The reviews of this place have been slipping, but I can't say I've ever had a bad experience. I nearly always pick up, for the half price deal, and I see a lot of the complaints are about delivery. I really like the pizzas and they are good value when you pick up (half a meter is huge). I also appreciate that they did half price for NHS during the pandemic

This is honestly my favourite pizza place, I've never had to wait much longer than 30 minutes and the food is always delicious and delivered by the loveliest man! I just spoke to an absolute gem of a girl on the phone who was super helpful, honestly you guys have been such a highlight and treat during such dark times, thank you to the staff for delivering such great service and food despite everything! To whoever have written poor reviews from the last few months, get a grip! There's a pandemic going on and they're still doing the best they can! You do realise they're having to keep staffing down to a minimum, so when demand is high, they may struggle a bit! Chill out and be grateful that you're actually able to afford a pizza at this time! Honestly I just can't understand people sometimes! I hope the lovely staff haven't taken it to heart. All the best, Ruby

I used to be a regular customer a few years ago, until they changed everything. I decided to try them again, as I was tired after a long run and thought I'd grant myself the luxury of a home delivery. I ordered at 19.50. An hour later there was no sign of my pizza, so I called to ask and was told it would take at least 'another 20 minutes'. With luck, I might get some food by 21.30 - not the healthiest time to be eating something heavy. Knowing that Firezza used to have an excellent policy on late deliveries, I asked about compensation and was told they would give me a free single order next time. This is good. However, I had to ask. Respect where it's due - when the pizza turned up (at 21.30 on the dot) it was fantastic.

We went and ordered, waited 10 minutes and got 500mm of pizza heaven. 1/2 Patate 1/2 olive, onion, peppers & garlic. Go for the extra buffalo mozzarella. I can't speak to the Delivery times as we collected, but the pizza was the best we've had in in the area.

I’ve always had great experiences with this Firezza; my only concern is that they often deliver early - I’ve learned to be home for them now but don’t try to time it with your commute! My favourite vegan pizza is here, loads of veggies and violife yummmmm 😋

First time I've tried Firezza. The 'CARNE VEGANA' vegan pizza is the *best* pizza I've had in London so far! Sticky, gooey vegan cheese, tomato sauce, basil, really great vegan chorizo & vegan pepperoni, roasted mixed vegetables (aubergines, courgettes, sweet peppers) and wild rocket leaves. Filling, generous, delicious. I will *definitely* be doing this again. 5 stars when animal exploitation is completely removed from the menu ;)

Pizzas are fantastic and the price is definitely good value for what you get. The sides and dips are great too. Only downside is can take a little time to turnaround orders, but presume it is because they're busy.
