Reviews of L'artista Ristorante Pizzeria
S. S.
Exquisite food for anyone that comes to dine. Great service and friendly family environment .
J. M. C.
Walking in this restaurant in Golders Green is like being transported into a real, local, traditional Italian restaurant. It honestly felt like being back home. We didn’t have a reservation, but the staff was kind and helpful and they found us a table. I really recommend the ‘hybrid’ pizza DIVERSA, half calzone and half pepperoni pizza. Dust off your Italian and enjoy this cozy piece of Italian delight. Buon appetito! ✌🏻
P. M.
Lovely food ordinarally but whatever you do DO NOT ORDER THROUGH UBER EATS.
Our food (pizzas) were so messed up in the boxes they resembled vomit.Stuck all over the boxes, stone cold had to be thrown away..all for a fraction under £30. I tried contacting the driver but it went to Voicemail, I left a message but he didnt reply.
R. I.
Staff that served us was so lovely she. We asked for her recommendations and she nailed it. Always a good time here. Thank you guys
F. A.
The food is very average and lacks fennec! But this white wine with a sweet aftertaste was the highlight of our experience.
A. R.
Amazing restaurant. My family have been eating there for years, I had my christening party there and that was over 40 years ago! Great value, tasty food and a warm welcome & service 😀
C.
A beautiful restaurant and there pizzas are excellent.
Very reasonable price and the staff are very friendly and welcoming.
Its like an old traditional restaurant that you would find in italy.👍
Would highly recommend anyone to go and have a good quality meal.🍕
M. T.
Good please to grab a bite. They have a good range of Italian dishes and they usually serve a nice big portion. Their food in general needs more fine touch. They have a nice selection of wines too.
G. D.
L'artista is one of the best (if not the only) Italian restaurant in North London which serves absolutely deeelliiciouus food. There was not a single time for us to have dinner there and be disappointed, the service Impecabile, the portions huge, the taste amazing! Only
B. B.
Excellent traditional food, from pasta to pizza and deserts. Good price-quality ratio, but the service is not always amazing, some of the waiters can be arrogant and don't have any customer service skills.
E. O.
Went with friends and was back within a week for a double date, tried mussels for the first time, they tasted really nice and didn't throw me as much as I was worried. Will definitely be back again lol
V. L.
If you go, definitely definitely definitely order the garlic pizza bread! The perfect balance of sweet tomato sauce and fragrant garlic, all on a thin crisp dough. You won’t regret it. I’ve been many times and not once have they disappointed. In terms of mains I’d recommend the pastas over the pizzas. Their dessert selection is also pretty broad. Very enthusiastic staff and the whole restaurant has a friendly casual atmosphere. The only way they could improve: invest in a delivery service.
D. N.
Amazing food and good energy, waiters might seem a bit fed up at busy times, but other than that totally worth it to go and have a lunch or dinner, food up to expected standards . The layout of the restaurant might not be a fancy one, but when you taste the food you forget about that
g. m.
Great vibe, good value for money.
M. S.
Large portions but quantity over quality, not the friendliest of staff. There are better Italian restaurant options around
O. L.
Food in L’artista is just amazing! Portions are great! Tastes delicious! But the atmosphere is even better! Enjoying it since we came in) Big thanks to the stuff, especially the waiters that have been taken care of our table (man with the glasses in a blue T-shirt and the slim red T-shirt guy ☺️)
E.
Lovely italian restaurant with a lively busy atmosphere. The staff are all cheerful and attentive. I recommend the “penne picchio pacchio” or any of the seafood pastas/ spaghettis. The mussels were a little too salty.
They also do a nice “birthday song” where all the staff come out and sing and they dim the lights.
M. Y.
Ok... where do I start.... 1) big portions at v good prices. 2) The food is consistently very good. 3) great place for children, adults, birthday parties. 4) it can get a bit loud because it's build under a railway bridge and it gets v full. 5) Best to book since it's very, very popular 6) the staff is very nice and helpful.
M. G.
Bellissimo!!! A great experience, cheerful and friendly staff. We started well whit the "Frittura Ionica" and the pizza was special: real Italian pizza with fresh ingredients! Great dessert and coffee and the prices are fair. Very nice place... Absolutely a restaurant to try! 😃
H. D.
Excellent food, great value lovely people. Wish I didn't live 4 hours away otherwise I would be there every day
R. P.
Great italian place with delicious food! I felt like in Italy... loved the pizza and ravioli. And the tiramisu was amazing.
D. P.
Absolutely brilliant service, superb atmosphere & most delicious Italian food
We have been visiting L'artista forvmany years & always had good time & enjoyed thoroughly the food.
C. Y. L.
We eat there atleast twice a week. Food is always piping hot and absolutely delicious as well as reasonably priced. They have the friendliest staff who work as a team. It's comfortable and a happy atmosphere. 10/10 rating from me.
A.
The restaurant is placed directly under the train station and you can hear each time a train passes by which feels like the roof is going to collapse and fall on your head! Good pizza though. The design if the restaurant can also be improved.
J. H.
We arrived a bit later and managed to get a table outdoors. We ordered our starter and some foccacia which were absolutely delicious. Unfortunately the mains took some time to prepare so we cancelled this order as we were so full but the restaurant were helpful and attentive considering how busy they were, will definitely go back! Fantastic place!
R. R.
The food is amazing, best pasta i have ever had but the service is weak and the staffs being very loud in the restaurant while they’re talking to each other.
T. T.
I love this restaurant. It's always full so you have to wait a bit to be served. The portions are big and filling. I will be back.
Z. B.
Thank you for the tasty dishes and your fast service, staff is very friendly and nice here. We will be back soon for sure.
S.
Best place for Italian food, very friendly staff and value for money.
Highly recommend, especially if you are celebrating an occasion as they make you feel very special.
G. D. M. (.
Best Italian restaurants I ever been with the best Italian food, great to birthdays!
Trust me you won’t regret it!
Friendly staff playing instruments while birthday songs play!
Very lively, loud and loads of fun while you eat!
The pizzas are “the best” I have eaten in the UK. I lived been everywhere in Italy so I know what the true Italian tastes like.
H. K.
I've been going to this restaurant for 30 years. It doesn't dissapoint! Very good food quality and reasonably priced too.
