Reviews of Legare
Y. P.
Maybe I expected too much, It was fairly okay but everything was a bit short of a higher rating. I must admit gnocchi truffle was beautiful and melted in mouth but a tad salty. Clam pasta - you can tell that the spaghetti itself is freshly made with lovely texture but neither clams or seasonings were memorable. Salad was quite bitter for our likings. Lovely interior inside and average friendly staffs - one thing we appreciated was that table was cleaned and wiped promptly inbetween dishes. Shame that the food didn’t live up to our expectation and the other reviews.

This is a cosy spot for dinner near Tower Bridge and easy to miss! We were the first ones there with an early reservation. Alice, who was mainly attending to us, felt like a friend and we really loved her casual, friendly banter. Her recommendations for the wjne and food were spot on. Food came out quickly. The crusty focaccia was fresh out of the oven and just a joy to eat. The pasta dishes we had were unpretentious and delicious. When we were done, another server gave us a small slice of focaccia to mop up our pasta sauce, which we thought was really sweet of him to have noticed. Although stuffed, we couldn’t help but to get dessert too. Overall, although the food was great, we got to say that the service was just impeccable. Great first experience, definitely won’t be the last.

Real nice cosy Italian with good quality tasty food. The fresh pasta is excellent. I was after a dinner for one and the staff made me feel very at home. Quick friendly service. I’ll be back!

Nice environment. Small and cozy place. Food is great! We ordered the orange salad, gnocchi and the white chocolate desert. Price is reasonable for a Michelin recommend restaurant. Would come back again

A great little place to visit after you've walked down the Thames. The team here are lovely, the vibe is chilled and every dish uses the best ingredients possible.
However, having come a second time, I left feeling a little underwhelmed as the first visit set such high standards. Every dish just missed the mark ever so slightly: the gnocco fritto was slightly overcooked, the polpo was slightly under seasoned. Legare is one of my favourite Italian restaurants in London and I'm being harsh as I know the team can elevate this to the next level.

A lovely restaurant, but in my view they overuse the olive oil, my pasta dish was absolutely soaked in olive oil. Yet my partner really enjoyed the sausage meat pasta. My panacotta was absolutely divine, I would definitely recommend it. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was cosy and welcoming. A lovely restaurant to visit.
V. T.
Incredible food, fantastic atmosphere and attentive service. Hard to get a booking so try and book in advance.
I would recommend the organic sparkling wine as a nice starter treat. The blood orange salad was unlike anything I have had before. The fettuccine was incredible - fresh pasta with a great balance of flavour.

Go here. Now.
Negroni was amazing (I love them and they are so often not great). The food was just divine and up there with the best food we’ve ever eaten - not fancy or pretentious just seriously good. I had a plate of pasta with sage butter for my main and a week later I’m still reminiscing. Service was also great, friendly, didn’t rush us and were super helpful. Such a little gem of a place.

Great food! And amazing service (Louise? I think was her name) she is phenomenally bright, fast, and friendly.
B. I.
I was very (and positively) surprised by this restaurant. They managed to turn simple classic receipt into something fabulous! I definitely recommend the sage and butter pasta as well as the chocolate mousse

We spotted this restaurant when we were out for a walk and it looked very cute so we popped in for lunch. They have a couple of tables outside so we sat on the cobbled street which was perfect for people watching. We shared two pastas, a salad and two desserts. The food is simple yet fabulous. The restaurant is cosy and romantic, perfect for a lunch or evening meal with your lover. The service was friendly and speedy. I went to write a review for my blog and I live close by so would definitely return again.

Could this be the best discrete Italian in London?
Amazing food and personalised service in this Italian in London Bridge.
Also dishes cooked fresh to order with the focaccia a must order! Could eat this endlessly.
We ordered the Ravioli with Ricotta and San Marzano tomotoes & basil. Possibly the sweetest tomotoes we have ever had.
Papperdelle with Fennel sausage and chard Ragu again perfectly seasoned with a subtle crunch in the pasta.
Canolo are made fresh daily and the go to desert.
A must visit restaurant!

Had an amazing weekday evening dinner here with the partner, and enjoyed the whole meal! They have a pre-theater limited menu that seems to be minimally advertised but great value for money.
We did the full shabang - focaccia to lemon pie - and enjoyed every bit. The service was also super welcoming and attentive. Would definitely be back!
Warning: the space is small so best to reserve!
D. P.
Delicious Italian food made from high quality ingredients. You could wear a blindfold, pick a random item from the menu and be impressed every time. The table service is really friendly and they make sure you have a great evening. There’s some quite long tables so you could seat a group of ten comfortably. There’s also booths which are perfect for a date night.

