Reviews of Noura Brasseries Ltd
S. L.
Wonderful Lebanese restaurant. I've been coming here over the years and it's consistently delicious. Staff are friendly and give a warm welcome. The mezze selection is my favorite, I enjoy trying all the small dishes more than having just a main meal. Don't skip on dessert! The pistachio ice cream and baklava are the cherry on top of a great meal.
S.
It was an amazing experience was treated by Lebanese friends food is so tasty and fresh..atmosphere good went at lunchtime service excellent...go try for yourself.
N. A.
Amazing service - celebrated my birthday here and the service was undeniable. The whole restaurant turned into a vibe man and I was pleased with the taste of the food, everyone had a great time.
D. R.
It was ok, my friend and I had the traditional mezze, the price was great, the food was good, and it was a quiet place — great for meeting old friends and getting your conversation up to date

As reviews of lebanese restaurants in London consistently place this firmly at the top, we booked a table while visiting london. The service was attentive, although it wasnt busy when we went - presumably due to covid decreasing the number of tourists as well as Londoners.
We went for the light set menu, which consisted of six hot and cold mezze as well as one skewer of chicken cubes and one of seasoned kofte per person. It was certainly enough to fill two, and there was some baklava and mint tea to finish off as well.
The cost was 40 per head which is reasonable for central london, especially for dinner. Like some of its competitors on edgware road, the food is well seasoned, well cooked and well presented. If you want halal food in westminster or belgravia, this fits the bill.

I would like to recommend this place to everyone. I had a great time and enjoyed their incredible tasty food. The atmosphere was pleasant and their service was performed on high level.
M. T.
The food was very nice. The service of staff was good. This was the second time in this restaurant and I would like to visit again.
Y. C.
The restaurant had a very nice decor and lovely atmosphere despite COVID times. However I was frankly speaking very disappointed with the food. The chicken chawarma was very dry and oversalted, it tasted more like it was just microwaved. The saffron rice, just had the yellow colour but no real seasoning. Overall it was quite expensive as well and small portions. Many Lebanese restaurants have better quality food and are much cheaper. Staff were trying to be polite but not attentive.

Have never tried Lebanese food before except for schwarma. The waiter explained things to me. He told us how the food was meant to be eaten. He gave us some free stuff to try. The food was new to my palate pallette but I still liked the food. It was the service and courtesy of the people at this place that I liked more than anything. I liked the fine dining. We ordered the dish of the day, schwarma and rice with minced meat. The dish of the day was boiled meat with rice. I wish I knew what it was before I ventured to try it. Anyway, the portions were so large we couldn't finish them.
Would recommend knowing the food before ordering it.

Turkish restaurant with huge seating space. We went for dinner and rushed to decide what to choose since kitchen was closing in half an hour. Food wise was all right, we chose the set menu for two and extra dishes. Only lamb cutlets and chargrilled chicken stood out. Humus were nice but nothing different from elsewhere. Special mention to Lebanese wines, we tried the cabernet sauvignon and shyrah and was delicious.
S. S.
Really nice staff:) went on my birthday today and they were so helpful, kind and we all had an amazing time. Food is really good too! 10/10 would recommend!
J. C.
Wonderful food, outstanding service, and great atmosphere. This was my second visit and I will return.
C. A.
Great Lebanese restaurant. When I fancy the real taste of Lebanon I have 3 places I go to. This is absolutely one of them. Great collection of wine, Lebanese as well as international, the service is friendly and fast. A place to take to impress but the price is not cheap. But it was worth it!!!
c.
Enjoyed a good meal. The pre theatre menu was very filling. Attentive staff. Tasty food. Wrongly added up the bill though...
A. C. S.
Such a great restaurant, my favorite Lebanese one in London. Noura is the finest example of the kind of restaurant I would proudly recommend to friends and acquaintances in London, its a wonderful spot to meet with friends over food and drinks. The service is amazing and every one is very friendly and hospitable, the Lebanese way. Starting with Mezze and ending with desserts, the quality of the ingredient is remarkable. I cant express how much I loved the traditional Moloukheyeh they serve on Sundays, I am Lebanese and I know that the food is authentic and compatible with the Londoners taste, if you want to eat the real Lebanese food I recommend you eat here.
As for the service, its top notch, especially the great treatment the staff give to the customers.
Take a look and don't miss the dessert especially the Knafeh and Halawet Eljibn, its to die for!
Noura restaurant in Belgravia is a home away from home. It carries you away on a voyage through the taste and flavors of Lebanese traditional food.

