Calabrese was a 5, top quality. The one with the Salsiccia was good but for a £ 16 pizza I was expecting more ingredients above, disappointing. 3 stars is an average of the two pizzas.

Great Food an amazing choices. The toppings had much more variety and hence we chose to dine in here. There are many options for Veggies and Jain Diet as well. The Service Team was fantastic as well and very helpful.

I have only ordered take away from them, and I will say that I like their food. Probably my favorite pizza place around if I am honest. Shame they haven't had fries/wedges for a few months now though. Still a great place to order a pizza from, just not if you are craving some fries as well - and 9/10 times I order pizza I do : )

Great pizza ever. Really, if you want some pizza who doesn't take revenge on your stomach, but it's tasty and mouth watering at the same time, I really suggest you this pizza. Especially the one I've tried, the Salsiccia Hot. Phenomenal

Hate to complain cause I love firezza's pizza but I ordered some yesterday and it was like almost an hour late on expected arrival and I paid 2£ extra for buffalo mozzarella but they forgot to put it so I'm quite disappointed. Pizzas were good tho

Really yummy crispy authentic pizza. I got the 1.99 one and was impressed at the size. The indian man behind the counter was very friendly and advised me on what topping might be nice for my veg pizza. Will deffo return with friends.

Really good pizzas with quality ingredients and authentic tastes, generous portions. Delivery once was very late but this has been the exception, generally they deliver well within the promised time. Their sides are good too, def. worth trying. Really glad this is in Ealing.

Excellent pizza, we had capriciosa. Pizza was very tasty with a lot of toppings and it was baked to perfection. Service was also excellent, the guy told us at the beginning how long we will be waiting. I can highly recommend this pizza place.

I usually go there every once or twice a week and this place is awesome. Usually there is a big guy and a lady behind the counter who are always laughing and they are not afraid to involve the waiting customers in their jokes. Never had any bad experience. Even when I order on the phone both of them are helpful. There are late deliveries sometimes, but they always find a solution to make me happy. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

I love firezza pizza, i order at least one time per week the vegan options and they are amazing. Usually i order all time when they do promotions like some ÷ off what helps to be a regular customer. All time i had some problem with the product or drivers i call the company and the staff was really nice and helpfull all time

Upgrading my review from 2-3 stars as the pizza consistency and delivery has started to improve. I recently turned vegie, but the Vegan pizza from Firezza is not good, tasteless toppings and slimy vegan cheese. Tip - if you're vegie build your own topping. Previus review: Management need to address the worsening delivery service. Staff seem stressed and disorganised, 1.5hr to 2hr waiting time for pizza? Over the last 4 orders there have been delays, incorrect pizza, incorrect toppings. We'd have switched sooner if there was a good alternative. Downgrading our rating from 5 to 2 stars. Earlier review "This is the best pizza you can get delivered, priced by the metre (seriously!). Pizza base is authentic, thin and crispy as it should be. Toppings cater for people who like tomato sauce or prefer white pizza too. Good vegetarian and vegan options. Website recently improved. Earn discounts (100 points = £10 off. 1point for every £1 spent) Allows easy customisation of your order eg additional olives =£1. Meal deals typically bundles on buying multiple items eg. Buy 1 pizza plus 1 side plus 1 desert. Used to be let down by the delivery service which is improving and continues to improve all the time. . I'm a loyal customer but from time to time my patience is tested."

A very good to-go place when you want a quick bite and want it to be of great quality. A good selection of pizzas, and the nduja is actually spicy! Be careful of the offers though, when collecting it can be cheaper to buy items separately funnily enough, rather than immediately selecting an offer deal

Firezza used to be my favourite pizza place in London, making a proper italian pizza for delivery and take away. Since Pizza Express owns the company things changed and the what it used to be is not anymore. The food is still good, but not like in the good ol' days of the shop.

It's ok but not great. We visited at lunch, it took 4 members of staff to take a simple order. Size of pizza was very inconsistent between our group and they ran out of plates to serve food even though the place wasn't full. But it was cheap and the pizza did taste good, all five bites of it!

Sadly it's hit and miss with this branch. Today we had a lovely delivery chap but this is the food we got... #straightinthebin. Last week, our food looked like it had been round a rally track with Colin McRae! But the pizza is very good and gets them up to three stars.