A really intimate, local, no nonsense Italian restaurant. We loved the Raddiccio salad - so much so that we tried to recreate it at home :). The pastas (with clams and sausage ragu) were outstanding. The pannacotta with white chocolate and rhubarb was a really lovely combination and the Cannoli were light, creamy and crispy. The mortadella croquettes was the only dish I did not enjoy as much - it did not taste strongly of mortadella as I had expected. Will definitely be back for more and strongly recommend to those who have not been yet :)!

It was a bit of a hit and miss experience.
The restaurant was situated in a hidden corner of Shad Thames. The interiors were homey and the lighting was subdued. But the music (Hip-Hop and Pop) ruined the ambience.
The servers were attentive though and knowledgeable about the menu.
My husband and I had some stracciatella with figs and focaccia for our starter. They went well together. We liked them.
Then for our mains, we had the cavatelli in a pesto sauce with green beans and the oxtail ragu pasta. The quality of the pasta was good, but the flavours of both dishes were pretty basic. Not bad, but not mind-blowing either.
For dessert, we had a cannoli and quince with mascarpone. The cannoli was good, but the quince was so-so.
We paid £102 for everything (including 2 glasses of red wine and 2 coffees which we had with the desserts).
Was it worth it? Maybe for the quirky location and homey vibes. But for the food? Not so much.
E. B.
Excellent food and service! Highly recommended!
We had the pasta with mussels and a salad to share and they were all delicious! You need to taste the cannoli, the best I had so far!
I only give 4 stars because of the place as I think they need to move to a better, bigger place with more character. But the food and the price are amazing! I am bored of visiting restaurants that create a buzz regarding their food and it ends to be so average and overpriced!
R. M.
Probably the best Italian I have ever been to. The food is excellent and the service was somehow even better. As a massive foodie - and someone who has eaten in many many resturants in London it's incredible value for money! Highly recommend.
L.
This is a quaint Italian restaurant tucked away in London Bridge close to Tower Bridge. Atmosphere is great - dates, families and friends all adding to the Friday night restaurant buzz. Service is also spot on. Loses a star in this review as the food menu is fairly limited for vegetarians- there were 2 veggie dishes (see pics). They were done very well but not highly imaginative (pesto cavatelli and ricotta ravioli). The meat choices looked more exciting (Oxtail etc). Recommend a visit as an Italian fan, and when you do, try the Keller Lager which was a winner. Price wise it is reasonable without offering the value of the likes of Padella, but then I don’t think it’s trying to compete on price (or Style). Legare feels more like a traditional restaurant experience vs. the modern Padella-style ‘No Booking’ restaurants nearby, and that’s a good thing.
G. M.
Hands down, my favourite Italian dining experience in London. The restaurant is quaint and intimate, the team are attentive and the food is phenomenal.
The menu is small (which I like), with dishes that you know are created using the best ingredients. Portion sizes were just right.
Service was amazing here, from the moment we walks in there were good vibes.
Both waitresses had great energy, they were friendly, attentive and extensively knowledgable on the menu and how the dishes were put together.
My only bit of negative feedback would be that £9 for a shot of limoncello is a bit pricey, however a price that I was happy to pay after the amazing dishes and phenomenal service we received.
Thank you for an amazing meal, we will be visiting again next time we visit London.
N. M.
I had my first visit to Legare yesterday and what a lovely treat. Small and intimate with very friendly and lovely people serving who had a great knowledge of the wine and of course the menu. The food was sublime as well as the wine which was recommended by our waiter. I had such a lovey time with my friends and can't wait for my next visit. Thank you.
A. P.
Intimate spot, great service, flavoursome food cooked to perfection using fresh ingredients. Book in advance. Small menu, which is great.
B. C.
Fantastic! I enjoyed everything about my meal at Legare. The stracciatella with sobrasada was delicious, a great combination. The pasta was perfectly cooked and the sauces we had were both excellent. The cannoli were better than some I've had in Italy. Everything was reasonably priced, the staff was very welcoming and friendly, and the space was relaxed and not too crowded. Will be back!
A. A.
Great food and ambience. And the service was impeccable. The only reason I docked a star was because my clams pasta had some crunchy sand or clam shells in it and was a bit too crunchy for my teeth's sake. But everything was really tasty. Will definitely go back.
P. M.
The third time I have eaten here and it never fails to disappoint. Friendly and lively atmosphere, amazing food and lovely staff. Thanks for making the evening so special.
T. M. M.
Went for "quick" mid-week lunch with a friend last week. Super relaxed, clean and warm environment, perfectly concise lunch menu and exceptional cooking and plates (so flavourful). Didn't want to leave and had to stop ourselves getting a second bottle.... Can see this place really doing well and really hope they do. I'll be back for sure.
M. S.
Absolutely Incredible restaurant! This is the best Italian food you will find in London. You can tell how much love and care goes into the food and wine menus. And just to finish you off, dont forget to order the cannoli! Youve never tried anything close to it!
S. U.
Such a nice place to be in.
Music is great, stuff are lovely, wines are great.
C. M.
Loved our lunch here. Nice clean decor, chilled ambiance, very polite and happy staff....and amazing food and wine. I don't ask for much more when I go out for lunch or dinner!
C. T.
Great service. Relaxing atmosphere and exclusive feel with not too many tables, so not overcrowded. Pasta was good and service outstanding.
A.
Went with friends who had been before and recommended it. The menu was a delight, simple, well thought out and well presented with layered flavours. We all loved our meals and desserts (which never happens). The service however has to get a special mention. Alice was our server and I kept the receipt to make sure we reviewed how perfect her service was. From start to finish. She managed our table well, we never felt rushed and she brought everything to us before we needed to ask! Friendly and seemingly effortless. We all commented on it on our way home. Thanks so much for a lovely evening, will be back with others!
M. C.
Possibly the best meal I've had in the six years I've lived in London. Just phenomenal. Amazing service too. Come here if you get the chance
S. F.
A simple menu that balances fresh and traditional Italian flavours. The citrus salad and orechiette are a must.
P. C.
Amazing Homemade Pasta! Great service
S. W.
The food here is super fresh, tasty, and crave worthy. I already want to go back to have the beef fillet + cannolis. Interesting wine selection as well - Jay recommended a fab wine to go with our meal. Will come again soon!