Went with colleagues for lunch on Monday. Business atmosphere. Food was alright but nothing of extra-ordinary taste. Food presentation, service were was good. Waiting staff were professional. Liked Lamb Chawarma and the mixed grill. Fresh lemonade was too sugary to my liking. Quite expensive but take that is more to do with the location.
M. K.
Had Breakfast there yestersay, everything was perfect, very clean luxurious place. Freindly staff.
I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 for the following:
After I paid for the total amount I found at the end optional gratuity 12.5%, and when I asked one of the staff he told me this service charge which I totally accept, but if it is legal 12.5% service charge why you are naming it as optional, and if its optional you should not put all together, you can add it separetely below the total amount and to be kept optional.
I did not want to make troubles so I did not argue but I think you should either make it official legal service charge or leave it totally optional.
E. I.
Very good food, and friendly staff, love it,the best Lebanese restaurant in town.
S.
Great dine in experience, freshly baked bread and top quality Lebanese food.Good ambiance and clean resturant.
M. S.
Upmarket place with excellent starters. Less impressed with the main items. Rather expensive and lacking in charm. Staff were polite.
P.
Outstanding decor. 9/10
Food lovely 8/10 (fresh herbs)
Waiter was an older gent, attentive but wouldn't say warm.
Prices about right (not cheap but it isnt cheap ingredients!)
Was not impressed they add the service charge, I mean you'd have to be VERY brave to ask for it to be removed - I have a real issue with this. I always tip but its bad form in the UK (not the states) to assume!
Woman sat on door spoke but never gave eye contact.
12:45 lunchtime on a July Saturday and for the first 45 minutes we were the only ones there.
Menus were tatty and sticky.
BUT overall it was very tasty and we might go again.
Remove that service charge - only add it for groups!!
R. H.
Great flavours with a really large selection of mezze plates cold and hot as starters. It really is a place to go in a crowd to share dishes. Very easy to over order with so much choose from.
Good main course selection with various options to keep every meat eater happy.
M. I.
One of the best Lebanese restaurant in town ..
Took the advise of Lebanese friend that this place is very authentic 💗
L. C.
Great place, food and service! Great quality - price valance.
V. M.
V good food & excellent service. Most amazing Staff. Good atmosphere, place to visit again. Recommended to visit by everyone trying for Lebanese food.
S. M.
I was a little disappointed with the food portion. We ordered a large mix mezze platter which should have plenty. But we got 1 falafel, 1 minced lamb thing, 2 different types of hummus and salad (but loved both falafel and lamb thing by the way). The chicken shawarma and rice was dry and to me It felt like cafeteria quality, but tasted okay.
J. K.
Beautiful food and brilliant service. Highly recommended.
P. C.
Again my favourite restaurant feed me :-) they always look after me. good friendly staff and lots of food!! thank you
C. M.
Excellent food and service. We had a great time.
E. C.
My mother and I had the best Lebanese food here! Everything was absolutely delicious. We were in London for a week and decided to dine here four times. It was that good. The owner and the staff are so helpful, kind and made us feel welcome. I highly recommend if you want excellent middle eastern food in a beautiful environment with friendly staff.
D. H.
Oh dear. Great location, lovely entrance. Staff did their best. Old restaurant that needs an upgrade. Toilets far from appealing. Menu dated and ordinary.
T. H.
Good food, good service, reasonably priced
W. P.
Excellent food, charming and understated service; always a pleasure to dine there!
T.
This is a lovely restaurant. The staff are very responsible, keeping tables socially distanced and wearing masks.
Also it's nice and big so I felt pretty safe.
Food was also lovely and the baklava was delicious!
S.
I highly recommend this place. We really appreciate how generous were the owners.
The food was really good.
R. S.
It's a nice restaurant, food is great, nice area too, atmosphere is great, good space between tables. Prices are a little steep, almost all waiters are middle/senior aged Lebanese males! Which is quite strange for me to see in a London restaurant. However, service was pleasant. Not sure if that a valid criticism, but I personally dont like waiters to keep asking how everything is too many times, and specially when we're having a conversation, but that's maybe just me, and it slightly annoyed me! I would go again, and recommend this place to anyone wanting to experience a great selection of Lebanese food in a tidy and clean, airy and not too loud environment.
J. S.
Excellent, delicious food, outstanding service and great value for money - thank you so much Noura. We will be back`!
S. L.
Good food. Nice service. Small sish portion.
I. V.
Lovely Lebanese food, good quality and generous portions. Tabbuleh was a bit too sour, but fatoush, soup, drinks were all great. It was quite empty, so could choose any spot.. Expanded outside area, although quite close to the road, but still nice. The service was a little slow for the outside tables, otherwise would have rated higher.
