Reviews of Mini Hiba
B.
Recently had eat in dinner at this place. The love you receive by the staff is 2nd to none. I have seen some people saying the food is bland specially the ones ordering on delivery apps. This place serves freshly marinated food and that type of food is best when you have it fresh and straight away after its cooked, they use very low salt and loads of amazing herbs. So to enjoy this type of food one needs to forget the salt loaded fast food we are used to. I loved the food so did everyone who was with me also enjoyed every bit. The atmosphere is amazing they have a water dispenser with fruits and mint inside and your welcome to take as much as you like. Cannot understand the negative reviews because the service is amazing at this place. I ordered lamb shawarma x2 with Falafel platter. Portion Size was fairly Large. I had to get two boxes to pack the stuff we could not finish. I have attached some photos and you can see the presentation of the food for this price of the food you wont find this sort of presentation. I would give them Ten stars. I am not related to this business so defo a genuine review.

I went here with my wife and child and was overwhelmed with how accommodating and welcoming/friendly the staff were. We came in for a late lunch and the gentleman kindly suggested that we eat at their bakery a few doors down which had a lovely little play area for kids. We had a chicken and lamb shawarma wrap with chips. Both tasted amazing and were incredibly filling. I would definitely recommend this place on service alone, thank you!

I don’t know where to begin. I came to pick up take away tonight after desperately looking for some arab comfort food and it’s the best decision I’ve made.
The staff were amazing - they were so friendly and welcoming. The couple at the front, nada and her husband, were lovely and their daughter was angelic!
The environment was so warm and enticing. Some maamoul cookies caught my eye and I got one of each.
The food was amazing. The bread so warm and tasty, and the dips had such incredible textures and tastes. So simply but divine. The falafel was some of the best I’ve ever had. The maamoul took the cake - it was divine. I’m dreaming of going back to get more. Overall I just absolutely adore this place and I really can’t wait to be back!!!!

Before I even begin about the actual restaurant let me say a brief encounter and experience I had with the staff. So I lost my wallet on the overground train. The next day, whilst I'm racking my brain, my buzzer rings and man states he has something important to me, low and behold it was my wallet (which contained £50 cash, bank cards and driver's license). He returned it to my address and refused to accept any reward, not even a fiverr. He told he worked at Mini Hiba which is a 3 minute walk from me.
I am now a lifelong customer, wonderful Palestinian & Lebanese food, great family run business and such clean hearted staff. Recommended for anyone who is in the Wood Street, Walthamstow area.

The food is really fresh - you can tell the salad hasn't been chopped and sitting around for ages, the spinach parcels have fresh tasting homemade filling. I was told that they start next door in the bakery at 5am, making food fresh each day. It's prettily presented too, with super flavoursome olive oil drizzled, dried herbs and pomegranate seeds.
The restaurant is so easy, comfortable and relaxed to sit in and eat with our two kids - like visiting someone else's house. The menu is varied and as a vegetarian, there is much to choose from (though my husband and kids had mixed grill and chicken, they say it's very good too). We can sit at a long table and fill it with all the tasty dishes to share between us - a pretty perfect family meal.
Both times we've visited (this is a recent discovery, we will be back many more times) the person running it is totally involved with the food and passionate about it. And that's probably why it's so good.

Great Palestinian place. It is one of the few places that serve authentic lamb gyros made from raw lamb meat cuts (not from the cheap mince mix). So that tastes amazing. Make sure to taste with their white garlic sauce. My second most favourite dish is the desert Kunafa. So yummy.
G. A.
I have never eaten a wrap as delicious as this - and I eat a lot of wraps! I can taste the love and care that they put into the ingredients. Warm, friendly, family vibe. Delicious salad with unique ingredients and very accommodating. Beautiful decoration and atmosphere that gives me a glimpse of Palestine.
B. H.
Probably the best Palestinian/Lebanese food I have ever had! Br. Mohammed really did put a lot of effort in making my order a memorable one. May Allah continue to put barakah in your work and efforts.
S.
Fresh quality Palestinian / Levantine cuisine in a laid back and genuinely friendly environment.
S. J.
Sensational food. This knocks the socks off of multiple other Middle-Eastern places in West London. The falafel platter was a very generous size and the owner was sympathetic and professional when dealing with a nut allergy.
J. M.
Amazing food & service as always. Very family friendly.
Thanks again.
(Apologies with pics, I had to start eatting before I could take lol)

