
Vegan pizza was delicious, although it had a soggy bottom, but freshly made and you could make your own. Very friendly and helpful.
C. M.
Update-As a DINE-IN experience it is incredible, definitely a 5 star!
But don't waste your time with delivery via Deliveroo. Turns up cold, late and wrong order, I ordered the 12" straight out of hell meaty pizza and a cold, hard burnt 6 inch toppingless disk turned up. Also took 45 minutes from pickup time to delivery (as shown on the receipt).
R. W.
Great spot for quick service and great quality pizza. Book in advance or be prepared to queue for a table early evening!
Don't forget to check out the £5 Insta-special pizza of the week!
M. K.
Had a quick birthday lunch with friends at crust bros in Waterloo last week. Loveeed my pizza so authentic, I had the Nduja. Really good service all staff we’re very nice and our waiter sadak helped suggest my pizza which was (again) great. Deffo recommend for good food that’s fairly priced
Z. K.
Superb pizza and great service, very impressed, will definitely be spreading the word. Surrounded by chain restaurants, it's great to visit somewhere independent. Will definitely be coming back soon!
L. S.
My favourite pizza in London by far. The pizza crusts are to die for 🔥🔥 Great vibes, amazing cocktails and such lovely staff!
H. W.
It was fine, pizza could have done with a couple of extra minutes in the oven, but it wasn't bad. Very quick and reasonable price so if you're in a hurry, it's great
R. M.
The pizza is very good, by itself worth 5 stars, but the restaurant is all over the place, I would definitely be happy to have take away but not to sit in again. The staff are nice, the food is good, but the wobbly tables and the horrible stools and the general lay out where people/staff bump you and knock things over is not pleasant.
W. S.
Perfect place for an early dinner before catching a show at the old vic. Service was really great - everyone we interacted with was friendly and attentive. Pizza was delicious and well priced.
C. G.
Food was amazing, great atmosphere and brilliant service. Will definitely be coming back!
E. H.
I went on the Time Out deal of 90 mins of unlimited pizza for £11. Really delicious pizza, probably some of the best in London which may well deserve 5 stars, but the ordering/queueing/receiving pizza system is so confusing that it can really ruin an evening. I was on date night with my boyfriend and I spent most of the night alone because at any one time either of us was queuing to order or waiting for our pizza. We did get a beer on the house because of the inconvenience, but if a company is going to offer something you expect them to deliver. We waited more than an hour for our first pizza, lost two into the abyss and then just had to cross our fingers that we'd get served again. A real shame as the pizza is delicious. Please sort the system and you'd get 5 stars - your staff are all super cheery for how uncomprehensibly overworked they are!
PS - the menu thing is a dire waste of paper.. take a leaf out of Inamo's book and get an app/WhatsApp number?!

Really good pizza. Great value for money. However I'm not the biggest fan of eating pizza with knife and fork. Although the quality absolutely made up for it.
