Great, ever-changing menu. Solid wine list with value (for the City) throughout. The sausages and lentils (type varies, quality doesn't) are to die for. You could be in a back street in Lucca or Siena, if it weren't 7° rather than 17.

Cute little Italian restaurant where we could sit at the bar watching the chefs work. The food was decent and there was an extensive wine list.

If I could give 6 Stars on this review I would! Legit best Italian restaurant in London! Been to many and this one bites the biscuit! I just know you cannot get anywhere better. Food is mouthwatering, service is outstanding, layout is warming and inviting! If you read this review and go elsewhere, your crazy! Go now, book a table and let the try taste of Italy come to you as soon as you enter the restaurant!

Probably the best local Tuscan restaurant in London. Truly Italian. It was like being in a local restaurant in Chianti or Siena. Everything about it was authentic.
My mate and I found earlier this week when we met and we walked in and forced them to give us a table without a reservation. The cheek!
Very small so you must reserve but the smaller, the better.
Considering it’s a super small and cosy restaurant, we settled to eat at the bar, watching the Italian chefs cook and banter. Super cool!
Highly recommended.
The ragu and wild boar though...
Loved the wine selections as well. Staff were polite, helpful, friendly and the owners made us feel very welcome
Exquisite service. Loved it and certainly going back with my Italian friends.

Simple but delicious food made with fresh ingredients, lovely and quick service, and such good selection of wine! It's now one of my favourite places in the city for Italian food!

Food and wine were incredible! Anna-Lisa’s service made the dinner even better
C. F.
Service is incredible, friendly and food is amazing too. Had the panna cotta for dessert which was lush. Thank you :)
C. S.
Fantastic Tuscan food and wine, friendly engaging staff, intimate setting.
You can tell the owner cares about the quality of the food and the dining experience. If you have time, stay for the Torta!

Fantastic food, a lovely ambiance, and excellent service. We had an excellent evening here!

Came here for my birthday yesterday together with partner. Excellent food and wine. The charcuterie and cheese board was exceptional, and the choice of products superlative and uncommon. Lovely service. We will come back soon :) ps. I am from Tuscany myself and I can say this place brought me back home for some hours. Truly recommended

Thanks for your patience in us finding you and being so late. Super food and exceptional service. Everyone knowing the old ladies had quite a journey.

Great food well cooked, friendly and informative service and good value for money

Amazing Italian restaurant at really good prices - a must go if you are in the area! Much better and cheaper than many restaurants in the area.

This is a rather small facility, but big on taste and service! You must get reservations as this is a well known local Italian delight. The menu changes frequently and they have a large wine list. The action in cooking takes place in front of you by a young upbeat Italian staff. I had the rabbit special which was delightful. If you can find it, you will be in for a great treat!

Place is absolutely gorgeous, incredibly cute and intimate location. The food is incredible, best Italian styled food I've had in London without spending insane amounts. The wines are fantastic the sauvignon especially. Very warm hospitality and friendly waiters. Could not recommend more, my favorite restaurant at the moment!
C. L.
Excellent food!! We had the wild boar ravioli and the ragu. For dessert, the chocolate torte with pistachio gelato. Everything complemented each other perfectly! I would recommend this amazing restaurant again and again. Exceptional flavors!
L. B.
Loved it! The menu was very well explained so that we could choose the food we wanted. And it was absolutely delicious. Staff were very friendly and the atmosphere is fantastic. Amazing selection of wines.

One of my favourite Italian restaurant, fresh ingredients and always a good daily dinner menu. They also have a great selection of Italian wines and spirits. Tiny place so be sure to arrive early or make a reservation. Staff is lovely
R. K.
Nothing less than superb, food is delicious, menus change seasonally and always a great specials board. Chef re-opened the kitchen for an extra starter and other staff great. A little pricey for pasta but you get what you pay for!
A. S.
Standard Italian food, nothing out of the ordinary. Maybe we were not lucky because our main courses ( larger plate) were quite small. I could say like a size of antipasti in any other Italian restaurant in London. I ordered a tortelloni ai funghi ! No recommended
C. F.
This is a lovely little spot, with authentic Italian staff, however the location makes it a little tricky to find. Considering it's proximity to Liverpool street and Brick lane, it should be packed, but was almost completely empty when I visited for dinner. They had a nice selection of specials, including arancini, veal tortellini and swordfish, unfortunately, the food couldn't make up for the lack of atmosphere.

Excellent service and great authentic Tuscan food.
Really appreciate a waitress that is knowledgeable about the menu. I like a restaurant that serves seasonal food, 2nd time here books up fast!! But managed to walk in twice at a later time and get seated.
Super friendly owners too!