Friendliest restaurant in Walthamstow by a country mile! Fabulous, tasty, freshly made food in generous portions. We were advised by pleasant, smiling staff who clearly took pride in showing off their food. Our daughter (who would love this place), was not with us. A return visit is therefore essential.
V. T.
The staff are sooo friendly and lovely and make your experience in the restaurant so nice. The food is excellent. The falafel is the best I have EVER tasted. The food is all freshly made using fresh ingredients. Usually I travel to West London for this type of food but I am so happy that I have found such a lovely place more local.
J. H.
Soo pleased to have found this place, which is close to my work place. The Lebanese food is freshly prepared with care, tastes delicious, is good for you & perfect to eat in the fair weather, especially when you can't be bothered to cook! Please come & help this local business to thrive, the staff that work here are so welcoming too.
E. S.
Ate here a few weeks ago and was blown away by the food and friendly service. Ordered some falafel and pastry trays for a party later that week and the food was an absolute hit!
10/10 would recommend, all the best!
M. R.
Had a lovely afternoon there yesterday with a friend. Perfect place to sit and catch up over a beautifully simple but well made and presented platter of food and soothing mint tea. Felt at ease and very warmly welcomed in the cosy homey setting. Will certainly go back again. Thank you!
E. C.
Unpretentious small restaurant, serving delicious food, beautifully presented. Equally enjoyed the vegetarian starters and the lamb and chicken mains. One of my favorite restaurants in Walthamstow.
M. P.
We just live close by and we decided to try this place and it was such a GOOD SURPRISE.
Not only staff was super friendly, especially Mohad (I hope I’m writing correctly) , but let me tell you about the food…
We’ve ordered a lentil soup that was so fragrant and delicious and with such a beautiful presentation.
We’ve also ordered a falafel platter with hummus, fresh pita bread, falafel, fresh tabouleh, amazing.
And a chicken wrap, that my friends said that was the best wrap they had.
Unfortunately we didn’t take any pictures, it we gonna come back for sure and take this photos 😀
Mohad was so kind that he even offered us a complimentary fresh mint tea.
Totally recommended. 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

Food was incredible and the service was impeccable. The staff were able to cater for my family on super short notice without any issues in quality whatsoever. The only drawback to their service was that the food was all anybody could talk about the entire evening! (My brother wasn't too happy about falling out of the spotlight on his own birthday haha).
Our order consisted of the Chicken Maqloob, the Moujaddarah, some Lamb Skewers (Cubes and Kaftas), a tray of Fattoush, a tray of Hoummus and a lemonade mint drink to wash it all down. It was all cooked to perfection and the portions were super generous too! We were able to feed 25 people to the brim with plenty of food to spare. The pricing felt perfect for what we received and the staff were so lovely to deal with. The standard of service they hold themselves to was incredible to witness. The team comes across as a really genuine group of people that really love what they do. I seriously can't think of a single aspect of my experience that i felt let down on. I urge you all to give this place a go so you can see what i'm talking about!!
E. C.
Genuinely one of the best places to eat. Exquisite example of Lebanese/Palestinian food. Owner is so lovely we had a great chat and he told us all about how he makes his food and the effort he puts in to making it the best. Great ingrediants and well thought out process. I can definately recommend this place and im definately going to be back to try more and more!