One of my hobbies is to check out new London openings, especially in the areas surprisingly bereft of good eateries, like Tower Bridge. This is one of the best new London openings I have tried in quite a while; pretty impressive on day 4 of formal opening, and it was full house too. Housed in a former 19th century spice warehouse, this is a very cosy space full of hygge, and semi-opened kitchen, that is fun to watch. Warm, genuine service, with Jay (I understand owner/manager) on hand with good suggestions, and Martha especially, made my pre-theatre dinner such fun. They all, including the chefs, looked like they wanted to be there and were having fun, not taking themselves too seriously, with healthy doze of humour, unlike some other newbies on the block, especially in Fitzrovia (see my review of another new Italian eatery). Best still, it is only some 2min walk from the iconic bridge, and the fab Bridge Theatre. As to the food, small menu, but still plenty to find for a pescaterian, I opted for mackerel crudo (who would have thought that, as done here in Legare, it could give seabass run for its money!) Not fishy at all, melt in one's mouth, perfect when accompanied by citrus and fennel salad, beautifully seasoned with herb mix, green olives, roasted pistachio. I also tried the freshest gem lettuce with pangrattata, blue cheese "sauce" and marinated shallots. Perfection on a plate, super simple, but oh so tasty. Tiny criticism, attributable to newness no doubt: Jay offered me water "on the house" upon arrival, but it actually came charged at £1 on the bill, no big deal, but serving staff all just need to align. Plus, it would be great if staff could refill diners' glasses, it's such a small gesture but means a lot, especially if they are just standing around. But that is really just so minor, and the overall experience so positive, that I already cannot wait to try it again with friends. The oatmilk macchiatto coffee was excellent. I am only hoping the wine list expands a little, especially by the glass. Bravissimi!
This is a more recent update - 5 February 2022
Legare is always a joy, small menu, but all of it super fresh and tasty, service is as always attentive and efficient. Mortadella croquettes exceptional, as were duck agnolotti, proper Sicilia canoli. Love this place, and always happy to be back.
N. G.
Amazing service, fantastic fresh food (don't leave without trying their Foccacia! Beautiful ambience with Tower Bridge views at night make this a really special experience!
M. C.
Had a superb lunch at Legare yesterday. All courses were delicious and the wine recommended to us by Roberto was excellent. The service was also exceptional. Thoroughly recommended.
J. A.
Italian food executed perfectly in an intimate setting. Perfect for date nights. Highly recommended.