다.
great atmosphere and reasonable price
pizza is the best
all staffs are so nice and friendly
next visit I should try tiramisu
❤️
C. T. M.
Very good excellent crew very friendly . Orders were accurate. We even danced when we had birthday party on Tuesday. Keep it up good customer experience. Good management
A. D.
Very nice informal atmosphere with great quality food at a normal price. It is a family restaurant, usually very busy, but the staff are quick and really friendly. We tried several pizzas and canneloni pasta, both were very fresh and delicious. There is also a variety of good desserts!
Z.
My family and I have been coming to La Artista for some 15 years now, and we've never had an issue. The staff are great, the food is decently priced and tastes fantastic. If it's your first time going it can get quite loud, and if the lights ever turn off, it's someone's birthday. If you want something low key and quiet, this isn't the place for you. Still one of my favourite restaurants.
l. V.
Love the place feels very at home and the staff are very friendly they are great to hold birthdays and any large gatherings (((but very loud which if u like more quite places I suggest not going))) but they are welcoming and will fit you somewhere even when there is no space. Been a few times and love it there
P. D.
I was let down by justeat with a different restaurant so phoned these guys and ordered, 10mins later I collected the food. Nice pizzas. Thanks
L. B.
Warm, friendly and has that buzz that that a good old fashioned Italian restaurant gives you the moment you walk in through the door, it promotes itself as a ristorante - pizzeria, but to me it is a trattoria in the best traditions, the food is simple, well cooked and served in the generous proportions you know that a good Italian restaurant will deliver every time, after much deliberation, we finally decided on the fusilli allORTOLANA a delicious simple meal of pasta with a tasty tomato sauce, with garlic, courgettes, peppers and aubergine topped off with black pepper and a large helping of parmesan cheese, the bowl was huge and the food was hot, the pasta was perfectly cooked and the vegetables were on the right side of aldente, all washed down with a glass of pinot grigio rosé wine ( nicely chilled ), I am no stranger to Italian restaurants having grown up in London's little Italy, I was was born just of leather lane in the heart of clerkenwell, which in the sixties was s thriving Italian community, I have eaten in many trattoria over the years and have had the pleasure of visiting trattoria in Naples and even had a lunch in the visitor centre in Pompeii, on this trip I left the city of London and headed north to golders green to a restaurant highly recommended by my friend from the suburbs, I was in the mood for a great Italian lunch and since she has visited L'artista many times how could I resist the chance of visiting an old style trattoria, the restaurant is a stone's throw from golders green station located under a railway bridge, do not be put off by the location, this is a seriously good restaurant, a place to go with family and friends for a relaxing afternoon or evening, where the service is unhurried and you can take your time eating and chatting, my friend was right to recommended this restaurant, I left there Full up and happy to have gone to one of the best Italian restaurants I have ever been to.
A. M.
These guys were great, I was so shocked that it’s a franchise, it felt like a family run business (which it still technically is to be fair) the waitress, whom I did not get the name of, was fantastic and so welcoming! The pasta was phenomenal, and the house wine was surprisingly lovely too! Would recommend for anyone who wants a great Italian meal at a great price!
A. R.
The service was good, the food was delicious, but I would skip the dessert next time (these looked nice, but nothing worth the calories)
H. G.
Friendly staff and best pizza in the town 🍕😉 I recommended to everyone
F. K.
service was amazing and the staff were very attentive however the food was quite bland and not as good as other Italian restaurants I've been too. however that could just be based on what I ordered on the menu, on the whole its a nice restaurant ;)
A. G.
Really excellent, truly Italian restaurant. Good food. Good portions & good service. Noisy as an Italian restaurant should be!
A. J.
Very friendly, good food and good vibes what else you need more?!
S. M.
We had a great birthday party here, lovely staff , delicious food, clean place, highly recommended 👍👍
S. B.
Good services and amazing food.
M. T.
Really good prices and big portions! I always go home with a very full tummy, you won’t be disappointed haha 😆🍝
Very nice atmosphere and the staff is very friendly too.
D. K.
Went here with my wife a few weeks ago amazing food the bruschetta was 😍 and the pizza is on another level.
D. F.
Excellent food, great service. Be sure to book as it's always busy (for good reason!)
A. P.
Very nice place. Very big too didn't expect so much rooms to be honest. Food is ok nothing especial I'm sure it could be nicer... Staff friendly. Drink also not to bad. I had profiteroles as dessert and they were stunning and we'll presented was the best course of my meal. Very cheap price, so if you are looking for something not to fancy and cheap that's your place.
I. C.
Crowded and noisy place. Food is okay. Good sense of community if you're Italian.
S. R.
Love their 4 stagioni pizza! Very friendly staff that will even show you how their great pizza is done!
p. m.
Probably as good as it has always been with a warm and friendly atmosphere typical of such Italian establishment.A welcoming giant portion of pizza garlic bread welcomes you if you so desire. The portions are generous and tasty. The exterior garden allows comfortable and safe al fresco dining. The tiramisu, probably the ultimate goal for those with a sweet tooth.
Z. Z.
Great pizza for family dinner at home, but what a mess for a party! Ordered 10 pizzas for my son's picnic last saturday, the delivery came with... One! If you've ever been to the party of 20 seven-year olds, you'll know that even 10 minutes food delay can be rather frustrating. So we had to have cake first while my husband drove to the restaurant to pick up the pizzas. Never again!..
B. S.
Very good service pizza pastas excellent and garlic pizza bread taste amazing
D. T.
Good food, large portions, quick service and a good vibe overall. Will recommend!
M. J.
Delicious Italian food and drinks, highly recommend this place
D. A.
Had a lovely dinner with my girlfriends, we ordered calzone, margherita pizza and a seafood pasta, all of which tasted rather good! The pizza wasn't the most authentic tasting one I've had but alas, it was alright, I much preferred the seafood pasta that we ordered. Although, the start to our meal was really bizarre as it was someone's birthday and as fun as it seemed, having staff pass your table bashing loud drums and instruments is not something I would enjoy when sitting and catching up with my friends over a meal. I was expecting more of an authentic Italian feel which I simply didn't feel as much. Still a nice place to go.
Y. P.
We ordered lamb chop and pizza, both were very good and satisfying, totally beyond what we expected. Highly recommend if you are looking for an Italian place to indulge in.
P. P.
Fantastic old school Italian, fast service, nice vibe, real Italian menu and of course great food, you won't leave hungry!
M.
Great food, convenient location (but not always somewhere to park) - Golders Green tube station on the Northern Line is within walking distance and lots of buses too! Service was very quick and atmosphere lovely too!
z. f.
Just love this place. Been going there for over 20years.