If you are thinking of good, authentic Palestinian/Lebanese cuisine then Mini Hiba is the place for you.
The food is amazing, portions are huge and it's great value.
I took my family to Wood Street by complete chance and I am so glad that I did. The chicken maqloob was perfectly cooked and the famous fatoush was delicous. Price wise .. affordable and my family left content. Often it is the human element that makes the whole dinining experience unique. Maoth and Nada chatted with us and made us feel so welcome. We have a favourite dining spot at Mini Hiba and I have already recommended this restaurant to so many of my friends.
A little bit of Palestine ... in Walthamstow.
A. A.
Ah man, the food was delicious. Freshly baked bread on the premises. Delicious vegetarian options. The marmorasa thing (bit like a margherita!) was more-ish. And friendly service too. Go visit.
L. D.
Fantastic fresh food, lovely owner, special little place. Mini Hiba is a treat. Probably the best falafel I've had in London, certainly the freshest and greenest!
A. V.
Best Arabic lamb dish i had here, i must say they what they are doing. taste is authentic middle eastern
S.
Lovely brothers who provide the best service possible not to mention the food is authentic and comforting. Highly recommend.
B. B.
Easily my new favourite restaurant in the area. Such a warm friendly atmosphere, and the food is fantastic!
S. H.
Fantastic, authentic Palestinian cuisine. I cannot recommend this place enough. They have the BEST falafel in London. Not to be missed. Do check it out.
U. K.
Rating 9/10. One of the best most authentic lebanese food in East London. Highly recommended, Will be visiting again, Just wish they had Sujuk on the menu too. But very tasty and fresh food. Fattoush was 10/10
G. E.
One of the best takeaways I've had in London. Food came fast and it was hot and fresh. It all tasted really good quality, especially the mixed grill and hummus. Would recommend!

Amazing place. We were just in the neighborhood and found this small unassuming place, but we had a great experience. The chef (I think he was the owner) was full of enthusiasm and took the time to explain everything to us. We let him mix a platter for us and he even made us a kebbah on the house because I had a craving for it (it was great btw). The falafel was hands down the best one I've ever had, and I've had some great ones in Egypt. The Shawarma was top quality with tasty juicy meat (which he marinades fresh every evening). The hummus again amazing and freshly made, as was everything else. I can't recommend this place enough. Definitely going back. At the end we had a sweet cheesy desert and mint tea, both were great. All in all 5 stars throughout. Nothing to complain about.
F. 2.
Went here with some friends. The place was so cute and quaint, the owner was so lovely and took the time out to explain the dishes. It had a very unique vibe, the place was made with alot of recycled materials. Food was excellent, the hummus was super smooth and I really enjoyed the Baba Ganoush. The shawarma was good too but by then we were too stuffed. Would recommend for their mezzes, a homely experience and unique vibe.

Very enjoyable experience yesterday for our family and toddler. Delicious, fresh food authentically made, the hummus was smooth as silk and the peppery/fruity olive oil on it just complimented it so well. Delicious and flavoursome falafel wraps and the chips had a sprinkling of herbs which were also lovely. We had mixed pastries too and really enjoyed the various cheese ones. Filling, nutritious food at good value, not oily despite the deep frying which shows cookery skill. we will be going back for sure. Service was also friendly and lovely so welcoming and helpful, first time we have tried Palestinian food and it really is different from other cuisines, try it you won't be disappointed as the queue of customers we saw shows!
M. A.
Their taboon place next door is amazing. Very friendly and excellent bread!
H. P.
Amazing! Popped in for a light lunch and shared a combi plate between the two of us. Really flavoursome, fresh and authentic. One of those gem’s in the area

Honestly the best falafel I have ever had. Lovely little restaurant and lovely guys running it.

Fantastic experience- we ordered 3/4 mezes and were treated to a few more on the house! Really amazing service, we will be sure to return!
S. H.
Catering for a family birthday of 25, amazing food! Best hummus I've ever eaten
N. C.
Not many words, if you haven't tried this place you are missing big time. Best Lebanese we ever had with my wife...
I. S.
I never thought a falafel can surprise you but the one at Mini Hiba did! Freshly made and full of flavour, like nothing you've ever tasted before. The food is top quality and the new owner is friendly and accommodating. Will come back and bring more hungry people.
M. G.
The best tasty food and very welcoming lady at reception. Will definitely come again!
N. R.
wraps are so tasty!!! brilliant service by the owner, always a smile and friendly.