N. S.
We had an unusual situation, where we needed to feed a group of 13 using tour company vouchers, and only had 30 minutes to do so. I explained this to the waiter, who was incredibly accommodating. The whole staff was super friendly and accommodating, despite this being a fairly upscale dining location.
The staff delivered and got us out the door according to our demanding schedule, and the food was just excellent! Chicken Chawarma was spiced to perfection.

One of the best Lebanese restaurants in central London.
c. c.
Nice place. Good quality. Good service. A bit expensive
Y. C.
This restaurant used to be so nice some years ago. Now is a different story. Slow staff, out waiter looked like he did not want to be there. Food quality was average at best, and took ages to arrive - even the simple dips. Asked for an extra pot of humus that never arrived. Asked three times for the bill as we waited quite long to get it.
A. E.
Excellent food, both for delivery and when we invited friends at restaurant. Better than many many Lebanese places I’ve been to in Dubai (after 16 years life there) and London. Extremely fresh ingredients (it shows). The fettah is excellent. Chicken meat extremely tender. Baklava seriously the best I’ve had (very high quality ghee) since I was a child when it came to us from Lebanon 40 years ago!
P. B.
Superb Lebanese food, highly recommended!
N. C.
Great Lebanese food. The portions are more than enough, and it's not that expensive considering the portions are big, the food was lovely and fresh, and the restaurant is positioned in the heart of London. The staff was friendly and well prepared, the restaurant is chique and it has a lovely terrace in the front.
R. N.
I went here with my wife. We both ordered the vegetarian menu. The eight 8 mezzes with an entree was just way too much food, it was a somewhat expensive feast. The food was really good though. I'd recommend just an main and a mezze per person though. Those Lebanese desserts were wonderful.
R. S.
Perfect food, service, and facilities.
Perfectly Done. Great service. It is not the standard Mazza that deserves the recognition (though it is done perfectly) but rather the more rare dishes like Shankleesh, Kebbe bil-sanieh, etc. The staff is amazing. They are on the spot, fast and attentive to detail. Aba's recommendations were spot on. Desserts made in-house and we very well-done. I notice that it is ranked expensive, but we did not find it such, compared to lesser restaurant in London. Thank you.
S. R.
Went with a large group actually have been twice now and I thought maybe the experience would improve the 2nd time but no not really for what you pay its pretty basic Lebanese food nothing special, the staff aint the most helpful and I feel like we didnt get the best for what we paid.
A. M.
We went with friends on their recommendation. Very attentive and helpful service (I live with mobility challenges). Great food. A quiet room without the loud music that plagues many modern restaurants.
Highly recommended!
I. A.
Good food , good ambience . Highly recommended.
A. E.
This place is amazing the decor is just amazing always nice ans clean the food is just out if the world they actually take alot of tender love and care for each dish that leaves the kitchen reach and everytime I have been I have not been let down once and I absolutely love it will be going there for the rest off my life the menu is amazing and they always change it up if you like
T. H.
Extremely courteous staff were kind enough to let us use their bathroom facilities to change our little one despite us not dining on this particular occasion. We shall make sure to pay a visit to dine on our next family visit to London. X
P. A.
A fantastic place to dine, relax!
Great location, Modern Interiors, vast variety of tasty food choices!
I have been coming here for many years: businss lunch, quick take away, evening dining, friends gathering. Always enjoyed the place and it’s outstanding service!
Good Shisha Too !
M. S.
We visited Noura on a Friday evening. The restaurant was almost empty however no one welcomed us on our arrival. When finally a waiter acknowledged us he took our coats and offered us a seat. From this point onwards the service was quick and very attentive. Both food and wine were delicious, (maybe the falafel were a bit too salty). We ordered a Merlot Ksara, few hot mezze as starters and a main course. The portions were all generous. When we left, again no one acknowledge us or wished us goodbye. I can definitely recommend this place for both food and service. Staff needs probably more training on welcoming people.
A. J. W.
Noura has been in situ in Belgravia for I think 20 years and I visit maybe 2 or 3 times a year ......and probably for most of the 20 ! Really good food.....really good - proper 'traditional' preparation - staff super attentive and very friendly and professional. I have never had either a bad meal or poor service at Noura......in fact , Im going to visit more !!!
S. H.
Food is always fantastic and up to great standard tastes just like home. Friendly staff and great service. Would most definitely recommend.
J. M.
Good place in the Central London that provides variety of vegetarian options. A short walk from Victoria station. They provide a lot of food options. The menu had a long list of items which will really confuse you. If you go for the 'suggested menu' section, please be aware that you cannot select the mezze items, it will be predefined by them.
C. B.
A great Lebanese restaurant. I have been buying takeaway from them for 10 years and is always freshly made and well presented.