A. S.
Massive menu, always busy and popular, some very authentic Italian dishes, lively atmosphere.
Seats approx 200 so this isn't a quiet little taverna.
B. C.
I love this place. The atmosphere in the restaurant is always lively, the staff are brilliant, but the highlight can only be the rigatoni picchio pacchio - what a dish.
J. H.
Truly fantastic family run restaurant. Me and my partner go here as our local Italian restaurant quite often and it never disappoints. Even during COVID restrictions It always has a great atmosphere and the food is always fantastic. HUGE portion sizes, always piping HOT and very reasonably priced. Would particularly recommend for birthday bookings as they quite literally make a big noise for you!
J. S.
The food was excellent but....we booked for 7pm, turned up on time, walked into the restaurant and were shooed out to wait in a queue outside. Despite booking a table, we were told we could eat elsewhere if we didn't want to queue. Once we got in, all was fine. Restrictions have just lifted and waiter looked very stressed but no good reason to be so rude.
M. L.
Excellent place. Good quality food. Very nice service. They kindly replaced a dish for me that I didn’t like and they did not charge me extra. Happy to come again and recommend.
M. M.
I've been going there over 40 years Italian rest, atmosphere, hygiene staff are brilliant A1 Service you've tried the rest but not the Best only go GOLDERS GREEN Branch was at WATFORD Service no good some staff not professional, tables left with food more than 15 mins food burnt no good.
Z. B.
Great food Marko Sergio all the workers they are lovely and kind from TEDESCO
R. H.
Food was lovely. I got exactly what I was expecting. Price was reasonable too
A. A.
New to the area and first time eating from here. Ordered a take away and what a lovely experience. We ordered pizza & pasta. All the food was lovely. One of the best Italian places i’ve eaten from! The food quality and taste is really superb. This is now going to be a regular place to eat from for us.
Ordered the funghi pizza, garlic pizza bread, tomato pizza bread, penne all’arrabbiata! All great quality, great portions and great taste!
E. B.
What can I say about this restaurant?
It is awesome! Few star above to justify how much I like this place.
They deserve 10 stars!
The guys are amazing and the calzones are out of this world!
I am a customer for more than 25 years now.
The only issue is, they are a bit far from my home.
Keep the good food and atmosphere guys! You are excellent!
C. N.
A friendly and casual local restaurant. Never disappointed.
H. K.
Good pizza and parmigiano, but the you can only get beers in half pints!
C. p.
I’ve been going here since I was a child but never got takeaway til this evening. Had the tagliatelle marinara and my husband had penne with chicken and mushrooms. Food is still fantastic, portions are enormous, support them through lockdown, you won’t regret it!
D. G.
One of the best pizza in London. And nice other Italian food, served by original Italian chef
Z. K.

The best pizza that ever had in London!
Hats off to the guy that made my pizza, I'm a chef myself with 20 years of experience and I was just amazed with my pizza! Everything fresh and you can see that the guy puts his heart on it! If could give 10 🌟 I would! I definitely recommend!
D. C.
Great food. Plenty of it Great staff.
Soupa de Pasta et Fagioli the best.
Terrific Value
A. A.
Went here after going to Wembley for England-Croatia with my old uni housemate Ryan
We got fries, which came first as we discussed the game from Wembley England vs Croatia
Then the pizzas we ordered arrived, which was great as the chips managed to stave off our hunger. As we tucked into the pizza we discussed the game earlier which we saw at Wembley (it was England & Croatia to kick off Group D of Euro 2020)
The pizza was large and definitely satisfied us, just like England's performance earlier on against Croatia
D. P.
I like their Arabiatta sauce. Drinks are good too 👍
R. P.
Great food, nice ambiance. We felt right at home.
L. P.
Clean and spacious restaurant. Delicious food and friendly service. Weekend evenings restaurant gets very busy would recommend reservation for the table, to avoid waiting.

Have been going for many years. And never fail to amaze. The portions are always great. The food always amazing. The staff always with a smile. Great atmosphere there really is nothing to fault. Highly Recommend.

This is the best Italian restaurant I've ever been to, including every Italian restaurant I've been to in Italy! This is our family favourite, we go several times a month. Kid friendly with kids portions of our favourite dishes and they can adapt them to their taste. If it's the birthday of someone in your party and let the waiters know they'll bring out the band to celebrate with dessert!
K. P.
I really liked this italian. It seemed authentic and my favourite part was that they had an extensive pasta menu which a vegetarian could only dream off! We paid 21 each for three courses including drinks.
Portion sizes are good. The mains were more than sufficient. We had a mozzarella salad and bruschetta starter. I had a pesto and courgette linguini. I liked but wished the pesto had more flavour. It felt bland for me. My friend had a lasagna. I thought it tasted better than my main!
For dessert we had a hazelnut ice cream sundae. The dessert menu is extensive.
I would definitely come back. It's a really good place to go for vegetarians and provides good value.
I would suggest to book. We ate at 1 but by the time we left at 3 there was a queue!
G. C.
I've been coming to this place since I was a little girl with my parents, it's the best place for Italian food. Great vibe even with covid, staff are always friendly, funny and just overall doing their best to make sure you enjoy your experience and meal.
The food is always worth it, I highly recommend the garlic pizza bread and the fried zucchini, DIVINE. Their tiramisu is the best I've ever had. I love pasta but everytime I visit I always end up having pizza as there is literally no pizza like anywhere else I've tried.
Above all else the portion sizes are so generous, all of it is great value for money.
T.
very nice and tasty food, great staff and a nice environment!!! 👌💯
L. J.
Absolutley gorgeous amazing food good size portions friendly staff I cannot recommend enough
C. F.
Great place, love it always, Golders Green, always friendly 😀 x lovely food always x
B. b.
Good, genuine Italian food. Good portions. Nice outside seating to rear. Never mind the tube trains!
L. B.
Great prices and good food, quite a big menu, the place has this sort of vintage tacky looks that works with the style. Could have done without the loud summer hits music
D. B.
Very nice food and excelent friendly service
C. P.
Great place good food . Lovely staff.
M. Y.
Probably one of the top 10 pizza restaurants in London? Taste, music and over all the atmosphere is amazing. Recommended!