Absolutely delicious and authentic Palestinian food. Best falafels I’ve ever had! Great prices and friendly staff. Highly recommend.
A. C.
I ordered lunch from this place today, and I was extremely impressed! The food was authentic, delicious and plentiful. When I placed the order, I had someone call me from the restaurant to ask if my delivery had arrived. I was very impressed by this! After I had eaten, I rang the restaurant to let them know how delicious the food was. They were very appreciative for the feedback. I would definitely be eating here again and highly recommend others to eat here too. I give the food and service 5 out of 5 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽
B. 1.
Delicious food served by very nice people. A good alternative to the very common turkish donner and grill places everywhere these days. Portions are generous and filling. All of us enjoyed our dinner there. One little thing though, i wish they would have told us the chips they serve are seasoned as kids tend to prefer plain chips.
F. C.
We loved this place! The staff are so friendly, and an absolute delight. The food is super delicious - falafel were especially good and menu is varied and interesting. They really care about you enjoying your food. Lovely to meet you and we will definitely be back when in the area. Frances & Nico xx
A. J. C.
Incredible! Never tried Palestinian food before but I will definitely be having more now. The flat breads are a great quick snack, so much flavour. Service was great too. Will definitely visit again.
I. S.
Stumbled upon upon this amazing place by accident and was blown away by it! Best falafel you can find in London. Delicious food and friendly and welcoming service - definitely will be back!
M. S.
The food is warm, authentic and absolutely delicious!! I cannot recommend their felafel enough. The bread shop next door has the most tasty zaatar bread which my friends and I devoured in minutes! The staff is helpful and friendly too.
I. B.
Small cosy place with lots of character. Food was amazing and the owner was so polite.
I. S.
I swear the kofte wrap is the best wrap I've ever eaten <3 am a die-hard fan, because of the food but also because of the amazing owners and workers, so friendly and generous - they give to their community in more ways than I know about, I'm sure. Will be back again and again :)))
S. H.
One of the best food spots in Walthamstow. If you live near wood st you have to try this gem. The meat here is fantastic. I like to get a falafel wrap for lunch and occasionally order the platters for dinner on deliveroo
D. C.
I have issues with inflammation and am unable to cook so I had a lovely meal from here. Highly recommend it as it is fresh tasty food and it is packed and presented well.
4 stars instead if 5 as no napkin was in the bag.. this is not in anyway putting me off of going again.
This place is a gem....there are many vegan /gluten free dishes.
The staff are very friendly and will talk to you so your custom feels appreciated.
Thank you. I will always recommend you as the best place to go to in wood street e17.
S. C.
Just the most amazing gem. We came with our small children and had such a lovely evening. The service was outstanding, so friendly and felt as if we were friends. We ate so much that had trouble walking back to the car! Delicious, fresh and authentic.
M. A.
Hello I just had your food today for my birthday lunch. Mashallah amazing the good was absolutely delicious. The pitta was the best I've have ever had. The tabbouleh and hummus 💯. I can't wait till we can sit down in your place and enjoy the food again
L. P.
Good Lebanese food. They offer take away too. It's not very expensive and the staff is friendly. I recommend the vegetarian platter.
E. B.
Wow, really incredibly good tasting food! And decent prices too!
T. R.
Had the best food today. Was at work and wanted to have something nice. My colleagues suggested Mini Hiba and i placed an order..the food was amazing and we got a big treat as well as we are working in a GP. It was really nice and kind of them..would definitely recommend and will order again soon ❤️🙏🏻
I. Y.
Good quality and taste, portions could be slightly bigger for the money but that's really nitpicking.
Overall very satisfied with the food and service when we ate in and would definitely go again.
A.
Such a lovely little restaurant. Stopped by there the other day to get a takeaway and left with a handful of free dishes and a smile on my face :) The staff there are so so so sweet and polite and the whole experience felt very "at home". The decor there is unique with a rustic feel, very homemade and artsy. And not to mention, the food was amazing. I'd definitely recommend this place and will be going back :)
T. C.
This place looks so homely the second you enter!! We were greeted politely and introduced to Palestinian food for the first time😍 did not disappoint ,only thing was that I was excited for tea and Palestinian rice but they had none:/ I recommend the Lebanese rice though! Nevertheless worth a visit. Workers are helpful too👌
R. S.