R. P.
It's average food for the prices you pay. You are much better off in an another place. Waiting staff were pushy on making us take set menu and their own choices. I have eaten in many places and didn't like the attitude. I had same feedback from the group I went there with..
J. H.
One of my top 2 favourite Lebanese restaurants in London - can't quite make up my mind whether I prefer the food here or at Ishbilia. They're both excellent, in my opinion.
I have been here quite a few times now and it has become a bit of an old faithful when entertaining friends around Victoria. The quality is consistently very high, service is always prompt, the decor is very smart, and (although I guess it may sound like a bad thing) it's never been hard to get a table at short notice.
My personal favourite mezze is the Foul Moudammas (foul medames?) - it's a very simple dish, pretty much just fava beans and olive oil - but it is incredibly rich and satisfying, full of umami. All the Lebanese classics are very well done here - the tabbouleh, hummus, halloumi and so on are all very good. They're also very generous with the sundries (if that's the right word for it...?) - they usually put a large plate of crudites on the table when you arrive (which we can never eat all of!) and the bread never stops coming.
It is a bit on the expensive side - but then what do you expect for a smart looking restaurant in Belgravia? The wine list in particular has a hefty markup, but perhaps that's again to be expected given the area, and to compensate Lebanese wines are generally excellent, in my opinion.
C. T.
A bit different. The manager was friendly and explained the menu to us. I didn't like some of it but that isn't the restaurant's fault, I'm just not used to the flavours. Overall a good experience
E. A.
Amazing food, really helpful staff, a gem for sure
C. Z.
Probably one of the better Lebanese restaurants in London. The hummus and falafel are to die for and are highly recommended as are the staple lamb sausages and kofta...it’s not cheap falafel by the way which is the only drawback
M. M.
Quality food and good service for a reasonable price. The restaurant is a great space, classy decor, ideal for small or large groups.
R. B. (.
Wonderful mixed grill and excellent service
H. A.
Best Lebanese food in London. Good wines. Elegant environment. Variety of plats du jour typically Lebanese. And if you are fortunate enough to be attended by Haleb he will advise you on the right food.
G. A.
Good and food. Nice and clean restaurant. Service was attentive. However did not have a menu for mocktails (alcohol free drinks).
S. A.
The food is so delicious ,but i wish they reduce the salt a bet
O. M.
I don’t care how bad a mood you are in, as soon as you step into Noura you will smile and feast at every bite. Do explore their Lebanese wine selection. Remarkable!
D. N.
Very nice Lebanese restaurant, delicious traditional food and friendly staff. Fine location. Great culinary experience, not cheap but very good value money.
A. Y.
Very expensive for what it offers. Food is good but you can find the same thing elsewhere for half the price.
Dessert (konafa bel gebn) wasn't good at all.
Staff are great and very pleasant.
R. A. S.
Its bit luxury and expansive place. Normally, this kind of restaurant serve complimentary green salad for free, however, when I saw the bill I was charged about 7 GB for that salad.
L. K.
Me and a collegue have been in london working for the last 2 days and we went there yesterday for lunch, it was so amazing and staff were so friendly that we had to go back today for more, incredible tastes and seasoned meat!
B. C.
Such authentic and wonderful Lebanese food. Great and fast service. We go every time we are in London
A. K.
Great food and venue. We had a party of ten and sat on the round table which was perfect. No complaints whatsoever.
A. B.
Very nice Lebanese cuisine - was here with a school friend and we had a small lunch meal which was lovely. Very friendly staff and will surely like to visit this place again.
S. Z.
The owner is warm and friendly and came to talk with us several times but not in an intrusive way. The food and the service was fantastic.
N. J.
Awesome food. Snail's slow service.
P. B.
mezze done with lebanese flair a stone's throw from victoria. don't be put off by the gray institutional setting and cavernous bare dining room. the food is fresh, well seasoned and worth the trip.
C. C.
Absolutely wonderful Lebanese food. Start with a platter of fresh vegetables, some cold mezzes -- moujaddara, tabbouleh, hummus Beirut, and some hot ones, too -- rikakat, fatayer, and makanek. Then do some breathing exercises, stretch a bit, and order some mains. Kebbeh with yoghurt, mixed grill, or the dish of the day. Then dessert. Even after two espressos to top it all off, you'll be utterly dysfunctional the remainder of the day. Perfect lunch to precede a late afternoon on the couch watching football.
P. S.
Very expensive to eat
e. a.
The best place to eat, if in Belgravia. The employees are helpful, attentive and polite. The service is excellent and the food is healthy, fresh and delicious. I recommend it to everyone.