I only discovered Super Tuscan 4 days ago and I halve already been twice! tucked away in Artillery Passage you enter this cosy restaurant and feel that you have been transported to Italy. Most of the staff are young Italians with a friendly but professional service, the menu is short but offers a good range of simple but beautiful dishes along with some sharing platters. Pasta and Pizza are around £10 each with a daily special for each at around £5. The quality of ingredients is high, the wine list has some great examples of 'local' Italian wines at good prices and the whole experience makes you feel warm inside. I have nothing negative to say about this place, it is my new favourite place for lunch!

We had a lovely evening at Super Tuscan, served by attentive and friendly staff.
The food was excellent and clearly authentic (despite my never having been to Tuscany so I can't say that with any gravitas): my Tuscan sausages with lentils hit the spot perfectly.
However we would have appreciated slightly more choice (my wife would have liked a steak option: it's okay to have something not completely Tuscan on the menu I think!).
There's a wide choice of wines, many of which are available by the glass, allowing us to try out some new flavours in a very relaxed convivial atmosphere.
Certainly recommended.

Excellent food, tasty starter, simple but fabulous truffle pasta, panna cotta with pistacio cream - awesome! And the selection of wines is great too, from fairly priced once to the more expensive wines. Every bite a pleasure, we will come back!
A. C.
An exceptional hidden treasure a short distance from Spittlefields. The food and service was impeccable. Highlights were the blood orange salad, wild boar tortelloni and the pear loaf with ricotta and sour cherry ice cream. We felt like we were once again in Tuscany. Highly recommended!
R. S.
Cosy friendly restaurant in lovely location. Food was excellent and wine choice was superb. I dropped a star as it is a little pricey for pasta which may be harsh as it probably reflects the location next to the City I suppose.
S. C.
Freshly made tasty Italian with good draught beer
H. C.
Eaten here twice, both times the food and wine were fantastic and reasonably priced. Good service and regularly changing menus and specials also help. Would recommend.

Every time I go here the food is delicious and the service charming. Wine, obviously, is fab - pick any bottle. One of my favourite places to go with clients or friends.
I. G.
For me nothing beats sitting at a restaurant bar watching chefs at work and I enjoyed a brilliant simple lunch of Bruschette and a couple of glasses of chardonnay. The taste of the tomatoes is still with me. Perfection.
D. M.
food is ok, but service very disappointing. some of the food we ordered never arrived, others were mixed up. also not very attentive and generally not interested, owner included. bit of a shame as we expected much more of this place and had been looking forward.
unfortunately i can’t recommend.
A. C.
Excellent lunch. Friendly service and the pea tortellini were heavenly! A great find so close to Liverpool St station.
M. D.
Great little (literally little) lunch spot, and nice wine. Good value and friendly Italian staff. Had tagliatelle with wild boar ragu and it was outstanding
B. R.
Lovely wine & place. However £20 for a meats and cheese platter you’d expect it to come with bread - having to pay an extra £3 for bread isn’t cool guys, not cool.
T. I.
The service here is superb, welcoming and helpful without being overbearing at all. The food is amazing! The wild boar is the best I’ve had in London.
S. C.
I had the Fiori di Zuca followed by Penne al Pesto Siciliana. The stuffed courgette flowers were tasty but would have been much more pleasantlighter and crispierif the frying oil had been changed. No fault on the pasta dishnicely presented and the right amount of pinenuts, almonds and cheeses. Worth another visit for sure. Little candles on the tables would certainly give the place a lift as the interior is quite dark.
B. C.
Superb quality food and drink in a cosy space
A. C.
Really good food with a great selection of wines to choose from. The service was friendly and very welcoming, would definitely come back.
C. M.
Excellent food. Central London small but well patronised. Good for small groups and location cracking if you're a Harry potter fan! Just on Diagon Alley
K. C.
Wonderful wine, food and service. Really enjoyed the burrata starter, wild boar tortellini (special) and pistachio Pana cota
Will definitely be back!
L. P.
My absolutely favourite place in London! The food is always delicious & Emma is so sweet! I never leave this place without the burrata or panna cotta 👌🏼.
R. F.
Great place to meet for a beer or a wine. Little alleyway, table and chairs outside, nice selection of nibbles and antipasti. Has won lots of awards. Friendly service. Recomended.
K. S.
Great food and service - the specials are worth the price! Perfect ambience for a date night and/or a comforting lunch!
J. K.
Amazing wine selection with great small plates and friendly service. A favourite wine bar in London and convenient to Liverpool street station.

D. B.
Great food, thanks, we enjoyed it, it's good for us and I wanna turn back and eat lot food again.
C. C.
Good but pricey for the size and quality. 18 for an ok pasta that didn't really fill me in is in my opinion too much
D. S.
My favourite restaurant in the city. Specials are always good, service is friendly and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere is excellent.

Good Tuscan food from a rustic menu, fantastic value quality Italian wines, including the eponymous Super Tuscans.

If you are looking for a genuine little Italian wine bar and eating place go no further. Tucked away down one of central London's few remaining old side streets off Bishops gate.
G. C.