Lovely little restaurant with great fresh pasta dishes amongst the others. Nice wine too plus great service. A little gem

Really good, authentic Italian restaurant. Great food, lovely team.

5* for the Food, Service, Decor and Vibe. An amazing dining experience!

Such a lovely small restaurant. Fresh food, friendly staff, and very high quality dishes! Highly recommend it for a lovely Michelin- quality meal.
A. H.
I love this little restaurant! Great food, delivered with passion by a team that truly care and support their local community. Pastas presented properly - fresh and simple with the flavours of the ingredients truly shining through. Great wines and lovely deserts really top things off. Definitely worth a visit or indeed an order from their Legare-at-Home range!
D. T.
Had an amazing dinner experience at Legare! Such a lovely place with delicious food and outstanding service! One of my new favourites!
M. L.
Ha d a most enjoyable lunch here on a rainy day: the service was impeccable, the menu varied, the process efficient yet unhurried. Great selection of starters and pastas with only one main/secondi plus desserts. First time visit and will certainly not be our last!
G. B.
Incredible service and food. They were able to cater for gluten free, but not coeliacs. Highly recommended.
J. S.
Fantastic food paired with a quality selection of wines. The pasta is absolutely exceptional. Look out for the handsome head chef
M. J.
A genuinely fantastic experience. Food was excellent and the staff were incredibly attentive. We will definitely visit again.
S.
Fantastic restaurant! Exceptionally helpful and friendly waiter. Top notch experience. Good value too.
M. K.
A wonderful experience in every way. The food was incredible - it's too hard to pick a favourite dish. Thankfully between us we made a good effort at trying everything. The biggest surprise was that my mum has always hated oysters, but was so enamoured that we ended up ordering another round. We were very well looked after - the staff are warm, welcoming and attentive. The wine list is also great - we loved the pecorino.
E. T.
Great food, excellent service! The place is small, but it feels like home, very comfortable and pleasant.
M. R.
The restaurant had a great atmosphere. Staff was friendly, attentive and ready to help at any time with good recommendations on food, wine and dessert. Pleasant night with amazing food.
Highly recommended.
J. P.
Wonderful night with great food and wine! We went all out and tried several different dishes - all delicious, light and fresh. It's a small and very carefully thought through menu. The scallops were a highlight for me, as were the cannoli's!
The restaurant itself has a lovely intimate atmosphere and the staff are incredible - friendly, informative and knowledgeable (particular thanks to the lovely waitress who just made the whole evening a delight).
J. K.
Simply the best Italian I've ever dined in.
Fantastic menu, concise and seasonal.
Very well seasoned and extensive wine list.
C. J.
This place is AMAZING! I'm so glad we found it. A real hidden gem. Everything from start to finish was perfect. The service was spectacular and the lovely front of house staff recommended us what dishes to order and wine pairings for different plates. Definitely try the oysters, sobrassada and the peaches with gorgonzola to start with. And for the mains we had the pappardelle, the ravioli and linguine, they were sooo delicious and fresh! Definitely the best pasta I've had in London. We managed to save enough room for the cannoli and oh my god they were the best we've ever had too. Can't wait to come back!
Y. i.
Delicious! Fresh handmade pasta that melts in your mouth, super flavourful sauces made from the freshest ingredients, olive oil that I would have on its own, oysters were gorgeous, really good quality antipasti and a raspberry sorbet that was an explosion of taste! The atmosphere is comfortable enough to relax but active enough to not feel bored. Lovely staff who are knowledgable about the food and super friendly. Overall, an incredible experience - highly recommend!
U. H.
I went at lunchtime with a friend, we had a raw sprout salad amongst other things and it was delicious! Something so simple but brilliantly executed.
The restaurant itself although intimate was spacious enough to fit my pram, and the staff we very accommodating to my baby needs.
Would definitely recommend and go again!
C. L.
Updating my post following another wonderful trip to Legare.
Food, service and ambience still impeccable!
k. m.
This is such a gem of a restaurant. The perfect intimate and authentic spot to relax and enjoy the beautifully crafted food and great wine.I went with friends and we all shared some of the antipasti, the highlight being the Stracciatella.
The pasta was was so fresh and delicious and I could eat a plate of the indulgent Cannoli! Great service too, I will definitely be back soon!
H. S.
One of my new favourite places in London! Beautifully prepared fresh food which is delicious and perfectly portioned per dish. Cracking wine list and the service and knowledge of the team is impressive. Great, buzzy atmosphere to treat yourself to an evening out!
A. M.
The staff were very accommodating after I had messed up the booking and managed to squeeze us in, they were pleased to talk about the menu and their ingredients, the wine list was extensive, although we only had the larger(Braybrook) which was very good .can highly recommend Legare
K. S.
Absolutely love everything about this place, from the pasta, the wine list, to the relaxed atmosphere. I was blown away by the small plates, and in particular the fresh fish. I have already been back, and feel very lucky to have my new fave Italian place so local!
M. P.
Best restaurant in London. We came from Maine and stumbled upon this gem. The staff was fantastic and the chef was incredible, she delivered our meal right to our table. We didnt have reservations and got right in. We really appreciate the extra attention we received tonight. Great atmosphere.
p. n.
Amazing for sure one of the best in London
D. P.
Lovely place, great food and service. Delicious handmade fresh pasta/authentic Italian food, generous portions, and a nice selection of wine. Looking forward to coming back again soon to try the dinner menu.
J. C.
Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. Had some excellent wine suggestions from the lovely young sommelier. Food was really excellent and it was noticeable how well the chefs and front of house staff get on. It’s a really great choice as a destination in itself but it’s just by tower bridge and so close to places like the Bridge Theatre (where we went first).
E. T.
Lucky Shad Thames. This restaurant has arrived perfectly formed. So great to find great ingredients with no trendy messing. Perfectly seasoned plates. Pasta was exceptional. The joys of a short menu and wine list with friendly service. Gem of a restaurant.