L. S.
Wonderful food! Nice staff
A. M.
This place is amazing. I can’t describe it in words. The food here and the staff, excel every expectation! We love Italy, we visit Italy at least twice a year, we pove Italian food and the italian people. Comming here is like taking a trip to Italy, the moment you walk in the door, feels like you crossed the border and you enter another world; a world where people are friendly, everyone is smiling, everyone wants to make your experience unique and unforgetable! We love this place to bits!!! The food!!! Let us not forget the food!!! IT IS OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! It is Italy on a plate, it is traditional, it is made with love and care, it is made to touch your soul and bathe your taste buds in the taste of the mediterranean!!! I highly recommend this place!!!!!!
D. C.
Food was great and really wonderful, for a evening out ,I would give it 5 starts but the only drawback was that the fold was really oily and greasy.
D.
Went there on a really busy Sunday afternoon, regardless I didn't book a table, after only five minutes, the prompt staff find a table for us. We ordered a salad, two different fish dishes and a pasta. The salad was a really massive portion and very nice presented, both the fish were delicious, the pasta not really Al dente but was understandable, because maybe I didn't specify that and the restaurant was too busy. A bit too loud and too much noises, but regardless all, good service and food.
J. A.
Delicious food
Good atmosphere
Very friendly staff
H. S.
Awesome place. Atmosphere is great.
Food quality and quantity wroth the price.
Get there early or book your table or you will not get it or will need to wait long time on queue to be seat during busy days and time.
P.
This is how I remember Italian restaurants in the 1970's. Good food, good service and wonderful staff.
K. M.
Good food, very average service.
M. M.
The food is good but not great. We had the same dishes twice and once it was really good and the next a bit disappointing, maybe it depends on the chef! There is a good vibe and we always enjoy going there. The waiters are nice with an infinite patience.
R. H.
I've had many a happy night in this place, and beautiful birthdays aswell. But with out a doubt it's the friendliest family experience around. And by far the best Italian grub,
But I've also had a not so nice experience, but they resolved it straight away,
s. w.
Very good food. We eat here quite often but you have to get used to the noise of the other diners. Very good value for money.
The pizzas are very very good and of a decent size. The service was great too. Will happily go back.
r. t.
Still one of the consistently good Italian restaurants in North London.
Huge portions, and the best pizzas anywhere. Great value.
It is usually busy- surprise suprise-so be prepared to queue. It will be worth it.
m. c.
Lovely staff and food
Always entertained motherflowers!
J. E.
Very nice Italian food at extremely reasonable prices. They were able to sit our large group during a reasonably busy period with no issues. Staff are also very friendly. Definitely recommended for their pizzas.
L. M.
Super exquisite little Italian restaurant 😌
Big portions of food as a great welcoming and a feel of fresh Italian air !!!! Simply 💯
Y. M.
Amazing food and really good service. The waiters offer desserts with candles for birthdays and they sing happy birthday.
R. S.
This is our favourite eating place by far, and we come here pretty much every week - frequently more than once!
The food is excellent, with good sized portions and a sensible price. The atmosphere is super: fun and friendly. Typical Italian. The staff greet us regulars with warm handshakes and kisses. We bring all our friends here too.
L'Artista is bouncing back after lockdown. The food is just as good as before, the staff are still hard working and lovely, and we all love it!
I vote this place 10 out of the maximum 5!
d.
Very generous portions and delicious food
D. H.
Fantastic Sunday pizza and Spaghetti Bolognese with good friends and their young kids. Such friendly and attentive service (thanks to the lovely Vanessa) at great value prices. Highly recommended and can't wait to come back. Bellissimo!
B. R.
Even though we sat outside in our coats according to government regulations, we took our own cutlery and cups to be even safer, it was still nice to eat out after the lockdowns.
P. D.
Very good, but also very noisy
D. B.
Usually completely heaving, it's big, it's noisy, not a romantic place! But so popular and just opposite Golders Green tube. The food is absolutely fabulous and reasonably priced. Side salad a bit unexciting - don't bother with that but everything else well worth a visit.
S.
Had a delicious meal myself, but my girlfriend didn’t enjoy the pizza. The owner struck it off the bill without us even asking. Only improvement I can suggest to the service is to ask us why we didn’t like it. Nevertheless, we were happy with the service given. With regards to the pizza, the quality was spot on, she just wasn’t a fan of the meat.
M. S.
If you live in the area then you know L'artista. It's been around for decades, did great stonebaked, dare I say authentic Italian pizza before most others(I'm not Italian, but I have visited many times.) Nowadays the general levels of pizza have improved markedly across the city, but unfortunately after my most recent trip, I have to say that here, they are in danger of being overtaken. Last night the pizza was disappointing. Not crispy, honestly, "almost undercooked", was the table's conclusion. Much like Italy in general, perhaps, L'artista seems to It have lost something of its former glory.
One thing I have to say in their defence, was the other great portion sizes, and on point pasta and other dishes. The vibrant atmosphere is reason enough to visit. Full of Italians, (probably a far better seal of approval than any I can give.)It is far from bad, very far, but in comparison with others, I just want them to notch the bar back up where it belongs. The top!
Guys, just throw another log in the wood fire oven! Bring back the Crisp. We miss you!
E. H.
excellent environment, clean and welcoming friendly and respectful staff, excellent food quality price in the norm I recommend to go there thanks a lot to all the really friendly and sunny staff !!
S. M.
Friendly service. Tasty food and absolutely massive portions
D.
Food was good and it's a nice place and they even gave a discount when asked, as pizzas came 15mins after everyone else's food, we did have a big group though. Had a slight confusion about vegetarian with staff but they've confirmed over email that the mozzarella is vegetarian and correctly marked on menus.
O. H.
Very nice and pleasant staff, the food (i had a Pizza) was quite honestly, outstandingly nice and a very very large portion. I think one pizza will easily serve 2 people. The one problem i had which looses one star is that the staff is not very attentive. When we sat down, it took 15 minutes for any member of staff to come over to ask if we would like drinks.
K. K.
I love it. Price is great and portion is always good. I don't think I could count how many times I have been there. Place can be very noisy at times so I prefer early hours. Definitely the busiest restaurant in the area and no wonder why...
Birthday celebrations are super loud... maybe they could try a different theme... Staff is usually busy but reasonably friendly.
A. M.
Fantastic service, both me and my fiancee were in today. We ordered a cow zone and a spaghetti alle bolognese. Perfect portions. Still stuffed 2 hours later. Friendly and clean. Thank you. Well deserved £5 tip
O. S.
Very good food
Very good service
Needs booking
Medium reasonable prices
One in golders green and one in watford town centre
Worth a dinner
F. A.
Lovely food. Large portions. Well Priced.