I travelled 25 miles for a tasty shwarma after online reviews and oh boy i was blown away. The shwarma was the best i ever had. Fresh, juicy, portion was good. Chips was plentiful. Excellent service by the lady host. Definitely the best Palestinian food. Definitely coming back again!!! Keep up the good work.
M. A. M.
The food was excellent! Well done Mini Hiba!
All the flavors were spot on, very pleasantly surprised with the vegetarian dishes. Our first time eating from here and was very satisfied.
The portions are big , price is good.
Will definitely recommend and will be ordering again.
I. e.
Bought a mixed schwarma. Only 4 stars because it could have been a bit more seasoned but that’s personal preference. Altogether tastes great!
A. A.
The best shawarma I've eaten! Everything was delicious with soo much flavour. Not to mention the service was spectacular. I would definitely be coming back again!
S. M.
Mini Hiba has a homely feel and excellent, personable customer service to match. The food is authentic and served perfectly! I will 100% be visiting again. The falafel is better than the falafels I have eaten anywhere around the world. Pure perfection. Thank you to the team at Mini Hiba for giving us a service we won't forget! :)
M. G.
Amazing food! I go here every week as a Friday treat and I look forward to it all week long. The lamb shawarma in homemade pitta is cooked to perfection and the spices used are so tasty.
R. S.
Just picked up some food from mini Hiba today, the food was so delicious and the service was lovely!!! The lamb was amazing, and especially enjoyed the baba ganoush and hummus, you can really taste the quality in all of the ingredients😍Wonderful restaurant can’t wait to come back again!!
W. H.
Mediocre service, decent food, portion size could be better. Overall ok
J. S.
My wife and I were passing on Friday night with our dog and they very kindly let us take him in. And we're very glad they did as we had a wonderful meal. We both had the chicken and lamb wrap which was exquisite, and a couple of salads which were fresh and juicy. We're really looking forward to going back with friends, family and wine as it appears to be BYOB, which is another bonus.
Y. S.
Let's talk about BREAD. I have been getting takeaway from here regularly for the last few months but I have fallen in love with the falafel wrap when prepared with the bread baked in the Hiba Pantry next door (they do this under request). The soft springy texture of the fresh flatbread goes perfectly with the home made falafel which, even on its own is worth taking a journey up Wood Street for.
I've enjoyed all the other dishes I have tried from the menu too, although there tends to be some inconsistency in seasoning and portion sizes sometimes which is only characteristic of it being a family run restaurant.
K. M.
Beyond delish!!!! How have we only just discovered this place?! Ordered 4x in the past four weeks and never disappoints. The falafels are incredible, so is the humus, and the okra....omg. Fattoush and lentil soup also fab. Yum yum yum.
K. H.
Excellent Ma’amoul. I no longer have to make them at home, these are incredible.
E. M.
The food is absolutely delicious. It is authentic and very fresh with lots of attention to the quality of the produces.
The team is also very friendly and welcoming.
Real gem in the neighborhood. Keep coming back!
Z. S.
This is a re-edit. Greate friendly atmosphere. Service s great. Good big shawarma size and their garlic sauce is to die for. Love this place.
N. B.
Love this family run restaurant. The food is always amazing and top quality. There are lots of delicious vegetarian and healthy choices too. The service is friendly and accomodating. One of my regular spots :-)
T. C. B. S.
Wonderful traditional food. Really tasty, good service, polite staff, reasonably priced. The chef is amazing - must try his falafel, its out of this world. We often order lunch and it's always brilliant service!
M. B.
Delicious vegan options, and the staff are incredibly accommodating and approachable. Thank you!
K. L.
Nice place but I asked for a milkshake and checked with the staff if it was fresh and they said yes. I ordered one and what I got was clearly a bottle of friji or some other brand, poured into a cup. Definitely not a fresh, creamy milkshake like you would expect for £3. Tasted more like flavoured milk.
Food is lovely but they also charged me eat-in price for a take-away item. I paid £5.25 for my Shawarma when it should have been £4.75.
S. F.
The most delicious food that really warmed me up inside. So authentic and service is amazing. Moath always delivers the best service with a smile and always goes the extra mile. Highly recommend!!
L. F.
One completely and utterly chuffed first time customer. Really!! 10/10 food, cooked perfectly. The tenderness of the lamb and all round flavour of every dish and bite was such a delight. Not stodgy or heavy in the slightest. Also 10/10 service, delivered with the most class from real gents.
HIBA..... A real surprise and a wicked find for me and anyone looking for good food.
You was right Mo!..... I will be back!
Nice to meet you and pleasure to find Hiba.