Edited to reflect feedback - Let me preface this by stating we ordered a meal kit for two people from Legare via RestoKit - components delivered fresh for you to prepare at home (3 courses).
Where to begin ... the package had clearly been shaken around, and non-watertight packaging used (seems absurd) - meaning tomato sauce, pickling liquid, and poaching liquid had saturated many items, even soaking through some greaseproof paper to entirely ruin one of the dessert portions.
The burrata (part of the starter selection) was entirely absent - I took apart the box searching but it had just not been included.
With the tomato sauce and garnishes upended, we opened to box of pasta to see if this had at least survived - and I have to say, I am a small person, and the portions of these mains are less than what you'd feed the average child. There were 7 small ravioli for one person, and less than a (small woman's) handful of spaghetti for the other!
The ravioli were embedded into the spaghetti as all were in one package, and as such the ravioli were all torn and unusable.
As over half of the components were ruined or spilled, I received a refund, but the experience was disappointing.
I understand some of these issues are due to the manner in which the item may have been delivered to me, and the restaurant have reached out to offer an apology which I appreciate, and I will be feeding back around packaging to help prevent recurrences.
N. P.
Excellent little place in a lovely location just by Tower Bridge. Service excellent and great care taken to make simple, seasonal dishes perfect. Great value too!!
B. R.
Authentically Italian - great simple menu, with well formed dishes. The gnocchi with wild mushrooms was sublime and probably the best mushroom focused dish I’ve tried. The venue is in a nice location with simple decor and has an intimate feel to it
S. K.
Great place and great food. Sterile look to the place itself, but dishes are super flavorful and authentic. Staff is smooth sailing and knows their thing. For me best Italian food I have had in years
G. B.
I went to Legare shortly after it opened and it was one of the best meals I have had in London! The Gnocco Fritto was absolutely exquisite, as were the oysters and both of the pastas we tried. The Cannoli is the best I have ever had and the perfect way to end the meal. Service was phenomenal throughout and the wine we were recommended went perfectly with the meal. I cannot recommend this place enough. A must visit in London.
O. L.
Simple though outstanding menu made from scratch. They use quality produce and carefully selected ingredients that really stand out on every dish. Great selection of natural wines and lovely experience overall.
T. C.
My third time at Legare since it opened and by far the best dining experience I've had around tower bridge area. Every course was mouth watering, as always, and the Chianti was sensational. Despite being busy the staff were all very friendly and attentive, and one of the chefs (Matt?) even made time to teach me how to roll orecchiette as I walked past the kitchen!!
Also need to give a special mention to the Anchor Tap pub around the corner from Legare, their bitter is top notch!
M. F.
Lovely experience..those Spaghetti alla Chitarra were to die for!
C. M. U.
To be in london a New version of Italian food, is good olso the place is tipical

