Chose this restuarant because the menu had a very good choice of starters and main meals that would satisfy our fussy teenagers and it was one of the few I could find in London that managed that and the starters, main dinners and drinks we had all tasted excellent. Unfortunately, I have reduced the rating because when we went on New Years Eve I had to chase them to ask us for drinks and not because they were busy and my main meal came out so far ahead of my wives that I had completely finished mine and then when we asked about deserts there were only 2 to choose from so we didn't bother. Bit of a shame to mark it down, but they weren't busy when we were there and needed more attentive staff.

Let me just say this place was super friendly and the food was amazing! Our waiter was phenomenal above all the waiters I had experience with before. We were tired from walking and decided to stop by get some drinks to go and our waiter had us sit down outside brought drinks bread out for us. He made us feel like we were at home. He helped with the kids being so friendly asking questions and attentive. He understood us moms needed a break. Long story short we’re suppose to make a quick stop there, we ended up staying and hour because of the great service and amazing food. Thank you to the waiter that made us stop and smell the flowers of this beautiful neighborhood on a bright sunny London day.

I came here for the first time on Saturday with three friends of mine for a birthday and it ended up being the best night out I've had in a long time. The staff were all so lovely and our personal waiter Ivan had us laughing all night. Ivan and the rest of the team made such a fuss of my friend for her birthday it was really lovely. The food and cocktails were absolutely delicious and the portion sizes were huge. We ended up staying in the restaurant drinking instead of moving on to a bar because the staff were so friendly and we were having such a great time! Thanks again for brilliant service

Yesterday we visited the restaurant. The taste of the food showed the chef's 30 years of experience. It was very tasty. Just had a meal here with my partner and was blown away by the fantastic service we received from staff. Their sweet balsamic vinegar sauce served with the bread is on a whole other level!! If you’re in the area and are looking for a hearty, wholesome meal, this would be the place.

Very welcoming staff and really accommodating amidst Covid confusion on what is allowed and what isn't allowed. Food service is a bit sketchy towards the end of the evening when the kitchen is closing down, so get orders in early. The garlic bread pizza is tops.

Amazing service and atmosphere, truly great food and a real Italian feeling to the restaurant, service is 5 stars food quality is amazing and they are also super fast, not to mention they are not over priced, being is Soho you wouldn't expect this kind of restaurant to still exist but is it was truly a great find, and worth a second visit to hopefully repeat the experience, and as an extra tip, is great for parties with kids as the staff are fully prepared to do games to entertain the little ones and make them feel welcome. Highly recommended !!!

We ate here twice and had two different experiences. The first was lovely - they were accommodating, making room and giving us the perfect table for us to sit at with a buggy for our son who's too small for a high chair. Food was decent and reasonably priced and the waiter was friendly, so we booked a bigger table for the following evening around going to see Harry Potter at the Palace Theatre. I enjoyed the salmon but it wasn't anything spectacular, though the garlic bread pizza was lovely. Going back the next day they'd given us a strange table to choose that meant the buggy was in the way. We ordered some garlic bread to come with our mains and it was served as a starter, which isn't what we'd asked for. There was also a misunderstanding about the type of garlic bread, though that was more our fault. However, I ordered an avocado chicken in white wine sauce dish and what arrived was more like a'chicken parmo' I'd expect to get out of a greasy takeaway in Newcastle. Chicken covered in melted cheese and no white wine sauce I could discern, instead rather a lot of oil. It was greasy, fairly bland and not what I wanted but I ate it as we were time limited around the theatre. First visit I'd go 4 stars, second 3. Some of the food is decent but you'll get better and are probably best sticking to the pizzas. Staff were always friendly, there were just some unnecessary misunderstandings that affected our second visit.

In terms of the West End, Limoncello is hard to beat for good value food before a show / night out. The food here is decent if not outstanding, but for a huge bowl of carbonara at just £9, you can't expect Michelin star quality. I've been here several times and always leave feeling satisfied. The service here is pleasant although at times a little hurried, though this is to be expected given the location. If you are looking for a good meal without breaking the bank, this is the place to go.

I very rarely post, but feel this restaurant has been reviewed unfairly. The food was delicious and came quickly, waiter service was attentive but not overbearing and it was very reasonably priced for large portions. When my mum wanted a traditional Italian pudding (zabaione) which wasn't on the menu, the Italian owner immediately organised this with the chef- and it was delicious. All in all, we had a superb experience and highly recommend Limoncello.

It had a good environment, but the minestrone was very bland and the Penne Arrabbiatta was not spicy at all. Bruschette was good. Water served was warm. Overall, decent place, but the food was underwhelming. Excellent customer service though!

The pizza was okay but the staff should learn to keep a good and smily face until the end of the service. If you want to close the place down tell us your closed. Do not accept us and then stare in our eyes eager to clean the table and go home.