The only issue is the level of noise.
Between the underground line going over, the partying people, the exceptionally loud Happy Birthday music every few minutes, the cheerful music... The chances or enjoying your food in peace and quiet are NIL.
At some point we gave up and moved to the garden for dessert. It was almost bearable if not being constantly smoked on.
Still, probably worth the headache.
M. B.
Used to be a really nice local family restaurant, where the quality, price and service was all great - that was 25 years ago when I last went. Now it's ok for families, where kids will eat anything. More like a fast food Italian nowadays- the youre of place where they get you in, give you the bare minimum, charge as much as possible within reason, and get you out again
A. R.
Always great food and big portions. No frills - you look at the menu, you order food and they bring you the food. You eat food, pay for the food and go. They shout a lot. Don't expect to be schmoozed by the owner. Don't expect them to ask about your holidays. Don't tell them when it's your birthday. Don't go for a quiet business lunch.
e. l.
Many options if your vegan or other dietary needs. I ordered dairy free option and it still tasted delicious.
There are a few things that let the restaurant down. One of them being too loud and you couldn't have a conversation with the person you're with. Secondly, the tables too close to one another making it very crowded.
Nonetheless, I would come back again to try out more of the menu.
R. S.
Reasonably priced, cheerful restaurant offering good food consistently. Been there for years and I must have eaten there at least 50 times. Always good food! A bit noisy but in a happy way. They don't take reservations so sometimes it has a queue. It clears quite quickly though. The service is seriously hit and miss. One day they can't do enough for you, another they all seem to be in a mood!
F. I.
I always enjoy eating here. Very authentic food
a.
Great service, great food, great atmosphere
R. G.
Great Italian food. Fast and simple
H. P.
Amazing as always. Never had better Italian food anywhere else. Always pleasant
R. P.
Well guys, I would like to share my favorite Pizza and Pasta place! Great service, excellent food every time! And yes they do make a fuss when you have a birthday, they sing for you - all the staff! Enjoy the food and I am sure you will agree with me.
A. A. T.
We arrived early at 7pm,the restaurant was bursting at the seams. Typically Italian, hard walks so sound bouncing, noisy but fun. I have a large appetite but the portions were so generous, I left half of each of my two courses. Service of 10% included in tbe bill of £58 which included £25 of wine. We left around 9pm and people were still queuing, I hoped they weren't the same people.
We'll go back again. That's a yes!
R. F.
Great authentic (hand made) pizzas cooked in clay oven! Not the best for Pasta or other meat dishes but portions are always extremely generous so you won't need to order a starter unless you're REALLY hungry! Always busy (which is good sign!?) & service very good for an Italian restaurant! (but be warned - you pay compulsory service charges!) Can be expensive if you have more than just main & soft drinks (standard with Italian restaurants!!!). Parking is pretty bad unless you use very expensive public car park next door or are prepared for a 10 minute walk! If you don't have pizza I only recommend the fish mains for taste, everything else pretty bland (& we've been coming here for years, do have tried almost everything!)
J. N.
We have been coming here for years with our entire extended family. It’s a great place for big family meals. The food is good and the portions are extremely generous. The waiters always seem to cope with our table of 12 people which I find impressive and the food appears at lightning speed. A great place for s birthday too as they switch the lights off and bang drums so our kids love it.
Our favourite dishes are the schnitzel (scaloppine milenese) and the spag bol. Pizzas are great as well as garlic pizza bread is a must.
It’s a staple of Golder’s Green, just under the train line so don’t be put off by the location. A firm favourite of locals.
C. C.
Very good customer service great experience thank Mauricio
O. L.
When I was a little boy I used to live across the road from this restaurant. This used to be my favourite place. I just had dinner here and can say that the experience has not changed. Great food and wonderful, friendly service. Do yourself a favour and go there.
S. J.
Good food, amazing staff
M. K.
We are customers of L'artista many years now. The food is authentic, huge portions and great prices. Thank you!
A. K.
Tasty pizzas at a decent price! Wait isn't too long, but sometimes you have to wait to sit down on busy days. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. However, as it's often pretty crowded, it can be noisy, especially as the building is quite echoey, so it can be hard to hear people. Some of the food was too salty.
P.
Love the food there. I always come back. Always full and not only full but full with Italian families that tells you the food there is really proper. Italian owner and service. You have to wait about 30 mins for food when is busy but is worth the wait. The atmosphere is amazing great for family dinners.
W. H.
Big portions, standard pricing and a cheerful, relaxed, family friendly atmosphere (look out for the cheesy music and banging drums on someone's birthday). There are a couple of good dishes - the garlic pizza bread is a must - but considering the price I would usually expect a little more in terms of quality.
The staff are friendly and helpful and they have everything you would expect from a family run Italian - just don't expect wonders.
A. T.
Not only did we have to queue, but the place was packed and people were queuing all the time we were there, about two plus hours. Hustle and bustle and, like most Italian restaurant, hard walls - so the noise was loud. Giving an air of excitement. And like many italian family run restaurants, they encourage kids. We'll go again but not too often as the portions are rather large and I could hardly move afterwards.
P. N.
Fantastic place, very busy, which is always positive, it does not mean that they compromise on quality, as food was delicious. Had issue with parking and waiter sort out a space for me ! Highly recommend!
Little note : one of the waiters that was looking after our table should smile a bit more ;)
S. G.
I've been coming here for over 10 years and there's no other Italian restaurant that beats L'artista for me. The service is very friendly and welcoming which puts a smile on your face. The food is absolutely delicious, portions are generous and all for a reasonable price! I will continue to visit L'artisa forever!
k. c.
Food is always good but make allowance for mistakes. Tonight one missed out on their food because of wrong order and the right one never came. Servers are always cherry and fun so all was forgiven. Good value for money place.
J. M.
Good food but a Warning!
Have been coming here for over 25 years with family and friends. Always enjoyed the food and relaxed family atmosphere. On our last visit we were shocked to discover that they had added a few pounds onto the final bill total by changing it on the till computer. Only because we added up the items individually ourselves did we realise.
When we confronted the waiter he didn’t bat an eyelid or apologise but changed it back and printed a new ‘correct’ receipt, so must have known what he was doing. Not sure if it’s just one waiter doing this or all the staff, but it’s completely unacceptable.
They may well have done this or continue to do this to other diners, but few realise because they only add a few pounds to the total and most diners assume that because it’s a computerised receipt it’s automatically added up correctly. Its a real shame because the food is good but I would advise anyone eating here to check their bill adds up, so you don’t get cheated.
s. s.