The most mouthwatering shawarma wraps, tastes so fresh and flavoursome, the freshly baked pita bread was amazing, will definitely be eating from here again! So impressed
A. B.
This is really a takeaway business with a couple of small tables, so my glowing review reflects the food rather than the dining in experience (staff were very nice but the space is a little cramped). The food was fantastic - I had the vegetarian mezze which had loads of really tasty, quality warm and cold mezze. My partner had a wrap (not vegetarian, although I can't remember what was in it) and he said it was really good too. Also really enjoyed the fresh lemonade, which was very sweet although this was met with loads of satisfyingly tangy fresh lemon - so refreshing! It's a shame they don't deliver as far as my home address in Clapton!
L. E.
Lovely staff.
Lovelier food!!!
I was new to Lebanese cuisine until recently when by chance I stumbled across your restaurant with a friend and I absolutely loved it.
You cook every piece of your meat to absolute perfection and your sauces were to die for.
You'll be seeing much more of me, my family and friends shortly!
Welcome to Waltham forest!
Lewis!

This Lebanese restaurant is a hidden gem amongst the other eat out places in Walthamstow. Delicious food, AMAZING people and fantastic customer service. Thank you mini Hiba! See you again very soon.
R. S.
brilliant Palestinian/Lebanese food, great flavour and fresh! the prices are much more reasonable than many similar restaurants, I have been a customer for a very long time and whenever i think middle eastern food, Mini Hiba is the only destination. I highly recommend it!
H. S.
This is the best Middle Eastern food I’ve ever had. We were all so impressed with our meal. Incredible falafels!
A. L.
We love Hiba on Wood street, the food is delicious and the people who work their super friendly. They did our food for our wedding - it was super tasty, very generous portions and really easy and lovely people to organise things with. Thank you!
A. F.
Whatever you order get the falafel its tremendous. And the hummus is so light. My wife loved the salad. As the show goes "You have to eat here..."
A. M.
The food was fresh, properly prepared, generous portions and great value for money. To add the cusormer service was outstanding. I would highly recommend to visit this place and try the shirwama's both chicken and lamb. #veryhappycustomer 🙂👌🏾
A. T.
Beautiful food! Could eat here again and again… the owners Mohad and Nada are so lovely too. Great spot on Wood Street :))

Came across this little gem by chance with the Mrs who was craving some lebanese/Palestinian food.
We were greeted by the very friendly and hospitable Muad who along with his wife are very passionate and experienced in bringing a authentic yet simple middle eastern palate to east London.
The place is cosy and comfortable with a homely feel and Muad made us feel as if we were being hosted for lunch by family.
We ordered a selection off the menu, some to take home. Everything was made with the freshest of ingredients and we were given tasters as we waited for our order. The Falafel is probably one of the best I've tasted and the shawarma was excellent.
Would highly recommend anyone to pay a visit. I'm sure it'll be a regular for us now too.
A. B.
The food was amazing. I've been ordering from this place for a long time now and it's never disappointing, the food is fresh, and soooo tasty! The staff is super friendly, the customer service is top!
I really recommend this restaurant to everyone, I just love it!!
P. A. R.
Dropped in here for lunch. First experience of Lebanese and Palestinian food. Blown away by the food and service. Highly recommended.
R. C.
Delicious food, I had the baked aubergine, and tried some falafel too, which were soft and full of flavour and fresh herbs. The manager/chef was really friendly, and knowledgeable, well worth a visit!

We have been living in London for 5 years and I believe Mini Hiba is the best Lebanese restaurant I have ever been to. Very welcoming and friendly staff, generous portions of delicious and freshly prepared food at good prices. The Falafel and Houmous are something different from what you normally eat in other Lebanese restaurants. My rating for this lovely restaurants is 100 out of 100.
I. K.
It was very difficult to find an authentic Arabic takeaway/restaurant around East London and after much googling, here comes Hiba! I love the quality, taste, price and really value for money. You get the same taste that you would get on one of those high end restaurants on Edgware Road minus the expensive bill. Also don’t forget the authentic garlic sauce. They deliver too so better check them out if they deliver to your area. There isn’t enough seating arrangement but I’m more than happy to pick up a collection from them any day!
F. R.
I was wandering in Walthamstow a few days ago, and really felt like having kibbeh for dinner, so I googled to find a lebanese restaurant nearby and found Mini Hiba! I ordered a take away dinner and waited. The place is lovely, cosy and nicely decorated, the staff is really welcoming, friendly and polite, always with a smile on their face... and the food beyond my already high expectations!
I ordered a lentil soup, a portion of kibbeh, chips and a lamb wrap. Everything was delicious, fresh and tasty... and the portions extremely generous! I really really loved my kibbeh, and will surely visit Mini Hiba again in the future. :)
J. C.
What a great find this place is. A good sized portion of juicy and flavoursome shawarma meat with all the trimmings- exceeded our expectations. Mo is also a good host and made us feel welcome. A dangerous place to live close to, I’ll be wanting this regularly now!!

