I originally gave this store 4 stars if you read the review but I'm changing it to 5 stars Because the food was beyond good, they did offer make it right on the day and finally the franchise owner took the time to write a respectful apology in response. - Original review I stayed away for 2 days in beckton for work and found myself on the hunt for food. Dominoes had a £7.99 deal going on as stuffed crust for the extra £3 and your on for a winner. However I have only given four stars for the following reasons... First night was a bit of a shambles the delivery moped driver took my order as they appeared to be very understaffed He said it would be about 10 minutes over 20 minutes later he asked if normal chicken would be ok because they had no tandoori chicken 😳 it's not even in the oven yet !! 😡 I'd been at work since 5am it was now 6pm and I'm standing about because he never knew a very large order came in before my order was processed. A little time later I got the pizza and went back to my van, popped the pizza open and it was covered in olives that I didn't order and don't like... I went back in and spoke to him, he checked the order and said bring the first pizza back in and they will make another.... I asked how long it would take ? about 20 mins 🤯 He offered a free bottle of pop should I want to keep it and pick off the olives which I accepted. Here's the kicker ... This was possibly the best and freshest pizza I've eaten in years (once I picked most the olives off) (Fyi: The olives they use at dominoe's were totally different to the ones I've tried before, cut into small ringlets they were pleasantly sweeter and had the texture of a firm sausage and not at all bitter.) This was a real quality pizza that had me questioning why the ones in Birmingham dominoe's don't look or taste like this did ?? I was that impressed that I went back today and ordered another to bring home. I was served by the person preparing the pizzas and today it all went without a hitch and again the pizza was fantastic... I brought half home for my mrs's tea and she agrees it's far superior to the ones we usually get from the local outlets...🤔 The shop was very clean with big glass viewing Windows so you can watch them prepare your food. I dropped them 1 star for the mess up on the first night but it would've been 5 stars and highly recommended Under normal conditions.

This store has only been opened for a couple of weeks, great service and good deals, there is a large viewing window so you can watch your pizza being made. There is a huge free car park and a few stools if you want to sit and have your pizza in store. My order was ready in under 15 minutes. They've now added a couple of tables and chairs.

Customer service here is lovely. They're accomodating and aim to please. You can see the guys making your pizza through the glass and they don't skimp on anything. Our pizza and sides were delicious.

The best Dominos I've been to and had in the UK so far! I'm a massive fan of dominos pizzas anyways and have tried them all over the UK, from Lake district, to Manchester, to the HQ in Milton Keynes, this was honestly the nicest one. They have seating which is fantastic (i've never seen seating in Dominos before) - you can finally enjoy fresh pizza and that makes a massive difference! Sometimes the cheese can be a little oily but this was spot on! Eating in meant I could enjoy the crust being crunchy too! There's ample parking and the staff were really accommodating to my picky ways on how the pizza was made. No doubt will be getting deliveries from this one going forward and whenever i visit, eat in! Awesome branch!

Thank you for the order yesterday, and behaving in a good manner. After having a bad experience from Pizza Hut, who are a well known pizza restaurant, scolded me in a very bad manner for not putting my phone number on my online order, after which not receiving the order for another 50 mins, I called them, they started scolding me. Thank you for being polite on the phone and not shouting down when my children were hungry and ready to sleep before having their dinner. I also spoke to the manager at Pizza Hut, who also started scolding me as they were very busy, and told me to cancel my order instead of waiting for it. Had a veryyy bad experience with them. I am very happy, I had another place to turn around to, instead of being held up at dinner time and breaking my childrens heart.

I was fed up with eating in restaurants in hotels so thought I'd ring and order a pizza for a change and eat it in my room. A quick look on the internet and I decided on Dominoes, 2 minutes later and the App was downloaded, 5 minutes of decision making and the order was placed... The App allows you to see the progress of your order, 20 minutes later and a steaming hot, absolutely gorgeous pizza was delivered!!! I cant fault it, defo makes a nice change from sitting in a hotel restaurant on your own.

Today I came in and I had a young boy called Ali serving me today I’ve received exceptional service very fast very polite and handsome young sir. I am proud to say that I will be returning back to Beckton just because of the service I have received today, usually I hate pizza I haven’t eaten it for 10 years of my life, but Mr Ali has definitely changed my decision about pizza because of the way he made it The taste and the texture and the service. We visited this shop this afternoon. Great mordern shop.....my gripe with this site on this particular visit was hygiene. One of the kitchen staff did not wash their hands after a stint at the till. We pointed this out to the young man and he was a bit arguementative ....citing the excuse that the screens at the tills were sanitized!..... mmmm despite handling bank cards from customers at the counter! Dominoes please emphasize the importance of basic hygiene to your staff!