I gave coming here with my partner and family for umpteen years since 1988 and you really you do get great pizza. One of the best in the UK and it is very good value for money. Do make it a pit stop before you leave London. Was there only yesterday evening ....🍺😎🍺
i.
Very good italian restaurant.
E. T.
Place is always packed which means food is great. Pizzas are very tasty and really remind me of pizzas you can get in Italy.
Service is friendly and quick. Reservations extremely advised every day of the week.
R. T. M.
L’ Artista in Golders Green - Amazing !
I Love this place, been a client for over 15 years.
The “home style food” that they serve here, is amazing, very tasty and always clean.
We do miss Antonio on the floor but we also have Marco on floor, that always looks after us.
Great food with lots of dishes with reasonable price, so this really is a casual place to indulge your tummy and looks after your wallet !
I can not recommend it enough!
Best garlic bread and best spaghetti Bolognese anywhere that I have ever been.
Mirko and Marco are such hard workers the best I have ever seen, and also, very helpful !

A. D. C.
I love the food in this restaurant. It is a proper Italian restaurant with big portions. I really feel at home. The service is good and quick. The staff is amazing. Thank you everyone, I'm always very satisfied. Grazie a tutti
A. G.
Lovely food. Very bad service.
They forgot my food, told us we was liars and said we never reserved a table.
My 1st experience here was great but tonight ruined my night and I was out celebrating a new job! Safe to say I wont be coming back.
J. S.
If you are looking for real italian food then look no further this place is epic you ways know if a place is good when you are the only family who doesn't speak italian. Highly recommend
D. M.
Very good and did all they could in the cold outside. Some heaters would help. Why only 4. But defo 4.5, but not an option.
D. C.
This busy classic South Italian restaurant, offers great friendly Great service... Waiters really energetic and crossing about speaking Italian as loud as they can :) The portions are one of the most generous I have ever seen in London and the most important, food is great.
And also, very affordable.
Sergiooo !!!
J. F. (.
Best Italian food in Golders Green and surrounding areas hands down! Very warm vibe and popular with the birthday crowd as they go all out with drums and tambourines to sing. Pizza is excellent and keep coming back for the Lartista Special with prosciutto and rocket.
r.
Very nice Italian feel. Start with a cold seafood salad, then a pasta. All well cooked. The restaurant under a bridge arch, little bit sound every 5 to 10 mins. But, it is lower than customers' talking sound. Smile staff give all of your need within minutes. I will be there again .
E. C.
If what you are looking for is a good pizza or Italian food and you don't mind a bit of noise, this is a good place. Not gourmet but nice and quite authentic. Service is good and prices are really reasonable. I visit regularly.
S. P.
L'artista Is the place where an Italian in London feels home. The staff is incredibly nice and friendly, tasty food and fair price for the quality. Little bit overcrowded during weekends but if you reserve the table no problems at all.
R. B.
Authentic Italian food. Big portions, thin and delicious pizzas, really good price. Great service. Always full so book if you can. Takeaway also available
O. B.
This is the best pizzeria in London most definitely. Waiters can be funny sometimes but it goes with Italian charm. Wish they had more locations around central London like they used to.
G. F.
Singing staff, authentic food. Great stuff all round.
B. R.
Great Pizza & pasta & great atmosphere, but the service is a bit mixed. Most of the staff are working really hard but some are really slow and you can end up waiting at the entrance for some time for no apparent reason.
M. T.
Food is great but the service is a meh. The manager put us in the back where there are a bunch of kids running around and shouting their guts out. It was so loud. I just wish they could give us the seats in the front since there are plenty that are vacant. I guess they are saving that for their vip customers. Hehe. But the food is amazing. From antipasti starters, rissotto and pizza. It's really good. But i got out of the restaurant full with a busted ear. Hehe.
M. R.
Good food and nice atmosphere
J. P. T.
L’artista may look like an ordinary Italian restaurant from the outside, however the food and service is are anythinf but!
I wandered in with my parents on a Saturday for lunch and was greeted by a friendly staf who leaded us to a table and left us a few minutes to think about our decisions. The waitress was obliging and helpful answering our questions with assurance.
An incredible aroma of baking pizza embraced us during the short wait. Startes came first and the tasteful plates cought our eyes. To our surprise, the taste was nothing but amazing! A bomb of flavors on the salad tricolore and bruchetta. Eager to dig in our mains, the pizza Veggie and salmon pasta lived up to exceeded our expectations. The creamy pasta with a palatable taste to salmon made my mouth water... They were quite lavish adding a bunch of salmon. Not only was huge the pizza but exquisite...
Have a go and pamper yourself! You won’t regret!
C. B.
The portions of food are quite big and tasty. When ordering ice-cream, I would recommend to get the 5-scoop one, especially if you are with friends. It makes a great shared-dessert! :)
j. k.
Best Italian in North London. Can't get enough their Gamberoni con fungi starter which is prawns with mushrooms in an amazing sauce with fresh bread. Absolutely delicious whatever you choose, guaranteed.
A. E.
Fantastic food and service from this real italian place. if you don't book, expect to wait for a table, this place is always busy.
Seriously fast food (well my pizza was anyway). Tasty and great value.
F. C.
Great staff and suuuuper good food!!! 🤩🤩
r. m.
Best pizza in the area. Top staff. Awesome place overall.
M. S.
Great service and amazing food, we just loved it. The waiters were friendly and very supportive. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend..The best place to eat so far in Golders Green..
E. P.
Just a great no frills Italian with a typically huge menu, super lovely team and delicious food. Special treat if it is anyone’s birthday, makes me smile every time
C. C.
Nice staff and food is amazing
B. P.
Great place to eat and celebrate . I visit the place for many years now, very professional staff, kind, and happy to service. Tonight the quality of the food was not good. What a shame
S. R.
Not what it used to be. As we got there for dinner staff were eating cake instead of serving tables. The manager then said he would seat us in an empty restaurant and 5 minutes later we were still waiting to be seated.
The food was good though!
A. H.
Amazed I haven't reviewed this place until now. We LOVE L'Artista. Found it when we lived in the area. We have since moved, and I go back to pick up take away once a month! Cannot overstate how much we enjoy this restaurant. Well worth your time!
R. R.
Best italian food outside of Italy in a friendly family-run environment. Recommend the rigatoni picho pasho but everything is a rich sense of culinary delights.