the falafel here is almost perfect in my opinion. the chef uses no spices just fresh herbs, chickpeas and garlic. it's a striking green colour. the only thing missing for me would be some fresh sliced carrot and mint within the wrap to give it crunch. labneh is really amazing and makes a great accompaniment to fries if you have there meal deal. also reccomend the drinks, which are unusual and really tasty. staff are friendly

The food was lovely and reasonably priced. The service was generous and prompt. Thank u. I would suggest using the back rooms as kitchen so there is more room at the front for restaurant feel rather than take away. Other than space it was a cold in the eating area. I passed the place a couple of times because it didn't look like a restaurant/takeaway from outside

Stow is craving for a decent Lebanese/Shawarma joint. First visit - not wow, but also not a complete let down. Food had flavour even though the lamb meat in the Shawarma wasn't great. We are fortunate that we can afford it, but it's a tad expensive for what you get. I eat out a lot and so I feel I'm able to compare value/taste/etc.
Here, West End prices in East End streets....
Will definitely try again, different items from the menu next time. Hopefully they fare better next time.

Lovely restaurant; the food was absolutely gorgeous, really fresh flavours. Mo recommended a dish to us and it was simply divine!! My husband and I feel really lucky to live nearby!!

Truly one of THE BEST PLACES I've ever visited. Good value for money, quality in every means possible and most importantly this is a clean environment. Subhan'Allah they set standards high!
If I could give more stars I would!!! Masha'Allah!
From the moment I discovered this tiny paradise on wood street (3 years ago in their former shop); it's been a staple.
I have never had a bad dish or experience from in here MASHA'ALLAH - truly!
The soup's are (subhan'Allah) filling, nutritional and jam packed full of flavour, definitely a remedy for a stomach that needs replenishing from a cold/flu/bug!!
Or just because...I mean who doesn't like a good ol' home cooked soup?!
The lentil soup is warm and loving (heavier than the chicken noodle), chicken noodle soup I'd definitely recommend for flu like symptoms.
The falafel is delicious, as is the lamb wraps (my favourite).
Service (masha'Allah), ALWAYS has been humble, friendly and with a smile...I've never felt more at home and at comfort than the feeling I get when I step through these doors.
They've moved now to take over the Chinese takeaway (shame it closed because you don't get many HMC halal Chinese takeaways!!)... and the place is now accommodating enough for you to eat in (the old shop was more of a takeaway)..
This is lovely to come with friends, family and loved ones for any occasion...
The owners are the most accommodating owners of a food takeaway (I have ever come across); I love the authentic raw/industrial decoration vibes, such a relaxing environment.
I do not know these people in any way shape or form, but truly I pray their business goes from strength to strength and may they be blessed in it truly, because Masha'Allah the intention (in my humbled opinion), is a beautiful one and may it be increased and blessed (dunya and akhira) ameen.
It's a family run business Masha'Allah and it's such a blessing to see something like this that gives back not only to the community but Masha'Allah to the people.

We tried the falafel, hummus and Shawarma. They were all exceptional. The owners are very kind and generous. We will definitely go back.

A week ago I went to eat some Falafels in Mini Hiba, there are some places where the food is already good due to the customer service and the way you are welcomed into the place "Mini Hiba" is definitely one of them but the interesting bit is that it is not even needed as the Falafel I have been eating back there were the freshest I have been eating in a very long while. The Pita is delicious and homemade so perfectly fitting with the freshness of the falafels, forget about adding 3 sauces and do a mix of ingredients to hide the poor quality of the Falafels, everything is here, a real good meal with a perfect respect of every flavors. Plus the two people here to welcome us where just extremely welcoming and dedicated to make you spend a nice time in their premise even though the Covid restriction are very stressful for Hospitality workers. I haven't found such a place closer to where I leave and I don't think I will (I probably don't want to anymore since Mini Hiba) so I'll be back for another Falafel soon, that's for sure. Thank you!
F. B.
Real nice chaps all very friendly. The shawarma's are great too but have to enjoy them right away and not so good for delivery as it all gets soggy. The chips are a no no but try their mint tea right after having a shawarma! Get the regular portion to see if it tickles your fancy.
R. C.
Amazing Lebanese and Palestinian cuisine. Fresh and delicious and authentic. Highly recommend.

