Had an excellent customer experience. Tony really engaged with us from the moment we arrived and made us feel welcomed. The environment was clean and welcoming. I had a plant based dinner, which was well prepared with good flavours. The food portions was generous and great value for money. Great student discount I will definitely recommend and will be coming back.

The food is just unreal. I tried many things but definitely get the canelonni with the bechamel. It tastes like heaven. Also, the Belgian chocolate fudge with ice cream is out of this world.

What a lovely experience with my family. There is 7 of us 3 being children and we had lovely service from Mel. She was regularly checking on us, food came out on time and was tasty. We visited F&B'S today for brunch, the food was lovely, we had the sharer grill and a side of loaded potato skins, they are our favourite. Mel our waitress was fantastic. The quality of the food was good. I would recommend that you wear loose fitting clothes as you will be full. Whatever you choose from the menu you will thoroughly enjoy. Sorry no photos - the food was toooo good to wait to eat.

We were welcomed by the lovely Kieran and got seated. We had a long day and came from A&e so we decided to treat ourselves at my kids favourite place. Our waiter was Tony who has such a nice and bubbly personality, it was nice to have that attitude around us after today’s events. He made sure he got our large order correct with all my kids special requests even when they tried to make the whole order mixed up, he got it perfectly right. The food was really nice as usual. We’ve got children burgers chicken and beef as well, and my dad had ribs and I had New York bbq chicken with ribs and they all came in a perfect temperature and nothing was missing. Tony came to check on us during our dinner and he made sure we had a smile on our face, even connected with my dad though my dad does not speak English, but he made sure he feels welcomed and valued regardless. The kids got some desserts at the end and we could not be happier. Thanks to Tony for his friendly and lovely service today, it has definitely made our day different in a better way. I am sure we will be back soon!

Will (server) was lovely very polite and kept checking we/the food was ok. Went for the lunch menu which is very good value for money the only problem was the cajun wrap was abit to spicy. Otherwise the best meal I've had from a frankie and bennies in a good few years. Nice and clean and looks like its been refurbished.. Would definitely recommend this branch

We had a mixed experience of good and bad food. The king prawn risotto wasn’t good at all from any perspective. The other one was from feel good options so I thought it would come with chips, whereas it came with a very tasty salad. So, never mind took an extra chips, which wasn’t really great. However, the fruit punch mock-tail was fantastic, highly recommended to try, good for non-alcoholic people. Though didn’t try the shakes but definitely will go there just to try the shakes as those looked feel goodness drink. I wanted to try grill as well, anyway for next time. So, a big no no for king prawn risotto. I won’t say the food would be extraordinarily delicious but it might be good if your luck allows. Enjoy 😉

I was looking for a U.S. diner experience and that was exactly what I got. Everything being served looked excellent. I ended having a carbonara instead of a burger as I was having a barbecue later that evening but I don't regret it. It was really really good. Granted it wasn't an authentic Italian carbonara but if that is what you want then you should find a classic Italian restaurant. The staff was nice. The service was quick. The bathroom was spotless. The price was right for what we got. Looking forward to going there again for a burger.

My mum and I had a wonderful lunch at F&B Charlton yesterday. Covid measures were on point, with hand sanitiser near the toilets, a one-way system around the tables and attachments on the toilet doors that meant you could open them with your foot. Staff were always cleaning and disinfecting, we felt very safe and well looked-after. All staff were super friendly, and our waiter Sachin was very funny and chatty, making our time very enjoyable. On top of all this, our food was perfect! Couldn't fault a thing.

Had a great experience at this restaurant yesterday evening. The food was nice but the thing that was outstanding was the service. Holly, our waitress, was fantastic. Very attentive, got absolutely everything right first time (not easy for a party of 7 with some complex likes and dislikes), always around when needed and very pleasant. I've dined in some fantastic michelin starred restaurants and Holly would be a credit to even those kind of establishments.

I went out with some friends and the place was great. The music was really good, a mix of old and new, the food was very tasty and the service was excellent. Walking past Frankie & Benny’s yesterday and I thought how nice and inviting it looked. I decided to go over and take a seat at one of the tables. We placed an order and it came within a good time. Draft beer was cold and tasty, the food was delicious. We actually went for the Vegan pepperoni 10inch pizza, and although I eat meat it was so tasty and absolutely delicious. Jo who served us was kind polite and she made our time well worth while. We had a great time, even though the view was not great. The food was and so was the service. Definitely going back!

And low and behold a couple was place right beside us, I could smell the man aftersave. My friends and I came to the restaurant in the late afternoon yesterday. I was the first one to arrive and was greeted on the door and taken to our booth. The one way walking system was explained to me and I was presented with disposable manus. My server asked if I wanted to order a drink whilst I’m waiting for the rest of my part to arrive. I ordered a drink and it was served really quickly. When my friends joined minutes later our server offered them drinks and suggested a choice of cocktail to my friend. We were asked if we have any allergies. We ordered food when our drinks arrived. One of my friends is veggie and our server pointed out all the vegetarian and vegan options. We were not sure about starter choices and our waiter suggested garlic bread and we ordered two of them as well as calamari. For mains we ordered beef, chicken and vegan burgers. Our server suggested Cajun topping on chips and we all went for it. All our plates were cleared promptly, we have been checked back on beforehand in a polite and not intrusive way and we all were offered a second drink, which we all did. My friend wasn’t sure if she wants another cocktail so our server suggested a mocktail, which she was happy to agree on. Our food was delicious and we thanked our served for all the suggestions as we were more than happy with our food and drinks. We didn’t want any deserts and we asked for the bill. Our server’s name was Peter. We was genuinely friendly, very knowledgable and it was an absolute delight to be served by him. He made our evening special and we were really looked after by him. All other team members were polite as well.

The food was nice and the man who greeted us at the start was cheerful and polite, but the lady at the end who gave us the bill really took her time sorting it for us even though it wasn’t busy at all. Student discount with my NUS card helped though. So we had a slow service at the end but overall we were satisfied so I’d still recommend it.

Went with a group of 6 on a Sunday. Some had family feast but the pizza came partially sliced and we had to turn into Ninjas for a few seconds. Had the chicken thingy thingy with what was supposed to be one meaty rib but it magically turned out to be a great lump of an actual rib with scanty meat attached. Oh yea, no surprises but if you get there during their peak times, be prepared to wait for a bit... Or maybe just grab a snack while you wait. Great location though!😶