Service is excellent and the only disadvantage is the limited parking as there are only about 8 parking spaces allocated to the restaurant.
+ reasonably priced
+ family/child friendly
+ close to station
- limited parking
N. H.
Very good, authentic Italian food. Frequented by Italian customers, which is always a good sign. Excellent, good humoured service. Quite a noisy environment within enthusiastic diners packed in.
T. U.
Been here quite a few times now.
Absolutely lovely food, great staff and a nice atmosphere. And birthdays there is a hoot and a half!
One of the best places for authentic Italian food.
R. M. P.
Very family orientated restaurant, good food and excellent staff makes the dinning experience so pleasurable.
L. U.
Was amazing, still amazing!
Good food, nice staff, and not too much else to say!
(If you go there, try out their carbonara. Absolutely delicious!)
C. A.
I haven't been here for about 20 years and I was pleasantly surprised. The waiters were friendly, strong wi-fi and a huge bowl of pasta at a really affordable price (about £8) I also ordered off menue as I fancied vongole and they bent over backwards to please. Would definitely go out of my way to come here again
b.
Fantastic well established Italian restaurant and pizzeria. Friendly staff and really good food, well priced. Booking advisable especially at weekends or groups as a very popular eatery. Caters extremely well for children.
J. Z.
Delicious food, a bit pricey drinks
s. _.
The best Italian restaurant in North London. Cheerful staff and nice Italian food.
k. B.
Superb food, very warm and friendly place. Lovely to go with full family. Its huge, so big groups can be accommodated easily
V. v.
Best place for pizza and other traditional Italian dishes. Very buzzing atmosphere with busy waiters and lots of people talking if you make this a weekend haunt. Restaurant is situated under a bridge near Golders green tube, with the occasional train, giving it an extra atmospheric buzz. Come here is you want an italian experience with fast served pizza and great food at great prices. Birthdays are always a lively experience. Drop a waitor a line and before you know it youl be surrounded by waiters bashing and banging tambourines in carcophonic sound madness! All courtesy of the Lartista experience.
N. N.
Good food, big portions, crowded most of the time. If you are unlucky enough to find a birthday party you can see the staff acting like apes, banging in pots and pans, thinking that is what a restaurant should do.
B. C.
A pizza to share and ravioli bolognese, and a drink. You can learn Italian if you go twice a week
D. S.
Love it! Great food, joyful atmosphere, wonderful staff! Been coming here over 10 years every week.
J. F. j.
Wonderful food. Feels like in Italy, but the service definitely far from the meal quality. If you don't bother with it's ok.
H. S.
Flamboyant Italian restaurant with great tasting food. Very busy from the word go, so takes time to get the food. Portions are generous. The restaurant is basic and good to go and eat, not to impress.
G. K.
it is the best place where you can enjoy a birthday, a celebration, a reunion, or a simply dinner. The staff is wonderful and makes you feel like you are in a small family. Everything it's awesome. ❤
P.
One of the best Italian restaurants in London. Grilled sea bass is my favourite! They have good selections of pizzas and pasta.
Staff are very friendly!
F.
Italo-London Restaurant . I really enjoy my dinner at L Artista. It's look like SPANISH design. But it's Italian restaurant.. lovely food . Lovely staff
A. I.
Food is pretty good but really its the atmosphere that makes this place. Lively and bustling. Occationally the whole building shakes when a train goes over the top (its under a bridge) but I love that!
M. W.
Great pizzas. Was very busy when we went (Sunday afternoon) and so a bit noisy. When I next go, it'll be at a quieter time
R. O.
Very friendly staff, proper independent Italian food and huge tasty pizzas. Can get a bit noisy with kids and music, TV etc and not too cosy for a romantic meal but good for other occasions. V close to Golders Green tube.
E. M.
Amazing food! The best pasta I've had in a long time. Great service and prices. Will definitely come back
Y. S.
This place has been going strong for decades. We personally have been there first time about 25 years ago and this is still one of our favourite places in north London. Italian owner makes the difference.
K. J.
One of my favourite restaurants. Staff are super friendly and atmosphere is so good. Reasonably priced food. Personal favourite is the Ravioli alla Florentina
F. B.
Food is great (excellent taste in big portions), service is excellent (especially if you speak Italian), and on top prices are reasonable.
PS: I went on a Saturday night and people were queuing for a table, so make sure you book a table in advance
c. c.
Highly recommended. Tasty food , good value for money and great customer service. This place even it’s so big , it’s always very busy - obviously for a reason !
T.
Busy and noisy but great portions again as usual.Food literally came less than 5 minutes after order placed but tasted fresh so ?? Did not rush us out as we thought they might....
J. M.
Fantastic place hidden beneath Northern Line.
If you want a true experience on an Italian eatery you should come here. The food is good and prices are ok. The staff is amazing.
B. M.
A "genuine" Italian restaurant under the railway bridge opposite Golders Green station (which somehow enhances the atmosphere) Good Italian food, friendly staff, excellent fast service. Great cosy atmosphere (though can be a bit noisy) Inside and outside seating
V. A.
Always lovely fresh food...their garlic bread pizza is amazing
J. W.
It's properly old school Italian. Great food, massive portions, film posters on the wall and trinkets that are completely out of context and make no sense. Proper Italian service (as others have mentioned)
E. P.
This is a nice family run Italian restaurant. Menu covers good selection of pizza and pasta, good value for money. By the end of the meal, they serve limoncello for free.
U. C.
The best Italian restaurant in London
p. m.
The food here are amazing! i loved the pasta but ofcourse theres a variety of food to choose from. the stuff working are very approachable, and friendly making you feel welcomed. recommended.
M. A.
Amazing food ! The best pasta I've had in a long time. Great service and prices. Will come back thanks
J. E.
Just as great as every time I visited it.
Really nice place with good food at a reasonable price too.
J. K.
Been regular customer for the past 12 years and their Gamberony can't compare to anywhere in London. Genuine Italian cuisine with lovely personnel and fantastic selection of dishes.
A. M.
Great food at a good price. One star down because of the staff's slightly boorish manner but it may be down to the place being always crazily busy
d. w.
Excellent food, staff and atmosphere. Prices not too bad . Even the waiting time is not too long considering how busy it gets!
A. H.
WHAT CAN I SAY ABOUT THIS PLACE.....SIMPLY THE BEST ITALIAN RESTAURANT IN LONDON, IN UK AND PROBABLY IN EUROPE......