Good quality food. Excellent service. Pleased to have good lebenese food close by and really pleased to have found this place out of chance. The food is cooked really well and the staff are really friendly. Now I always remember this place when I get hungry.
Keep up the good work guys.

The best takeaway in the area hands down. We're now at the stage where we're ordering almost every other week from here and it's always excellent!! The chicken is moist, well cooked and delicious and the Batata Harra and Hoummos Beiruty are amazing. I hope this place stays open forever as it's our favourite food by a country mile. The staff are lovely as well - always a bonus.
L. O. D.
Owner was very friendly and gave some great tips for our meal. The food was fresh, full of flavour and the meat was deliciously tender. Will certainly be coming back
R. K.
Great food, great service. :)
A. L.
Thank you so much for a wonderful evening!
The service was warm and welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious. The ambience was very cosy and intimate. A truly pleasurable dining experience.

Stumbled across this place by accident and tried for the first time last night as an alternative to Turkish chicken and lamb shish and was very impressed. The grilled lamb (Lahem Meshwi) and chicken shish taouk were both tender and delicious. The humus and falafel were also very tasty. I live about 1.5 miles away and my online order took about 30 mins to be delivered. I will definitely be ordering again. Good work!
R. T.
Absolutely delicious. Best falafel I’ve ever had. Friendly staff and gorgeous food, really quaint little place. Can’t wait to go back!
t. t.
The greenest falafels I have ever seen! Lol I highly recommend this restaurant / cafe. To start off with, the food is so fresh and tasty, the staff are friendly and informative, the interior is cosy and the prices are affordable ! Cannot wait to go back to try the rest of the menu :) . Thank you!
N. k.
I bought Mixed Shawarma from here and the food was delicious and filling. I would definitely being going here again.
Also, the customer service was excellent.

Very delicious food can tell it’s made with quality ingredient highly recommended.

Got the moutabal and the fatayer with grilled halloumi cheese for takeaway last week. The former is on point: the chargrilled aubergine taste is strong and the flavour of the sesame seed paste is deliciously strong. The pomegranate arils offer a great sweet offset. Seriously addictive and a good portion size. The latter order is four pita triangles stuffed with slivered halloumi; almost like delicate sandwiches. It comes with a pickled radish (?) which tastes just as delicious. Hiba has a good amount of veg options otherwise but obviously even more so for meat-eaters. Fairly priced for the food I got - a garlic and a spicy pepper sauce are added for free. This would be my go-to place if I lived nearby.
U. R.
They have some of the best wraps in town. I had the felafel wrap, the batata wrap, and the halloumi wrap. I ate all 3. And they even threw in a free houmous. Great food. Great service. Will come again.

The food was delicius! The shawarma and the babaganouch were incredible, so the falafel. And the team is very friendly. We’ll definitely go there again.
C. D.
I have never had such awesome phone delivery.
the guy that answered didn't understand first than he passed to the manager and the manager was 10/10. He explained how it made and what the quality. Awesome, can't wait to get my food, and see the quality.
T. B.
£30 for two people to eat, feels somewhat expensive. Food was nice enough though. Messed order up on first delivery but rectified quickly. Coca cola was 'a'la Greggs' and was the warmest thing in the takeaway.
M. M.
We went here and had a couple of takeaway wraps on Saturday afternoon, a kefta and shish. Both were freshly grilled and served in nice Lebanese flatbread with pickled veg.
A.
Absolutely delicious! Amazing service, super friendly, and the food is just fantastic!
B. K.
Ordered for the first time via JUSTEAT and was very pleasantly surprised. The shwarma`s were very good and the side salad fresh and spicy. Will be ordering soon again.