Fabulous new restaurant . Great mix of good value, well considered plates of food. Everything is freshly prepared and it shows. Menu not huge, but something for everyone
H. T.
Cannoli is fascinating! The service is great.
E. V.
This restaurant was a great find and I would highly recommend a visit. One of the best meals I have had in London in many months. The menu is really interesting, and every dish that we ordered was exquisite. The service was also fantastic.
J. D. M.
We tried the Legare at Home offer - available for delivery or collection. The food was spectacular, the service as good as it is when eating in the restaurant and the price reasonable. Highly recommended as an alternative if you can't or don't want to eat in there.
J. C.
Great service and delicious food. Menu sounded a bit interesting as you wouldn't think some of the ingredients belonged in the dishes but it turned out great. Cannoli was outstanding and a must have!
M. R.
Excellent food, attention to detail and great friendly service
K. F.
Excellent food, great ambiance. Recently visited with a table of 5, trialing every dish on the menu (except one). The pasta dishes were all mouthwateringly delicious. Lovely staff too.
Z. C.
I’d love to recommend this place because the food is delicious but unfortunately we didn't have a good experience as the managing of the room was lacking and made us feel pretty uncomfortable last Saturday
They took a booking from us at 9:30pm, knowing that the restaurant shuts pretty much 30mins later. From the moment our main courses arrived, the staff busily and loudly shut-up-shop and cleaned up around us. I get that you might want to start wrapping up a bit while there's still customers but this was over the top and made us feel super uncomfortable and unwelcome, to the point that we rushed through the main and the desert and asked for the cork to our wine to take it away and finish it at home. No point ordering coffee: "Coffee? We're cleaning the machine", asked a waiter who poked his head from the kitchen while cleaning some glasses.
One of the waitresses noticed what was happening and made an awkward joke about the situation but it was too little, too late. We had to get our own jackets from the "cloak room" at the entrance as nobody even acknowledged when we crossed the restaurant from our table to get them. When another waitress realised what was happening, she came over and took the hanger from our hand quite rudely, without saying a thing.
All in all, we were in at 9:30pm and out an hour later pretty disappointed with the experience, which we didn't expect from a place like this
P. G.
I’m so glad we went to Legare, it’s friendly and relaxed with delicious food. The orange sorbet was the best I’ve ever tasted and my husband’s gnocchi was so good, he refused to share! We’ll be back.
R. J.
What a delight. Great food with great flavours. Lovely service. Did I mention the GREAT FOOD. When you are visiting London and you want some GREAT ITALIAN food take a stroll down to Legare. You will NOT be disappointed!

Beautiful pasta, attentive service, all round perfect. The changes to the menu are great. Big fan of the tagliolini with anchovies, and definitely try the cannoli for dessert.

Excellent restaurant. Highly recommend for any occasion! Menu is ever changing and has not disappointed the 3x times I have been there

Clam pasta was delicious... Dessert chocolate cream was tastey but the crumb so hard you could break your teeth and very sticky couldn't eat it!
All and all nice pasta place but very expensive and noisey so unlikely to return.
N. K.
Great restaurant, definitely try a pasta dish and the canopy for desert.

(Translated) Novelty of 2019 with a mix of modern place, type Two Lights or Bright, and “authentic” Italian food, type Padella or Flour & Grape. Saturday for lunch is full of young people, with enough couples, and that stimulating atmosphere that is prevalent today in West London. It is true that I have been walking from the “Beer Mile” of Bermondsey (about 15 minutes from here) and that always helps
I take a Stracciatella w / sobrasada, wild oregano & Chiavalon olive oil, aesthetically elegant and quite pleasant, and then the lighter choice among pasta, Tajarin “donkey & sage”, which does not disappoint, although it might have been more worth trying the pasta with meat (Pappardelle) or fish (Stracci), as I see them at a nearby table
There is Table Beer the The Kernel (Bermondsey), so (almost) you can't ask for more. I understand the girl from the couple next door, when after the first courses she says "Everything is very delicious and I'm very happy." This (for now at least) is from those types of sites