FOOD IS AMAZING, STAFF ARE AMAZING, PORTIONS ARE AMAZING....SIMPLY PUT....EVERYTHING IS AMAZING IN HERE.
WENT THERE FIRST TIME WITH FRIENDS OVER A YEAR AGO, NOW THIS IS OUR FAVOURITE PLACE AND WE GO ALMOST EVERY 2-3 WEEKS.
A. “. Z.
Their soups and pizzas are amazing, especially Stracciatella.
Δ.
You look at the menu, you order food and they bring you the food. You eat food, pay for the food and go..
Always great food and big portions. No frills
C. B.
Great food, service and prices
R. M.
Really nice food, excellent service...
Made the birthday girl feel very special.
N. V.
I have been going here since I was 5 years old, it was here that I discovered my love for Italian food. Exceptional level of service, amazing atmosphere
c. N.
Best bolognese ever and pizza top quality cant wait to go back their also very friendly staff
M.
Magnificent! I would eat here every day if I could.
Waiters are friendly, the portions are generous and the bill was surprising (for all the right reasons, very affordable).
N. A.
Amazing food and very friendly staff.
N. P.
The food is of great quality and the price is very reasonable. There is always a queue to get in and people don't always respect that. I think this should be more organised. But great Italian restaurant!
S. H.
Love the Calzone and the home made Tiramisu. The best Tiramisu I have ever tasted, I always have to take one away to eat the next day. 😊
J. P.
An excellent pizza place just moments from Golders Green tube station. It is open into the late hours so perfect if you are coming home late. I always tend to get the Quattro Stagioni pizza, but I haven't yet had a bad one there. If you do go for a sit down meal and order starters and main courses the only problem you'll encounter is having too much food.
E. O.
Delicious pizza and reasonably priced. Anytime I’ve ever been the restaurant is packed, but that usually indicates that everyone else agrees the foods delicious.
E. F.
Pizza is very average, much better places to get nearby. Service wasn't great took a long time to come.
m.
expect quality food here, always pleasant. Only disappointment is this restaurant is situated very close to the tube station & you can always here when the train goes by (It's distracting & spoils the experience a little but not the restaurants fault).
T. C.
Great environment, nice staff and amazing italian food! As a regular costumer, I totally recommend this place to all Italian Food lovers. :)
M. t.
Visited L'artista in Golders Green with my italian family on a Sunday evening (around 6pm so not too busy) as friends (not Italian) have been telling me about the warm and friendly atmosphere.
I can confirm a prompt and warm welcome and quick service and truly italian ambient.
The pizza dough was just right to my preferences. What really DISAPPOINTED me was the topping. A funny kind of cheap cheese (not even to be called mozzarella), very thick mushroom slices and ham I would only use in sandwiches.
Both my starving girls (pizza lovers) were soon sick of the cheese and didn't even want to take the rest of the pizza home.
please go for a not expensive evening out but don't aspect a good italian pizza!
J. W.
The only good thing to say about this restaurant is the service,
I live 5 mins walk from this restaurant and have been a few times over 2 year period and hope that i was just going on an off day before, the last time i went with friends and they were laughing at how bad the food was, it is quite clear that the owner has no regard for the quality of food that is served, it is embarrassing to say that this is Italian food, i cant believe that the Italian staff there would even feed this food to there dog. There is no care and attention, no seasoning, you can buy better microwave food from Tescos, pizza have no taste, lamb chop was under cooked with no seasoning, i asked for rock salt, they didnt have any, i asked for rosemary and it was dried rosemary, dont even have fresh rosemary. When you get the bill they just scribble number on a order pad, in the day of computers, you think that they would have an itemized bill, shocking for the price they charge. The next day our stomachs were less than happy, the funny thing is that walk passed this restaurant everyday and cant believe people actual eat there. I spoke to many friends that live in the area and they said in response, Didnt you know that its the worst Italian restaurant in London!
A. M.
As always lovely food, atmosphere and old superb team ...😘😘
e. g.
As good as it always was! Maybe better! Been going for 33 years and still best garlic pizza bread in London!
K. M.
Very relaxed place to eat. Food first class. Not the place to go if you are in a rush. Good portion starters.
D. C.
This place has such a great vibe. Is authentic, their pizzas are excellent, and the prices are very reasonable indeed. My favourite Italian in London.
A. I.
Lovely meal. Great ambience. Thank you very much.
M.
Great food. Great waiter. Authentic Italian dining. The atmosphere was quite loud though as the place was packed on a Sunday at 7pm.
m. w.
The food is average the service a little slow because it gets so busy very popular the staff very friendly worth a visit but don't go at weekends
E. L. D.
Seafood salad. Mountain of delicious king prawns octopus etc. For under £10. Excellent value. Ask for no oil or else it will be swimming in it !
a. a.
The food is good, and prices reasonable. However, because it's always so busy, the service can be a bit slow, and the staff can be a little rude, but the manager is incredibly accommodating and friendly.
N. P.
Excellent service.
Excellent food.
Very generous portions.
Will definately return.
Highly recommend, especially the salmon, simply divine!
A. G.
This restaurant deserves more the 5*, amazing friendly staff. The food was delicious and the service was fast. Would recommend it to anyone

Great friendly place to eat. Always a good atmosphere with friendly professional staff.

Delicious italian food and very polite staff
A. C.
A little bit hot inside but great food and really fast service.
Friendly staff.
I really recommend this place.
Btw they have a terrace as well at the back.
M. A.
Great tasting take away pizza. Ordered late 10:30 on our way home.
a. h.
Best Italian food ever! So reasonable too with friendly staff. Always leave this place with a smile on my face
L. P.
Efficient, quick service and well priced for the area. Food itself is nothing special - the seafood pasta in particular is nothing more than frozen seafood mix boiled in some tomato sauce.
P. M.
Good pasta and large portions!
J. P.
Good food. Generous portions. One of the dishes we got lacked a bit of flavour (one of the pastas) but overall was good.
J. B.
No-nonsese, decent Italian pizzas at sensible prices. Somewhat utilitarian decor, but not unpleasant in any way.
K. W.

Not one of the best restaurant I've been to but it's OK. Maybe too much attention on quantity rather than on quality. Garlic on my pasta was too much.

Always book in advance, always busy but this has no detriment to the quality of food. Classic Italian food in a neighborhood where I was brought up.

Not bad, it's overhyped, nothing special, the beer was nice and cold but in tiny glass, they don't serve pints.
