Reviews of Luncheonette London

I miss going here most days since moving away from the borough. Lovely staff, always smiling despite how busy it gets. The number 10 sandwich with crisps and a Rio will always be my fave!

Accidentally discovered the very tiny Italian take away seeing many people queuing outside and it's become my first choice quick lunch in London bridge every since. It's part of the Giuseppe restaurant and all spaghetti come from its kitchen while other dishes are prepared in the luncheonette.
Lunch meals of £4-6 include a freshly made main, salad(for spaghetti)/chips/ fruit and a drink. Surprising value and choices and the taste is even more authentic than some chain Italian restaurant. Everything I have tried so far is very tasty and I teally love the spaghetti carbonara and the focaccias. Royalty scheme of a free lunch after 10 meals.

Rain or shine, I’ll always come here for lunch. The sandwiches are fantastic, huge variety & portion sizes, and the nicest staff. Can be a little confusing for your first time ordering - everyone waits outside, so just head on in. Meal deal is incredible value!

This is the best of the best. Ever since our office moved to borough market we get our lunch there every day. The sandwiches and pastas are perfect. Staff is always very friendly and fun! The quality of the sandwiches is outstanding for the price you pay. Each sandwich is made fresh within 10 minutes despite the long queues. If you're in borough market this should be your number one place to visit.

Best sandwiches and pasta for a quick lunch and such a good price for how big the portions are:)

I always come here for lunch as it's very good value for money and they're always very generous with their fillings for the paninis and sandwiches. Luis and pat make it a great experience too it's always lovely to see them. Also for those who haven't been if you buy 10 meals you get the 11th free as a loyalty bonus and who doesn't like a free meal, enjoy everyone and I shall see you pat and Luis in a few hours.

Had a takeaway pizza from the Luncheonette today. Chicken, peppers, mushrooms and spicy sauce. Fantastic, toppings were generous and tasty and the base was perfect, perfect thickness and bite to it. I will be going back. Great range of baguettes (had one yesterday), filled focacia etc. Definitely recommended.

Great value lunch spot near borough market. Huge panini crisps and a drink for just £4. A bit chaotic and busy at peak times though

Very tasty sandwiches and paninis. Can get a bit hectic in there due to the small space. They are popular so expect a lot of traffic around lunch time.
You get a stamp on a type of loyalty/reward card for each visit. So might be worth it for you!

Good lunch time Italian sandwich and pasta shop. Busy and very reasonably priced (hence the crowd). Loyalty card offered. Don’t let the queue put you off.
